Delicious food and drinks! Service is always fast and very friendly!!

First time visit for breakfast. We went on a Sunday morning around 9am. No wait for seating. Staff greeted us right away. The menu has a lot of options. We tried the Everything Hashbrowns with scrambled eggs and the Main Street Omelet. Both were delicious. Service was fast and friendly. We will be back!

Went here for my grandson?s birthday party. Kids had a blast as did the adults. Foods ok. Bring dollar bills for games for the kids. Really had fun. Makes me wonder why we don't go bowling more often.

Great spot to bicycle to-just off the end of the Great Northern Trail! The staff is awesome when a bunch of us sweaty/hungry bicyclists invade! Good Bloody Mary! Breakfast all day! Great entrees-worth the stop here!

First time here, stopped in for lunch. Glad we did, hot turkey sandwich was awesome. Large portions. They also have all day breakfast, we will be back for sure. Katie our bartender/server was wonderful.

A good find! Never been here before and tried the fish special. It was so good and a large portion. I'll definitely go back and try other dishes. Staff was very friendly, like really really nice. I have only had to pleasure of having the breakfast here, but it was delish! I've been there a few times now and the service was consistently fabulous. The biscuits and gravy are on point, hashbrowns are crisp, and eggs over easy made to perfection! If you are into bloody Mary's, they make a good one, with a little kick ?? 10/10 would recommend ??

We like the variety of dinner specials, and the regular menu items are always good too. Special note that the breakfast all day is appreciated and the jelly that comes with breakfast toast is amazingly good! Great service too. ??

BREAKFAST ALL DAY AWARD ?? Zimmerman Cafe Bowl Bar Stopped on Sunday January 29 2022, around 12:40 pm on the way back from Ice Fishing Mille Lacs lake. We were able to seat ourselves and chose an open booth. The place was packed, with probably 4-5 six-top tables currently working, & other tables along with the bar and numerous booths. This small bar and bowling alley is nothing special and isn't worth going. The service is inconsistent and slow. I ordered the chese curds, the nachos and the fish and chip. It took a while to get the cheese curds but when I did they were alright. The nachos were bland and soggy from the grease. The fish was also greasey. I have a lot of gripes with this bowling alley. I went here a while ago, but I was mainly excited for the bumper cars?and they were BROKEN! Like, if you're going to advertise bumper cars on the building, at least have them working! On the bright side, the staff was nice, and they had one of those hunter arcade games, which was pretty cool. But still, I was really disappointed about the bumper cars.

Had lunch in Zimmerman after doing a house call. What a nice surprise to get this great lunch at the Zimmerman Cafe Bar Bowl. Had the Reuben, onion rings and the vegetable beef soup. Wow, wow, wow! This is my favorite place to bring the family ( kids 7-13). The pizza is my favorite, like of all the places. We have had 3 kids birthday parties, they are very reasonable in price.

Much better food than you'd expect from a bowling alley diner. Excellent service from friendly staff. Lower rating on atmosphere because the diner was quite cold and the TVs were playing news channels. Turn up the heat a few ticks and switch to some more light hearted tv content. It's nice to just have dinner with friends and family without seeing the world imploding on TV.

Bowling Alley was just ok. Lots arcade game for the kids, bumper cars, ect... Lots of families with small kids who ran everywhere, not supervised. It was hard to concentrate on our bowling game. Also I wasn't to impressed with the bowling lanes themselves, the next lane to us had massive issues with their bowling pin setting machine, also where you throw the ball off was not polished enough to make it an easy approach to the lane. I have been driving by this place for years but never stop until the kids wanted to go bowling one day. The kids had a blast but the biggest surprise was the caf?. The food is phenomenal I've been back four times since in the last two months. Breakfast is awesome. The Hot beef sandwich is so good. Great service all around.

Food was great lots of comfort foods on the Menu. Beer was nice and cold best place I ate at this time in Minnesota/Zimmerman can't wait to go back in October.

The food is good and strong drinks. Service on the other hand was really slow in the bar area but once we got someone to help us they did better at coming around to check on us.

The food and service were good. But its really noisy in the bar/ dining area. The sound bounces off everything, making it hard to have a conversation.

Our group of three adults and two children stopped in for lunch. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap, a Reuben sandwich, the Walleye dinner special and a couple of kids meals. All of the group enjoyed the food. The Reuben sandwich and walleye dinner were especially good and highly recommend! Service was very good and prices are reasonable. Will come again!

I am not much of a bowler, but my husband thought it would be fun. We ended up here on a Sunday afternoon. It was so much fun! The staff was friendly, the restrooms were clean. We loved the family friendly Christian Music. Our Family will definitely be back.

Our server was amazing and fun. As you can tell by the pics, the food was well above what I expected. Such a hidden little gem of a place that prices their product with the consumer in mind.

I might have given this place 5* but my only visit so far wasn't to try their absolutely amazing looking food it was for a job interview in which so so bummed that I wasn't chosen for the position for...but I most definitely will be back to experience the wonderful looking food, friendly service! Had a large birthday party. They were very accomodating. Service was great and pizza was flying off the trays. Sausage pizza was the favorite!

Went on a busy night. Service was very slow. Manager was rude to there employee after they refunded a game. Found out they only refunded half a game. Might try again on a slower night.

The reason for the 1 star is the service was terrible. We went there for a bowling and pizza birthday party for my daughter. They brought out the wrong pizzas then proceeded to tell me THEY entered them wrong but I still had to pay for them and there was nothing they could do. After chatting with kitchen manager. They did take the 3 wrong pizzas back and returned 1 hr later with only 1 pizza to replace the 3 I originally ordered. I was so upset by this point as we were done bowling now party over and no foo

We came here on a Sunday morning. Service was quick, friendly and she had a big smile on her face (which is always a great sign) food and drinks were fast and delicious. Best breakfast spot in Zimmerman, hands down. I'll definitely be back.

Had a wonderful time with the family, played games, bowled and ate. Myb only problem was the group next to us had no idea what bowling etiquette is and was rude in that department. Not a reflection on the business at all would happily return and definitely recommend

My boyfriend and I went to dinner on Tuesday night and we had the BEST service. Our servers name was Hunter and he was great! Food was AMAZING and hit the spot! In the past we also have had Madi as our server and she's exceptional!!! We love the bowling alley!

My hot chocolate was $4.95 and it tasted like a package of hot chocolate with water added. Oh and a small dollop of whipped cream on top. $7 for cinnamon or caramel rolls. The cinnamon roll was very sweet. Whoever made the caramel rolls does not know how to make caramel. It was thinner than cheap maple syrup. And don't have the coffee. There is a reason they give you half and half to add to the coffee. You wouldn't be able to drink it otherwise.

Other than being a little noisy it's an excellent place to have lunch or supper.

We had the walleye special. It was very good! It sold out right after we got our order! I couldn't eat all that they plated, so I can eat it for breakfast, as well! The servers were attentive. A nice night out for us both.

The beginning of our first game was good and we got served right away. It was advertised that bowling is open until 11, yet they shut our game down at 10:30 in the middle of frame 5 with no warning. On top of that, no one seemed to raise any attention to our loss of 1/2 the game, and made no effort to get our game back up and going or refund for the $25 total between the 5 of us. This place makes the best hamburgers! I had the patty melt and it was juicy and delicious. I have never had a bad meal here! Full menu breakfast lunch and dinner. Not your typical bowling alley food. It's a must try!

I have been here to eat 5 or 6 times, they have daily specials that you can see in the display ,we found that helpful. The food has been good for myself and everyone with us, down fall the bowling was closed everytime, besides this time ,I suggest calling ahead about bowling not a whole lot of lanes.

Best Hot Roast Beef sandwich I've ever had, Tuesday night. Then stopped today for lunch and had an omelette breakfast - fabulous!! Had some appetizers and a lemonade. Tonight I had the chicken strip dinner and my hubby had the hot roast beef sandwich. Our meal did not disappoint. Our server was exceptional.

They said they were going to close at 11 yet they cut us short at 9:30 on a tuesday bartender (carrie) was on a power trip no respect towards anyone even her co-workers i have came here many times and received nothing but problems each time the lanes will break every other frame the GM (i believe jenna) from what i can see harasses her employees pulled them away from tables to go yell at them!! I've usually been pleased with their food with the new management. This time though, I had a bacon grilled cheese that was not good. Bacon was overdone and didn't taste good. Everything else in our meals was ok. We liked our appetizer and my husband liked his burger he got.

We love coming here to bowl and often order food for work (another local business). Everytime we come to bowl, Landon (on the bowling side) is an absolute rock star and he is so on top of serving customers. Zimmerman bowl is lucky to have such an awesome team member who goes above and beyond to serve customers

We have come here a few times and had relatively ok experiences. Tonight we came here at 715pm to bring my daughter to bowl on her birthday. They closed the lanes extremely early because it was a slow night. It'll be the last time I provide this establishment my business. I've worked at places my whole life that got slow at times and it didn't justify us just closing before operating hours ended. Extremely lazy and unprofessional.

Food is usually good, we get friendly service from everyone but the owners. They seem to be unwilling to step in and actually work when a paying customer needs anything. My mood is usually ruined after any sort of contact with the owners. They should stay behind the scenes if they can't even pretend to be happy to take an order or take my money.

This place is known more for it's good food than it being a "bar" out gathering place. It doesn't have the party atmosphere it years past but that's okay. There are other bars in town for that. The bowling lanes often get stuck or messed up. Regardless it's a fun place.

Aside from the excellent desert cinnamon roll, the food was just alright, but not terrible... Service was exceptional, no troubles here, as we were well tended to and the atmosphere was fine, nothing to brag about but it was welcoming and adequate.

Better off driving 30+ minutes away to get a good, functioning alley. Our group of 4 waited more time for them to fix the lane than we did bowling. Wow!!! I don't even know how to express the amazing experience we had tonight at this establishment! We did some bowling, had dinner, kids played arcade games and took a ride on the bumper cars! Thank you to the two young men Tate & Tyler that went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed the whole time we were there. It was so nice to be treated with such kindness and gratitude! There was a few other staff we interacted with on the bowling alley side and they were all extremely respectful!

We came here for a birthday party. Our lane didn't work, and was having problems for an hour. We asked for service several times. After 20 mins we asked again and the employee forgot to even look at the issue. It was busy, and we waited for 40 minutes to even play. There was no accommodation besides, we didn't have to pay for the game we didn't play. That was after 2 hours and 20 mins of being in this establishment.

So i have to start my review by saying up until our scenario tonight i would have given 5 stars. We've been regular customers for breakfast for years. Food and service has always been excellent. So we decided to try them for dinner. Literally terrible from start to finish. We ordered an appetizer thst never arrived not the end of the world but when our food came out and we hadnt gotten the app we of course no longer wanted the app and asked for it to be removed from our rab ok no worries. Great little bowling alley with cafe/bar attached with bumper cars not bad prices at all and for a Sunday afternoon no one else wanted to bowl so daughter had a great bday party and for a group of 10 with 2 hours of bowling and shoe rentals plus 2 large pizzas and 2 pitcher of pop and reserved table only 99.99 a super price way better then any where else would definitely sign up for it kids and teens will love it

All day breakfast, pretty good all around food! Good service, stays busy, friendly people. There are TV's there, but not the best or easiest viewing, but you can keep track of games no problem. Seem to have weekly specials. Bowling alley attached, small arcade type games as well. I recommend for multitude of occasions.

Very good hamburger. French fries and onion rings were the best. Good coffee and a friendly waitress checking on you at the right time. We will go back. Bloody Mary was above average. Needs more condiments than a pickle and olives.

We hosted a birthday party at the bowling alley today and the 2 employees working that day, were working with us did a great job. The gal helped us the most, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great party and plan to book another one! Pizza was great! Definitely recommend booking a child's birthday party here!

Our family recently came and bowled here. Within the first couple frames of our game, our lane broke. We let the staff know and were fine with waiting because the kids were distracted by the arcade games. Which all only take dollar bills by the way, so do not plan on using quarters when coming here.
