This is for my experience on Sunday March 23,2025. I originally booked a half hour as it was my first time with any type of VR playing and it was so great !! That exact same day we went back at a later time for a 1 hour session and truly I had not had such true fun in a long time I was so excited to go back and had a blast. Our game master was Caleb who was excellent and made sure we knew what to do and how to handle our equipment. I wish they had some type of membership option so I could go even more often

We had an amazing time playing Outbreak! Even though it was our first time trying VR we were given very clear instructions and the video quality was phenomenal so it didn't take long to get the hang of it. We had a blast. Highly recommend this location!

Just had an absolutely mind-blowing time at Zero Latency South Austin and had to shout out Caleb for making the whole experience next-level! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming, the tech was on point, and Caleb?s energy made everything even more fun. We tried one of the zombie VR missions called Outbreak and it felt like we were dropped into a real-life video game. The equipment was clean and high quality, and the space is huge?plenty of room to walk around without bumping into each other.

This place is awesome this was my first time trying this place and it's way better than my oculus quest that I have at home. Caleb was a huge help with our experience made it much more enjoyable.

Caleb was awesome and was super helpful with explaining everything. The place was clean and our group had major fun. We will be coming back. I've gone to Sandbox VR and while it was fun, it was twice the price for games with little improvement over the games here. The games felt longer here and the staff is still very friendly.

My 11yo daughter and I came down on a date to play B-Block Breakout. (It was her first legitimate escape room.) It was an absolute blast! The game was easy to move around and manipulate, but the puzzles were just the right amount of challenging. We actually got caught up in a couple areas, but were still able to beat the clock and break out of prison. Absolute teamwork is a must; which made it so much fun! Will definitely be back with the rest of the family, and future dates!

This place was absolutely incredible! Caleb was a great asset, extremely professional and very knowledgeable about all things involved. Went here with my sister for the first time and had an amazing time. The employees were so kind and very detailed in their explanations which made the experience better all the more better. And as for the actual gaming experience, would recommend 100%. Definitely a must do if you're visiting or just for some fun.

Caleb was super accommodating, hospitable, and an overall homey. Space Marines and Outbreak were super immersive and had my party cackling.

I've gone twice with my husband to do the virtual escape rooms and we have such a blast. I think we burn equal calories laughing at ourselves and each other as we do running around the space ship/pirate ship/haunted house. The workers are incredibly helpful and nonjudgmental. Videos don't do this place enough justice! This is one of those kind of places that you just have to come experience. I came with my best friend and his son, and I brought my son. Not only did we play one game, we immediately booked a second game for the same night. I highly recommend VR for anybody who loves any type of gameplay experience! I give this place a 12 /10!!!!!!

We just randomly walked in for something to do for my sons 8th birthday. They were accommodating and had availability for us to play. We did the pirates plague vr escape room. He had a blast, we were able to complete it with just the two of us. Thank you to the employee Griffin for setting it up for us. My little guy had so much fun!

This was my first time playing a VR game. My visit to Zero Latency was a wonderful introduction to the platform. The selection of experiences is great. Caleb?s hospitality was top-notch. Staff were extremely informative about their products, also I loved the fact that they play a debrief video to get you in the mindset of a soldier playing an important role in Outbreak (Zombie Game) This place far exceeded my expectations and did everything with a spirit of excellence! Caden, who was our tour guide, was extremely helpful and informative in helping the group to decide on the best experience to choose. I would say that Space Marines was a blast, and I was impressed the GPU's could handle the bandwidth of high resolution rendering with 8 simultaneous players and giant hordes of aliens and bloody, animated gore. They could definitely use a second arena to handle the flow of the groups, and it appears popular enough for a second one.

Zach was amazing!!!! He convinced me to do the 45$ VR game of Warhammer space marines, instead of the 20$ for axe throwing. It was so worth it. Awesome time playing the games. I had a back-to-back experience with Far Cry : VR and the Space Marine VR. All of them were intense and action-packed fun. When you play, they put you in a large arena to actually move in the given space. With Space Marines, I ran around in circles dodging enemy attacks whilst firing at them. Very cool experience!

Went with my husband and his family for Christmas and it was so much fun. Way more realistic than I expected and we'll have so many stories to share for a long time. We played the Christmas version of outbreak and did an escape room. Escape room was more fun than expected and outbreak got our heart rates up. Both were extremely fun and HILARIOUS. Loved it, going again.

By far the best VR experience I've ever had. Owners/staff are also passionate about gaming and really care that you have a good time. I would highly recommend and consider this a strict upgrade over other experiences (eg Sandbox, arcades, etc)

I've done both Sandbox VR and Zero Latency South and our experience at ZLS was superior. Great service from the owner and the equipment was clean and well kept. We did an escape room and it was a ton of fun. Cannot wait to go back. As a side note they are located to the right of the theater next to Air Force recruiter, same side as green mesquite.

Did a VR escape room with my 9 and 11 year old boys and it was a blast. They were engaged the entire time, and were already asking when we could come back before we had even left the building. The game we played had lots of interesting problem solving mechanics, and hints if you needed them. It was a challenge, but also not so frustrating you wanted to give up.

The VR escape room was awesome. My fiance and I had a blast doing the dragon one together but may do something a little bit harder next time (we have a little bit of prior experience with VR). The axe throwing was also super cool. We've been to axe throwing places before but being able to play connect four, tic Tac toe, and other games with the projector was sick. 10/10

This is my second time visiting Zero Latency. It is vastly superior to SandboxVR and I couldn't recommend it enough. SandboxVR lagged and was very loud. The staff were nice, but over all, Zero Latency is the way to go.

So in one day I went to SandboxVR (Domain) and Zero Latency VR South Austin (ZLVRSA)? and I have to say the experience at Zero Latency VR South Austin blew SandboxVR out of the water in pretty much every dimension. ZLVRSA was more affordable, had a WAY more spacious arena, superior gameplay with, believe it or not ?zero latency,? and overall way better staff. I have gone to ZLVRSA three times now, and I will continue to keep bringing friends, family, and colleagues for days to come.

I have NEVER done anything like this before. The coolest part is being able to do two things at the same time. Me and 3 other friends went in and did an escape room and as much as I've always wanted to do that having it be VR made so much more fun. The two guys that were there that day were amazing! We were bored and looked up things to do and Zero Latency popped up as a recommendation. We came in with zero expectations and were blown away with how immersive and enjoyable it was. Theirs a huge area to play and it's so different then your typical at home VR. It takes some getting used to trusting the space around you but it was an amazing time. We had a fun experience here trying out their VR gaming setup. The team is friendly and run you through the process very easily. The VR system is great! It is very immersive and definitely worth a try!
