Zero Latency VR, the Austin location (also one in San Antonio) has only 5-star reviews for a reason- it's awesome!! Garrett, the owner, is a friendly guy who made sure we had everything we needed for a great time. We played Outbreak, as it is the most popular. Shooting zombies was a lot of fun. There are 6 games to choose between. I want to try them all! It's a big open VR room and everything is clean. Axe throwing in the same space. Thanks for a great time!!

My partner and I went here on a weeknight for a date night because we needed a break after a loss in the family. This was the absolute best way to get out of our heads for a while. We had such a great time in the VR experience! The price was very affordable, especially for such an immersive experience as compared to some other VR experiences that are overpriced and less realistic or more limited in feel. The instructor explained the whole experience very well and quickly allowing us to get right into the experience. The experience overall was fun and fast paced very easy to get in to.

I went here with a group of friends the other night, it was perfect because it was right next door to Pluckers. So we did dinner at Pluckers and then walked next door to Zero Latency. They are combined with an axe throwing venue as well. There are plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options, including beers on tap they charge by the amount distributed, which was pretty cool. SO MUCH FUN!!!! We did the space escape room and man, what a cool experience. Super solid explanation from the team running the place and very friendly. The VR is high quality and super interactive. Really good for groups of 4 or less for sure. Can't wait to try more of the escape rooms and other options!

Soooo much fun! While visiting my nephew for a weekend took him to this VR place in Austin! I have been to zero latency in Jax and while the games are similar this place is completely different! There are no backpacks included in the set and they offer escape rooms! We got the package deal for a game and an escape room and decided on the Pirate escape room and Singularity as the game. We had such a great experience! Taylor and Garrett are awesome. The zombie experience was incredible we played twice and had so much fun. Far cry was alright but definitely prefer outbreak if you are only playing one game. We had a blast with the Axe throwing as well. By far our best axe throwing experience. Stumbled across this place by accident while visiting from out of state. So glad we did! Patrick was our host and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Ice cream with alcohol and self serve beer, umm yes! To top it off we played a round of VR and it was awesome!

AMAZING experience. Tried the Zombie encounter. Graphics were great, latency tight, lots of space to roam around, comfortable gear and the owner was friendly and professional. Definitely get the bundle with the axe throwing next door. I've definitely spilled myself because any other VR session will be held to the bar this set.

We had a great time at Zero Latency. There was a bit of a problem getting our group connected in the game initially, but the staff figured it out, and we were able to play. We chose this spot due to a special offer on Groupon. The session was short 30 minutes and cost $84 for 3 people with Groupon plus an additional discount. Fun place. We had a big group for the Outbreak game. At first they told us they were behind so we did ax throwing while we waited. Very fun. I thought 30 mins VR game would be short but it was tiring so 30 mins was just the enough amount. A fun workout.

Guy in charge of VR let his friends skip us, after telling us we had a set time and made us wait almost an hour just to tell us we can't go anymore. Then he also didn't disinfect all the equipment and let people use it after it was still sweaty and dirty.

Visiting in Austin for the first time. Came here on a whim. Did the VR Outbreak game. I've never had so much fun in my life. The guy running the game, Patrick, is the coolest. Highest recommendation. Bring the kids, grandma, whatever. Such a blast. 10/5

First time experiencing vr and didn't disappoint, booked my time slot but couldn't make it on time but called and spoke with the owner and they were able to switch our time no problem, super friendly and will be coming back .

First time VR player and as an overseas traveller, this was such an incredible time well spent! Worth every dollar and wished we had a place like this back in Australia! DO NOT MISS OUT!!!

Went on Saturday and was told it would be an hour and a half to get to use the VR so my group decided it would be best to reserve a time the following day. Reserved a spot at 4:30, showed up early and was told they're backed up. I told him that we had a reservation for 4:30 and he told me the earliest he could get me in was 5:30. I re-iterated that we booked a time and pre paid so that we could play. The guy running the place didn't honor that so I asked for refund and left.

My buddies and I had the best time here. We did the axe throwing and VR combo, which I highly recommend. Patrick was working and was as an awesome host. Made us feel welcome, answered a ton of questions, and showed us an awesome time. Also, self serve beers, you can't go wrong.

Fun experiences with the family except for 1 of my kids who got dizzy and stopped

SO fun. It was completely empty when we came first thing on a Sunday, so it was just two of us in a VR game instead of potentially being combined into another group. Nice staff, huge open space, the headset was comfortable and the game itself was very fun (Outbreak? I think? the zombie one)

I took my son for his birthday and we had a blast killing zombies!! The place was nice and clean and cool and the staff person was thorough and polite. Highly recommended!!

Had an awesome experience at this place. The equipment at this place was well maintained. They have a large area for the VR so you don't have to worry about breaking your TV at home. Besides the VR they also have axe throwing and a bar. Taylor and Isabel were very accommodating and made the experience even better. If you've never experienced VR before this is the perfect place to do so.

We had a small birthday party here, and the space is perfect. Best Axe throwing experience I've ever had, and the VR games were amazing. Often times, places like this are only fun when the staff are helpful, but without micromanaging the fun. The staff were all super cool, and I highly recommend this place. 10/10

I did the Outbreak Zombie Experience and it was by far the most immersive VR I've done! Being able to walk around the huge area they have makes it easy to get lost in the game. Great date idea!

Had a fun time here at Zero Latency! Tried the VR Outbreak and man did it have me moving. Our game master Caleb was phenomenal, really informative and welcoming! Would definitely recommend this place (especially for those who are 1st time VR users)

What a rush! Was it to visit by Son and we found this place! Fully free roam VR. Smooth seamless gameplay. We did a half hour game of Outbreak and it seemed like forever and we both worked up a heck of a sweat! Owner and staff were very helpful and accommodating. We have one in Jacksonville and I'm looking forward to checking it out and see what the other games are all about! 10/10 would repeat!

My favorite VR location so far! I've been to several Vr game including the huge one in dallas and ill say this is my absolute favorite. The games at this location are really well developed. You move through the game with different rooms and locations and really takes VR to the next level. The games are so well made and interactive that you almost loose sense of where you really are. The guns are easy to use and the headsets are clean and high quality. I can't wait to come back here and play some more. A

This place is a must!!!! How have I lived without this place. They have a variety of games, but if you love zombies, think of this place as your practice arena for the apocalypse! It felt so real, I about peed my pants from fear and laughter. I will be taking everyone I know here just about every weekend!!

Went for the VR and did the Outbreak zomibe game. Way too much fun and better than I expected. Went with my wife and a friend earlier today and the virtual environment was compsed very well. Will definitely try another game!!!

First time trying a VR spot and I'll have to say that Taylor made this an amazing experience. The games that we played were Outbreak and Far Cry. We also did some axe throwing as well which was super fun. For the first time I felt like Batman throwing those batarangs! For the VR: Definitely make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes to move around. What a great way to fit in some cardio. Thank you Taylor for taking care of us dude! Wow, had the absolute best time here. Did the 30min zombie attack. So much fun! And the gamemaster explained everything really well and made it a great experience.

This place is amazing and the experience is so immersive. I had some user errors which were completely my fault, I got a little over whelmed and the instructor went above and beyond to accommodate me.

Me and a group of my friends threw axes and did the VR after words. The VR experience blew my mind it really immersed me and my friends in the zombie apocalypse! We are definitely coming back with even more people this time!
