The gentleman we worked with was awesome! He explained everything very simply and thoroughly. The VR room was great. It was a really immersive experience, making the room feel much bigger than it really is. The games were entertaining and our stay was worth the money. Would love to go here for the next birthday party!
Awesome, one of a kind place for having a private event. Staff was accommodating and the birria taco catering they offer was delicious.
While it may be a little pricey the experience is definitely worth it! The games are very fun and very easy for anyone to pickup and play without needing much know how in playing videogames. The facility is also very clean and appears to be well taken care of and the staff is very friendly. While their main "free roam" experience isn't really made for younger kids under the age of 10, there are still other attractions there for them to do as well so they aren't left out! 10/10 will be going there again.
We drove 30 min and it was our first time doing VR and I am so glad we made the trek! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable and prepared. 10/10 experience, I highly recommend!

Wife brought me here as a birthday surprise and we had an absolute blast! Played through the Far Cry VR and then Josiah asked if we wanted to play the Undead VR with another customer who was coming in after us. Had just as much fun! Will definitely be coming back with friends.
Zero Latency was great! They were very kind to us and even let us try some games out for free! It was very fun, the environments were realistic and the VR experience ran very smoothly, easily 5 stars! Thank you zero Latency VR!

To start, overall amazing experience. The staff was beyond helpful and made you feel very welcome. The VR system was very smooth and the staff new how to quickly troubleshoot any little issue to help you stay immersed in to the gameplay. The gear was lightweight, easy to put on and the all functioned perfectly. The racing simulator was amazing as well. Depending on what game you did, you would really get tossed around. Everything there was amazing and an extremely fun new experience. Would recommend to anyo
My wife and I rented the driving simulators for an hour and it was great! There was a computer update that delayed some of our drive time (5-10min) but that staff was very considerate and gave us more than that back on the sim. I will definitely be returning to try out the VR arena next time too ????
Had a great experience with the racing simulator for an hour - I highly recommend it for anyone looking to try Sim racing at any experience level. There was a wide selection of games to try as well.
Nothing but a 5 star experience. My friends and I got to try out the racing simulator while we waited for our session to start. Very helpful game masters before the VR session started, I felt like I actually knew how to play when I never had done anything like this before. On top of that, the games were fun and they even threw in an extra game on the house for us. Definitely going back at least once a month!

Absolutely love(d) this place. First time ever doing VR and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. I initially thought that $50 for 30 minutes was just a tad on the expensive side but it was worth every cent?.It's great fun, can't wait to visit again!

Had a magnificent time at Zero Latency Holland! New hidden gem of virtual reality and innovative simulation. Our guide was super laid back, friendly, funny, informative with a awesome vibe! The atmosphere was welcoming and very clean. I would definitely attend again! I couldn't leave behind a squad of friends/family to enjoy the spectacular adrenaline rush!!
I brought my son here for his tenth birthday and he had the best time of his life! So much fun and interactive. One of the most creative and fun group activities we've ever done.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! We decided to have our sons birthday party at Zero Latency Holland and we are very pleased we did. The staff went above and beyond with our son and his friends making sure that they had the best experience. The facility was clean and well kept. The arena VR was sweet, and the racing simulator was absolutely insane. We will definately be back!
Helpful staff. Multiplayer games are fun for all skill levels. $45 per person for half hour playtime. Outbreak: Orgins was the best one I played. They let me try the racing sim for free, would play again.

Total blast. Well maintained, friendly staff, and immersive experiences. Overall great time. They even offered us discounts on additional services and games. Definitely recommend and plan to return.
Awesome place and atmosphere for VR video game enthusiasts! I do not EVER play video games or do VR but had a blast!! Even though my wife had way more head shots than me...The guys helped to keep us all comfortable and were very accommodating!! Thanks guys!!

We were really looking forward to a group outing at Zero Latency, but when half of our group tested positive for covid that morning, we thought it best to reschedule. All of us tried to contact Zero Latency separately by phone - leaving several voice messages - by email, by DM on Instagram, and none of us ever heard back. This business does not value its employees or customers because clearly they would prefer we just show up with coronavirus than try to return our messages.

Awesome place, with freeroam VR where you can actually go around and fight zombies and robots, full motion racing sims, and nice calm VR mini golf! If you haven't done VR and are interested, try it here first!

Amazing vr experience
This was a super fun experience, being in VR and being able to run around was very exciting. The equipment was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us a tour of all the different game zones. I am definitely going back to try the racing sim, only downside is they close at 7:00. This is an indoor activity and I feel like most people would want to do this after the sun goes down. If they were open later I feel that they would be much busier at night.
