Customer Reviews

Was extremely fun and interactive! We showed up right before a party and they were kind enough to squeeze us into their day. My husband and I had a blast and can't wait to come back to Cincinnati to try it out again. Everyone was very kind and great on instructions to help with the ease of the game! Zombie game mode was sweet. Seriously check them out!!!!!!!

March 1st. We just left this place and it was amazing. We had a group of 3 and teamed up with another group of 3. We played the zombie game Outbreak and it was fantastic. It was my first VR experience and I couldn't have been happier. It was better than expected. The staff was great and the equipment was excellent and worked extremely well. I highly recommend and I will be returning.

My friend and I went there and played both the zombie game and the game where you shoot Robots. It was amazing. It makes you feel like a kid again. They were also very helpful to my friend who speaks Spanish primarily. Even though they weren't fluent, they made very effort to help him which I really appreciated. I have gone twice now and have had great experiences both times.

Me and my homegirl did this for her birthday! We had a blast. The graphics looked soo real. The staff were friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to come back

Better than expected. Very fun, easy and instantly immersive. Definitely worth trying. 70+ mom had a lot of fun. Jacob was very helpful and made the experience easy. We almost didnt come, but now we will be back to try every game.

I will be doing this the second Im not broke, it was SO fun. We had a discount so we paid 35 bucks for 30 minutes for 4 people. It was beyond worth every penny, I was in third place and had the best time.

Had a work event here. They were very excited about what they were doing and the technology. The experiences were fantastic and the larger room for the games really makes the VR format Shine. Definitely worth a try, we all had a blast!

Such a fun experience! My husband and I took our 13 year old and we had a blast! We played Outbreak: Slay Season and it was awesome. Cannot recommend this place enough. It was very clean, staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Tutorial was brief. The equipment was easy to use & adjust. The zombie game was intense at moments. I was surprised by how realistic the gaming environment felt. 30 minute play time was worth the price. Great experience to share with my friend & our kids. I like the game stats that are given after the session is over. Wish there was an option to buy video footage of the gaming experiencing. We all laughed so much during the game, it was priceless.

My son had his birthday party here and it was amazing. Kids loved it and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They did everything in their power to make sure everyone had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

First time here and it was amazing! Very helpful guidance and knowledgeable staff! Super cool experience. Make sure to choose the right game for you because the zombies were pretty intense but super cool.

Amazing experience! I took my 13 year old son who loves video games in but didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did! Truly exceptional and Todd was fantastic and had a great conversation between games. I highly recommend doing the Zombies game and the singularity game to get the best experience! The contrast of worlds is phenomenal. This would be a fantastic party or work event activity! We'll definitely be returning for more fun.

This experience was so fun and I played by myself! I played the game Farcry because I wanted to see the waterfalls and other things they spoke of. So you have to kill the pirates for you to escape. It was amazing! The quality was amazing and I definitely plan on going back with a group of people! Definitely recommend! Hard to explain the experience! You have to go see for yourself !

Had such a great time here. Took my husband and kids here, and we all had a ball. I'd definitely recommend anyone to experience this VR.

Excellent date with my husband. We played Engineerium & Undead Arena. We loved how the games take your mind away from everything else, you are there so present, love it. For Engineerium we felt the altitude, movement of the platforms so real, it makes you doubt you are on flat floor. We also had a good action time in Undead Arena having each others?s backs & winning over the zombies. Highly recommended.

Zero Latency is the best VR I have ever done. Highly recommend.

Our group had SO much fun last night shooting zombies and pirates. I am prone to motion sickness and was worried, but it was fine - no issues at all. Can't wait to go back!

Fun experience and enjoyable for multiple age ranges. Pretty easy experience to book and sign paperwork once we got there. Preferred it over the other VR experience nearby

My bf loves warhammer and I love vr so he took me here to try space marines and usually I can't handle first person shooters in vr bc I get scared or overwhelmed but it was actually super dope. The staff was mad friendly and helpful and I even had an issue with my headset which they fixed immediately and got me new equipment. We are absolutely coming back every date night that we can make the drive out. (Absolutely worth the price too, very reasonable)

Super fun. Took the family. It was our first time doing VR but everyone had a blast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

We had so much fun. The owner was very hands on and very informative. The staff made sure we had a great time. Very affordable and we will be going back soon. Most definitely was a workout. Thank you for the experience and hospitality. Iver already referred several friends and family to come join in the fun.

It was an unbelievable experience. The Zero latency team walked us through all the equipment, safety and precaution before entering the virtual world of Zombies. Undread Arena and Sol Raiders(For playing against friends) is must recommend. Worth every dollar :))

My friends and I loved it. We had all done the Sandbox VR prior but liked this one better. A lot more room to move. The staff was great, super chill group of guys. Dylan completely carried the orange team. Will definitely be back.

It's everything you want in a VR game- interaction with friends/family, realistic graphics, and great gameplay. We played the zombie apocalypse one with a large group of people, and had lots of fun. The reason I have it 4 stars and not 5 was because the game glitched halfway and my gun was stuck in a weird angle in the game where I couldn't shoot, or quite frankly, do anything with it. Thankfully a few minutes later a staff member helped me, but I couldn't get the high score due to it.

So much fun! My husband and I went with a few friends and we had an absolute blast! The staff was super chill and played along with our random jokes during the game. They answered our questions and were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Wow! My dad and I played the Zombie outbreak for fathers day and it did not disappoint. The game was so real and intense that I broke into a sweat when I was around fire. It really tricks your mind thinking its real. Gotta remember, the ground is FLAT no matter what you see in game. haha It's THAT good. It's worth the $50 a person price because its an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful in learning how to use the gun and headset. It isn't actually possible to run into the walls or

Very friendly staff. Tons of fun

Me and my son did the zombie outbreak and it was a blast!

I've been twice and it was amazing fun both times. The gear is lightweight and the experience is incredibly immersive. You don't need a lot of people to play, but I would highly recommend this activity for team building events, or anybody who wants an exciting group experience. Each session can handle up to 8 players, and there are a variety of games available that cater to different playing styles and preferences.

Will never go back. It's not the same experience as the VR in liberty. I tried it and I was disappointed with the front desk and the owner. Once I complained I was attracted and told I couldn't come back. Is that the best you got cuz I wasn't coming back anyway. And no I did not quit because there where to many zombies. I quit because I talked all day about playing with a group. Meanwhile we were the only ones in the whole building. I recommend you come with a group because the place gets no business. There

Me and a few friends went today and MURKED SOME ZOMBIES. Very friendly and professional staff, great equipment and even a cute dog to greet you when arrive. Looking forward to going back with a larger group to try other games they offer. It is a little pricey when compared to other recreational activities in the area but I'd suggest trying it at least once!

As part of a team-building / entertainment activity, our leadership team (12 people) went to Zero Latency last night. What an awesome experience. Everyone LOVED IT! What a great way to energize and unify your team by having fun together. I highly recommend this event for anyone wanting a great team-building activity.

We had a really great time here, if you've got a group of people looking for something to do then you'll definitely make a memorable evening out of it here. The place is really clean and well maintained and the staff are very nice and accommodating for people of all skill levels. I've been a huge fan of VR for a long time and it's a home hobby of mine, but I had never been to a VR entertainment place like this before. I kind of expected an underwhelming experience, but it was on a whole new level to be abl

Absolutely loved this place! The arena is huge! I can't say enough good things about Zero Latency! They were accommodating to a schedule change and showed us an amazing experience. It was my first VR and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!

The experience was amazing! It looked, sounded, and FELT like you were walking along the side of buildings, jumping into a helicopter, and oh yeah, beating the heck out of zombies! Hoping to find a place just like it closer to home! My husband was blown away as well (and he's NOT easy to please).

We (26f, 28m) had the best time at Zero Latency! We went as a birthday gift and had a blast doing the outbreak origins story. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the experience top notch. We will certainly be back with friends.

Absolutely the best VR experience I have had. Very impressive venue and technology. No vest to wear, just the VR goggles and the weapon/controller (I was able to wear my glasses with no issues). Every game we played was super realistic. Favorite was Far Cry. The play area is massive like a school gym and you use the whole space.. The staff was super helpful and made sure everyone had a great time. If you've done VR at home this is 10 times better. Highly recommend and will be back often.

It was a really fun first time experience. Up close action and you will break out a sweat! Tom and the other crew Member was very welcoming and very informative and overall made our experience 10 times better! We definitely will be coming back soon!

Awesome staff, good experience, clean establishment. I would 100% recommend going, this was great, we had one player drop, but they lifted us a free session to make up for the inconvenience

Took me the wife and my kiddos here for my birthday and had a blast. Tony was great. super nice, and helpful. We will definitey be back to play some different game types.

What a fun experience! I hosted a team event for 20 people recently and everyone had a blast. Todd was very deliberate in explaining the experience, what to expect and more importantly , how to have fun. Even people who hadn't picked up a games console in their life throughly enjoyed the VR world. We worked with Nicole on getting the space rented out with great options for group rates. The space was a great size for ordering in catering and entertaining outside the VR (N64, Switch consoles etc). My only re

My husband and I were looking for something new and fun to do in the area. This did not disappoint! We had so much fun we brought our whole family back the next day so they could experience it as well. While it's on the pricey side I would do again and again! So fun!!!

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and decided to check this place out. It was super fun. We had such good luck to happen upon this location. There are not very many like it in the country. Highly recommend. Got to meet one of the owners, he was great.

Me & my wife really enjoyed Zero Latency. Equipment is very high tech staff was professional and personable. Lots of space for a very realistic feel and elevators and ziplines in games. The zombie games are fun as well as the others.

Wow!!!! So much fun. We went to Cincy for a day trip & this was the perfect thing to do with a group. The owner was awesome!!! It felt so real - we all had a blast. Highly recommend.

We had so much fun! Staff was very helpful with teaching how the VR works.

TL;DR; Although expensive, it was worth it at least once and what VR was meant to feel like. I played Far Cry and it was great. I got a flat tire on the way to the facility and missed my appointment. The employees were very understanding and willing to help me out. They offered to let us reschedule or come in at a later time the same day. The experience itself was amazing. It is how I always believed VR should be instead of how at home VR works. You get a fair amount of apce to move around, and you are ab

Very fun, expensive but worth it for the experience

Came here as part of a team building event and LOVED IT! It took me about ten minutes to get into the VR experience but once I did I could not believe how smooth it was. Zero lag, no big backpack, just the googles and weapon. Most highly recommend!

Great first experience playing VR outside the house. Super easy to learn and lots of fun for our whole family. Great rainy day activity!

Had the opportunity to try this out for the first time and loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The games were great and the equipment was top notch! I'd definitely recommend this to anyone.

Me, the wife, my kids and grandkids (6 players) all went to experience the VR gaming at ZLC. I'm in my 50s, wife in 40's and kids are from 11 to 16 and they are always playing video games. We all loved the experience even though me and my wife don't play video games much. It actually felt like you were going up and down. We had to cross a beam and my wife was too scared to do it because it really felt like you could fall! Everyone loved it especially myself because I beat all my gamer children!! The 30 min

Had the opportunity to experience Zero Latency with my team from work and we had a great time. Incredibly immersive and super easy to dive in and learn how to use the system. Be sure to shoot the mushrooms in Far Cry for extra fun!

Awesome experience! I was concerned I might have a problem with vertigo, but the technology is awesome and I had no issues. Our team of 14 had a blast! Great team building event...

Super fun experience! We played the Zombie game and was sure I was walking over a moving bridge and sure that I jumped onto a helicopter - so realistic! I am not a gamer but thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

This was such a fun experience! Room was really mapped out well to make you feel like you were traveling around the game, rather than trapped in a room. Every step felt like progress, so I forgot where I was until I took off the headset at the end.

I have done Zero Latency in the past and glad they finally opened up one in the area . Not many locations yet with VR gaming still in the process of becoming a bigger thing. This is a must try experience to any gamer out there or someone who wants a different experience in something new. Todd and the Employees are a great group of people and I'm glad he helped bring this to Cinci.

Awesome experience. I went for a work event and it was so much fun. Equipment was top notch and the staff was great. Can not wait to go back and take family/friends!

I got to try this out as a company event and we had a blast. Much more responsive and immersive than you would expect and very friendly to glasses wearers and motion sickness sufferers. Staff was super knowledgable and helpful.

My girlfriend and I played a zombie game and she got scared and had to stop so afterwards the owner offered to let us play something a little more her speed, free of charge, which was so sweet. I really enjoyed it and I would come back.

This was so much fun!! You must try it. The owner is so nice and really does make you feel comfortable. This was such a fun group date night.

Awesome experience! Recommend. I would do it again. Thanks

Very fun experience for a date night.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
