We had an amazing time at Zero Gravity Trampoline Park for our kid?s birthday party! The facility was super clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly. Plus, the pricing was very reasonable for the experience we had. The kids had a blast, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a fun and stress-free party or just a day of jumping fun!
You need to check out Zero Gravity in Mounds View. Was there this past weekend for almost 3 hours with my Son and Grand Daughter. There are so many fun activities-trampolines, rock wall, games, laser tag and much more. My Grand Daughter had a blast and we will definitely be taking her again. This is an awesome place to book a birthday party!!
I took my daughter here for her birthday. Told me it was the best day ever. The room was nice with lots of seating for the kids. I had forgotten a couple things to serve the cake and they had me covered. The kids loved everything there especially the trampolines and laser tag. Also I didn't know but because it was her birthday/ I got the party deal my daughter got to do the human claw machine as well. The only not good thing was that I'm still recovering from a broken foot cause it looked really fun. I want
This place is baller. I brought my kids to the glow event after their school event was overcrowded and a total let down. We had so much fun! The staff were really nice it did get pretty busy for an hour there but after the chaos the staff were all out cleaning up and making their rounds. I love the fact that they host fundraisers for schools. Will be going back.
Amazing 1st experience. Will definitely be back! Extra bonus points for holding an inclusion event!!
I do not recommend this place for birthdays. They only give you 15 minutes to set up and 5 to clean up. On top of that the employees steal your tickets and tell you that ?you do not have any more tickets left? knowing your own count of kids and tickets they will call you a liar. Only amateurs work there. They don't pay attention. They don't know what's going on. They did not bring waters to my guest.. Chuck E. Cheese would never. Now that place I highly recommend.
The kids (12yr.old) had a good time messing around and trying out new tricks with plenty of room as we were the only people in after dinner on a Thursday night. I bought with Groupon otherwise a little pricey as they sell additional arcade cards for games along with required sock purchase for $2.99, but for winter its a option for the kids to move around and use up a little energy
Great place has a great laser tag area if you go for the laser tag look at the screen on your gun and you can select power ups like shields and rapid fire do with this information what you will either tell your friends or let them figure it out after your absolutely destroying them with plasma cannons while they have a blaster the trampolines are fun to but I am more of a laser tag guy
I like the tiered prices depending on what you want to do and how long you want to stay. I also like the half price parent pass so you can play with your kid. Not a ton to do though besides just bounce.
My first time in this place I booked a birthday party for my child we arrived 15 minutes early as they requested when we booked the party. When we arrived it was sooo busy and I'm sure over capacity. Our party didn't get set up until 10 minutes after the start of our party. The bathrooms were out of order they don't provide food and they don't have food to purchase. They had slushie machines which where out of order and half the items that where supposed to be included like bottle water glow sticks etc. whe
Amazing place for kids and adults to spend time in. We bought the ultimate tickets for our two sons which gives them access to every activity: the trampolin, the ninja area (obstacle course ) and the Lazer tag area. There are area where you can just jump others where you get to play basketball and dodge ball. There is also an area with arcades. You can not bring you own food or drinks to this location. We had snacks and had to eat them outside in the parking lot because we didn't know.
Attended a school event with my kid and a few friends. We both paid the same amount, purchased through the same website, but the kids received different color wristbands. When we entered the place smelled horrible and the ground was filthy. We stood waiting for the obstacle course, but the employee didn't even know if their wristbands would work - so he wouldn't allow them in. Apparently later we were told they could only do the activities with trampolines. They tried playing dodgeball, but the staff wasn't
Wonderful time and experience for my daughter?s birthday! We had her party there and from start to finish, the staff was amazing and helpful! The party guests had a great time and the adults even had some fun playing laser tag with all the kids! The party room was very spacious and we were also able to bring our own food! Overall was a wonderful atmosphere and experience!
Not much to do for the price to get in, plus no concession stands just a couple expensive vending machines. Not many dodge ball balls to play dodge ball. Would rather go to some place with more to do since arcade is outrageously priced
When I went there on May 20 for my patrol party and I had a blast but the laser tag vest really hurt my shoulders when I put them on and stated playing but over all I had a great time and I had the whole place to my self and my team but there was no team as team at laser tag.
Had son?s birthday here. Place is nice. Machines are expensive agreed. Kids had a good time and party was success. Reason for two star review is most all claw machines we're working. Asked couple staff members (kid with short brown hair and older shirt stocky lady) kids reply was rude considering I'm a grown man. Don't swear when you talk to adults let alone paying customers. Rude staff is reason for this bad review. Another parent in our child?s party noticed the shirt brown hairs attitude also.
Always recommend checking Groupon first, the Groupon usually just covers the jumping and not the laser tag or obstacle course though. I've done a birthday party here and would highly recommend using them for kid parties. They have vending machine for snacks, drinks, and ice cream. They have an arcade that's decent, they keep adding new things all of the time it seems. You need special socks to jump and they are $2.99, unless you bring your own sticky socks. The guys who work here are helpful and patient and
I got the all day pass with Lazer tag. Spent 5 hours with some kids and I got more exercise than a 5 mile hike. Kids loved Lazer tag. Overall nice but some staff seemed distracted by phones sometimes. Not a good recipe for kids running around and jumping in ball pits. We did have a bloody nose situation and no one was around to offer help. My suggestion is go and have fun but bring a first aid kit.
Had a good time for the $. Games we passed on being the prices are 2:50-15:00 per game. The trampolines are small so it's hard to do anything without landing on the green dividers
We all had a lot of fun, but I kind of expected more. This was my first time there. But this is the second year my son has had his birthday here. Everyone seemed to have a good time. I thought that the arcade machines were expensive compared to the last time I was somewhere they had an arcade.
My child went here for a birthday party and she loved it so much! This is a little hidden GEM that I never knew existed! It was in like a large unit of buildings attached to each other and right next door there was a medical center which I guess was kind of reassuring that maybe there is medical staff nearby in case of an emergency ??
Great place for kids even if it's a little loud. Good price.
This place is OK for the cost of the Groupon - I wouldn't pay full price. No employees on the floor supervising and the playground was pretty dirty. I wouldn't say it's the worst place I've been to, but with other options I wouldn't bring my kiddos back.
The place smells worse than a hockey locker room and I'd never want to do a black light test in there-but the kids do love it.
We all had a blast! From my two year old to myself, we enjoyed ourselves. We did the sky course, laser tag, played games, jumped into the pits, wall climb and of course jumping! There was even a place for the little kids to play!
It's a fun place for folks of all ages. Tickets are available on Groupon for a discounted rate.
We love this place ! We also love that it only has one entrance/ exit so much easier to watch the kids !
Great place to get the kiddos wiggles out. Smaller than others but still a great experience. Bonus there's an urgent care right next door
Everything is falling apart, walls are dirty, bathrooms are filthy, when you walk in it smells like piss, seriously do they even clean this place or do regular maintenance??
Great place for the family. Staff was great l and it was very clean
Super fun and fairly inexpensive. Save your jumping gripper socks so you can reuse them each time you go. The kids bounced and bounced the whole time and it was fun for little kids and teenagers. I will definitely join them next time as it looked like a blast!
There's certainly plenty to do here for all ages. Our church youth group enjoys going here and jumps for about an hour. Our bus driver enjoys the shiatsu massage chair, and the students love the Dodge ball, slam dunk, climbing wall, and more! A couple features like the massage chair cost a few bucks more. There's a place for kids under 42" as well.
Truly and honestly .. DO NOT RENT OUT THE PLACE! My personal opinion it is not worth it all. You're going to spend almost $800 for literally NOTHING! Only 32 quest is able jump, do laser tag, and or the little obstacle course thingy they have. The Arcade is not included so you will have to pay extra for that. Then to top that off one of the employees admitted that they rigged the game. Sucks because it's a kids birthday party which you guys are charging so much for and you're rigging the kids it's games so
Great for kids, I was there for my grandsons birthday
I had never been here but wow. It is a kid's paradise and adults' too. Super awesome staff and clean fabulous trampoline park. We will be back!! 3 year and 10 year old loved it.
They don't allow outside food but have no food to buy so make sure you eat in your car like I had to or eat before you come.
Me & my family had a blast for our first time at Zero Gravity. The park was very clean & up-kept, have a great selection of fun interactive arcade games with the game card system which was really nice. The ropes course was fun for all of us and the various trampoline zones kept us busy. They have an all new Laser Tag arena which by far has been the best we've ever played in!!! We highly recommend Zero Gravity!!!! Can't wait to go back!!!
Great place to bring your kids to burn off lots of energy
Good place for kids to have fun n parties
Taj is the greatest employee of all time pls give him a raise we didn't expect to find a employee like taj he helped us in the laser tag hide seek and more while we had an amazing time give him a raise he is a W guy he was really funny, and he also made us have an amazing time while we were at the zero gravity he is like one of a kind give him a raise best employee of all time
Kids had a great time. Would be nice if there was food. Machines were out of cards for arcade with no sign posted. Mgmt wasn't able to refill the machine and asked to verify our purchase by looking at bank activity before manually filling cards. Just didn't feel nice.
It was actually a nice time for the kids. We had my grandson's 3rd birthday party there, and the kids had a ball once they warned up to other people being there haha. JACK was most definitely helpful! He deserves a raise and or nice sluice or something. He definitely helped me keep calm with all the madness going on surprisingly. Zack and Chris were great as well. I saw them tending to customers with attention and good customer service. They don't serve food, and for having a party there I would have liked
My kids love zero gravity. They consistently update their equipment and features and we always have a nice time. The price has increased a bit the last couple of years but they consistently have Groupons available. We like to go as often as monthly, especially during the winter months! Its not a huge place so its easy to keep track of the kids.
It's pretty fun for mid aged kids BUT? hygiene is not priority here. Toddler place is disgusting, every time I visit it's the same nasty dirt everywhere. Also, the staff is always angry I'm not sure why they are working there if they hate it so much. Overall fun place for the kids to let out some energy.
On Friday I had a birthday party for my kids ages 9 & 13. There were 20 kids total- mostly teenage boys, and everything went great! The party room was large with 3 picnic tables, a separate table for gifts or food, and another shelf/table top area. Facility was clean. I liked how we could bring outside food in for the party. The staff were amazing!!! Imagine all those teenagers running around, being loud? the staff had a lot of patience and let the kids be kids and have fun. Thank you!
No complaints here! Kids love the place and variety of activities (airbag put, climbing wall, dodgeball, ninja course, arcade, etc.). Though, who doesn't love a jump on a trampoline. It's beginning to show some wear and tare, but still beats everything else comparable to this place. Tip: Check out Groupon ahead of time, they usually have deals on there!
It's a nice place. It's very small and not much to do. There's an arcade area and a few areas to jump, and that's it. I would say it's definitely better for younger kids. It's definitely not like skyzone or urban air when it comes to space or activities. It's a nice place and a pretty good price compared to the competitors.
We visited for a birthday party on a Sunday. We completed the waiver online in advance to save time. We had to wait in line about 10 minutes before I asked a different employee about just getting the birthday package electronic wristband and socks (you must have special gripper socks to play but I'm not sure how much of a stickler they may be for just their socks versus another brand or just the style). The wristbands glow blue when you can play and red when your time is up. It was hard to find an employee
Today we had our boys' birthday party (7 and 3) here and it was also our first time here! We were blown away! Zero Gravity and their staff exceeded our expectations! The staff was courteous and prompt with requests. The place was clean and perfectly set up for a birthday. The kids had an absolute blast and will all be talking about it for a while! The adults even had a great time as most of them jumped too. Everyone was so impressed with the ease of this party. We literally just showed up and had fun! They
We have had so much fun here before, but today felt really disappointing. We purchased the deluxe tickets with the maze and laser tag upgrades ahead of time online, only to find out that the laser tag is under renovation. A note on the website would have helpful to not have two disappointed 9 year olds at check in. They did give us $10 arcade cards for each ticket we purchased as a ?refund?, but the games are so hard now, you hardly win anything. One try, not just at the claw machines but at nearly every ga
This is an excellent place for your kiddo's birthday party with their friends. You can rent a room for two hours for presents and cake. The park entertained the kids, and at the end of the party, all the littles had burned up all their energy.
The Groupon is a good deal. This was our first time at this park and it was pretty cool. I like they have areas designated for the really little people. My kids jumped to their hearts content and I enjoyed jumping with them. Staff was kind and very attentive. They helped my kids get balls down from areas and were ready and willing to answer our questions. I will say that the place could use a deep clean. Lots of dust and dust bunnies around. The jump pit was dusty and foam pieces were falling off the foam c
If I could give this racist place a 0 start I would. The place is nice and so much to do for kids. Unfortunately they treat black people very different here. I took my kids here on Sunday 5/7 to play , while my 2 years old son was playing with a ball, one of their staff member came and took the ball from my son saying the ball have to stay where it's supposed to be, only for me to turn my head around and saw he give the ball to a white little girl when I ask to speak to manager, he brought someone who was
So fun the arcade the trampolines and a nice place for the young ones too. I loved it my kids were sweating the first 10 min. I got my tickets from Groupon so not bad pricing if you catch it at the right time.
Never have a birthday party there!!! There is no notification anywhere through email or on their website what is and isn't provided. Just a vague one liner saying crockpots are allowed and you can have food delivered. NOTHING saying there is no concessions to order food. No paper products given either. We had to rush while the kids were playing to grab items. Secondly the staff is not organized at all. They brought us to our reserved spot after checking in and then never gave us the stickers/wristbands so w
Over crowded and no places for parents to sit while kids play. Younger staff are rude and super disrespectful. Good place to let your children run of energy. They charge extra for petty things like Lazer tag and and little climbing maze my kids wanted to do which I thought was ridiculous. Won't be returning.
Not super impressed. Recently attended a birthday party here. Wasn't greeted when we entered (the staff was too busy on their phones). I did interrupt them to see where to go for the party. I was asked if I filled out a waiver, I said yes but they didn't even look it up! What if I hadn't filled it out??? I never saw any staff walking around to check on things. The place was kind of dirty. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The trash can was overflowing with paper towels on
Jumping was great. Overpriced for sure. Staff doesn't seem to enjoy working around children or seem to know what good customer service / hospitality is. It wasn't very busy during our allotted time so I don't understand what their issue was.
Had a party here today paid full price for the Ultimate package and it came with absolutely nothing. We arrived 15 minutes early as asked. They had us pay, had the waters in the room and we didn't see anyone for the rest of the night. Not to mention we had to provide everything even food. We had to continue to go to the front desk to ask for socks and passes. There was no host at all checking on things. It was like we just paid for a room at a hotel. Not to mention my daughter didn't get her spin on their w
The trampolines are nice, decent arcade, aerial courses is beginner, balls are pretty tore up, climbing wall could use more challenges but the facilities are pretty nice over all. Not as diverse or challenging as done other trampoline parks. But that doesn't matter if there just aren't staff to monitor what's going on: big kids in little kid areas, hanging on rims, fights breaking out between kids, bullying and most parents are on phones or in clusters just talking so you can't rely on them to monitor their
Be carefull isn't safe place someone broke my car window and took some stuff while we are inside and when I talk to the manager he didn't even care and there are no cameras outside . That was my first time and last time .
Courteous staff. Plenty of seating for parents.
We went for a birthday party. The kids had a lot of fun. Everything ran super smooth. Its not as big as some other trampoline places but they didn't have too many parties at the same time so it worked.
First timers from out of town with a couple young grandsons needing to burn some energy on a winter day. Zero Gravity was a great choice. Close to I694 and I35W, free parking. and enough value in bouncing options to use the two hour passes we chose, @ $23 each and a reasonable value. Four areas for different bouncing e.g. into foam pit, dodgeball, just bouncing. Well maintained facility. Helpful staff. Snacks available from vending machines, and 4 flavors of slashes. Areas for private groups, like a
Customer service was great! Very friendly and helpful. You could tell that the people who work there really do enjoy their jobs! Interacted with the kids alot! The only downside is that I wish it was slightly cleaner. Most of the tables were dirty with wrappers and garbage and there wasn't many places to sit while waiting by the laser tag area. Other than that we all had a great time. Great Groupon deal too :)
They're very disrespectful and unprofessional!! If I Could give a zero star I would. I had a special need daughter who I wanted to show her plays and stay with her but they wouldn't let me. They said we don't care if she is special need or not you can't be with her. I was shocked and disappointed because I never experienced something like this, every indoor Or outdoor play I go they let me stay with my child. It my first time going there and it would be my last time going there!!!!!
Lots of fun for all ages. My almost 2 yo had a great time.
All the workers are very helpful, kind and very understanding.
Very good teampoline park and good place for a kid's birthday party. It is pricey but comparable to other trampoline parks. I think they might be a little short staffed. There wasn't a follow up before the party or good instructions for party setup. Everyone seemed to have a good time and it wasn't super crowded for a Sunday. It was very easy to book the party online and the website does a good job of explaining the various options. I wish there had been the ability to book the space for more than 2
Fun but they have a recycling station for your electronic cards that you purchase to play games. My daughter accidently recycled them because her tickets ran out and they had the tickets on there. When I asked an employee if I could retrieve them she said no. Mkay samantha. That sucked. Wished they put a sign on the recycling box, to remind people of the tickets won from the games. Why even have a recycling station if your supposed to bring your card to the front area to collect your prizes??? Bathrooms are
This place is not what I expected. Planned a bday party here the second week in March. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed how outdated the games were. The party rooms were dirty with reference to the walls/chairs. Bathrooms were completely nasty/trashed. Pictures can be deceptive. I'd advise anyone who book here to stop by for a visitation prior to booking. I will admit the staff is outstanding. Jack did a wonderful job!! However, I will not be booking here again.
Cool place. Expensive for what it is. Foam pit blocks are kinda gross. They need to find a way to clean those. Laser tag was great for a family of 4. With a ton of people it might not be large enough.
We had my daughter's birthday party here. The kids had a blast!!! I'm the future I will get the mid level party. We just had a table and it wasn't as nice as her friend's party
They remodeled the place and Now they do laser tag as well. Its Very affordable and the arcade is the Best! So much fun and lots of games to play and they don't cost a fortune too play like all the other arcades out there!!! Highly recommend!!!
had a blast with my son Gabriel!
Were it not for the really good personalized service for my child's birthday party, I would have probably forever sworn off having a birthday party there again. The prices are EXCESSIVELY expensive and it just seems like in the end you don't get much bang for your buck. For 10 kids we dropped nearly $300 for Domino's pizza, an hour of jumping on trampolines, and 45 minutes in a party room. We supplied our own cake and opted out of their cupcakes. The kids love it of course and they have a lot of fun, bu
I've been coming here for years always has been good making improvements all the time. Certainly a good price for what you get too. However a few years ago the staff were a lot more entertaining and they were able to bounce and do stuff too now all they do is is tell you that you can't do stuff when you you do something against the rules instead of doing something more crazy right after you.
I was extremely disappointed that each area was needed a different pass. Had I known that I don't think I would of had my son's birthday party here. It's very expensive as well. This is not a great place to have a birthday party or if you do ask every question possible about if the kid's are able to go to every part or area of the place. Extremely disappointed for how much we spent.
The kids had a blast. They even got one free hour when they bought a t-shirt. The price is decent, for them No school days and news something to do.
What a great place to host a birthday party! They not only have the trampolines, but they also have an arcade area and many party rooms available! Will definitely consider for my kid's birthday next year! Heard the party packages are very reasonably priced and my son LOVED it there! :)
They were over staffed and yet the staff sat around and did not clean the messes that were everywhere. The location smelt awful like raw fish the entire evening. Kids were doing things against the rules in the smaller dodge ball pit and they were not being stopped. Kids were doing things against the rules all around the place and no one was doing them! This made the experience uncomfortable for myself as an adult who was trying to have fun with my children.
Went with 3 children, ages 9,9, and 10. They had fun zooming around and playing aloft. They don't like people purposely falling in thr cargo net so make sure you abide by this good rule. Laser tag was a blast and the kids cycled in many times after making some friends. . The arcade took up most of the time, accumulating tickets for prizes. Ski ball battles ensued. Kids put the tickets in a kiosk and then took the slip over for candy and other small goodies. Over all great times
I booked the deluxe party package for Sunday at 12pm but got an email confirmation for Saturday at 3pm on a basic package a while later. I called about it but then We made arrangements and came in on Saturday. I paid $50 for three pizzas and was served 3 medium cheese pizzas from dominos. Those pizzas cost $5.99 per pizza from dominos and it was never expressed that the pizza would be from somewhere else. No plates or napkins came with the pizzas. The arcade was way over priced and outdated. The kids had fu
The young lady who checked us in at the ticket counter was courteous and extremely helpful. I wish I knew her name to give her props. The kids had a blast. An hour of jumping is more than enough time. My kids were worn out and happy and that was the whole point!!!
We celebrated my son's 11 birthday here. For less than $100 3 kids got unlimited jump time, a round of laser tag, unlimited access to the ninja course, and got to try out they're brand new VR setup! The staff wasn't fully for miliar with the VR and instead of booting the kids after 5 minutes like most places would they actually figured out how to run the systems with the kids and then started their time . The kids had a blast and the staff was amazing! Whether it was a staff member or a manager they were
Kids had fun, so did I. Only lost one star due to the high price. 2 kids plus adult was over $40 with the extra obstacle course they have. Although the cost makes it hard to enjoy this place regularly, it's fun when we do go.
Place seemed smaller than expected. Arcade games were just ticket games that were outdated. Not much supervision by staff and nor other parents from our experience. Unlikely to come again. Best things were probably their vending machines. Would rather spend the same amount of money at a zoo or theme park.
Took my daughter here for her 10th bday on a Friday night, and it was well worth it. She had a great time and the environment was settling. There was a snow storm the night we went there, so lucky for us the place was pretty empty. Im not sure how it would be with a full house but overall it was a nice place.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
