Zeppoz in Pullman is a great entertainment venue with a casino, bowling center, gaming arcade, restaurant and bar. The restaurant has great food for low prices and they make an amazing cocktail drink called the Capri Sun! You can watch sports on any of the big screen TVs from any table, gamble a little in the casino or bowl. It's a unique establishment and can certainly see why it thrives in a college town!

Zappoz was a great dining experience if not for covid-19 and the lack of people using the bowling alley and the casino I feel like it would have put my review over the top but the food was phenomenal especially the service staff they made an excellent impression the food had a very home-cooked feel to it and I would definitely recommend going there and I can't wait to go back.

There's a limited menu at the moment because of the COVID restrictions in place, but all of the favorite items are there. Food is just as good as always, and there are plenty of heaters in the outdoor dining space on the patio. Staff wear masks and gloves and maintain all sanitary protocols and social distancing. You can also pick up curbside or order through Doordash or the ZeppoZ website.

It's such a cool place. With so many games to play for young ones and adults as well. The food is great too.

We always enjoy this place for bowling and meals. So far they've served great food, and the atmosphere is really good as well. We usually sit in the bar area, not for any real special reason. The servers are attentive and enjoy doing for a small chat if they have time, they are usually busy though and still seem to have time to pay fair attention to you.

Went today for breakfast, the hostesses that sat up at our table was extremely unpleasant, didn't even say a word, slapped the menus on the table and walked away. We have eaten there now three times while on business. I was quite surprised at the level of dining given it's next to a bowling alley. Each of the meals we had were filling, flavorful, and cooked well. The service was excellent each time. It's now on our list of go to while in Pullman.

The food order was wrong. Steak bites were well done when asked for medium. Sweet potato fries were cooked too much. Took an hour to get 4 dishes to us.

Two lanes shut down while we were there? not sure if that's how rough college students are with the lanes or just they need maintenance. They were almost out of cheese?? So no pizzas available, but we managed just fine (lots of chicken tenders and wings). And of course, plenty of pitchers floated around. Good natured staff, super helpful. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put the ticked off looking, red headed guy in a bartending position needs to stay away from making decisions. He would be a much better bouncer for the casino as it would make more sense for him to stand there and scowl his whole shift. I ask him for extra condiments all the time that I don't need, just because it's fun to watch him huff and puff that he has to do his job.

The food fair is reasonably good for bowling alley/diner/bar/casino. The bowling alley was slightly distracting with all the laser lights and black lights, but very much still fun to play a few games. The bar has something like +40 beers on tap, so the selection is more than reasonable. I do not partake in casinos so I can't comment on that side of things. Overall I'd give it 8/10

We've been to Zeppoz as a family, with groups for birthdays, a school field trip, and on date night. They have a young staff, but they are always friendly and helpful. When in Pullman. Zeppoz is, coming home. Great staff. The food is great. I'd recommend one item but honestly everything on the menu is solid. After coming her for over a decade. Great food. The food was not the best but our server was friendly and kind. In the casino their dealers were friendly and helpful in learning the game. The only thing I would change would be to fire the kitchen staff due to not knowing how to cook hash browns.

This is the first review I've written in my life, the lady with the fluffy hair at the bowling desk was very attitude about outside drinks, gave us a hard time about what the water cups are for water before I even had the chance to walk off with them. Showed up in a good mood to bowl and ruined the experience.

I've gone a couple times but sadly the last time I went some of the lanes were broken and the service wasn't the friendliest. Their biscuits and gravy in the top 10% of any of I've ever had. $8 includes a large serving plus two eggs of your choice. Good coffee and always refilled before you even ask. Service has been always been great. I typically go on Sundays at 11:00 when they open

They have the typical food you'd find at a bowling alley, but there are some pleasant surprises. It's the only place in town to get shepherds pie. ...plus they have Mt. Dew... The outside seating is great in the summer, as long as employees aren't on a smoke break outside.

The Food was great and Our server Neah was Amazing! She handled 8 other tables not including us at the same time like a champion. I've gotten food a couple times and it's always delish. The other day I got the country fried steak and eggs to go. They forgot the gravy and I called when I noticed at home and they gave me a full refund (more than I was expecting because it was just gravy) even so it was still really good without and they went above and beyond to give me a full refund. I got food with that refund for dinner and it was also delish. Nice and friendly people with good service and great food

We had breakfast and then we went bowling. Food was good no complaints there. Bowling alley was really nice. We paid extra for the 300 club which provides different lighting and nice coaches to sit on. They do have a regular bowling alley which is cheaper. I believe it's 25$ an hour for the regular and 35$ for the 300 club. 4 people for 2 hours was about 87$ got 2 and half games in within that time frame.

Bowling was absolutely awful here. Poor customer service, refused to honor coupon, and almost the entire time was wasted because the lane wasn't working. Once we brought up the constant lane issues, they didn't really do anything to fix it.

Pretty expensive, but the 300 club is top notch! Love the seating and shoe cubbies under the large tables. Wish the whole place was remodeled like the 300 club, then it might be worth the price.

Last year, about half my school went bowling here and there was enough room! It was so much fun, and there are a lot of lanes. The food is really good, but somewhat expensive. They have good sizes too. If you're looking for somewhere to bowl, I'd suggest Zeppoz!

I don't usually complain, but I got a pizza with slices that were very obviously from different pizzas, different colors on the bottom and the slices didn't line up. The bartender said they get complaints all the time regarding this issue but claimed that the slices "migrate"... whatever that means. I work with pizza. Went in for my birthday and reserved a lane for 2 hours for 2 people. Asked if we could get our money back if we didn't want to bowl for the full 2 hours and we were told we could. Well Google since you asked ... We went in today to try to beat the winter drab and we enjoyed the restaurant. We then paid for an hour and half of bowling was pit on lane 11 . It seemed after every few plays the pins would get stuck and lane would go down . While our paid time is ticking away . Zeppoz has some of the best food in town, so you can enjoy a great dinner while also enjoying bowling. Win-win. They recently started cracking down on a no outside food or beverage, which they took too far and started telling pregnant ladies and toddlers that they couldn't have a water bottle. This is one of the more fun places to go in Pullman. The bowling lanes are really nice. There is a fun little arcade there too. The staff has always been extremely kind and helpful. Pretty good restaurant, better than "standard bowling alley food" at a lot of places. Costs are reasonable. Bowling lanes are actually fairly modern and well maintained (not at the level of some of the super trendy bar/bowling alleys in big cities but way better than you would expect in Pullman). This is a really fun place and a good place to have a party or girls night out. The food is definitely bar food but sometimes a girl needs a massive helping a bomb sweet potatoe fries. The prices are really fair- but be warned it's easy to "play one more game" or "have one more beer". The best part is definitely the staff though, I have not met one employee that wasn't pleasant and extremely fun to joke around with. My family had a fantastic evening. The lights turn to blacklights past 9 and makes it a lot of fun. They just updated their screens and it makes the experience a whole lot better. Customer service was good with free water, they even let us change our lane so our party could have more space. It's really the only place in the area to go bowling so pricing competition is minimal which is sad because otherwise I would visit more often.

We always enjoy our time at Zeppoz. The lanes and tables are well kept and always clean. Staff is friendly. The cafe is quick and offers all your bowling alley favorites. We really appreciate the partnership with KidsBowlFree in the summer! Definitely recommend!

Poor service, I had to wait over an hour for my food, and when it came out the food was cold and undercooked. They must have had a change of staff because it used to be great. Don't come without making a reservation first. The first night we tried to come we were told there was a wait which was understandable for a Friday night, however the group in front of us didn't have a reservation and was placed on a lane right away (keeping in mind it was a group of 7 and we were a group of 2).
