Harry was the best he made our trip here worth every penny! He joined in with our family outing and it was beyond amazing. We had so much fun hanging out with him. He made this place special for us.

Tonight we had a work group Dundie party and we had an amazing night! From start to finish Brandon helped us by creating a custom package that fit every need and wish we had. We had 35 (adults only) attend and we chose the Racos Taco Bar. We had two room for 4 hours and a dedicated party host. The food was excellent! We had a Christmas party for my kids, nephews and niece (ages 8-22). Everything was amazing from booking with Brandon to being helped once there by Kasen and several other staff members to all the cool things in their new building. Even the food was great! I was thoroughly impressed! So much fun for everyone, including the adults. We will be back and I absolutely recommend everyone check them out.

Update: tried it again? I had faith in this place. second trip was just frustrating, employee running the laser tag was so depressing and acted like he hated his job. Everything felt gross like greasy and the bowling balls are so torn up it's awful. No good selection of bowling balls. Customer service and over all pricing I will be going to High Caliper from now on. Mini golf all the balls we're all dead again so couldn't even play the course as designed. I went here with my family and had so much fun. This place has a variety of things to do and stuff to keep little kids busy for hours. It also tires them out to make bedtime easier. Overall 10/10 and Justin was kind enough to give us an extra bracelet

Update Went here again last night with my son. I was very impressed with Elizabeth who was working the prize area. She was supper friendly and engaged with my son the whole time helping him pick out prizes. She made suggestions and even demonstrated how fun some of the prizes were. She went above and beyond. Everyone we worked with here was incredibly accommodating and gracious. We were late to schedule a party but they managed to get us in anyway. Celebrated a 4th birthday here on a Sunday. I was worried 4 might be too young to appreciate the options, but the 2 hour package flew by. The trampoline park was fun; big obstacle course with trampolines, basketball, zip lining, and slides. The carousel and arcade games were also favorites. We were able to spend about $20 extra for arcade games, which lasted quite a while. The crowd really picked up shortly after opening, and we were glad we got there early.

Its ok but it could be so much better. The arcade is so unbalanced. For example today I learned from staff with a manager standing there that the string cut game to win a giant teddy bear actual takes up to 100 cuts yet to play it is 24 credits. Pretty insane because 40 credits = $10. Even on Thursday with half credit cost it is crazy. Other places that have this game cut in one try as it is already hard enough to time it. So happy about the new location! We've been coming to Zap Zone for at least 15 years. The new location has everything under one roof, a great new bar and new food options. Awesome service from the bar staff and loved all the food we tried. Got the volcano nachos and they were loaded with meat and cheese. Had multiple TVs for Lion's game and the sound was on. It was packed and super busy but we still had excellent service from the bartenders. Great time and so happy for the new location!!

We always have a great experience and fun whenever we visit, today Justin helped us at the rewards stand and the kids were so happy and excited. We'll continue to visit .

I went with a large group and it was such a blast. Food was great, games were fun, and there was an employee named Henry or Harry who really made the night. He was super fun and added a lot to the experience!

Food is pricey, fun place but even the 2 hour wrist bans are a lot considering not much you can do with them.

I took my grandson and his two friends. They had a blast! I wasn't very happy being charged 10 bucks for venu operations?? I feel after paying 200 bucks for tickets that was something I feel is illegal. Plus without even asking me, they charged 14 bucks for bowling shoes that we didn't even use!! We (myself , my husband, and our two kids 2 and 4) visited the new zap zone location in the Lansing Mall over the weekend. It is huge! So despite it being quite packed, it didn't feel too crowded because it is so spacious and there are so many different things to do! My husband and our son did the jumping area and received arcade cards with points loaded on it which was a nice perk! It's one of our grandson's favorite places. There are tons of games, laser tag, trampoline area, golf, and drinks. They run specials that included a free laser tag game and $10.00 free game play. Employees were fantastic, we spent about three hours there.

So fun for the kids and the all-day unlimited for ~$25/day was all we needed. Unfortunately it was just filthy (probably inevitable) and some of the attractions were up and running.

Here's my honest opinion about this place. It was great. Loads of fun! Highly suggest going on Thursday to get that deal of $19.99 The laser Tag for me is by far the best. It's literally a free for all. You're shooting at everyone and everyone's shooting back. It can become a bit pricey so go in with a budget. If it's for a date, splurge a bit and have fun. I didn't encounter anything that would make me not want to come back. I take the kids here all the time.

40$ to bowl which is absurd, on top of that they couldn't even use any of that revenue to turn the A/C on whatsoever every employee I saw was fanning their face. Completely unacceptable it felt cooler outside because there was at least a breeze. Who wants to bowl while sweaty?

NOT A PLACE TO TAKE YOUNG KIDS! I took my grandsons on a Thursday night and spent well over $200 but everything started fine the person running laser tag was awesome! and seemed to enjoy his job but that was it! The person running bumper cars told us he did not feel well and we could not do them and then 5 min later allowed a group of 5 kids to ride. The best part was the dirty/broken bathroom which featured 2 kids sitting on the counter smoking pot! not the kind of time I wanted to show 2 young grandkids.

We visited ZapZone XL. The new space is amazing, so much to look at and so much space. The layout was very well thought out. There was a crowd today but it didn't feel busy. The new laser tag space has some amazing artwork on the walls, I walked behind my 4 year old on the course to hold his vest and got to admire it all. The trampoline park had my kids hooked. Fun party with coworkers. We loved laser tag and all the arcade games and of course the trampoline rooms. Service was friendly and helpful and pizza was served by a kitty robot! And the pizza was actually pretty good too!

I rented a party room and was not disappointed. I enjoyed the extra time having fun since our hostess rocked, our pizza's were coming out as we were getting done with activities. I do not recommend this place. They are overpriced. The cost about $35 for 2 hours per person on weekends, which during the week is for the whole day seems ridiculous. I was here two days ago with my friends playing pixels at zap zone in Lansing, MI. Savanah was AMAZING! She is so bubbly and kind to everyone and makes the game so much more fun by her energy and help if one gets stuck!! I would give her 1000 stars if I could!! Zap zone XL did not disappoint. Thought it was much nicer than the old zap zone. Glow golf was awesome. Pixel floor was super fun. And the spin zone was most beloved by my girls. Tony was very kind and a great facilitator.

My kids and I visited today. The staff was very helpful at the front desk. We loved the Springz area. It was also well staffed and safety was important to all. The kids loved the mini-golf, VR ride, go carts, and arcade. I love that Zap Zone XL has moved to the Lansing Mall, providing family fun to the area!!!

I went to Zap Zone XL Lansing today (Memorial Day 2024). Savannah in the prize room was awesome! She got the rocks I wanted out of the case for me and took the extra effort to wrap them up in paper towel to make sure they wouldn't break. Plus the whole arcade was clean and all of the games worked great. We will definitely be back!

Only getting a 2 because we have been for kids parties and they love it but I do not recommend on date night ever as you sit 20 mins waiting for a bartender that will never help you but help groups that come in after you. The actual place itself was awesome. Something to do for everyone in the family can pricey but still would be 5 stars if not for the staff. Minus the people at the front who sold us our ticket every other staff member I encountered was rude and looked miserable. We bowled an entire game with 5 players before we even saw a waitress to order food.

We went to zap zone to play glo golf and let me tell you if I could leave half a star I would. They use electronic balls and you can't get them to read on the sensors, it gives whatever score it wants to you whenever it wants too and sometimes it doesn't give you a score at all. We also let our girls drive the go karts which were slow and barely worked. This place is an absolute joke. Very disappointing.

Went for the first time recently. It was okay. The arcade for me was the best part. My 7 year old liked the trampolines but said he liked other places better. He also liked the laser tag as well. My 19 year old liked the go karts. I guess we expected a little more from all the hype. Not a whole lot of directions we just winged it. Also... no where for parents to sit! That was annoying. Didn't try the bowling but it looked fun.

I love bringing my grandchildren, all 6 to Zap Zone, Lansing. They have an incredible time with so much to do, however there is an urgent need for seating for us spectators who need to keep a watchful eye on our kids as they do all the fun things to do.
