To start off the employees were very friendly and helpful! They were trying to keep things nice and tidy. We played the glo golf. We were a little disappointed that it only has 14 holes? Should have 18. I don't know if we will be back. It was ghetto. What I mean by this is kids were climbing the statues, knocking them over. Not a parent in sight. Foul language. Lots of screaming at the games. The price to play the games is outrageous. 25 dollars for 120 credits. Games are 10plus credits each. Chuckie ch

I visited this location on 5.19.25. Upon entering, I was greeted by a manager named Will. He was professional, enthusiastic, and kind. My tiny humans had never been to Zap Zone, so he explained that we should walk around and get a feel of the layout, then come back to see him. I threw my son?s 7th birthday here recently. The host was very nice. The atmosphere was clean and my son and his cousins really enjoyed themselves. I look forward to bringing them back soon.

We had a great time, kids had a blast. Seemed a little short staffed for all the areas, AC in the play areas seemed non-existent but the manager said they had someone actively trying to fix it. I didn't see anyone cleaning at all though, the golf handles felt grimey and there was visible build up in the adventure park areas. Other than that, Great experience.

Havent been in years!! Family outing with all our kiddos and we had a great time! Prices reasonable! Lots to do ! The man working the area to trade in points for prizes was wonderful! Food was good! Overall we definitely will be back.

We travel from Toledo just for Zap Zone! It's so much fun. I have a 19 year old and a 19 year old. This place keeps them both busy and happy without breaking the bank. The pizza is delicious! Great staff! Bathrooms are always clean.

We had my son?s birthday party at the Zap Zone in Taylor. Megan was our host and was exceptionally. Always made sure the guest had enough drinks and food service was spot on. All the adults commented on how clean this place was and how kind the staff was. Will be doing more parties here.

Our 9u baseball team used ZapZone for a bonding event and it was a really great experience. Mike whom I spoke with several times prior to the event helped field all of my questions and showed a lot of patience with me as I navigated setting this up. Had my son's 11th Birthday party here. Hostess was great. I love that I didn't have to clean up or set up anything in the party room, unless I wanted to decorate it, which I did not. The kids had a blast playing and not too much of my supervision was needed since they have an employee at all times watching the kids in each station. Kids had an absolute blast here. We visited previously for a birthday party and decided to celebrate here instead of another place. Laser tag, glow golf, bumper cars and the indoor adventure park available for play. Tons of modern arcade games as well as some skill based games. Appreciate the rechargeable cards and the helpful staff. 01/21/2023 Update: Liked it so much we went went back for another party.

We had scout activity at zap zone taylor, and they were able to accommodate for more than 60 kids at same time very smoothly. I certainly recommend it for event. Thanks for Moe the manager for all his accommodation.

Celebrated my sons 7th birthday here. We had about 15 kids. It was really nice and for the experience, affordable. We did two attractions and each kid out 5.00 for the arcade. The room was clean. Great place for kids and gamers. If you have a birthday party room, watch your stuff in the room. Donnot leave it unattended. We had $40 worth of tokens come up missing while the kids were playing laser tag. Overall, good fun.

Edwin was fantastic! He was polite when he was explaining about the sock rules and play area rules. The staff in this zap zone in Taylor were all nice and polite. Best of all Zap Zones. Parking outside needs work! So many potholes. Be careful when driving around looking for a parking spot.

At the Wyandotte parade this year, ZapZone was throwing bracelets to kids. My grandkids got six, only to find out if they didn't have a red tag on them, they weren't valid. None of the 6 they got had a red tag so they are useless. Disappointed that Zap zone would do this to kids, such a scam!!

Had a great time at grandaughters birthday. Lots for kids to do and the wonderful staff was very accommodating. Highly recommended and thanks to the great Zap Zone team!

Birthday parties are always great. The separate room is like sound proof which is really nice. Host was great. Kids had a blast. Food was good.

Kids definitely enjoyed themselves... Lazer tag gets called every 20min. Had to wait for more kids but bumper cars were fun for them. The Glow golf was fun... Pretty much all games were working as they should. They kids enjoyed the Sparkz jump zone but it was only 20min. Attractions being $9 each isn't bad although I didn't find out til I was there that from 9p-12a is $25 vs $32 for 2hrs during the day.

It's one of my kids favorite places. But they're not the ones that have to pay for it. It's fun, but definitely expensive for what you get. Drinks are $3 with NO refills. The required socks are an additional charge. It's just way more expensive than it needs to be

Price is not worth what's in this building. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting!! I came in here with my family of 5 to play glo golf.. they have no supervision of these heathens that play in here that don't know the rules of the game.. a kid hit his ball so hard in the par behind us.. it hit my ankle bone. I've been to SO many arcades and theme parks all over the US, and this is definitely in my top 5 favorite. The prices were about the same as any other place, we didn't encounter any game problems, it was clean, the prizes were AWESOME, and they even decorated some of their games! Very high quality place. Also the guy working the counter was super nice and helpful. So were the ladies working in the trampoline Park area. This place is awesommmmme.

To have a really good time you definitely wanna come prepared to spend some money but the kids had the best time the pizza is good the staff is great. Definitely worth to come check it out.

A friend was hosting a birthday party and the kids loved it. There's so much to do, not only gaming wise but also they have claw machines and an adventure land for more rambunctious children with a lot of energy.

My daughter and I had a tremendous evening. The staff were attentive to customers, games were all functioning, golf and laser were a blast, and she walked out with her arms filled with stuffed animals. Getting the VIP package which has 80 credits for Arcade games Just to find out that most Arcade games are 10 credits or more, kids play only 8 Arcade games .. every Arcade game is two dollars and a half .. that is crazy!!! We recently hosted my son's 10th birthday party at Zap Zone, and it was absolutely fantastic! Opting for the VIP package was definitely worth it. The facility is impressively clean, food is great, and the staff couldn't be friendlier; their service was top-notch. Sal and Desiree made sure all our guests were tended to. There's an abundance of games suitable for all ages, and surprisingly, the adults had just as much fun as the kids?if not more! Highly recommend Zap Zone in Taylor.

I have the some of the best experiences here. It's Clean, Fun ,and Full of surprises. My nephew birthday was here 4/7 and he really enjoyed his self. The Party host I think her name was Amanda was thee Best party hostess hands down my daughter got sick and was throwing up and she honestly went over and beyond to help me out with her. I was very Greatful. Front Counter Guys were great But Jacob was the Best as well, went over and beyond to assist all of any matters.

The staff are great, the General Manager Mike is amazing, and the Assistant Managers are very friendly. Definitely the place to come have a good time for cheap. Half-off Tuesdays are a lifesaver

I've hosted a few fundraisers here (always successful!), plus a party and spent several days getting kids together or having a family fun day. Mike and his team always provide top-notch service. I highly recommend this spot for any time you're in the mood to play!

We had the best experience today with our daughter's birthday party. The entire staff was great. Our host Marissa did an amazing job from the moment we got there. She was very attentive and friendly. All our guest and kids enjoyed the day. This was the first time we booked at Zap Zone and won't be the last. I highly recommend the Zap Zone in Taylor, Michigan.
