Expensive. Games are ridiculous expensive. Going through $25 in 5 mins is not normal. Dave and busters is pricey but you don't spend as much! Super disappointed. Pizza was okay. Would never crave it. Overall the staff was friendly and the place is clean. It's actually surprising, compared to the outside of the building.

I took my 15 year old son and two of his friends there for his birthday. We were there over 3 hours and they had a blast. No one complained about being bored or wanting to leave. Elliot was an amazing worker and very accommodating to whatever the boys wanted to do. I highly recommend this place and we can't wait go back.

The management and staff really suck with regard to having parties here. They've always been a negative part of the experience, but lately they've become even worse. We've had lots of parties here for our kids over the years, but this may have been the last one because of the staff and management. My son had a birthday party this past weekend. The children had a great time. My only concern was that we spent close to $500 and we were not provided with ONE pitcher of water, when asked. We were told once we sat at our reserved table, one hr after our arrival, we could have it, along side the other beverages and food we did purchase ahead of time. A nice clean place my daughter had a blast at her friends birthday party! Just a side note seen a couple adults without children there that gave me a bad vibe so if you go just keep an eye out is all but overall great place they have arcade and bumper cars ball pits slides and putt putt golf also have food and drinks if your only doing the arcade it gets pricy I recommend doing the activities instead hope this helps

Kids had an awesome time but my host barely checked on my party. I had to search for the host just to get my ice cream which postponed singing happy birthday and then we were rushed out of the party room when the time came. I didn't appreciate that, I feel they can be a little more attentive but overall I would return my sons loves the place. There's a lot of options for them. Very clean and food was good.

Part of me loves that they've cleaned it up since last time we were here, but I didn't realize in doing so they've really taken away most things my younger child is able to do (he's 4, so not really a baby and was totally happy in the foam area and having unlimited access to the playgrounds last time). My son enjoyed his 11th birthday party here, and everybody who attended the party was very pleased, and the kids had a blast. The food was good, and the servers were on point with everything despite the lil problem we ran into about good, but other than that, it was great. We were on vacation in Detroit with our 10 year old Son and visited this location. The outside of the building was unassuming but the inside was full of all sorts of exciting Arcade games including Virtual Reality ones! The bumper cars and laser tag were a hit as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The establishment was clean and staff thoroughly clean/disinfected all machines frequently. There's hours of family fun at ZapZone.

Zap Zone is always a hit with the kids! There are plenty of exciting activities to keep them entertained, and the atmosphere is energetic and fun. From the moment we arrived, Ravin went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. His kindness and helpful attitude truly set the tone for an enjoyable visit. I came here to have fun. I spent over 60 dollars on two attractions only to have it ruined by kids not being supervised by their parents. They were playing the same mini golf holes as everyone else even after being asked to wait. The parents stood and did nothing. The staff was unhelpful and rude. I will never be coming back and I waisted my money.

Zap Zone was a great host for our event. We worked mostly with Gabe and both Jade's. They accommodated our party well and we all had a great time. This was the second event we've had here and will definately be coming back for years to come.

My son really enjoyed his 8th birthday party ?? it was well worth the money spent. I highly recommend booking a party here. Also the staff was always available if we needed anything and they were definitely on top of everything. We only had one encounter with a not so friendly employee but other than that one everyone was super friendly!

The party time was supposed to be two hours but without warning 15minutes early they had us leave our room because there was another party and we didn't get to celebrate with the cake we had brought. The facility was clean and fun and a great place for a party. Was just disappointed no dog told us we needed to be finished in our room before the two hours were over.

This is the first time I've returned since the renovations have been made and I was thoroughly impressed with the update. Went here on valentines day. It was busy but not over crowded. Some machines didn't work but over all a great experience. Would definitely recommend and will be going again.

Fabulous time at Zap Zone!!! Already planning our next trip. So much fun for our large household of 11. There was something for everyone to do. We had a blast exploring the arcade and the attractiond. Our first time playing laser tag and it was way more enjoyable than i had expected. Kids still like it, but after recent upgrade i started hating the place as parent. They gone too money minded and removed all the general seating. So, no place to sit unless you go in bar and order some food.

Had a great time as always! Lots of "younger" kids' activities. Definitely loved the bumper cars and glow golf. My son and little cousins totally enjoyed themselves. The pizza was great and had a blast circulating through all of the attractions!

This place has by far went down the toilet. They just recently remodeled the place and jammed everything they had all into 1 side and took things out for the little kids. There is lines for everything now and they added an eatery with alcohol no sitting areas for the adults only if you buy something to eat!!! Trash trash trash even 2 of the workers said this place went down the toilet and that they are unhappy working here. Maybe the owner should listen to the people instead of his pockets.

Great place and lots of fun. The kids loved all the options. Only issue os that the service is very slow. Our servers for our rental room were not attentive amd we had to keep looking around for help. Food was excellent though. I would go back but exoect slow service.

Lots of activities just not parent friendly. They do not have space for lounging unless you purchase food. My family of 5 (three kids , two adults) paid roughly $150 to spend time here. The staff?s remark ?it's designed that way for you to follow your kids around or spend money to sit and wait.? We will stick to places that at least offer seating for parents without being forced to make a purchase. Forgot to add no storage for belongings. So either leave kids? stuff scattered or carry coats and shoes around

I'm giving 5 stars, simply because of the two girls that took care of our party on 12-15 at 1145am. They were kind, caring and very attentive. They made sure our party was taken care of while we were there. However, the cleanliness of the restrooms were another issue. Very dirty and no paper towel. With a place the requires a lot of touching things, I think that this would be a high priority. In all, we plan on returning as we enjoyed everything else.

Pleasant experience at this location. Everything was very well planned and welcoming. The place is well maintained each of the recreation areas was manned and efficient. Food was good.

Lots of fun, some really decent games that give good ticket values. Laser tag was very enjoyable. Nice place to spend a few hours, if slightly expensive if you want to spend more than 2 hours or earn a lot of tickets. But there is visible plywood near some of the trampolines and the socks used on the trampolines are quite slippery, for adults especially.

Axe Thowing was super fun! There are a ton of games to play with the throwing. 10/10 recommend!

Pretty nice and big. I do have one complaint. The duck game where you shoot water at the rubber ducks to get them in the hole is gross. It smells bad and there's mold on the ducks and the water looked disgusting. I just won't want some young kid getting sick from this game if they try to touch it. Please fix this.

I visited during New Year?s Eve and all kids had shoes off running around and when we return the following Monday we did the same thing and then proceeded to get yelled at about no shoes rule that wasn't previously enforced. They have a time limit to things which is understandable. But as the played we got booted from an area when there were no other children waiting. October 2022 - came here for a birthday party that my daughter was invited to. Wow, this place is ginormous, daughters words but I do agree with her. They do have packages for you to buy from. Staff was friendly and helpful. The kids had a lot of fun with lazer tag and the bumper cars. There is bowling, arcade and putt putt. For $25 and some change you can play many arcade games. I think it was $3 for the card. Worth a visit.

I had a party here for my nephew and this place is DIRTY! I contacted the manager the next day and he has yet to get back with me. I have called numerous times since then and he's ?never in the building? supposedly. No. He's dodging my phone calls. Not only is this place dirty but multiple safety hazards for the kids and adults. We have been here twice and had totally different experiences. The first time I got the Ninja Zone Jr attraction pass on a Wednesday. We had fun and my son played for 2 hours and we left. Today we went back because my son had so much fun and it is his birthday so I told him we could go. I purchased the same attraction pass but this time was told my son would only have 15 minutes. Checked the website no communication that nothing is opened but the arcade until 4. Got there 30 mins after there doors are opened and the front desk person said they don't know if they were open to the public because of a private event that they didn't know what was going on. My son and I went here the afternoon of 10/7/22 between 4pm and 7:30 pm. First, the team that was working was amazing with parents and most of all with the kids. I genuinely felt that it was important to them that we felt welcomed and that we enjoyed our time there. I was so pleasantly surprised by how great they were. Not only is it an AMAZING place for the kids to play. Some much to do from glow golf to a ninja warrior course. Gabe, Logan, and the whole team were super helpful and accommodating! We had a group of around 55-60 people and it went perfect! Even all 40 kiddos got to play laser tag together. They opened up 3 rooms for us and everything we could need (cups, plates, napkins, plastic ware) stocked fully, we did not have to ask for a single thing. Save your money. $600 for a 10 kid party is worthless here. You are paying for 2 tables, some chairs, and pizzas. They dont decorate anything, you have to hunt down a host, you feel like everything is rushed to get the next victim in, and the kids get a 20 credit card which is gone in 5 minutes because most game are at least 8 credits. Went above and beyond to help us put a birthday party for my 7 year old grandson AFTER the original venue (some Non Stop place) CANCELED his party 2 hours before it was supposed to start!!! I did the 2 hour unlimited bday package, and everyone (16 kids) had a blast! The attractions are so much fun. A few parents (including myself) also joined in. Can't wait for the axe throwing to be complete!

Would highly advise you to save your money. Spent over a $100 and my kids went through there arcade card in 10 minutes because the game credits are so high. On top of that you will have to carry around everything even your children's shoes because they got rid of the seating area and have no lockers. The most disappointing money I have ever spent. Please save your money and take your kids to chuck e cheese or anywhere else but this place. Everything about this place is inconvenient.

The location has recently been remodeled and age limits have changed. There is no information about this change. Was there for a party in June it was 3 and up. Came today for a party it was 5 and up. Children came to the party and were not allowed to play. We also booked a party for 20 plus kids and we ended up in a half room. Was told we couldn't switch because the rooms were booked. My 9 year old son had a blast for his bday party that was hosted here. Lots to do for all ages. I wish we would have had the option to have the party room 30 minutes longer. The two-hour window was a bit tight, but we did love how attendees of the party could still play after our two-hour party window was up, we just had to be out of the room. Just had a birthday party here and glad we did! All the kids had a blast!! There is so much to do all in one place! Gabriel was amazing!!! Courteous, helpful, and very professional!! Out of towners looking for the ultimate kids play area and we found it!! Prices were reasonable, so much to do, we went in the evening and it wasn't super busy either. And the staff was super helpful! 12/10 would recommend and we definitely would go again

Just stopped in on a Friday night and the kids had a blast! The front is still undergoing construction so the drinks and kitchen were a little difficult to navigate but Kasim handled it all with outstanding customer service! Great treatment from all staff, but Kasim?s was top notch!

Did a birthday party here and it was wonderful. You get your room for 2 hours and the kids can stay and play as long as they like afterwards. They didn't charge extra for the socks (like some places) and the workers were friendly, happy and helpful.

With the heavy fumes from paint and floor varnish, this place should NOT be open during construction. I brought my son in to have a fun day and couldn't breathe due to my asthma and allergies. When asked for a refund, we were denied and given game cards instead. The conditions are not safe or healthy for children. Extremely disappointed since we normally love this place.
