I took my daughter here for a fun night together. We did have fun but the overall feel of the place was run down and dingy. The go-karts were in working order and we enjoyed racing but even though the rules were posted in several places (and clearly explained by the attendant) someone kept ramming into our kart throughout the race but the attendant did not address the racer. This left my daughter and me frustrated but not enough to ruin our time. The lady who sold us our tickets was helpful but not super fr
Came in with the family to watch some football, have a couple of beers and play pool. Very cool atmosphere, everything was decked out in Christmas attire. Arcade looked fun and my niece really enjoyed it. Played pool with my sister and that was cool, only $10 an hour. The rest of my family sat at the bar enjoying the tv and beer. We had a really super sweet bartender who was very nice and helpful and didn't catch her name but she gave us amazing customer service. Would definitely be back for the go karts an
Service was excellent. It was the perfect place for a fun day with the family. Go Karts were fun and the mini golf course was really nice. The new interior improvements are really appreciated from the older rustic look to the newer cleaner design. They also improved the mini golf greens and added a really nice shaded area at the go karts. You can really see the improvements and effort being put into the place and it's really appreciated because Yuma needs it. Also the new billiards tables next to the bar ar
Went to the Fun Factory with some friends to go on the go carts. Ernesto was amazing and very professional. It was our first time there and he explained everything very well. It was a great way to end the night and we will definitely be going back again with our kiddos.
Great time here at Z Fun. We had a large birthday party and they let us come early and set up. They even accommodated us to have a pinata. Food was fantastic and Rafi was awesome. I would recommend it for a bday party.
We had a super fun night playing mini golf ?? The mini golf courses are pretty unique and lots of cool things to look ?? at!! Great for friends and taking the family! We ordered some drinks from the bar, which we were able to take with us to play the course! The drinks were tasty. ???? 4/5 ??s because a lot of grass needs to be replaced and it kept messing up our swings ???? Peep ?? the photos!
Whenever I go visit my El Centro family we always end up at Fun Z factory. Usually celebrate my little brothers birthday there. My husband and I love it. They have grown up drinks aka alcohol. They got pizza and wings can't go wrong with that the children love it and to top it off the go karts is really why we go. Love the arcade for the kids. Can't wait to try the water park this summer. I've been going to this place for over 5 years now.
My son played in the arcade and tried playing skee ball. It did not work and took his tokens. We went to the front desk and asked for a refund from those games. He still had $40 before the skee ball and when we went to go get the credits refunded the attendant somehow erased the money on the card and gave him only $5. When told there was $40 before she did the credit back she still never got the money put back on and he also lost all the points he had accumulated while playing. He left very annoyed and I
The ZFun Factory holds its Christmasville event each year offering patrons an affordable activity. Christmasville features ZFun Factory's Christmas Village decorated in all things Christmas. There are more than 50 vendors which offer a variety of foods, crafts and more. There's a kid zone and an outdoor bar for adults.
Gaby provided outstanding service! She was attentive, ensuring we received fast and accurate service throughout our visit. The wings, fries, and pizza were absolutely delicious?perfectly cooked and full of flavor. A fantastic experience all around, thanks to Gaby's exceptional hospitality and the great food. Highly recommended!
Had a great time with family! First things first hit the bar. Went go kart racing, mini golfing then the arcade. They also have pool tables & batting cages.
Great place, lots of fun! Cabana rentals are a bit pricey, but worth it in the end. You can bring your own bottles of water and once you have your wristband you can go to your car for lunch or snacks without a problem.
Z fun factory was a very pleasant surprise. Our bartender was very attentive. The food was good. There's tons of stuff do do there. And would be a great place for kids. We will definitely be going back.
Went to Z Fun Factory, mainly for the go kart (sorry no pictures of that). Coming from California where mini golfing, go-karting and batting cage time can get into easily a 100.00 plus. We found ourselves as a family of 5 spending just over half that. (3 of us did not "kart"). The scenery for mini golf is spectacular and the golf course itself is very well kept. Difficulty just right to keep pace with others and not have a long wait time. Very much a fun time with money to spend on food or arcade games!
For a first timer the front door is awkward. About 1/3 of the video game machines were broken but my 3 year old didn't notice. The food was alright.
I love the water park, I truly do.. for Yuma it's nice to have, but.. and Im sorry to say this? the place is so dirty. I went to the bar and there was a layer of sand on the counter tops. You're telling me the bartender or someone couldn't come a hour before opening and wipe everything down? The doors had a unknown substance sludging down. The lemons weren't event covered or in the the cooler. If you had a tab open she would have a cup where your card would go as in the picture, anyone could read your card
Great place to have a birthday party, customer service is awesome, and they have something for all ages.
Alot of the games are wore and broken. Had to keep going up to the counter to get refunded for broken games. And a bunch of the games had out of order signs on them as well. The go carts are always fun there and the mini golf course is alright too. The place is definitely due for some upgrading....
This place was a lot of fun. It had one of the best mini golf courses I've ever played. My niece was even like twenty tickets short if getting a prize she wanted and they just let her round it up, which was super nice of them. When we were there they had some kind of water issue so the bar was closed, but I would probably give them five stars if I could have had a beer, too.
This looks like a great place. We checked it out for our family's when they visit. Very clean with many things to do.
Played golf with the family. It was a beautiful sunny day with very little shade. Seems to need some overhangs/awnings or something. The littles got too hot
The best arcade and go karting rides!!! Mini golf ?? was fun as well!
I don't like bashing places it wasn't very clean I sat down at the bar and I had to ask for a menu then it took them 45 minutes to come back and get my order then it took 1 hour and I gave up waiting for my cheese sticks I asked the guy for water and it took him 25 minutes I time this because I've seen nothing but bad reviews on this place and thought these people are just nagging but no they're not service was horrible with hardly anybody there this was on a Sunday about 2pm. Workers were sloppy. I didn'
Great fun on the 2 mini golf courses. 3 generations has a fantastic fun afternoon.
Mini golf was great. Wonderful course. Love the atmosphere here! Fun for the whole family and great food!
Definitely not a restaurant environment that follows the customer is always right model. When we decided to change our football special from 10 wings and loaded nachos to a wing only special, we were told that they could not approve the change because we made the kitchen staff throw away a perfectly fine plate of nachos. The server then felt it necessary to disect our communication skills and criticize our indecisiveness instead of simply maintaining respect and prioratizing our needs. To make things even w
What did you guys do to the pizza? It used to be awesome, like really good! So good it was probably top 3 pizzas in Yuma... My guess is that after whoever owns it now changed the recipe to something that made more profit at the expense of the taste. Smart choice! Your pizza is flavorless and sucks, you should have bought the recipe from the Zellers... Poor job, do better!
I thought the lay out was nice. Go karts, bumper boats, and mini golf. The bar had great specials. The reason it is getting two stars is because there was only a handful of arcade games available. I would honestly rate this place a 2.5 and here is why, the games were expensive, most were 1-1.50. If you land on say a peg of 4, one would assume you get four tickets, no you got one ticket. Anything you landed on, you wouldn't get that amount shown. The claw machines only had a few prizes available, and I mean
I recently had the most amazing time at Z Fun Factory, and I can't wait to share my experience! If you're looking for a place that combines fun, excitement, and a little bit of everything, this is the spot for you. First off, the arcade games are top-notch. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the bright lights and sounds of the arcade. They have a fantastic selection of games, from the latest video games to classic arcade favorites. Whether you're a fan of racing games, shooting games, or those addict
It was a fun place for kids, but the prices are high. the food was good, just pricey.
My daughter would live there if she had her way! ????
The food is not good. You can tell that everything "cooked" came out of a frozen bag. Bad texture, taste, and appearance. The service was good and the atmosphere was fun. Would not eat anything there again.
Mini golf, go carts, bumper boats, games , food , and bar. Perfect for the whole family. Summer time water park back in action
Bad food. Way over priced. Will not go back. $6.99 for a 1/2 of a cheese casdea. JUST CHEESE, $12.99 for a burnt hamburger. $3.50 for a ice tea. 1 1/2 hour wait for it.
Gabby was amazing! On top of that the pizza was great but my favorite part was the service.
Theres always something turned off or closed when I go. Last year slides and kiddie pool were closed but this year they turned off the big bucket. We travel 3.5 hours for nostalgic purposes. Wish it would all be on for once
Our granddaughters had a good time in the game &, go carts. Adults had fun playing pool! Reasonable prices. We were going to The Water Park there but thought it was too pricey.
I'm so disappointed!! I've been a long time customer and have booked/held numerous parties here. We recently had our daughters 3rd birthday here. Other than our waiter who was fabulous, it was a nightmare. When we arrived our cake and ice cream were starting to melt as it was 102 outside. I asked the girl up front after I checked in for the party if she could place them in the fridge. She advised I would have to wait until I went to my table and ask my waiter to do it so ?he will know where it is?. She took
I brought all the friends and family here for my husbands birthday today and we had the best time. We started with some yummy cocktails. Then played some mini golf. Then we came inside for some pizza and beer. Thank you guys for bringing this place back to life! What great day!! We will definitely be back.
We had a party here. The only great part was the go-karts. Mini golf is also good, but we did not use it because it was too windy. The food was good, but our waitress was barely there. The arcade games are too expensive, but they know that. The lines were very long at the front desk because there should have been two lines. One line for kids to trade in their tickets and another line for adults to ask questions/help. Customer service was subpar. We should have had our party someplace else.
I was there the night of 12/23/23. It was a very very busy night. I don't believe that place was prepared to take on the crowd they had. Kudos to all the staff that kept smiling, kept their cool and were very kind thru it all. The food was delish and the drinks good. They all did an exceptional job!! They all deserve bonuses!!!
This was our 1st time going here and we had a blast. I really liked that it has a bar and restaurant area with pool tables by the bar. Arcade is not too big, but enough for the kids to have fun. We mainly went for the go karts. We rode those things 4 times. It was late so we didn't even get to mini golf. Definitely will be going back.
Always has something great going on for the entire family. Our favorites (kids are 20,19,19,11) are the Halloween party and Bar Beats Bingo!!
Got the summer pass. Prices are high for food and drinks, but that's expected I guess. Great time for the kids and good staff
small arcade area with a prize station. While the selection of games is nothing out of the ordinary, it's worth noting that they can be quite expensive to play - most charging around $1.75 per game. For those interested, there is also a small bar and food area. While I don't drink myself, the bar looked clean and well-staffed, and there was ample seating available for everyone.
I've only been to the bar area, it's pretty large and has a good drink menu. The bartenders just need to learn one thing , just to say ?I'll be right with you??. I understand they're busy, but just acknowledge the customer.
Brought the family out for lunch, great service and the food was delicious. Family is having a blast playing games and just enjoying our weekend. Joseph you and your partners are doing an amazing job. Place is clean and your staff rocks! Keep up the awesome work! We are grateful to have such a wonderful place in our community. Can't wait for the water park to open once more.
First, the good... They have brought in more arcade games that were actually working. The go-carts were fun and the kids were able to ride them for awhile, so good bang for your buck with them. The not so good...the new menu is lacking and the food was not great. We ordered the fish taco basket, which included 3 fish tacos and fries. The fish was similar to chopped up fish sticks and they brought tartar sauce!! Yes, tartar sauce. Here in Yuma, we like our fish tacos with salsa, and a crema sauce. And shredd
How we were there sunday 22nd, got there around 1pm Bartenders are just rude they don't acknowledge you. You can be standing there for 30 minutes until you get a wave of them down or something to them. They actually even go by you don't even say Hey. I'll be with you or anything like that they're just straight up rude. My family goes there and pays a lot of money to a enjoy the drinks and the games there. But we're gonna start going somewhere else they discriminate on you. I don't know what it is. And not t
Went a couple times for the mini course. amazing and fun course. staff are very rude, unhelpful and act as if I am working for them. When paying for mini golf, we had to pull info from the lady at the till, where we would have done more activities but she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by being there. After mini golf we went to the bar attempting to get a few drinks. The server there didn't say hello, or anything and offered no drink options but when we didn't know what we wanted cause we ha
We were extremely disappointed in the shape the miniature golf was in. Each of the 18 holes were a terrible mess, whether it was the greens torn or the cup edge sat above the grounds. Someone really needs to completely repair each area. If you had stayed on top of these repairs, you wouldn't have such an expense in the end. Until you make repairs, our friends and us will not be using your facility. It used to be so much fun??
They miniature golf, go-karts, bumper boats, water slides, inside they have arcade games, pool tables, other cool games. They also serve food and drinks and also beers. Right now I think that the water park is only open during the summer. And the bumper boats looks like it's under construction. Decent pricing for a day of fun with the kids.
Fun place but I'm guessing people don't come for the food, mediocre at best, every thing was a touch above room temperature, cocktails were good. Service was slow but the staff were all super friendly and fun, maybe the wait staff just need instructions. Still a great experience!
Place was fun, the workers there were awesome! The servers not so much, waited about 20 min just to get our drinks at the table, maybe about 40 min to get our food. Mini golf was fun, go karts were awesome! Arcade was lackluster, and i feel that for as much space as they have there is a lot of "emptyness"
Went to the car show there on 2-27-21. The car show was great! Afterward we decided to have lunch in the restaurant and that's when things went downhill. They were not properly staffed to help everyone. We probably waited 45 minutes to get our order. Two burgers and a quesadilla with drinks. My husband's burger was burnt. For $6.50 I got a regular size flour tortilla folded in half with nothing but cheese. The prices are high for the food you get. Our server was friendly enough, she just had too many tabl
I wouldn't really recommend this place. I give 2 stars because we did have fun with the putt-putt but some of the sections were all messed up that would cause the ball not to go in the holes. As for the games, most of the games did not even work it would take our money. You don't get many "tickets" when winning the games so most of the prizes my 8 year old girl could get was candy. 2 pieces of candy for $40 Jolly rancher and a fun stick. The go carts were decent, they worked and the track is very very small
Great place to go with the family, friends or your special friend for a casual outing. The bar is really unique as it keeps your drink cold on the "ice rink". There are a ton of games and activities for the kids to play on while you enjoy your beverage. Granted this review is just for the inside as there is another world of activities outside. The only thing I would say "negatively (but not negative really) is their food is okay. Maybe good in some aspects, but nothing excellent.
Games were good, service sucked. Took my son for his first time and went to the other side to eat and it was so unorganized. Took 25 minutes just to get appetizers, took another 30 minutes for a salad and grilled cheese and nachos not to mention I had to REMIND them about my sons grilled cheese. Food was AWFUL. Ended up getting us sick. Definitely will NOT be returning and won't recommend that place to anyone.
Very good services clean place and wonderful for family?s and individuals and also very entertaining with the pool tables bingo nights arcades mini golf etc?
This place is fun and love the to go karts and bumperboats!
THIS PLACE SUCKS! The food was burnt and flavorless. The margaritas tasted like water. I sat at the bar and the bartender stayed in front of me cleaning after I asked to order a drink. I decided to ask another bartender where she was talking with her friends before she ever got to anyone else. Half of the arcade games were broken or off. The prices for the arcade was so small even chucky cheeses is better. Absolutely a waste of money. The only positives is mini golf and go carts
A few months ago we had my son's 13th b-day party here and it was a huge success! Our server was very helpful and friendly. We had pizza, salad, and bread sticks. My guests really enjoyed the food. The best part was that softdrinks for our entire party were included in our party package. Our guests enjoyed miniature golf and go carts. This past weekend, we went back to another party and had the same experience. Good food and great fun!!!
Entry was free. Pricing for the video games seems a bit high. They really need to expand the arcade section. The karts are really fun. Might be time to route the track backwards in order to change it up. It took a long while to get food/drink service on a slow night. Staff seems disinterested overall.
Service is extremely slow! You have to chase down your servers to get a refill even when the restaurant isn't that busy. Food is too greasy as well. The arcade and mini golf are great fun for kids of all ages. Haven't tried the go kart racing yet or the bumper boats, but they seem fun. All in all, if you want to have a good time, go here. Just skip the restaurant!
My FAM. and I had a great experience. Can't wait to go back and enjoy another moment of laughter with the kiddos. Didn't rate 5 because I personally think that it needs a more direct access to the batting cages and not through the parking lot. Thanks to all the employees. You guys are spectacular. Keep up the good work.
Although I had a pass to redeem free mini golf I wouldn't spend a dime after being totally lied on by there staff the one that wear all the fake bling instead I drove all the way back to Phoenix and stop at a local arcade for my child. I hate liars with a passion. Just beware the staff may lie.
I had my daughter?s party and my guest waiting time was horrible for pizza , drinks and water and even for the game cards. Our server was so nice and trying her best, but it was too much to attend 50 people and no help, when I asked the manager to get more help for her he was sitting down, rude and told me they couldn't because they only had two servers for two big parties and a restaurant, why would he booked two big parties with no servers , horrible treatment to their employees and horrible service, he
There's not many places to take your kids to in Yuma, so having Z Fun Factory is nice. My two year old boy loved going there. Z Fun Factory also put on nice events through out the year. The Easter Egg Hunt was amazing.
The restroom doors are like rusty metal. The sink didn't work in the family restroom. The water shot out so fast out of the sink it felt like a needle on my hand. It's so dangerous. The doors creaked sooo loudly and the other hand sinks had no pressure. Food was gross. Over priced. The arcade games didn't work. Spent $100 for tokens and maybe get 200 tickets for 99 cent prizes. Never going again. So much time wasted for service.
It's okay. The food is mediocre for the price. We waited about 20 minutes for our waitress and there was maybe one other table in the bar area. One waitress was sitting at the bar talking with the bartender (apparently she came to work early and wasn't punched in), but rolled her eyes when asked to help our waitress out. The arcade is fun for little ones with decent prizes for a little amount of money. Our kiddo liked to play in the jungle gym area while we waited for our food.
We have season pass, makes a great way to spend the summer with the kids so much fun and the pass costs less than 3 visits. Always a great time all the staff are friendly and lifeguards are all around so I feel safe letting the kids play.
I LOVE THE Z FUN FACTORY! This place is awesome and Rafi the manager is super cool, He really wants every customer to have a great experience. Plus I feel the staff at Z FUN FACTORY goes up and beyond the call of duty so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable time. Thank you Z FUN FACTORY you guys ROCK!
Family had a great time we had the meat lovers pizza they hand make there dough and it was delicious very impressed with how many lifeguards there were as well...I was able to relax and enjoyed the slides myself. All the kids talked about was how much fun they had on the way home and even got some thank yous out of em well worth the money we will be going more often for sure.
A nice place to have fun and spectacular sunset view
Good spot to take kids of all ages, also to have birthday parties. Has a bar for adults too.
The mini golf and go carts were a lot of fun. None of the employees seemed very happy or motivated to be working there. The icebar was empty on a Saturday night. They didn't have a drink menu or drink list but the bar food was decent. Drinks were pricey.
Our first visit back since new owners took over some time ago. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't fantastic. Portions seemed a bit smaller than before. Service was good, and the food was good. Maybe I'm spoiled by the old way it was. I'll go back for sure, but I go back to Taco Bell too.
If u appreciate ur time and money, don't go to this dump. Bartender was the rudest most clueless person. She thought she was the customer and I worked to serve her. She slammed my kids drinks down and ignored me and my order because she was a lazy no good employee. When I asked for the manager, I waited for 10 mins and watched the manager walk by 4 times without any consideration for us. Was hoping things would have changed at this location, but nope, its a joke. There is a reason why its only attracting mi
Slides are fine but they want to charge for any umbrella, can't even bring in drink containers our anything from outside at all. Not allowed to use my own container and fill with their drinks. I think this wouldn't be so bad if customer service was better. Hope your experience is better.
My husband and I have not previously been to Z Fun Factory, but when our 15 year old granddaughter was coming for a visit we thought this might be some fun entertainment. We took her to play mini golf. We played 36 holes ? played both courses. The condition of the courses is sad and pathetic. It does not look like there has been any maintenance or upkeep since it was built. In addition, there was a dead bird in one of the water features and looked like it had been there for a while. Very disturbing. Will no
We were here for a family fun night. Our children are younger so we really only utilize their play place. My husband ordered dinner while I supervised our children. It took over an hour for our food to come out. We saw our waitress twice in that time and were never informed that the food would be significantly delayed (we ordered 1 pizza and two kids meals that were also pizzas). The food was mediocre. Our older child enjoyed the play place but our younger son was too short to climb in the play place and lo
I wish I had photos of the mini golf course bc the owner states on one of the reviews it was redone 3 months ago. No way it could be in such poor condition in such a short time. Even if it was a year ago, I doubt if a herd of buffalo could do all that damage. Many bare or worn spots, large pieces of torn turf flapping in the wind, turf pulled away from cups that created a lip around them to prevent ball from going in. Some of the curbing was broken or missing which allows a ball to exit the course easily. A
Fun place for a short time . very limited on what you can do.
Lots of fun and very friendly service! The french fries are absolutely amazing! I got the Spanglish Burger which comes with Chili's and jalapenos and opted for the bacon and avocado as well. It was delicious!
The food is pretty good/cleanliness needs to be better
Enjoyed the Waterpark as did my entire family. Seemed like the water was cool and refreshing even though it was 108 degrees the day I went. Food was great and the service was excellent. The Arcade kept the family entertained for hours. Will go again.
Grandkids loved their first visit!! Go Karts, arcade & Mini Golf.
Dinner was good...but service left a little to be desired. Needed to ask for butter and extra gravy(not much with the meal). But it was tasty for the most part The minl golf course has been vastly improved with the new ownership. Greens were excellent and the water features attractive. Kudos for that.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
