What a great spot! Took my daughter for a birthday jump with 4 of her friends and they had such a fun time. We went there on a Tuesday night, it was super quiet. They got to jump for an hour, play arcades and had pizza that was voted as the best pizza ever by all 9 years olds! The two employees were very friendly, personable and attentive. The 200 point mystery bags are a fantastic idea, especially for the little kids who didn't have many points on their arcade card. Very pleased and will be back :) thank u

XtremeCraze was so much fun and Sean was a great guide. Sean was helpful, clear and polite. I also appreciate that Sean didn't make us feel silly for being a group of adults playing like little kids! Will definitely be back!

First time going, and the older kids had fun. Definitely not for littler kids who can't really climb to do the fun slides and such. The arcade was fun, though (like all arcades) few were busted. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the food, but the pizza looked and smelled delicious. It's hard to believe 45 people are able to be in the airpark at one time and for everyone to still have enough space to have fun and play. I do like the reservation part online where you can see how many people already reserve

We celebrated our kids birthday with a very small party, some balloons, a cake and a few goodie bags. From the moment I called to ask if it was possible they were amazingly nice. Once there they took care of us really nicely, pizzas are good, big and cheap and so are the beverages. The arcade games are a lot cheaper than those in other places so it helps to enjoy the place for longer. Definitely my kid's favorite place now!

This place is hands down the best spot to bring your kids and hang out with friends. I've been coming here for the past five years, hosting parties and events, and every time, we are well taken care of. John, in particular, has been outstanding?always ensuring everything runs smoothly and that we have everything we need. The food is incredible, and I've never experienced anything less than excellent service. I truly believe the team here deserves a raise or a bonus for their hard work and dedication. Highly

We had a great experience at xtreme craze in Woburn. The staff was professional and very helpful, and our kids had a blast the air park and laser tag. I unfortunately lost my keys and realized when we were going to leave. An employee (shout out to Ethan!) went out of his way to help me locate them and was incredibly helpful and kind in the searching process. Thank you extreme craze! We will be back!

This place is great! The bouncy house is awesome and big, the Lazer tag is also great and I had a great time, and the staff are extremely nice, I lost my jacket and while they looked for it they gave me a 12$ gift card in the arcade while I waited! It ended up being somewhere else but they were still super nice about it! Great place, I recommend going here

It was fine, the laser tag wasn't good. Here let me tell you why!! 1. The referees weren't properly trained - I had a problem with my gun, and they did not know how to fix it. 2. The map was cool. I had an enjoyable time gunning down people from the top floor. 3. It was designed for kids. If you are over 16 you shouldn't be allowed to play.

The owner was super nice in helping us set up an outing for a high school program. The facility was clean, all the employees (especially Selina and Vicki) were super helpful, and the students had a great time! I would definitely recommend having a group outing here!

Have been here for three birthday parties and a fun day - staff always friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Laser tag was so much fun even for us adults - amazing two story arena with lots of cover and great equipment that's easy to use!

Had a party here and we're SO happy with everything! The staff is wonderful (shoutout to Alby) and they seem to actually enjoy their jobs. Highly recommend!

Tucked away, it's a little hidden gem of a place to take your kids to blow off some steam or host a birthday party. It's a more condensed Cowabunga's with laser tag. They do a great job ensuring it doesn't get over crowded too.

Visited the place for my son's friend's 4th birthday party. The venue has an arcade section, party tables, bouncy airpark, Lazer tag, and cafeteria (pizza). The venue isn't that big but quite clean and organized. For some kids under 4 year old may find the airpark a little hard to climb and bounce. Guardian must go in with your own child if he/she is under 2 year old but I think even for 4 year old younger may need instruction when first entering. I didn't see any staff monitoring inside the airpark. Arcade

It was fun. Suitable for a birthday party, but Dave n? Busters is obviously better. Anyway, the arcades are fun, and the bouncy thing was spacious. The video below shows my cousin going down the biggest slide there. ????

On my Saturday night me and and the boys went to spend our money at extreme craze Woburn. First we decided to play some laser tag against some inexperienced older people. Me and my friend were the only people under 18 and the place was packed! Our ref Ryan was very helpful towards the older people who did not know what they were doing. Me and my buddy were the only ones who knew how to do it. But our referee ryan needs a raise after helping about 20 elderly people who did not know a single thing about what

Thank you for having us there - my son?s game of lasertag was a huge success. All workers were really nice and helpful. Special mention to Kevin - brilliant work!

Great little place, not great for toddlers. We came on a rainy Sunday with my 4 year old and 3 year old. My son has sensory sensitivities and will not keep his socks on. When the jumpy structure security worker told us he had to wear socks, I apologized and told him that my son is autistic and will not keep socks on but I can try. He told me "it doesn't matter if your kid is autistic, those are the rules, he needs to get off the structure if he can't keep his socks on". I was so embarrassed I started to c

Honestly, when I saw the exterior and location at first I thought: ?I'm definitely getting killed.? But when we got in, the staff was super friendly and helped us out (we had a party of about 10 come in for laser tag with no reservation) and they made it work for us very easily. It reminds me of a place I would have gone and enjoyed a lot as a kid. Fun for both kids and adults! Even the pizza and slushes were kind of good.

Amazing! The staff was super friendly and organized. I just showed up with party favors and a cake- the staff did the rest. My son's 11th birthday was so special because of this place. It wasn't overcrowded and they did a great job keeping the parties separate. Big space, tons to do.

Did a group event here with my college club and our mentees. Great experience! Kids and college students had a blast. Management was super helpful?shoutout John!

Kids birthdays can be chaotic by nature but had a great time celebrating my twins with some pizza and laser tag and it went off without a hitch! Couldnt thank management enough for making it such a rad time!

Amazing place!! We had my daughter?s 8th birthday party here. We were greeted immediately upon entry. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly especially Maya who took care of everything to setting up to cutting and passing out our cake to checking us out and we are done!! It was so easy to book the reservation and all of my questions were emailed promptly through email. The place is very clean and organized in addition to the schedule of activities for the party (bounce house, pizza, cake, ar

This place was a great time. My kids attended a birthday party and they still talk about it. The laser tag is great. Fun arena for the kids and parents can go in and watch or help their little ones. The bouncy house area has good variety and is CLEAN and well kept. The sitting area has plenty of tables and space between them for multiple parties so not cramped. Free coffee was a nice surprise and the video game area has several games of all types. Can win prizes with tickets as well. Great place for a memor

This place is amazing for kids 7 years old and up. I celebrated my son?s birthday here for the very first time and it was amazing. The only thing I did not like was that they grouped a bunch of kids from different ages at laser tag and didn't really have the patience for the children I complained and everyone was absolutely amazing. They took accountability pretty quickly, but also when you bring your child here, bring long sweats and long shirts because they're bound to get burn off the bouncy house again

Went with a friend for her kids birthday and there is not many games since it's a smaller place but it's wonderful for kids. They loved it

A fun place to visit with friends and family. They also have a small trampoline park called the ?Airpark? for kids or anyone above 7. The lasertag is the highlight of this place. If you have a big group and would like to play some outdoor competitive games, then this is the place.

This place is fun for toddlers, the bounce house is a good activity that toddlers would love and even adults will have fun time with toddlers. We went with our toddler on a day when all the other activities were closed such as library and even when it's too hot out for park this is the perfect place to come too.

Good place to take kids at a cheap price. My kid had a lot of fun with the laser tag.

Most literally hours of fun! Some of the coolest and most in depth laser tag I've played in a while, then after you're done you can bounce around in the air park and play games in the arcade! All the staff were lovely! A great experience

Went for a child's birthday party and was super impressed with the team's efficiency and attention. Our host was Maya and she was fantastic! From handing out pizza, to cutting cake, to ensuring guests were taken care of and checking in with the birthday child's parents - just outstanding all around. If you're reading this Maya, you are a star!! Thank you!

My son loved his birthday party there. He said it was a blast.

The place is awesome - clean, well run, very polite staff, the arcade isn't over priced, and the ticket prices aren't crazy either. I bought each of my kids the bouncy structure pass and a 10 dollar arcade card. Forty dollars and two and a half hours later we left - happy, exhausted, and with our prizes!

This place is great! They did a great job of setting up a fabulous venue for families!!

Laser Tag is always amazing! Staff are all friendly! Arcade games are reasonably priced also.

It was 20mins of game with 4 rounds and full fun. Game modes was interesting, not the regular type in most places, we have to capture opponent's base and all. Must try

We brought our son?s baseball team, NY Blackhawks 15U. The team was attending a college showcase at University of Massachusetts Lowell. We wanted the boys to do something fun. We took them to: XtremeCraze - Woburn 15 Presidrntial Way Waburn, MA 01801 The boys played laser tag, and had a fabulous time. Everyone was super nice, specially Kylee. Kylee took our reservations and from the moment we got there made sure the boys were set to go. The place and Kylee deserve a 100 plus stars ??. If we are in the area

The laser tag is a good deal, one ticket gets you 20 minutes of game time, cheaper than Apex out in Marlborough. Lucy was very helpful and friendly. The arcade game selection is small but the games are what you'd expect.

Fun time with the family and very affordable. Atmosphere is clean and friendly. My children played laser tag, went to the jumper house and the arcade and only spend 100 bucks I've spent twice as much at Dave &Busters and had less fun. Definitely a win.

An amazing hidden gem for the kids!!! Laser tag, Arcade and Bounce area, as well as reasonably priced pizza. Great day adventure for two 9 year old boys. John was extremely helpful and nice!!!

This was a great time! I went with a few friends (all mid-late 20s) to play laser tag and we had so much fun. The workers did a great job explaining the rules and making sure everything was as controlled as it could be for a 40-person game of laser tag that spanned across many ages. The online reservation system was a little tough to figure out but I appreciated the 2-game discount with $5 credit for arcade games. Lots of sanitizer everywhere too, which was nice. Seems like a fun experience regardless of ag

Loved the lasertag experience, but they were short of food.

We made a reservation for 20 people to play laser tag & it was super easy! The team was great, and we all got small arcade cards to use too. We played with a few people we didn't know, but the course was super great. There were two levels and a ton of different fun obstacles. It was a fantastic experience. We got water in between our games from the staff as well which was a nice touch. Each game included several rounds as well ? we were exhausted and sweaty by the end of the night but had fun! We all wore b

Used to be affordable but still a good place to have fun and do some cardio

Great place for kids birthday celebration! My son and his friends had a great time. A lot of energy. The staff wasn't so friendly though. The place is clean and plenty of parking.

This place is awsome...as soon as we came in we were greeted by our host Timmy, he guided every step of the way, came back multiples time to ensure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Timmy was the best!! He is a true model of hosting and providing great service!! I would highly recomend this place and this host Timmy, thank again Xtreme Craze and Timmy.

Amazing Place! For kids and adults my family had a great day hanging out with cousins

I am very happy that we chose this place for my daughter?s 9th birthday. Nate our party organizer did great, all the kids had lots of fun in laser tag and air park.

I only put 3 stars honestly , i wanted to take my kids out to have some fun , bouncy house sounded good so we tried it out , mind you my daughter is 4 yrs & my son is 7yr its was fun while it lasted but the kids range of age is crazy insane , the older kids start pushing fighting even choking each other , rude and no manners at all , not caring if the smaller kids get hurt my son got kicked in the face because he wasnt hurrying as they wanted , i had to be with my daughter all time i was just so paranoi

My son loved laser tag there and still asks to go back!

I went with my kids to xtreme craze It's was awesome experience Laser tag was wonderful Sage explained us everything there because it was my first time there Staff was very friendly and professional Sage especially gave us amazing service with a smile, thank you guys! I will definitely plan my kid birthday party there for future. Highly recommended 10/10

I absolutely love this place! I had my daughters 10th birthday here on a Sunday. The staff was fantastic. Sage was our table service staff member, and he was excellent and attentive. He was right on the ball with everything we needed for the table and everything the kids needed. John Simon (the manager) provided top tier customer service. This place is absolutely amazing and my daughter and her friends had the best time ever. I can't wait to bring the kids back for a day trip.

This is a fun place to hang out even with a large group. The laser tag itself is super fun. I do wish they bring back the random bonus modes rather than being able to activate any by ourselves. The arcade also has a lot of games kids all ages can enjoy. It was a little too crowded on Sunday evenings which is to be expected I guess. But we had a lot of fun.

Me and my friends had the BEST time celebrating a birthday here. John was the absolute best host ever and deserves a raise. 10/10 We will be returning.

Kylee and team pulled out all the stops for a last minute build-a-bash for my sons birthday. Plans changed due to poor weather and without hesitation Kylee set us up with a table, wrist bands, arcade cards, she made everything SO easy and could not have been more accommodating to us. Simply amazing and I am so so so grateful to her and her incredibly kind team at Xtreme Craze Woburn!

Clean, great pizza, nice arcade, cute small place for all ages to jump. My had fun. Kids were 14-4

Yes granted it's a fun place to take the kids to go have fun.. the location is in the way back and was hard to locate but place was also managed by rude and ignorant staff.. not only that but the caf? there I went to get a slice of pizza for myself and child and the cashier took my order using gloves that was already stained with grease , took my cash , handed me change, then with same gloves picked up my slices of pizza I got. He then continued on to go make more pizzas with the same gloves. Very very unhy

Wow what a place, we were a party of 12. We had a party for my cousin the place is amazing! So we played two games and played arcade games. The adults played 2 games, and all the small kids got to use the arcade funds. It worked out perfect. The laser tag game was super fun, enough time, not to hot. We ordered pizza, everyone liked the pizza. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend a family night out here.

My 3 year old had a great time jumping in the ENORMOUS bouncy castle. It's got a large climbing wall and slides, and was pretty exciting for me as a 35 year old as well. There's also laser tag and a small arcade. The pizza was perfectly good for arcade concession food. The prices are a little on the high end, but is definitely go again.

Warning: There are numerous rodents running around, so please be cautious, especially if you have little ones. I spoke with the manager, Kevin, who mentioned that this has been an ongoing issue for months?and even laughed as if it were amusing. For a place serving food, it's concerning, and it might be wise to have the health department inspect the premises before it becomes a serious issue, if it hasn't already, with the potential of rat droppings contaminating the food.

We had an excellent experience. We had a 5 year old birthday party at Xtreme Craze on April 23 2022. I booked the party online. Less kids came than my initial reservation. They only charged me for the kids who attended. I called the day before the party and spoke to a great employee, John, who was very pleasant and helpful. We had an excellent employee, Mark, assigned to help us during the party. It's a very well organized business. The airpark was fun and kept the kids entertained. The pizza was delicious!

There was a mix up (our fault, and not XtremeCraze's fault) for a birthday party event. The manager, John, quickly came to the rescue on a very busy Saturday night. He was able to quickly put together a solution to make sure the birthday party went off seamlessly. The kids had an incredible time, and the event was a total value! Thank you John, and thank you XtremeCraze!

I was very disorganized this year for my 9-year-old?s birthday party, but the crew at Xtreme Craze smoothly arranged a laser tag game and arcade credit, and we ordered pizza on the spot. My kid was thrilled, everyone had a great time, and it was so easy and coordinated. When two kids wanted to bounce as well, they just popped it on the tab. We brought our own cupcakes and the day was complete! Would highly recommend for the friendly staff and flexible business system. ????

The place is great, safe and the kids love it! The team had a lot of fun, our thanks to Coach Nora and Ian?s who provided this incredible afternoon for the children! I highly recommend the place!

Took all my kids and my nieces and all the adults we had a blast at the laser tag arena. Awesome place, clean, great staff, good pizza the kids loved the arcade and the prizes are great. We enjoyed the air park as well. Loved it! We will be coming back with more family members.

Place is great for kids! Pizza is yummy. Super fun, very clean and the staff is helpful. Thank you Ian! My kids did not want to leave!!

Really like the laser tag experience. Will be fun if you have a large group of 6 or 8 people. The do have some arcade games which are okay. I wish they had a good food court as I didn't find anything which I could munch as they didn't even serve coffee ?.

Jonathon at the front desk was awesome- he encouraged us the whole night and kept us playing, it was the higglight of the arcade! Laser tag was amazing too, we had such a great time as a group, and it was a 10/10 night.

The arcade games were good. My kids and I enjoyed the air/bouncing park. Reasonably priced too. There is also laser tag which we didn't' have time to enjoy. ?? I will definitely be back.

It was a bit disappointing. You are paying to play for that hour, not FOR an hour but for THAT hour. I was not aware of it and the person didn't say anything about it so I paid full price and my kids only jumped for less than 20 minutes and were kicked out so that the next wrist band can jump. The place is pretty small. There is one bounce area, a laser tag room, arcade and a shared section for parties. Paid what you get.

Good place for younger kids to get their "fix" of arcade games. The place is clean, orderly and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and kept the place clean. It looks like a really cool place to host kids birthday parties. The Laser Tag looks like fun, but we didn't try it.

The laser tag portion was awesome! We came as a corporate event so the game was almost all adults. The few kids that played in our games were very good and had lots of fun too. After each laser tag session the staff made sure we had pitchers of Ice water to drink. The facility was very clean. Had very attentive friendly staff. The only things I could suggest for improvement would be, the only pizza flavors available were cheese and pepperoni, a choice with some kind of vegetables would be nice. The arcad

This is the only place I go to play. With that being said, I played a game today where more than a few people (myself included) could not play laser tag due to problems with our phasers and vests. There was one player who had to go find a ref at the beginning of every round because his phaser wouldn't respond/screen would flash colors. Every time. So at least 4 times this game, this poor guy had to find a ref to fix a problem. That's not fair. Please service/update your equipment. It's only fair.

It's a nice place to take your kids since there is an arcade area as well as a huge bouncy house. However, the last time we were there there were a couple of teenagers jumping up and down all over the place. They were swearing and acting up with certain behaviors that is not appropriate for smaller children. It can get wild in the bouncy house since older kids are allowed in and are rather wild. We try to avoid days when we know that it might be packed and go on slower days to avoid these problems. Laser ta

First time playing laser tag and this place was amazing! The play area is huge, 2 levels, and the staff is great at explaining the rules and how it works etc. made my first laser tag experience awesome! The arcade area is pretty affordable and not expensive at all.

Yes! Super Fun Laser Tag and arcade. Fun climbing structure for the kids. I would suggest more video games and more claw machines. Had a great time and can't complain. I especially loved the laser tag setup. So cool to have the tv outside with the players faces on it. i would definitely go again just for the laser tag.

Last minute 10th Birthday. Great time by all with pizza, Lazer tag, and arcade. John and the Xtreme team made it work. They were military friendly, too. Cheers Joe

Basically think a mini Chuck E. Cheese, but with a gigantic laser tag room and nicer employees. The manager here went above and beyond to insure we had a fun time. Unfortunately, I can't give the place an extra star for his work because Google limits me to 5. The games are quick and fun, there are multiple different modes you can play, and while you're waiting for your turn you can play arcade style games. The pizza was good, and it was a great place to have a bachelor party! 11/10 would go again.

I had a lot of fun in the bouncy area. There were many obstacles to accomplish. The laser tag games were really exciting and challenging. The pizza was great. The arcade was addictive. There were really cool prizes to pick. I would recommend this place for ages 7 and up.

Brought my son and 2 of his friends there for his 16th birthday. They loved it! They thought the laser tag area was awesome. Arcade is was a bit small but had really good games. Was disappointed at the food cafe because they only sell pizza and soda and there is only 2 toppings to choose from. Also there is nothing for the adults to do while they're waiting for their children to finish. But over all a pretty place to go.

$17 for 4 rounds of 5 minutes laser tag, I couldn't believe it!!!! The game was very professional, the explanation was clear. I had as much fun as my son. The CS service is more than 5 stars! Will definitely visit again.

Really fun! Good place to let kiddos get their energy out either on a weekend or weekday

This place is crazy, but it's in the name. My son loves it here. 3 big bounce houses and a good amount of arcades. The arcades aren't stacked against the kids, so getting tickets isn't that hard. My son is 4 and we always leave with about 500 tickets.

Had a great time with lasertron! Manager was very nice and let us play a special mode. It'll be great for this location to get an arena upgrade and have newer models!

Laser Tag was a great, two floor setup. The rest of the play areas are comparable to other places. Food options are limited to pizza and drinks only. Free water and coffee is nice. For some reason this place seems much loader inside that others like it. Not sure why.

We celebrate my sons birthday there and was so much fun, MATT made everything special that day, all the staff are so nice and friendly

It was so fun! Lots of fun in the laser tag room! The place is comfortable and there is great pizza there! A pizza pie is only 10 dollars and it tastes great!!! I absolutely loved it! I would go back there again if I come back to Andover, Massachusetts! ???

Laser tag was tons of fun. My 8yr loved it. Staff was very friendly. Arcade is lacking a bit, wish it had more games and there weren't so many out of order. Will return.

We love this place. There is laser tag (I think ages 6 and up), an arcade and plenty of bouncy houses. Not to mention yummy pizza prepared how you like. Whenever we go, we make a day of it. Awesome place for kids

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
