I brought my daughter here with a few of her friends for her birthday and they had so much fun! We did the air park and laser tag. Employees were kind and thoughtful, doing everything they could to make my daughter feel special. I didn't expect much from the cafe food, but the pepperoni pizza was really good. My husband and I brought my daughter and three friends here for an unofficial birthday & had a great time. Laser tag is a bit difficult with kids and adults of all ages being mixed together but they do a good job of balancing the teams & the play area is a good size. Typical arcade games available as well, good to kill the time between rounds.

Very cool spot. Our whole Family loved the laser tag (even though Grammy took a spill during a game. She's OK, she's a sport). We had a Birthday party for our 9yr old son and it was very well managed by our personal party attendant. The facility also seemed very clean for a place that entertains such a large number of kids!

My son is 3. The place is clean and very suitable for small children. The games are not that expensive. The prizes do not cost 1000 tickets lots of options for tickets under 600. We purchased tickets for jumping with nerf guns. The inflatable has alot of space to explore. My son was happy when we left. Also the employee working the prizes today with the vday nails was exceptional. We will return!!!!

This place is awesome! I took my 4 and 5 year old grandchildren and had an absolute blast! I had no idea how much fun it would be, especially at my age! The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and it is affordable! I wish they had a membership program! The video games were amazing also and at a very reasonable price. Not to mention, they have the best pizza, ever! First time visiting and this place did a great job with all the CDC guidelines that helps us all have fun in a safe environment! Well Done!

Had my sons 12th birthday party there. The party host he was wonderful. One of the kids didn't want to do lazer tag so they let us jump instead. I just wish the lazer tag package included the jump area. It's definitely expensive to add it on. But that's why I give 4 stars. But definitely will go back in the future.

We just hosted our son's 8th birthday party here for a dozen boys. It was great! Our party planner was amazing, and everyone had a blast.

This place has the coolest bounce house set up I've seen but it is also the most difficult set up for parents. I cant see the kids half of the time and to go in I have to pay to bounce. It's like a giant bounce house, a single huge place with tons of slides and obstacles. The prices were pretty high which I wouldn't mind paying for the kids but for the adults that just want to watch the kids it's a bit much. It's $15 for one hour of bounce time. Paid for my son to do laser tag saw he had no score for three rounds. Asked the staff if his gun was broken they rest it. I asked if he could go again cause his gun wasn't working for most of the games they said no and refused to do anything for me. Very unhappy with the service. I won't be going again. Staff was also rude when talking to me.

Was a really fun time but some of the workers where not very nice. One of my kids hurt her foot and the workers tried rushing her it if the area when she could not walk. Also my other daughter hit her face on the bouncy ground and was told to keep it moving. Would have had a great review if it wasn't for them. Most of the other workers where nice. One went out of her way to get I've for the foot and let us know if we needed anything else SHE would take care of it.

A little more expensive than we expected but totally worth it. The kids jumped for an hour in their giant bounce area and it was the most hilarious thing. We all had a blast!, including my 18 month old. We didn't realize there was a bounce area so we originally went just for the arcade but they gave us socks which was a huge plus!

Stay away from here !! Staff are useless and there where puddles in jumpy part looked like urine cameras to watch the kids are not working and price is way to much !!! Food was awful!! Go to a cleaner place like attitude

My 7 year old son and I go to Xtremecraze all the time and we love the bouncy house area! It's especially a fun surprise when they change the setup around every so often.

Hello, attended a party there last week, that staff was so nice. Some very tall boy with big red hair was very nice to a very upset special needs child (my nephew) and that child smiled and laughed for the first time in days. nice people work there! pizza wasn't bad either!

This was the most Epic Birthday party ever! Staff were so on point with catering to our needs. Supervision of the entire area was excellent. I needed to give this review a long time ago but have been busy with holidays but we're heading there today because honestly there's nothing around that could top Lazer tag for kids on vacation and for the adults as well. 5 stars all around every time!

Awesome trampoline park with amazing obstacle course and slides. Very safe for my 6yo. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The games are new, top quality interactive games but there's not too many. The pizza and prizes for tickets leave a little to be desired. Overall no complaints, a great time. My son LOVES it there.

Ava was the nicest ever! We came from out of town and the kids had a blast! Very fun. We played too! Great value for the price!

We booked a birthday party for an 11yo and the prices are fair compared to other activity related parties. The host was helpful and the laser tag was great. The adults joined for the laser tag and it seemed to multiply the fun! The arcade games seemed fun and the prizes were easy better than anywhere else! There was also a giant bounce platform but we didn't do that.

The facility is clean, most of their arcade games work, good prize selection, laser tag is awesome, their bounce area is quite large, and the staff is out of this world. Everyone there was helpful, friendly, and responsive. I would like to make special mention of the worker who goes by "clone". His name was either Tom or Tim. Incredibly nice gentleman! Had a great time bringing my son and his friends to the laser tag. It wasn't the first time I brought my son but he loved it so much he wanted to be friends and it was just as fun if not more when he had them. This place is definitely more about the laser tag than the video games or the bouncy house but they have both. Definitely give it a shot especially if you're gone for the laser tag he won't be let down not to mention they serve beer and wine and have great pizza

Ive brought my kids here about 3 times. We basically love everything about this place. The laser tag is really fun, the air park is as well. The little arcade is pretty good, and the prizes are great. The staff is always accommodating. We havent tried the food, but the pizza looks and smells delicious.

After workout club wellness center told me they booked my party but didn't, I had a whole group of upset girls. Extreme craze had a private event booked but still managed to squeeze us in and make the most of our time. The staff were so helpful with getting the girls right into playing. Absolute lifesavers! This was my first time there, but I will definitely be back! Also feel like I should throw in a comment on how clean it was there!

Really nice bounce house area that is fun for all ages. This is not a collection of assorted mass produced bounce houses. This is a custom designed bounce house area that encompasses a basketball court sized area. There are areas for obstacles courses, slides, and just bouncing. There is also what appears to be an awesome laser tag area. I didn't do it because my kids are too young. The space is completed with an arcade area with a moderate selection. Enough to keep a couple of 6 YO entertained for a 1/2

Great place to take the kids. There's an arcade that's all geared towards getting tickets. Games are generous with tickets so kids can easily get prizes even with one visit. They issue cards so the kids can hold on to them between visits (would recommend that). Air park is great with slots available for an hour. Haven't done the laser tag yet. Snack bar has adult beverages which is always a plus.

To start, I loved this place. My toddler (3.5 yo) wasn't a big fan of it at the beginning, because most of the slides and obstacle courses were too steep for a tiny kid (this is coming from someone who's been to Cowabunga many times, so this is not her first rodeo.) Inflatable obstacle course for the kids is a delight that keeps that busy with joy for quite some time, and the establishment does a great time of keeping track of time with groups taking turns. Along with the arcade games to enjoy & win tickets for prizes, laser tag room, big space of tables for a party, and well-stocked concession area, there is a good time for all who attends. My grandchildren LOVE the place; have gone a few times, leaving with smiles on their faces!

This place was amazing. I was only attending a birthday party. Gianna 9/21 Ella was our host and she was fantastic. Not an easy feat finding a young worker with that work ethic!! Good times; the prices were economical for all including the food, and the pizza was delicious better than all the pizza parlors around. The staff were friendly, attentive, accommodative, and courteous. The arcade shop had great toys for only a few tickets and the airpark was the highlight for all the kids in our party. He got flooded by 2 birthday parties worth of kids(35 people) for a laser tag game, but was super chill about it. Nice game and activity center for the kids. Laser tag and the biggest bouncy house with slides and more. Plenty of arcade games as well and prizes to win. Basic finger food served and adult beverages for us that need to endure it all. Loud in here so be prepared.

Celebrated my son's 8th birthday here with his friends. Tim was an excellent host, and the entire experience from beginning to end was perfect. Kids and "grown ups" alike really enjoyed the laser tag. Would recommend!!

It's three room on jumping, some separate laser tag space with 2 levels, a third area with arcade and finally a movie-style concession stand. You can throw your kid in the mayhem and watch from the concession seating area. Not sure the bouncy part would keep adults entertained very long.

Would have given it a five star it but it took over fifteen minutes to get someone to help me at the front desk. A group of employees were just standing there looking at me without coming over to help. Me and my two friends ordered pretzel sticks and they took about 20 minutes to get here. This is very aggravating. This is why I only gave it four stars minus one star because the pretzels probably aren't that good

While im a bit old to be partaking in the activities it's an amazing place for children. My younger siblings seemed to thoroughly enjoy the birthday party my parents planned for them. My only gripe is the place is a bit messy but with lots of young children running around that's expected and it was at a reasonable level. Great activity filled location for young children.

Best laser tag around great for sunday funday

This place was much better than I expected. It was clean, not too crowded, friendly staff. The only downside was there was no laser tag for an hour so we only got one session in. Even the bathrooms were cleaner than I would have expected for this type of place. I saw staff continually vacuuming and cleaning tables. Well staffed too, not understaffed and left waiting. Great experience we will definitely be back!!!

So pleased to have a place like this in town. Good selection of arcade games and kids loved jumping and laser tag. Only draw back is no good viewing spot to watch kids jump. They really need to reconsider this as I'm sure other parents will think the same. They could build a second seating level above eating area like at Launch. Other than that it was great. Crazy loud but I expected that. A little worried about security. There's a front desk about 15 feet away from the door and often times it was unmanned. Also, it's very expensive. 9 kids maybe 6 adults for a birthday party was almost 500.00.

Went there today with my two kids and they had a blast! All the staff was very organized and very helpful! Alex M. Had made the experience even better! We had my daughter's 5th birthday party at XtremeCraze in Londonderry today and it was AWESOME!!! The staff there is absolutely outstanding. They're so professional, friendly and sincere and it's obvious that they operate by a customer first model. The employees seem to enjoy what they're doing and management has been exceptional in every interaction I've had. The facility is very clean and we can't wait to go back! I highly recommend!

We had my son's birthday and everything was wonderful. The bounce area was large and clean and the lazer tag was lots of fun. The customer service was beyond great. Everyone was polite, genuinely friendly and very helpful.

Fun! Great for all ages. Big kids have free reign while anyone under 5 must be shadowed by an adult. I actually enjoyed jumping and the course is fun so it didn't bother me. However, if you're expecting to just sit and catch up on your phone and you have a young one forget it lol. You'll have to get involved. Bathrooms were clean. Drinks are pricey but expected.

Lots of fun. We did laser tag but we wish there was more time. $60 for a family of four for (4) 5 minute games is not worth it without some deal or a BOGO. We thought we were going to play for 45 minutes but there was a lot of explaining at the beginning and they let us out 5 minutes early. That could have at least been another game or two.

Their air pack is a lot of fun activity with the kids. It is unique compared to other inflatables we have seen before. The session is only half an hour but at the end of it we always have no energy for another half hour. It is bit expensive. I spend about $30 to $40 for one adult and two kids. That is the only downside.

I would absolutely give this place 1000 stars if I could!! We went there yesterday for our sons 13th bday... he brought 6 of his best friends and his little brother and they ALL (including the parents) had an AWESOME time!! Chris helped us with everything!! Really nice staff and a pretty cool bounce area. Wasn't impressed with the pay structure. To do the bounce area it starts on the hour. We arrived at about 10 past and then had to fill out a waiver. It was either wait until the top of the hour or go in with 45 minutes of time for an hour paid. There was no discount.

Staff was super nice and seemed really attentive to anything in the air park. I wish that more of the lockers worked, some were missing a lock piece. Love the toddler time on the weekends! Will be coming back!

Very neat place, consider bringing your kids here for a birthday party. Beer, pizza, cameras to make sure your kids aren't falling all around the air park, and friendly staff. Not to mention an intense laser tag section. Money well spent, give it a try!

We come often but today we came and Hunter and Matthew were extremely exceptional. The customer service they provided was top notch. The facility was very clean and we felt extremely welcome and comfortable. Thank you again Hunter!!

We recently celebrated a birthday here and I can't say enough about what a fun experience we had! There was so much for the kids to do, the food was great, and the service was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and nice!

This is a great spot and option for a birthday party. JJ was our birthday party host and was so thoughtful, engaged, and helpful. Everything went so smoothly. I've been to other bouncy/trampoline parks and this one is by far the best in the area. If you go to this one, request JJ. She's awesome!

My family and I had a great time! Xtremecraze is really clean and the bounce house is a good workout for both kids and adults!! The management will stop and listen to your concerns and is always friendly with a nice smile! We will be going back again soon!

My experience at Xtreme Craze was magnificent! It was a lot of fun for me and my friends! Great value for the amount of fun we had on Nerf War Wednesday! Highly recommend stopping by with friends and family, as it's very interactive and fun for all ages. I feel it's important to recognize Leo for playing a huge role in making our experience as enjoyable and genuinely fun as it was. Definitely check this place out!

My kids had a wonderful time at Xtreme Craze! Leo was above and beyond helpful, extremely patient, and provided excellent customer service for my husband and I as we navigated our first time here! As a parent yesterday was a really hard day for us. Me and my wife booked our 6 year old daughters birthday party with xtreme craze. We show up at 11:30 am and the party starts at 12. As my daughter is patiently waiting for her friends to show up and time is ticking by not one person invited walked threw that door. The table in front of us had about 13 kids show up all having fun. At this point im devestated. No one wants to see their 6 year old child feel that way. All 10 kids parents canceled last minute

Later tag was great and bouncy trampoline park is cool but I think their needs to me arcade games. Kind of feels lacking, play a few games and then your walking in circles playing the same thing. Needs more options but other than that we had a great time.

10/10. Clean, attendants were nice, limiting ppl per session kept it from being too packed. Only did the airpark and some games, looking forward to laser tag as my kiddos get older. Arcade games were a little expensive, but they offer $5 in credit for $2 add-on for airpark admisson, so it balanced out.

Decent place; clean and spacious. Kids loved it. Helpful staff. Only thing is kids under 7 years can't do lasertag. Other than that a great fit for kids under 12.

Edited to respond to manigements question: This place is good for a child's birthday party but in order to offer a better experience for all it needs a more diverse selection of more arcade games, as of now thare the games are too expensive and too few to be enjoyed on their own. The Lazer tag has a design flaw, points can be accrued by shooting dead players.

The boys had a great time playing laser tag against each other. The price was affordable for the time they spent in the laser tag room. Unfortunately it was disappointing to see what other people had put down as their laser tag names, these names show up on the large scoreboard for all to see.

Had a great time for our sons 5th birthday party there, once we figured out how to use the cards they give you for the liability waiver. Only thing I have to say is there rule for having 1 adult with any child 5 or under is a little bit of a pain in the .... we had 3 that are 5 and under and just the 2 adults willing to jump. We attended this facility twice over Christmas vacation and excellent customer service ! We will absolutely always go to this place ?? The customer service is excellent! One employee corrected an error I didn't even notice with pricing (Madison ??????), & another employee (Josh) chased and played with my older kids they couldn't stop talking about him and hoped he was working again upon next visit.
