Our granddaughters, 10 & 11, had a great time here, playing in the giant bounce house and laser tag. Tag was only the 2 of them, probably better with more participants, but they enjoyed it and would definitely go back and would recommend for birthday parties.
Pretty awesome place. Great team that goes above and beyond for the kiddos. Huge shout to both out for Jonathan and Colin who both helped me out during our visit. Also the laser tag is not the cheapest in town, but it is the best. $20 for four five minute games with secret upgrades, stealth and spy modes, and is multi-tier. Team based and not unlimited, meaning you have to visit the base to reload. Lots of fun.
Just had a birthday party for my 7 year old. Clean and fun facility. Our party was great and everything went very smoothly. I fully believe that the party was made so much easier by our party host TREY!! Trey is THE BEST! He is very professional and friendly. He paid attention to every detail, always made sure our water was full and went above and beyond his job description! If you have a party request him, your party will be better for it!
I came for my daughter?s birthday party, she said she had the best time of her life. The place was clean and looked like the staff had worked to make it that way. HUGE shoutout to our party host Caitlin she was a huge help and so kind to all the kids and all of the girls loved her! So thank you Caitlin. All the kids also really enjoyed the laser tag and the bounce house. Thank you for letting my kid have an amazing party at your wonderful place, Extreme craze!
So much fun! The laser tag was awesome! We were able to go only our family group.
This was a nice spot to take the kids. My 11, 9, and 3 year old all enjoyed it. It was $20 a kid for an hour of bounce house play. We bought $20 worth of arcade play which was 100 credits, that we played on for over an hour. I would come back.
My twins had their 10th birthday here they had a blast playing laser tag
It's was my son's 11th Bday. We booked a Laser tag party, for 8 kids. We arrived on time to check in and We were greeted by our host name Trey, he explained to us all the details of our birthday package and the times for laser tag arcade time food and drinks will be served asked about what flavor pizzas we wanted and when cake would be served. He was very attentive and on top of it as a host. They were very kind and nice. They were on top of refills of our drinks and food. My son had a blast and our guest en
DO NOT DO LAZER TAG. After Lazer tag I asked for a print out of the results. I was told they would be emailed. So I waited over 24hr and never received an email. I called in and the manager Jenny told me they were sent, but no one from the session, including the father of the child who's birthday we were celebrating, has received the results. There was no way to confirm my email or request for them to be resent. What's the point of going to Lazer tag if you don't get bragging rights? Super lame and disappoi
I took my grandkids here yesterday. Laser tag and airpark. Both areas were clean and the employees were helpful and courteous. We'll be back. Thank you
I was there for my friends 11th bday party. It was great, but then there was a laser tag section. The game was cool, but the worst part was that the staff members were literally shooting for the other person's team. Both teams admitted that a staff member was freezing them by opening doors from the exit and shooting down the other person's team. Totally unfair, 0 stars
Fun atmosphere for kids of all ages. Laser tag here. My kids & my husband had a blast. They said it was a big area to play laser tag.
We had come here for a friend?s birthday party before and it was so much fun that my 10 year old daughter had her own birthday party here. The package was a great price and they really took good care of s and our guests. I would definitely recommend the Birthday Party Package!
This was our first time being here. We celebrated my son's 10th birthday. All of the kids had a blast! The airpark was huge and the Lazer tag was so much fun!! I definitely got my cardio from it lol
I love taking my kids here! Its not the greatest arcade BUT its still a local arcade. Standard game to ticket scenario where you fill up a prepaid card to play games and collect tickets that you can redeem towards prizes. Looks to me like it would be a great place to rent for kids birthdays with blow up castles laser tag.. VR and much more!! Complete with a small snack area serving pizza and bugers etc. Always friendly staff and always clean! I enjoyed playing soace invaders with my kids!! Fun place for the
First time coming here, and it was for a birthday. All the team members were awesome and helpful. Payton S. was a great party host, he hussled, he made sure our party needs were met, and made sure the timing was on track. Some places make it feel like your party is rushed, and they are just pushing through to get another party in. Xtreme Craze was awesome and made the night feel relaxed and coordinated. I would definitely recommend the birthdays here over other jump parks. We did the Xtreme AirparX party.
This place is good for kids and its very small, not enough entertainment for adults, arcade is very limited so adults will be very bored
A great place for fun with the kids! I decided to check out this place for a little father son outing and was not disappointed. A little pricier than I expected but it was a fun several hours playing in the bounce houses, arcades, and winning tickets. Definitely give it a try and drop on by.
My kids always have a fun time here. The staff allow the parents to go in the jump house with your kids which is very convenient. We wish there were more arcade and ticket games to play but the kids still have fun. The Lazer tag is a must play. We have also been here for birthdays and the staff are always very friendly and helpful to the kids. The pizza is really good too. Better than Chuck e cheese. I definitely recommend coming here for birthday parties.
Jonathan was super helpful. He answered all my questions quickly and very detailed. He has great customers service skills ??
Lazer tag arena was good, loud, and fun. Ok selection of arcade games. 4 huge bounce house/slides. Pizza is just ok, for kids parties. There isn't much of healthy menu selection at the snack bar. The staff was friendly.
It is a nice place and it was fun. Online says 40 minutes of fun but in reality it's 5 minutes to watch the rules video 5 minutes to put vest on if not less and they only let us play 3 games of 5 minutes. If they would have gave us a fair time I would be there every weekend. I'm not returning because of this.
This review is just for the bounce house. There's also a laser tag and arcade area, but we didn't use it. It's a fairly small bounce house. I think it's around the size of 2 basketball courts and can fit around 30 kids at a time. It's great for kids 3-10 years old. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone older than that because of its small size. $20 for an hour of play is a decent bargain. It's a great way to burn energy. Our kid only lasted 30 minutes before running out of energy. There are many tables avail
Decent prices. Staff aren't overly concerned with the amount of time your kid gets in the bounce house so they can leave and return multiple times. Games seem expensive but free refills on soda. We really enjoyed the Laser tag game Ages 6 - 47
I came here with my family for my sons 12 th birthday party and ELLA was taking care of us she had the best customer service and made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed she checked on us often and made sure we were good and drinks were always full. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends and i will be asking for her the next time we have a party. Thank you ella for making my sons party welcoming you deserve a raise !
Took my daughter here for her 9th Birthday on 05/03/24. Staff was amazing. Our host Jack went above and beyond in helping. He was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.
Kids had a lot of fun! Laser tag was great bounce area was hot but went great was able to secure a table last minute notice and the pizza honestly was fantastic! One of the hottest days of the year so i understand the ac couldnt keep up but definitely going back at some point my son had a great birthday party
Fun for the kids definitely a great Bday party spot.
Advertises for children of all ages but more geared towards children under 10. They say they limit how many people jump on the bounce park but yet i counted probably 50 people on there with kids pushing other kids , not letting anyone have a turn and other children getting hurt. Parents are just sitting around not paying attention to their child pushing other children down. The arcade area is a joke and the only thing i didnt get to see was the lazer tag portion but im sure if it was anything like the rest
We had our daughters birthday party here and had a great experience. It all started with Payton our party host. He took care of everything with excellence. He stayed on top of everything and was always nearby when we needed something or had a question. The place was very clean, even some of the other childrens moms mentioned how pleasant it was. The pizza was tasty, not some cheap pizza only the kids would eat. We will visit again and recommend it to our friends!
We had our son?s 6th birthday party here and it was one of the BEST birthday parties ever!! Everyone that works there is friendly and goes out of their way. Customer service like that is extremely rare now. The facility itself was super clean even the bathrooms. All of our guests had a great time in the new bounce area and it entertained them for the entire time that they got to use it. All of the parents agreed that it was a great birthday party! Thank you so much Xtreme Craze!
Thank you for making my daughter's birthday spectacular! Your staff is simply amazing and super kind. We really liked bouncing around your inflatable jungle gym. This place will even store your cake so it stays nice. I forgot the candles and before I could even ask, a staff member was bringing candles. This place has laser tag and an aracde. Worth a visit and the pizza id pretty good too.
My son and I attended a birthday party for one of his classmates last Saturday. The bounce castle/house area was perfect for my son and his friends. I liked that it was very visible from the party table area and that everything looked clean. The pizza was good and the staff was very friendly. It was nice to have a few arcade games that were just the right size for my four year old to play. We plan to come back to play again soon.
The kids had a blast pretty reasonable
Great experience! Large facility, great arcade and the laser tag was well run, super fun and was a great setup. Will definitely return. Employees were also great, attentive and helpful.
Attended a birthday party here for my nephew and the kids had a blast. I want to specifically compliment a particular employee named Brad who was assigned to us. He was Amazing!! Soo helpful and thoughtful throughout the party. He made sure all the kids were happy. Anything we needed, he was sure to help us with a smile. I was overly impressed with his service!!
Had my 5yr olds party here and it was amazing. We did the party package (definitely recommend adding a host if you do the party package) and she and her friends had a blast. The host takes care of everything for you, which includes setting up, rounding up the kids when it's pizza and cake time and they take care of all the cleanup. Definitely worth it.
Didn't try the laser tag as our kid is still too young for that. Arcade and bouncy area is nice.. however not inflated enough, to the point that the slides were dangerous.. stops you sliding nearly midway through the slide.
Definitely worth the money. My wife, son and I went earlier today at 11-1:30. We spent a total of $82. This got us 4 games each of Lazer tag, and 100 points for the arcade. Unlike most arcades we were able to play a lot of games for well over an hour or more. Also was able to rack up 500 tickets. Definitely worth the money. Only flaw was a few of the machines weren't operable. We will be back!
Just had my 9 year olds birthday here and the staff are just excellent! From setting the party up with manager, Chris to our party table and event assistant, Kurt, everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. All of the kids had a great time in their awesome new AirParX zone and playing lasertag. Our 4 year old also enjoyed the jump/climb zone. Pizza tasted great and it was an overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
Great place for family fun and bday celebration. The only drawback is AC doesn't seem to work properly - inside is super hot (with the exception of Lazer tag space it is well conditioned)
Our recent family visit here was nice, I wish I only had great things to say but these were some of my concerns: young staff(at one time noticed 7 behind main counter, 2 only at food area), when ordering my pizza $23 they didn't ask for a name give me a receipt of my purchase, no fresh pizza in the pizza turn style at 2pm, paid $20 at the register for my wife to be able to go with my 3yr old but children of that age are required per the rules with a parent/guardian at all times for AirX jumping. The price
Came in on Memorial Day weekend (Military Free). Kids enjoyed the Laser Tag and Jumping. Colton was awesome and we are soo appreciative for the military discount. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Thanks for supporting military. It's not very often we get a free experience like this.
This place was pure chaos. Highly upsetting, they had so many people crammed in here on a rainy Sunday it was dangerous. Booked a party gave head count a week in advance and they gave us one table 2/3 rds of my party was standing while people were rushing and walking past there was no where to go. It was so incredibly hot in there just standing around so many kids with beat red faces that could barely play for more then a few minutes at a time. Too much business and not enough space or enough to offer for t
Inconsistent hours that don't line up with Google (they like to turn the open sign off an hour early). Incredibly rude staff that makes it hard to spend money and seems to hate kids?I honestly don't know how this is a place. If you want to waste money and disappoint your kids, this is the place. Otherwise there's much better options in the area.
Great for kids to burn off so e energy
Great place for taking the kids out for a unique experience. Remember that the youngest ones need to be big enough to wear the Lazer pack. The arena is well designed and the staff were great with the kids. There is also some arcade games and a inflatable obstacle course if you want to do more than play Lazer tag.
I have to leave a positive review after my experience today. We went for a bday party. I have a special needs son who is severely autistic. New circumstances like this usually go awry and we end up leaving defeated. I also had my high functioning autistic and anxious son who was petrified of the laser tag. Enter the heroes of the day: Shaydon and AJ Shaydon took the time to give my son a personal tour of laser tag so he would know what to expect. He saw the need, and took the time to make my son calm. Ver
Knew going into the place there wasnt going to be much arcade games...so we went anyways to get my 7yr old out and 90% of the games were reels to get tickets and not much of a game. Most these games are similar to ones we've played at other arcades but they are much quicker, than usual,to end and take your credits right away. Not planning going back when come to town to visit
Seems pretty cool at the current moment laser tag lasts about 40 minutes and a $16 per person, there's a briefing room before you get started which makes it pretty fun for the kids. A hundred Points each game is one to four points and $100 card is 20 bucks. There's food and there's three giant inflatable play obstacles for you know Toddlers and kids probably 2 to 8 years old. It's a nice place if you live close by locally but other than that I would go to maybe places that have a little bit more to offer
Our new laser tag stop. SICK! Huge, 2-story complex, lasers mostly visible (makes for a more fun game, in our opinion), very well maintained, super friendly staff, and it was EMPTY when we were there! Next time: I bring the 20 6th graders from the church youth group! (They have almost 50 vests!)
This review is not for the place but for the False marketing. Their website says buy gift card for $100 and get $25 extra. Purchased the gift card but they say the offer expired even though I just purchased it and the website still says it. Even after showing it they didn't honor the deal. I wouldn't trust their deals again. Fake excuses about not honoring a deal posted on your site. I wouldn't spend money here again when you con me with so called deals. Edited on 12/20. The manager replied to this original
The kids love is and it's worth the money.
This bounce house thing is the best! Definitely not foe the faint of heart!
Loved it!!! Bring extra t-shirts and a towel! We sweat a lot. It was so much fun. We played 3 on 3. 4 on 4 will be better. 2 families of 3 each. Tuesdays is 10 dollars per person. Great deal. They also have other offers like all you can play on Friday and so on.
My boys and I played today from out of town and although the play was fun and course cool we were bummed to learn the "40 minutes of extreme fun" as advertised is really only 20 minutes of actual laser tag - they rules and suiting up is the other "20 minutes". Sneaky play on words at best, straight false advertising is more likely tho. Should be a true 40 minutes of play or correct the advertising.
Went with co-workers for team building. Had a blast!!!! Laser tag was awesome... too 'adult' to play in bounce house.... did not have children with me. Not many arcade games. But recomened laser tag... wear light weight clothing, work out!
Extreme craze is so much fun I wish I could go there every day!I don't care if there's a little bit games but the pizza is so good!the soda is tasty! the bounce houses are so much fun all tree are lots of fun! And the laser tag is so much fun! And specially the birthday boy or girl gets to go first! And you have my favorite colors! Red and blue I really really really really really really really love EXTREME CRAZE!!!!!!
My girls have had their birthday party here 3 years in a row and every time it has been great!!
Ok when I first walked in with my 14 year old and his friends I thought we had made a mistake because it looks like a cleaner and more professional Chuck e cheese, but the laser tag is AMAZING. Two stories with bases and a lot of fun. They had a blast and we will definitely be back!
We just had our son's birthday party at Xtreme Craze. We arrived a bit early and our kids were left to play at the bounce area free of charge, which we appreciated so much. As with any place, it can be nothing without its staff. Well this party was an absolute HIT thanks to our amazing party host COLTON. Colton was out of this world. The kids were laughing, sweating and just having a blast with him. He entertained the kids at every stage of the party (playing laser tag, jumping on the bouncy slides, playing
I had my boys birthday party here and they loved laser tag. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They took care of serving all the food. I will definitely be going there again.
This is the second time we throw a birthday party ?? here and it never disappoints. The birthday boy had a blast, his little guests and even us the parents!
Lazer Tag was fun, but uneven teams sometimes and confusing for the smaller kids. Also, the judges don't really care. Small Arcade, and rigged. We got like over 1K tickets, but they said we only had 590. Finally, I think it's stupid that you need to pay extra for the bounce house area.
Took my nephews here two days in a row, lots of fun on rainy days. Laser Tag is a little pricey at $20 PP but is a lot of fun, especially for the 8-14 range.
Great place for my very active 8 yo son's B-day party! Love this AirparX.
This place is great to take kids to, they have laser tag, bounce houses, video games, & a snack bar. My kids go all the time & the birthday parties are great as well with helpful employee's. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!
We took the family tonight to laser tag. Really fun two-story course. Each round is divided by 5 mini sessions. You have a base that you have to defend. There are also three modes of randomly selected play. Everyone had a lot of fun. Definitely will go back.
Formally known as LazerCraze, these guys have laser tag, video games and a play area for younger children. The laser tag is pretty good quality. Light equipment and a good two-story playing field. My daughter had a birthday here some time ago and it went quite well.
Good for kids games and birthday parties, 20 to 25 people?s max , but not enough space, especially nothing for parents some others places adults kids and parents playing bowling and some other board games.
We ended up here after we arrived a little early to our movie and needed to pass the a little bit of time. My husband and I expected to pay a lot more but only paid $20 for all 3 if our kids to have some play time. Extreme craze made it very easy for us as we were only going to purchase 100 game tokens for our 2 kids, they were kind enough to split the tokens between 3.cards which ment our time playing was not wasted trying to find out who had the card, picking prizes was really easy too as the tickets each
Packed with a ton of kids and most were crying because they hurt themselves on the bounce houses they have. They make you sign a waver of course but I honestly will not be returning here. -edit I realize it's a place for kids but to me it looked like there were way too many kids in there for it to be considered safe, which is probably why I saw many kids with bloody noses. There really isn't much in there except for a few arcade games and a few bounce houses. I would recommend Chuck e Cheese or Bounce U ove
Cool place. The big bounce house is awesome. But they need to turn the ac down. Lots of people and kids playing and you sweat just sitting there.
Took my daughter and two boys here for my daughter's 5th birthday. We had a great time there. Place is clean and a good size for little kids.
Three associates greeted us. They were friendly and helpful even though we didn't arrive until 8pm.
Outstanding establishment! Especially if you are looking to wear out some young ones. Highly recommend, great team of associates that truly make birthdays and events memorable experiences.
First time going here for a birthday party. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed even though it was not busy.
Laser tag is so much fun, but a good workout.
Formerly Laser Craze, my kids love love love the bounce house area. Though, I'm not a fan of the new layout or the newest bounce house toward the back. It's much smaller now. Not sure why they moved them around. Don't quite see the real benefit.
Not sure how I got a one star review posted, so I'm glad the owner followed up on it. I blame Google Maps. I'm editing to give it 4 and say I had a good time. Attended a party for a 7 year old and so glad they let me play. Loads of fun lighting those kids up!!
To start, the place is great, normal, hyper. But they kinda messed up one thing. That is the main part of this place, they ruined the laser tag. They just mess it up by having a glitch that isn't going to be fixed where red team always wins, when blue team has an even higher score. And opponents are impossible to fight, probably because they get a power up like every 10 seconds and it's just plain annoying. If you're dead you can still get one like invincibility all the time and just blast the other base no
The kids had a great time and we moms were able to visit in the cafe area and keep an eye on the door so we could see them as soon as they came out. The had a blast in the arcade too.
Staff were pretty diligent about cleaning, appeared that there was no shortage of employees. Place was fun but the AC could maybe use some help.
Great place to take the kids birthdays or not especially if you're a big kid like me and the staff there are really great and helpful with outstanding customer service which is hard to come by these days took my son for his birthday and he loved it sad thing is I think I had more fun then him specially at lazer tag
Huge layout, totally worth it for the Lazer tag
Great activity to do with some friends. Go for the Saturday night all you can play laser tag. More fun once a lot of the kids are gone. Be prepared to sweat though!
I went here for my birthday and my family and friends loved the laser tag! I am hoping to return very soon. This is an amazing place for big families!
Took a 12yr boy, and 7yr, loved it, got tickets on groupon, I'm a 49yr old grandma and I played too, had a blast, will come back, very friendly staff, and helpful.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
