Gone here 2 times, and both times were not a disappointment. I love the place and had so much fun. They have some really nice trade up, too.
TL;DR: Underwhelming claw arcade?limited machines, poorly stocked plushies, and unannounced early closure. Reasonable prices but not worth the trip. I've been to another claw arcade before, so this one felt disappointing in comparison. The staff didn't greet us, which might?ve been due to a long day, but it didn't feel welcoming. Prices are about $1 per token, which is fair, but the machines were understocked and the plushies weren't fluffed, making it very hard to win. The arcade is also quite small, with
We had such a great time here! I came here for a special day with my boys! We planned to spend $40 and leave, but we were having such a fun time that we decided to play a little more! There were a ton of different plushies and even a candy claw machine! The employee working was very nice. When my 5 year old was struggling, the employee moved the plushies around to give him a better chance at getting one! We were very pleased with our experience here and plan to return as soon as we can.
Terrible place to take your kids. Unless you want to waste all your money and have your kids end up with no stuffed animals. All the machines are rigged. I have been doing claw machines for 30 years. And I am definitely a professional at it and All these machines do is drop your stuffed animals right before the dropbox. The claws are strong enough to grab the stuffed animal, but they make sure to drop them before you can get the prize. Making you want to spend more and keep trying and trying. Just to lose m
Extremely disappointed with the staff. Staff saw me and my toddler aged children on one claw machine while I got a plushy super close to the edge after a few tries. Ran out of coins and went to get one dollar while I was talking in front of the staff to my children that we just need one more coin to win. As I'm walking back to the machine, the staff allowed a young 20 something year old couple to jump on and win the toy (also, keep in mind that there was no one else in the store). All of this happened withi
I absolutely love coming here for date day. Any chance I get I come here the staff is phenomenal! I usually like to put $20 which gets you 22 tokens and each play is $1 so you get 22 tries! Below is a few pictures of my favorite wins!
Love the concept and how easy it was to grab the plush animals, but why is it dropping every time right before the chute. It closes great and then loosens. We won one because it bounced into the chute. I've played claw machines a lot when I see one and I this has the be the worse experience.
Just so you know if u almost win a item, they wont help you. As a matter of fact they do the opposite. I gave my tokens away to another person and left.
I wanted to love this place but service is horrible. I asked the guy does he have any tips and his reply was, ?know what you're doing.? Definitely won't be coming back and I wouldn't recommend this for kids. I recognize there some skill needed but the employee didn't make me want to keep going.
Horrible place expensive and they took off the grips that come on those type of claw machines just so u can lose more. I was lied to by tik tok videos saying you can actually win here, and now I'm thinking they sponsored these people to lie like the evil company they are. This place sucks and is boring, underwhelming and over priced never come here.
Avoid wasting your money! I've visited this place several times over the past few months and used to win prizes fairly easily for around $20. The plushies you win aren't high-quality, but the trade-ins are a bit nicer?though nothing particularly valuable. However, things have changed. On my recent visit, I couldn't win anything. The machines seem rigged now. We tried all of them, and every time the claw grabbed a prize, it would let go as soon as it reached the top. Some claws didn't even close properly, w
Have been in here many times with my son and just want to point out how friendly and attentive Rachael is. Her warm and bubbly personality is definitely a reason my son and I keep returning. She always greets us with a smile and remembers us. In this day and age with customer service declining we definitely need more Rachael?s in the world.
I'll keep this short and sweet. Machines ate my tokens, I asked for them back, didn't get them back. Bad review.
This place is amazing! All the workers are so sweet and kind, I always have fun when I come in and I win pretty frequently for someone who's not a pro at claw machines
We used to come here all the time, now I can't even win 2 toys, every toy I pick up falls the moment the claw pulls it up. 30 freaking dollars, you used to be able to actually win and Idk if the owners got greedy but the crabs don't hold anything anymore, my daughter and I are so disappointed
Riley, the manager of this store, is AWESOME! She is warm, friendly, and goes out of her way to welcome kids to the store. She makes sure each child (and adult!) has a great experience. Even when busy with customers she knocks it out of the park with her friendly attitude. Great businesswoman!
Great place to brings kids and the kids win a plushie. The staff are super friendly.
Been in before in November and once before that. Fair play and balanced. Won a fair amount. Back again in December and they clearly adjusted the machines for lower payouts. If you want the trade ins go to Anna Lee's Or Mochi Mochi and save yourself the waste of money. Got one lousey plush for $20. The claws shoot straight up and swing prizes out or they're clearly loose. Scam.
really great store, really friendly, love the workers, really affordable. Definitely recommend going there
I really love going here it's fun and you most likely win everytime you go in here.
Something has changed. I've taken my son here several times and we easily have won many plushies for $5-$10. Today was his birthday and he asked to go here before his birthday party. There were many plushies easily to he had. We would center the claw around the plushy, grab it completely, and once the claw reeled back up it would hit the top and drop the prize. It wasn't an issue of try again, as it wasn't a centering issue, it was a scamming issue. One girl even came over and centered one, sitting nicely o
I spent $20 trying to win a plush, and I noticed a ridiculous issue that happens every single time. When the claw actually gets a strong grip on the plush and starts lifting, it hits the roof of the machine, causing the prize to fall right back down. It's beyond frustrating?why even design the machine this way? This isn't a one-time problem; it happens every single time I try to play. It's infuriating to spend money just to watch the claw sabotage itself. This feels like a cheap and rigged setup that's com
Nice place. Staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. My daughter really wanted a Stitch, but was having a hard time grabbing it with the machines. The staff did their best to help. Even opened the machine to position it in the best way possible for her to try and grab it. After she still couldn't grab it, the lady opened the machine and gave it to my daughter because she could tell how bad she wanted it. ??
very kind people and i got fun toys !!
Had one of my favorite Pok?mon plushies and I won it
Really great place with great options, workers are friendly and you can get a free coin/play from following their instagram.
This place is awesome! The employees are very nice, happy, and helpful, always encouraging others. I spent over $70 and found that the machines weren't rigged; it just takes 2-3 tries to get what you want. I went home with tons of plushies and a Sanrio backpack. Everything was of very good quality, and the employees were fantastic. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, they had a great selection of prizes to choose from. I can't wait to go back!
The place is kind of dirty. I really don't like grimey feelings. They have people touching these things all day. The least you can do is clean them every now and then.
My daughters love this place. This was our second time visiting, and the staff, especially Mark who was present at the time of our visit, was friendly and kind. He made the whole experience fun and pleasant. Thank you!
very awesome. i won a pusheen :)
very nice staff kid friendly environment and all the plushies are super cute
Place is really cool but the employee Jenny seems like she does not enjoy being there and give snide remarks and is downright rude. Spent a good $50 trying to win the large cut the rope prize. Once I won she instantly seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to help. Then she closed the door to the machine and couldn't get it back open. She told us she didn't know how so we couldn't get the prize and had us pick out smaller prizes. Not apologetic and not wanting to help someone once we already spent the
Great place for a fun time getting prizes.
My wife took our toddlers here and my 2 year old was winning candy at the small machine and after winning a few times the owner or worker, whoever, told him to stop because a "bolt was loose and she had to tighten it" and after she did that, he completely stopped winning. This place is rigged and totally messed up for depriving a BABY from winning.
Yo why tf did the dude working there see me almost win a item, pretend to "fix" the machine, and then put the item i almost won further into the machine.
Great place to have fun and lose track of time. ??
It's super fun and I won a lot of plushies ??
Awesome place ran by the coolest couple. Great prizes with items you can actually win (unlike so many other places). They even have a cool trade-up system where you can swap out multiple smaller prizes for a large one. Will definitely return.
When this place first opened, I felt like winning was pretty good. Now I can't win anything? What changed?
This place is AWESOME! We ended up with so many plushies and a backpack, too! And candy! My daughter was so happy. We had so much fun.
My kids love winning plushie prizes and the odds here are pretty good. Good amount of character plushies to play for and you can trade to upgrade. Each claw game is 1 token i.e. $1. Great service as well!
Good time had by all! I took my 3 year old and 17 year old and they both had fun. There was a small machine perfect for my 3yo where she won Ring Pops and rubber duckies. My 17yo won 5 or 6 stuffed animals and I was happy to see a nice selection of prizes in the claws (pretty sure if you win a certain number of prizes you can even trade up for bigger ones). Almost all were licensed toys and not just random stuffed animals. We won Looney Tunes, Sailor Moon, Minecraft and others. It's relatively small but sti
I'm horrible at claw machines but extreme claw was the best place to try; I won so many plush and the staff were so attentive and kept the place clean and organized. I've gone back 12 times already and their machines almost always have something new and different!
I was expecting the machines to be rigged like Roseville's in their mall. I swear, their claw machines let go on purpose every time. You can actually win here. Managed to get myself a weird-looking fnaf bonnie plushie. His eye looks so weird.
Pretty helpful staff. My family and friends got free pins. $1 for one token. Fun getting plushies!
Love this place!! The workers are so kind & theres so many options for plushies!! Definitely a fun way to spend some money lol
The staff was super helpful when picking out which game to play. They gave me some tips and I was able to win a couple keychains!
goated claws love the customer support
We had so much fun! Great prizes you can actually win. Wonderful people running it. We'll be back for sure!
It's so cute here. You actually win too.
Cole is a nice employee, and he was very nice to me and my friends. Definitely go check it out.
Spent 5 dollars moving a bluey to the edge for my daughter. Gave up. Employee comes over and moves it back away from the edge. Do not go.
Such a fun place!! They have new stuff all the time and love to see you win.
Why do the claws open after you grab them?
Fun place to go with family or friends. Good selection of prizes and not too bad to win :)
Not good then Not staying for the costumer... not good
My daughter had a blast.
Cole is such a nice and cool guy, and he vibed with us a lot. Highly recommend

I really thought this was going to be an arcade and not just claws. Is this really what it's come to?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
