Gone here 2 times, and both times were not a disappointment. I love the place and had so much fun. They have some really nice trade up, too.

TL;DR: Underwhelming claw arcade?limited machines, poorly stocked plushies, and unannounced early closure. Reasonable prices but not worth the trip. I've been to another claw arcade before, so this one felt disappointing in comparison. The staff didn't greet us, which might?ve been due to a long day, but it didn't feel welcoming. We had such a great time here! I came here for a special day with my boys! We planned to spend $40 and leave, but we were having such a fun time that we decided to play a little more! There were a ton of different plushies and even a candy claw machine! The employee working was very nice. When my 5 year old was struggling, the employee moved the plushies around to give him a better chance at getting one! We were very pleased with our experience here and plan to return as soon as we can.

Terrible place to take your kids. Unless you want to waste all your money and have your kids end up with no stuffed animals. All the machines are rigged. I have been doing claw machines for 30 years. And I am definitely a professional at it and All these machines do is drop your stuffed animals right before the dropbox. Extremely disappointed with the staff. Staff saw me and my toddler aged children on one claw machine while I got a plushy super close to the edge after a few tries. Ran out of coins and went to get one dollar while I was talking in front of the staff to my children that we just need one more coin to win. Love the concept and how easy it was to grab the plush animals, but why is it dropping every time right before the chute. It closes great and then loosens. We won one because it bounced into the chute. I've played claw machines a lot when I see one and I this has the be the worse experience.

Just so you know if u almost win a item, they wont help you. As a matter of fact they do the opposite. I gave my tokens away to another person and left.

Horrible place expensive and they took off the grips that come on those type of claw machines just so u can lose more. Have been in here many times with my son and just want to point out how friendly and attentive Rachael is. Her warm and bubbly personality is definitely a reason my son and I keep returning. She always greets us with a smile and remembers us. In this day and age with customer service declining we definitely need more Rachael?s in the world.

We used to come here all the time, now I can't even win 2 toys, every toy I pick up falls the moment the claw pulls it up. 30 freaking dollars, you used to be able to actually win and Idk if the owners got greedy but the crabs don't hold anything anymore, my daughter and I are so disappointed

Riley, the manager of this store, is AWESOME! She is warm, friendly, and goes out of her way to welcome kids to the store. She makes sure each child (and adult!) has a great experience. Even when busy with customers she knocks it out of the park with her friendly attitude. Great businesswoman!

Been in before in November and once before that. Fair play and balanced. Won a fair amount. Back again in December and they clearly adjusted the machines for lower payouts. If you want the trade ins go to Anna Lee's Or Mochi Mochi and save yourself the waste of money. Got one lousey plush for $20. Something has changed. I've taken my son here several times and we easily have won many plushies for $5-$10. Today was his birthday and he asked to go here before his birthday party. There were many plushies easily to he had. We would center the claw around the plushy, grab it completely, and once the claw reeled back up it would hit the top and drop the prize. Nice place. Staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. My daughter really wanted a Stitch, but was having a hard time grabbing it with the machines. The staff did their best to help. Even opened the machine to position it in the best way possible for her to try and grab it. After she still couldn't grab it, the lady opened the machine and gave it to my daughter because she could tell how bad she wanted it. ??

This place is awesome! The employees are very nice, happy, and helpful, always encouraging others. I spent over $70 and found that the machines weren't rigged; it just takes 2-3 tries to get what you want. I went home with tons of plushies and a Sanrio backpack. Everything was of very good quality, and the employees were fantastic. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, they had a great selection of prizes to choose from. I can't wait to go back!

The place is kind of dirty. I really don't like grimey feelings. They have people touching these things all day. The least you can do is clean them every now and then.

My wife took our toddlers here and my 2 year old was winning candy at the small machine and after winning a few times the owner or worker, whoever, told him to stop because a "bolt was loose and she had to tighten it" and after she did that, he completely stopped winning. Awesome place ran by the coolest couple. Great prizes with items you can actually win (unlike so many other places). They even have a cool trade-up system where you can swap out multiple smaller prizes for a large one. Will definitely return.
