Mon-Fri is buy 1st hour get 2nd free. We took our 5 year old a little after opening on a Monday and we literally had the whole place to ourselves. We have been several times before and it wasn't too crowded then either. Super clean place! One of the largest trampoline parks we've been to. Friendly staff! Lots of different things to do other than trampolines.

Took my grandchild one afternoon. He had a great time. Since it was during school hours, he had full access to all activities. Great deal, too.

Hosted a birthday party here over the weekend and it was a huge success with the kids. This venue has rooms to hold multiple parties, areas for the smaller children to play, an area for inflatables, large slides, high jump trampolines for the adults or older kids and plenty of room for everyone to burn off excess energy. The place is starting to show wear and tear, but the kids love this place. It can get crowded but there is plenty of activities to select from.

Some guy grabbed my friend and my ass and, I got in his face telling him not to do that and the employees. Got on to me afterward. They didn't offer to help, and they just watched. It happened right in front of them. I like this jump park more than action air. but I will probably not come back here again. Horrible employees

We got one of the party packages for our birthday twins and it was more then we could?ve expected! The $250 package came with the room, 10 free jumpers, and 2 hours jump time. The girls that worked there really went above and beyond on helping us with everything we needed! The kids had a great time and wore themselves out! I recommend going there with or without a party package any day!

My kids loved it, they played for 2 hours. They have a little bit of everything and best of all they have massage chairs for parents! Overpriced refreshments which is expected but 2.50 for a water is crazy.

This place has something for everyone, all ages ect. It's a fun, relatively inexpensive way to wear the kids out and enjoy the atmosphere in the process. Looks like an awesome.place for a Birthday party. There are private rooms and special pricing. The staff have always been very approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely caring and fun! We will be coming here, as long as we have kids, and stay kids at heart.

My daughter really loves going here, especially since they have the inflatable park also. We went for a birthday party and they really need to do something about putting fans or a/c upstairs because it was unbearably hot. Also they are only handicap accessible inside and on the bottom level, but if you want to watch your kids while they play or you have a party to attend upstairs, you're out of luck. Other than that, it's great.

It was enjoyable for all of the kids and adults. Only thing I had an issue with was the game card, the machine for reloading them doesn't accept American express. Definitely bring cash, visa, or master card.

This place is dying, all the play areas are extremely dirty, walls have holes they don't care to fix. There entire place smells dirty. Not please with the experience I had at this place. It's also expensive for what the place has to offer.

This place offers plenty for all age ranges and is much more than trampolines. I brought my 3 yr old and he didn't want to leave. It was reasonably priced and made for a fun inside day.

The kids love it here.. My youngest is 5. The oldest is 16. They all love it. There is something for everyone. I also love the massage recliners. I deff recommend 10/10

One of the best trampoline parks I've ever been too. It has lots of different stations with different activities at each. Everything is well laid out so things don't get too crowded when busy. They have lockers you can rent inside for a couple bucks, you can buy the non slip socks there, snack and soda machines, and nice clean bathrooms. Great entertainment, even if just watching the kids. Went when they had the black light on the whole time. My Crew had fun. Wasn't too crowded. One section for <6. Didn't see anybody finish the ninja course. Prices vary, we did the all access pass for 1hr for two people plus the required socks 38.00 total. Weight limit 300#. Kids really enjoyed themselves. Very CLEAN. And Sanitized Often. Staff very Friendly. We went at a perfect time when hardly to many people , So the social distancing was easy. Definitely going back.

Do not waste your money here. Not only have they raised prices but the facility itself is in very poor shape. There's an area where the trampoline mat is torn and instead of blocking it off they covered it with a piece of foam. The foam had writing on it in black marker stating not to jump on that spot. Fun and affordable especially if you take advantage of their weekly packages for discounted jump price and extra jumping time. Game room and snack shop were very reasonable.

10/10 This place is awesome! It blew the Just Jump in PCB out of the water! We were there for an hour before we realized there was a whole other bounce side to the facility! We had a blast. First time here, we always take the kids to action air but tried this one. Nope the girl up front was rude. They had cords all over the floor, I agree cleaning is great but do it when they are closed. Got here at 1:15 and got the 2 hours and she said be gone by 3:00. Had a lot of fun with the kids here very safe and friendly atmosphere although the price was quite high for a family of 4, I would love to see some kind of special night where families did in for several hours for one price.

Great place to take the kids! We went today (Tuesday) got there around 2:40 and it was empty only one other small family there. We have a 5 and 1 yo who enjoyed everything here. Would highly recommend to anyone. Ir was also super clean.

Fun experience. The massage chairs are awesome and my son had a great time the only thing I recommend is to have better/more ticket prizes for the arcade.

The kids love to come and it seems like a pretty safe place to let the kids run, I didn't visit the bathroom but the general areas are clean. Lots of places for the parents to sit and places to have a birthday party. Party area states it is cleaned and sanitized. You can bring in your own food and drinks if having a birthday party otherwise you have to purchase there. I gave four out of five stars as most trade socks from other locations but they do not. The young ppl working we're nice.

Our 8 & 5 year olds had a lot fun. They went full throttle for two hours & had a blast. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because concession was closed. Also had security/officer on site. We liked it that as it made the facility feel safer. I think the entrance could be a little more secure though.

We have come here now for quite a while, as we began to enjoy the other park much less. We liked the amenities and the options. Have you ever had to sign a safety waiver and an agreement of which you understand the risks involved with this type of activity? The jump park is the type of place you'll find one of these forms, but after you sign the waiver and accept the risks, you will find you're not able to consent for your child even though you have to place them on the form. Make sure you get there 30 mi it's early if you have a party room. It takes that long for them to get everyone registered and their sticker to jump. We paid for two hours but the kids only got 1 1/2 hours because of the delay. If you get there early you can't go to the room or jump any earlier but at least you'll get the full jump time.

LOT TO SHARE!!! Our daughter booked this venue for 2 hours to celebrate our grandsons 3rd birthday. The event time was 5pm-7pm. She paid a $100 deposit in advance as required. When we arrived, we learned the food they provided at the venue for purchase was not available after 5 pm. The. female cashier was not pleasent but overall my grandkids had a ball and I enjoyed watching them.

One hour would've been perfect for my boys. They got tired after 40 minutes. So, unless you plan on buying snacks or eating in your car, I recommend just one hour. The kids will be exhausted.

this place is really really fun. I just brought my son here today and we had a blast. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star review is the staff. They all seem so depressed I wish they were in a better mood because they were the only downer during our entire experience. When you walked to a new station. those blank unhappy faces were there to greet you.

Not enough workers for safety. Kids were running into each on the slides. Reported the issues to an adult worker and nothing was done about it. I'm pretty sure this facility was over the max of individuals! Will not be back at this park until changes are made for safety.

Definitely fun place for everyone, I will not give 5 stars because over the phone they said we can bring our own food but being there they told us not to bring food from outside and we saw a lot of parties bringing in pizza I don't know if is because you have to have a party room. This place is so much fun!! 2 and under are free (besides socks that you have to buy). We paid I think $2 something for the socks so not bad at all! My daughter had a blast. There was so much to do and jump on. The 6 yrs old and under pit was the perfect size and was well protected.

As previously stated, the place is packed - think Chuck-E-Cheese noise level on a Saturday - but not quite as chaotic as I would expect. Great place for a birthday party. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, they were attentive and helped us with anything we forgot or ran out of. This is the perfect place to get some energy out in a safe and controlled environment. Didn't even make it out of the parking lot before everyone was asking when can we go back.

Cool place, had to turn around to find the place due to Google maps not having it in the right building but, still a good place to bring a big bunch of people young or mid aged. I am in my 30s and realized how out of shape I am by going here. Also have to be careful on the sides of the trampolines I caught my toe on the side and fractured it. So much fun! You have to experience it but just be aware that it is hot in there even though the air conditioner is on. My entire family LOVED xtreme air! My only complaint is that there are some areas that need some TLC. I've read in another review that maintenance is underway. My advice to anyone going to to watch your children carefully and have fun!!??

I have 5 kids from 4 to 16 and totally worth the money spent. All of them had a blast. Allot of good memories made today. My wife and I will definitely bring the kids back. Even thinking of a date night for my wife and I.

Very clean. The staff is beyond nice, and extremely informative and eager to help you. The park is impressive in size and they have plans for expansion. The snack bar is well priced and has a good selection. The waiting/viewing area is well equipped with seating and tables. As far as i can tell, they have 3 separate party rooms and looking thru the door they are goid sized rooms. The restrooms were spotless.

This was a great experience! My kids were happy, fully exercised and entertained. My only wishes are a more accessible location, more tv screens and better facility audio system. Overall, this is great for the fact of being a new business and the only of it its kind in the Wiregrass region.

The park itself is nice and there is a lot to do. I have been here twice with the kids. The first time was a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday. My husband and son wanted to do the zip line. The kids had a blast and we enjoyed watching them and sitting in the massage chairs. There is one part of the arena that seems to be an addition and it's hard to watch the kids but there are some employees that are assisting with the harnesses on and off and a couple more to over see but was hard to get pictures and watch over the kids is the only thing that I wasn't quite comfortable with being the one who has to always see them.

For a place this size and the amount of people that they take in, also considering the high activity I am shocked that they do not offer any sort of food I can find that other than vending machines with chips and candy bars or the soda machine that fortunately has water. The cubes in the pits are disintegrated a bit so we always get bits of foam in our eyes and noses. No way it's sanitary. Also seems to be run mostly by pretentious teenagers. Though there are always at least two really good kids working.

My husband and I took our kiddos here for our little spring break fun day. We had a blast!!! We played just as hard as the kids, and everyone loved it! We will definitely be back again

Fun place but I'm not sure it's so clean. Took my 3 year old niece here with me and both of our households woke up the next morning with a violent stomach flu. We didn't all eat the same things and we live in separate households only explanation seems to be this germ infested gym!

Had an absolute blast with our kids. We would highly recommend this place for an awesome workout for the whole family! The staff was great, very nice. Elijah especially was very friendly and informative. We will go back for sure!

Fun! Wish there was more variety though. After 2 hours it can get repetitive unless you just love every area. Warning to adults: unless you are in fantastic toned shape you will be super sore for a few days after this! It's rough on the body and easy to get hurt. One employee told me their job stays interesting by the variety of injuries they see every day. The day I went some girl had broke her leg a few hours before. :/

A much larger trampoline park than I have ever seen, which allowed more attractions. There are quite a few arcade games and other games like air hockey to play, and the best part are the many massage chairs available for the adults. They are a bit pricey, but I hear we'll worth the price. They even massage your legs.

My kids enjoyed it but for price. I will not be going back their. I had to bring my own food and decoration and still end up paying close to 300 dollars for less than 2hours of jump time.
