Great time with my little guys. The climbing jungle gym was a big hit! And the nice girl, where you pick out the toys helped my son by giving us an extra 160 tickets to get what he wanted!

We went on a Saturday around 5.15 pm. We made a mistake by not checking the closing time, which was 6 pm. When we purchased the tickets, the receptionist did not bother to inform us about it either. Due to the time limitation, only kids were able to explore the slides and the soft playground. Although the kids enjoyed themselves, they wanted to explore more areas like the rope course, but they were informed that activities would stop 10 minutes before the closing time. Great for children under 10. They have arcade games, bounce-house-slides, mini ropes course with mini zip-line, and a large climbing gym. This place was a lot of fun! Very low price to enter and hours of fun for the little ones. Tired my boys out and had them in bed nice and early. We all had a great time.

We were there 10 mins before it opened. And although we have been there before many times, all the kids in the system expired, it took about 40 mins to register them, totally ridiculous, I just can't go through that crap again, way to stressful while trying to watch all the kids and that they don't get kidnapped. Lots of activities for kids. Cost $70 to walk in the door with 3 kids. Additional expense escalates quickly when playing arcade games. Could easily spend $150-200 in one hour. Otherwise it is clean and was not busy when we visited on a weekday during school break.

My son is 2.5 and loved it here it was a great rainy day activity. Nice and clean with friendly helpful staff. Freeplay $14 1-2 yrs., $20 3+ they also own Riverhead Safari adventure you can get a 10X pass for $150 interchangable, doesn't expire, can be shared between all kids and good at both places.

3 oversized bouncy slides and a soft playground is not worth $17 per person. There is also a toddler area, laser tag, lots of arcade games and cafe. If each paying kid was given a $5-$10 arcade game card it would be a better deal. The place is kept very clean. My recommendation would be to spend your money elsewhere.

Update: At our recent visit it became clear that the cleanliness is really going downhill. The floor was filthy with crumbs and dust all over the place. It looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a couple of weeks. Every time you go to the cafe area to have a snack, all the tables are dirty and the floors are dirty and there's nowhere to sit. Maybe if you book a birthday party it's worthwhile but otherwise I would not recommend this place. It's expensive to get in and then you also need to purchase a card to play any of the games. There are a small handful of things for a child to do without a game card and then the games range from $1.50 to $7 each, which is bananas since each game lasts about 1-2 minutes if you're lucky. The young people working there were very sweet but it was honestly a huge waste of money.

This place is not worth the money for the amenities available. $25 plus tax for open play but not much to play on. They do not offer much for toddlers regardless of the toddler area.. Our 2yo was in heaven! We started at the toddler center which was cute and very toddler friendly. Then we explored the tall soft playground. It was a little hard for adults to navigate but he only needed one escorted round (and another friendly kid) and he was off climbing around and sliding down the slides. Brought my son here, and we had an awesome time! Parents are allowed to accompany their children on some of the courses. My son loved the jungle gym and bounce slide. And I have to admit, so did I! $32 for several hours of fun. It was worth the trip.

The staff is great. I've never come across anyone working here that wasn't friendly. My son loves it here. The slides are great. The arcade games are awesome. My son is 3 and my nephew is 4. My kids had a great time! We came in during a heat wave, it was nice and cool! The facility offered many different attractions and was very clean, the staff was consistently wiping down surfaces during the 2 hours I was there. All of the staff members were friendly and professional and it's apparent the owners spare no expense here. We will definitely be back.

Amazing renovation! This place is immaculate and so awesome for kids. Latest arcade games, the play structure is unique and like nothing around. The cafe is beautiful. Went for open play this past Saturday The place was clean and the staff was friendly -the kids had a blast - If the manager reviews this I would say 1- if u want to enforce adults to not walk in shoes it should be mentioned by your employees when you enter -that way your employees that have to go around and ask people to take their shoes off are listened too - No one is looking up at your sign high in the air and asking people to take shoes off after 3hours of wearing them -people aren't going to listen 2-

Pretty good place, surprisingly clean, amd a very friendly staff. The hosts assigned to our party were very good and attentive. Even as an adult, I had fun playing with my kids on the bounce slide. Only concern I had was a little lack of security. The exit was too easy for a kid to run out of.

A lot of fun for everyone. Employees are very polite. My child loves to climb. I feel really safe letting her have a good time knowing she can't get hurt here. Unless you want to pay for food or videogames, you only have to pay for your children to enter. You're allowed to bring food. They have free lockers for your stuff. I have to say I love explore it is clean , staff is friendly. But the price keeps going up with every visit it was 11 when we started going when they used the old slides now it's up to 18 . Some of the new slides are just to big and take up to much space making everything look crowded . It's okay for me to pay 18 once in a while but due to the price increase we are not able to go as often as we used too , it was definitely our to go place in the winter time, I can't imagine how families with 2+ kids manage

After reading the reviews I finally took my three-year-old boy to xplore .Every review that I read about how spotless and clean this establishment is was correct. It takes a lot to impress me because I am a clinical director in a health facility that has very stringent sanitary rules. The management and the staff were extremely courteous and I will always bring my son here to have fun.

Such a great place for the kids. We love safari adventure so we knew we would love this place too! So clean, the staff is so nice and friendly. Everything runs like a well oiled machine. We had my sons party at Safari and this year we just booked Xplore. Perfect addition for Port Jeff area.

It's good to see PARENTAL CHOICE on masks at this place. I will be back to support a place that believes in freedom. Went last Sunday afternoon and was not to packed, staff was cleaning inbetween kids playing. Clean safe and fun. If you are scared children will be running free with no masks like they should be then do us all a favor and stay home.

This place is amazing! It's super clean! And that to me is huge. My twins ran on everything and I was able to go on with them almost completely comfortable! Lol anyway it's a fantastic place for kids and look forward to checking out their other facilities.

Brought my toddler here this past weekend, he had so much fun!! I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility; I actually saw an employee wiping down the top of a garbage can!! The price was reasonable and the food was great, one small issue, the cheese on my wife's nacho cheese was spoiled but the manager corrected the problem in a timely manner. Took my 3 year old daughter here yesterday for her friend birthday party.it was her first time there. she had so much fun an didn't want to leave.the place is very clean was very happy to see one off the staff spraying lysol around the playing area. After all with this COVID going around definitely will be bringing her back.

Very nice, clean place, with a good amount of large inflatable structures for the kids and an up to the ceiling solid-frame climbing structure. My only complaint is a large amount of paid games (arcade, prize claw, etc.) They're flashy and the kids are drawn to them more than to the inflatables/climbing equipment. So you pay to get in, and then you either disappoint your kids or you pay some more for them to play the arcades, instead of going to an actual arcade place.

FUN but pricey. 23 bucks door cover for me and my child. Then you have buy a card on top of that and pay to play the games (which are over priced) think of as a limited Dave & Busters with a some jungle jump blow ups. But I guess on a hot ?? day is a cool indoor adventure ??

They ask for your child's full name and address. Why are they collecting information on minors? The place is nice except for the fact that some of the children were extremely rude and wild. There were 10 and 11 year old children in the section for 3 and under, and they were pushing and shoving near 2 year old children. Very wreckless and dangerous.

We went here as guests of a 4th Birthday Party. The kids all had an amazing time. The venue does all the party set up. The family brought in some extra food and they were totally okay with it. The best part was that the guests were allowed to stay past the end of the party, to continue playing.

My 2 year old loved it. We mostly stuck to the toddler area, but I'm sure she'll enjoy the huge bouncy slides and the play structure when she's older. It was clean and the staff were friendly.

Went for my nephews 4th birthday party... It was AWESOME! Loved the slides, "obstacle course", games, and cleanliness. The biggest complaint is I was not allowed to do the ball run but as a grown man I had no problem letting the kiddos enjoy it over me.

So my wife and I brought 4 kids (11, 3, 1, 1)... it was $16 each for the 11 and 3 yo... $11 each for the 1 yo... so $50+ and we stayed about 2 hours. We didn't eat there but the food was about what you'd expect (think concession stand) and they had tons of video and arcade games, some gave "tickets" which you can trade in for crapola toys that the kids love! I have taken my grandbabies here a few times now. You pay for the kids, and adults are free! And the use of the lockers are free too! Worth every cent! The kids have so much fun, non stop running, climbing and bouncing! Be prepared for a good long nap after!

Xplore has two large inflatable slides, an inflatable obstacle course, a giant enclosed but easily viewed multi leveled playground, an arcade, a toddler themed play area, and a mini cafe. You must wear socks to play so remember to bring them. Everything was immaculate when we went and the staff was almost always vacuuming or spraying down tables or game rides or mopping floors in cafe. If you order food they will announce it's ready over the pa system. My kids had an amazing time.

Honestly disappointed. While it's bright and shinny it's a complete rip off. 3 kids was $44 on a weekday. I would be ok with if more than half the floor space wasn't a pay to play arcade. There are 3 inflatable and a climbing cage which when you walk in seems impressive at first, but when you realize it's only two small cages connected with a bridge its pretty disappointing. We frequently went to the one in Riverhead facility and there was more to play on and do. It's sad they removed all that play ground

Horrible customer service. We arrived at 10:45am (open at 11 am) and pouring rain they said we couldn't wait inside because they had a party going on now. I said can my daughter and sit on the bench by the exit until you open. They said no we must wait outside. It's pouring rain. What a-hole. They rather have us sit outside in rain. Wow!!

Staff is friendly accommodating helpful. Most importantly they are at the top.of their game with cleanliness sanitizing and safety!!! During my visit I watched them clean and sanitize every apparatus game area and all the restrooms. Definitiely worth the trip!!!!!!!

Very clean, nice courteous service

I was surprised to find that there wasnt any staff at the front doors, no hand stamps for the kids or parents...anyone can just grab a kid and walk out the door, as can a toddler or an autistic child just walk out. They really need to make it a bit safer , have someone at the door at all times, and have stamps or stickers to match each kid with their parent or guardian. Especially on the weekend afternoons when it's crazy.
