I came with my wife, sister in law and mother in law - we had a blast! Scott was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We did the Archer game and the Zombie game and both were really fun. Highly recommend checking it out!

This place was super fun and clean. Great experience?? Me and my sons really enjoyed ourselves. Get way to start his birthday. Next time we will try the hour package so we could have tried out more games to play.

Went with my brother and boyfriend (we are in our 30?s) and had a great time. We got there a little early and were able to start right away. The staff walked us through how to use everything. All 3 of us got to play the games together. We started off with a bank robbery game which was great because it teaches you how to use the equipment, followed by a bow & arrow game and ended it with saving the city from zombies. The games were wmreally fun for my 11 yr old and I. However, there are obvious bugs that still need to be worked out. First game crashed 75% of the way through, second game was iffy. The employee there did grant us an extra 15 mins of time. But that doesn't really help at that point. Anyway, fun thing to do, far too expensive, rates need to drop to be successful in my opinion.

Kids had an amazing time. Scott was fantastic to deal with setting everything up and while there Destiny and Alex did a fantastic job at wrangling the kids, keeping their headsets fitted and answering questions. For what it's worth the kids are physically active the entire time too. Next time I'm going back by myself!!

So much fun! Way more fun than I even thought it was gonna be. Lots of game options for all age ranges. We had an 8 & 16 year old along with three 29 year old adults including myself, and everyone had a blast. Pricey but worth it. Employee was so helpful and attentive. Will definitely be back

We visited the North Haven location for my son's birthday party and had an absolute blast. The staff was amazing with their game suggestions, gameplay explanations, and any needed support (untangling headsets, accidental button hits, etc.). We'll certainly be visiting again.

This was one of the greatest off the cuff things I've ever done with my son. The team building aspect mixed with the pure immersive video game elements makes for a one of a kind experience. I was looking for something last minute to do together and wound up finding an activity we will absolutely be returning to. Shout out to Scott who made our visit even better than it already was ???

I took my son for his 12th Birthday on a school night. He immediately wanted to forgo dinner to have more time on the games, so we did! He had a blast. Our host was super nice and very accommodating! We'll definitely be back.

We had a fabulous experience and will definitely be back! Had never done VR before but the training and instruction was very thorough and patient, and we got lots of check-ins and assistance throughout our session. Definitely recommend doing an hour and picking a few games to try out!

We just had our twins? birthday party and all the kids had a blast. They said it was way better than their previous parties! The adults even had fun watching the kids play. Everyone came away wanting to come back!

This was our first time experience. The employees were very helpful and attentive to us. They were very patient and kind. My kids enjoyed the games that they played. My boyfriend and I came in on a Sunday afternoon and were quickly greeted by our Host. He was super patient and explained the different setups and the games that they have. We ended up trying a bit of everything; the race track simulation, free roaming, and room scale experiences. We played 5 games in total and loved every single one of them. This was my second time going. I brought my 7yo son who loves video games. He was skeptical at first, but Scott was extremely patient and helpful and gave my son an awesome experience. We both had such a great time. Staff was so friendly, flexible and quick to help us, even as we changed through several games. I highly recommend this place. For my partner?s birthday, I rounded up his siblings, brother-in-law, and my elderly father to this amazing virtual reality playground in North Haven. We stayed for about an hour, and enjoyed a bunch of different team-based games that were super fun to play. We did a joint birthday party for our boys and it was great! Scott and his staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They got everyone set up quickly so they could start playing and were there immediately if any kid was having trouble. I highly recommend this place!

We went on a field trip here for the students and had a BLAST! They always do a great job with accomadating the information we would like to cover in the biomedical program. In addition, they are super flexible with the overall experience we want to have for the students. I would recommend them to anyone looking for not only a fun event but also for an incentive field trip for students.

We had our 10yo?s birthday party at Xperiment and it was wonderful. They were so clean and organized, provided everything, assisted the kids really well and were overall a joy to be around. Great staff, great facility, 100% recommend.

My wife, nephew, son and myself went for the scarefest in North Haven and it was absolutely amazing. We had such a good time and sky was amazing with our son, teaching him how to use it and get comfortable with the controls. We had a large team-building activity at this facility and it was great fun. The place is clean, the staff are awesome and it's a fun and different corporate group activity. You can play up to 8 players in one game. We would definitely go again. Everyone in the office had a great time.

I took my son and niece to the Trumbull location, but it was closed for a private party. I was SO excited to find out they had a North Haven location!!! It's bigger and better! Booked this for my son?s birthday. He, my husband and a few friends did a VR escape room and they response was awesome. Everyone including my husband said it was so much fun and very engaging. We brought our 7 year old granddaughter here for the first time and she had a blast! She's never done VR before and the staff were great at explaining things to her! At the end my granddaughter wanted to try a different game, but they had reservations plus the other VR?s were in use. It was about 2-3 minutes before the guests would arrive, the staff allowed my granddaughter to try it for a minute or so. Not expected at all, but truly appreciated! Thank you all!

This was such a positive experience for everyone in our family with generally limited VR experience. It was my 7 year old daughter's first time and she got scared in the beginning. The staff was so supportive and guided her into something she felt comfortable playing. We had so many different games to choose from and again the staff was so helpful by navigating us through the system menu and set us up to compete against each other in the games. Had a great experience on a rainy Sunday. I brought my two kids ages 6 & 7. The 1 staff member working (I never caught his name) was beyond helpful. He explained how to use the controllers and made sure the kids were conformtable with the head gear on. Went to the open to try it put and we had a blast. It is must go to place. So many games and then there escape rooms too. It is on my daughter's list of places to have her 10th birthday party next year.

Booked the 1 hour vr time. Scott helped us get set up and guided us to each game very efficiently. They use the HTC Vive for their games and the game selection is vast. Would go again.

My GF and I had the best time here! This was our first VR experience so we had no idea what to expect but It turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Scott and the staff were extremely friendly & they walk you through every detail. The cleanliness was impressive as well. The place is spotless & the second you're done they sanitize the goggles & controls. They're worth every penny!

Our son's birthday party was lots of fun. They have a mix of games, some that everyone can participate in. Clean, new equipment, and the folks running the party were very accommodating to the kids' game requests.

Love this place! I've gone to both Trumbull and North Haven locations and the staff are always welcoming and they give great instruction. The games are fun and the vibe is nice and spacious on the inside. More than recommend trying it out!

I am a 68 year old female who came here with my adult son and daughter-in-law for a one hour virtual reality experience. We played about three different games back to back and loved every minute. I never knew I could have so much fun shooting zombies!

10/10 Me and boyfriend did the free roam and we really enjoyed it. We are also two grown adults ?? It would be fun for all.

Vr is alot of fun. Took my 15yr old son to the vr in north haven. Had great time. We have the oculous vr that we love. This was better, cause we were able to play in same games together. Made it much more fun. Great place. Large variety of games to play. Staff was great. They are always there to help if your not used to vr. Was great experience. Wood recommend for something new to do. Or if you love vr. They did great job at North haven vr experiment. We will be going back for sure.
