Irresponsible bar staff served my wife a regular Corona instead of a non-alcoholic one. Naturally, she took a few sips. She is 5 years sober and this is the first time this has ever happened. Please educate staff on the significance of serving NA when it is ordered. It should be treated with the same level of care as not serving peanuts to a person with a peanut allergy.

Awful service and terrible experience. I made a reservation for a lane at 5:30. They texted me at 5:13 and told me my lane was ready. I had two small children and didn't get to the desk until 5:20 which at that time they informed me that they had given my lane away because I didn't meet their 5 minute grace period policy. Also more than half the arcade games were broken so there was nothing left for us to really do. Horrendous night and we won't be coming back.

Came on a Sunday about 2 pm and it was really empty. Lanes, shoes and balls need serious replacement. No A/C so it was very stuffy. Didn't try the food and the bathrooms needed attention. Best part of this place is the 4 hour free validation.

A lot of the arcade games were out of order and old. The bowling lanes and actual bowling experience was fun. The food was okay, typical concession stand food.

Cool place for photos besides that SAVE YOUR MONEY! The bowling lanes and bowling balls are severely neglected with dents. Payed $85 for an hour of bowling and renting shoes. Staff was friendly but not helpful. We had high hopes but sadly won't be coming back again.

Such a great venue! There's lots of space for bowling, shooting pool, playing video games, eating, and drinking. There's also a few private rooms as well. Staff was friendly and place was clean. I look forward to hanging out here again soon!

Went with my program, and we had a room with 3 lanes. The shoes are clean, though I will say they have very little cushion--wear comfy socks! Don't recommend sizing up. Your own size should be fine :) The food is decent and it was not alarmingly busy from 3-5pm. A lot of the arcade games were not working(with some not being stated as such), and a lot of our credits got eaten, but we were able to ask to get them back, so it was not completely terrible. Will go again though! Maybe it was just this time :)

Great for wholesome fun with families & friends. There's bowling lanes, karaoke rooms, pool tables, arcade games, sports bar, a restaurant sitting area, darts, private event rooms to rent for special occasions. Friendly & helpful staff. Food & drinks are good. Some machines were broken but we were able to earn credits back. Safe space guarded by security personnel. Watched the NFL game here at their bar booth area. My family and i had a great time together, fun memories to treasure.

Be careful coming here you are not cis and white or asian. Most of the employees are Latino but racist toward Black people, also see the attached photos for a taste of that. My Birthday celebration with my cousin, friends & coworkers. WE HAD A BLAST!!!!!!! I Don't sing but forced to karaoke. LMAO. Bowling took too long. So we shut down the place with Jump Jump kris Kross & Scooby Snacks. Loved them all. Prior to that the arcade was amazing. Everyone should check it out. VEGGIE pizza was good & Calamari etc. I just enjoyed it all. Fun place.

Had no issues during my visit. Reserved a lane online for a group of 4 and got there at the scheduled time. We got our shoes in quickly and started bowling. The only real ?issue? is how hard you have to press the console to change names and all that on the screen. But that's just being nit-picky. We had a fun and we'd definitely come back.

I super enjoy the 4 hour parking validation that they give and how you can stack validations. It is also located in an asian mall. It's not the nicest or cleanest looking mall but there are a lot of good places to eat if you don't want to eat at xlanes. However you cannot bring outside food or drinks into xlanes.

Lot's to do, good bar and clean amenities but super early (7pm) cut off for youth. Reservations are held strictly too, not a gripe per se, but an item to note.

I absolutely love this place. I come to play pool, drink, and occasionally play some of the games. The food is amazing. The employees are friendly and place is always clean.

Good parmesan fries and the lanes were nice. They force you to pay for raggedy bowling shoes. Seems as if they went and purchased old shoes from some junk yard. I just refuse to believe this happened over time by just bowling and if so they need to realize when to cut their losses. You pay all this money to bowl and in return they don't have the decency to have presentable shoes.

This was probably the most janky bowling experience ever. The equipment and balls are really neglected but it did its job I guess. Being one of the more expensive bowling places I'v been to only adds to insult.

The machines were a little outdated and erroneous, but otherwise this place was not crowded, clean and at a convenient location. Parking structure is available, but I was able to find a street parking.

All the billiard cues are crooked, they refused to change them, in fact, it's far from the best establishment where I played billiards, everything is very dirty, the service is not at the best level, and they ask for tips, that's too much

The lanes were nice and staff attentive. Food was fairly standard. The arcade however was not the greatest. Several machines were not working, the card needed to be swiped multiple times to work. My friends and I were looking for something new to do in Little Tokyo when we came across this place. We were able to get a lane set up very smoothly with no wait. There were some issues with the lane itself, but nothing we couldn't clear up without asking for help. Overall it was a fun and enjoyable time. Glad we went in! Also, the pizza here is amazing. They double-charged me when I reserved a lane. I've called them twice, emailed three times, and even asked in person, but no one has been able to help me. We're pretty sure that this places rent lease is gonna expire soon so the management decided to put no money into maintenance of anything and is just trying to see how much money they can get out of things before it runs down to the ground. - bowling doesn't work half the time. The pins just kept falling down instead of resetting, the whole lane would freeze and need multiple resets, and they would randomly give out strikes even when the player didn't score a strike. It's tough to find a good sports bar in DTLA. In that regard xLanes is a bit of a hidden gem in Little Tokyo, Arts District adjacent. Lots of TVs. 3 big projector TVs are front & center. They play almost everything except boxing & UFC main events. Great place to catch Lakers, Dodgers & NFL games. Game audio is played. Add a food menu, a full bar, a fun bartending staff & it's going to be a good time. ?????????????

So I was attending a work function. Reservation was for one of the VIP rooms. It comes with 4 lanes. Nice size room to accommodate 35. I checked in with Daniel. He's very nice. XLanes is a pretty cool place. They have plenty of bowling lanes to accommodate a lot of people. The arcade is kind of small but they have some good games. There is plenty of seating at the bar and restaurant for eating and drinking. There is also a dart board area which is pretty cool. The only downside was there was only one bartender when I went. Its nice what they have done with the place. Back in high school there was no real order in my eyes. Now this place looks more modern and awesome. They moved the billiards tables to there own room witch is cool and they added a whole new area with VR gaming. Will come back with friends and family. This place is also a great place for a first, second and third date. Only down side is that it can get very crowded some time so choose time wisely.

If you're going for the bowling DON'T bring your ball. It will get chewed up. The reset button won't work and the racks will be missing pins. If you're just fng off with house balls it's three stars.

This place is quite literally the worst place to visit. Went last night 3.17 on a date to the arcade. Only about half of the arcade games were available to play since the other half were out of order. Those that did work also did not work correctly after you swiped your card. My friend said the pizza is good here, and I was very surprised how good it was, not only it was delicious, they were brought out very quickly. The ingredients were fresh. The dough was light and fluffy, even later on the night, there was no heavy feeling and heartburn which was very nice. 4 star is because there were bunch of empty lanes, and we were told there is an hour wait. Oh and the securtity is a little extreme for a bowling alley. Idk what happens there at nights. But do go there for the pizza.

Although the bar is wonderful and the food is decent, the lanes and people working the lanes are horrible. We rented for an hour. They did not tell us our hour started as soon as we paid (still needed to find balls for 6 people!). Stay away from lane 20! Broke down twice, over 5 minutes each time for them to come fix, DID NOT comp us for the ten minutes of lost bowling time.
