This place truly sparks a sense of wonder and excitement. The atmosphere is electric, buzzing with positive energy. Bright colors and dynamic designs create a visually captivating experience. There's a palpable sense of fun that permeates every corner. It offers a fantastic escape from the ordinary, a place where imagination can run wild. The attention to detail is evident, creating a truly immersive environment. It's a destination that leaves a lasting impression, making you want to return again and a

Wow zone was fun. Went with my 6&8 year old. The bar/restaurant had a 25$ game card for $20 you could add to your meal. We got 1 card for each kid. The money lasted over an hour. They got a jackpot on one of the games. The arcade prizes are meh, but pretty much standard arcade prizes. The food at the bar wasn't bad. We got a pizza, chicken wings and chicken strips. Prices for food were fair. I didn't bowl but there were good promotions for that golf and laser tag. Overall, I would go back. For being a gimmi

Loved it. Clean and well organized. Short wait for lanes on a busy Saturday. We'll for me I think ot was an hour. After working at a similar facility that's fairly low. The food was good. Get the stay and play can get a discount on a arcade card. Fun arcade and a small putt putt mini golf.

It's was a ton of fun for all ages! Update: 2 weeks later we found out my husbands credit card was used ($1,300+) for something in CA and we're in MN. When he was notified of the charge he called our bank right away and they said this was the only transaction in a while - did you leave your card with a clerk while you were there? And he had, as they had requested - for a tab. I'm not saying it was from there but we wouldn't do that again if we were to return. We were there for the 1st time at our great-niec

They have a wife range of activities here. Bowling, laser tag, mini golf, snack bar and restaurant. We sat in the restaurant. Considering the amount of activities available, the restaurant was quiet. We were able to have a conversation. Service was great! Food was good! Burger was not overcooked and it was well seasoned. Bavarian pretzel was huge and was delish!

We held a company celebratory event for 80 associates at the WOW!Zone last night and it was AMAZING! We used the back rooms for a catered meal prepared by their chef and we had a blast on the private lanes behind the bar. SO many of my coworkers raved about the food we had on the Homestyle Banquet - all of the choices were hearty and tasty: the veg, starch and meats! In addition, the service was outstanding! Working with Nancy, Chris and Nicole was fun and easy! Everything from my original call to inquire a

We had our son's 8yo bday and did a party room, 2x laser tag and loaded up gift cards. We had a small group so we put $15 on each card and that was plenty. Laser tag was the huge hit of the party. The girls loved it. The BIG surprise was how delicious the food was. People, it's hand rolled dough and fire roasted for the pizzas. I did the mushroom Swiss burger and the mushrooms were huge and the burger had amazing flavor. I'm coming back with my husband for dinner and live music in the sports bar area. Wh

This is the second time we've been here. They changed the mini golf course and it is so much more fun! Laser tag was fun of course maybe one too many people in the course but was still fun. Bowling here is reasonable too. The food is good for bowling alley food. Definitely recommend and we will go back.

Had a great time here with our family. The unlimited game cards were a fantastic solution for my boys. They were able to keep themselves entertained the entire time, and didn't want to leave even when it was the end of the night. The food was fairly good. Everything was flavorful and well-cooked. We will come back next time we are in the area!

I'm 38 simply giving a nice review. But it's 3 dollars for 10 seconds for only a couple of games that won't cover a piece of gum even if you win... for entertainment... they need more chuck e cheese for kids. But this is a great adult dating spot. You are not there to win lolly pops, simply having have

Fun time with friends. Had a friendly experience..

A great place for freibds and family to go for events, my personal experience with this place was great, good service, food had a bit of a wait but was delicious, they have a good selection of drinks and also laser tag and bowling. Their arcade was fun for alot of people, there is also a bar on the other side. Aswell as 1 pool table witch was sad becuase I like pool and I could not play becuase there was only 1 and people were using it.

We brought a group of 7-8th graders from multiple schools (around 200 of them) to the Wow! Zone as a part of a road trip. We were there for about 2.5 hours and the kids had a great time. This is no small feat considering you're talking about 13-14 yo kids. The bowling and arcade areas seemed to be enjoyed the most. The Lazer tag and mini-golf areas were fun, but were a bit cramped for a group our size. The kids absolutely devoured the pizza that was put out and the team even made a few special Gluten-free

Good place for the kids' birthday party. They have bowling, Lazer tag, and arcade machines. Snack bar worth pizza, burgers, etc.

Fun time for birthdays and children related activities. Large variety of activities for the kids. Sports bar with good food restaurant type area attached. Plenty of private rooms avaliable for hosting kid birthdays laser tag and bowling alley.

Now serving breakfast!!!!! My father had The Frame Omelette and I had the Loaded Hash Skillet both were very good. The gravy was spectacular on the omelette! Portions were pretty big, my father could have split his. Nice to see they are open from 7am-11am for breakfast. Found a new spot for breakfast. Yay

Overall a good experience but a very confusing layout. From the eating area to the bar to the game it was clunky. There wasn't enough staff for our reserved section and they seemed to have other parties hosted at the same time without the proper staff. The game section was small so you were playing the same games over. Food was amazing and the kids had fun overall.

Great cheap fun... Restaurant is fairly solid... Decent food great wait staff... And very reasonably priced drinks

Only went for lunch but the food was really good. We had the jumbo pretzel, the poutine, and I had boneless wings. Everything was very good.

Took our son's here for their last big night before school starts. There are a lot of fun activities and games, I'll give them that. And the kids working were all very helpful. The problem is, several of the games were broken or eating our money and not giving us tickets. The staff were quick to refund, which I really appreciated. Prize selection is pretty decent for kids but man oh man you can drop money quickly here! My boys had a good time, that's what counts. I'm sure we'll be back, next time for supper

Wow Zone is not only a fun and safe place to enjoy. It is also a pillar in the Mankato community. The Wow Zone owners go above and beyond to brighten the community, finding ways to donate and bring awareness to needs in the surrounding area. Thank you Wow Zone

We went to a birthday party & the service was exceptional. Awesome pizza & overpriced games. At least 1.25$ per game.

Tyler our server was amazing, and attentive to our needs as a large birthday party...it was busy and chaotic inside, but he made sure we were able to enjoy ourselves thoroughly!

Wow Zone is a fun time regardless of your age! They also have amazing pizza.

Such a fun place! Me and my husband enjoy dropping by here for an hour or so and playing coin games as a stress free activity :)

Neat place, neat video games and such. 1st time being there. We were going to go bowling but it was very busy, popular place I take it...

Good place, but they need to add a BLT to the menu. I tried the build a burger and was disappointed.

I was with a large group that had dinner in the bar. Seth was our server and he was awesome! He got all of our orders correct, was very attentive and pleasant! Our food was delicious and we will definitely be bringing our group back again in the future!

Bingo and burger night on Tuesday is a great deal and a lot of fun!! Service was excellent and efficient! Burgers and tots were delicious! Good reason to get out! ??

Affordable and great to have fun with friends. Played bowling and had some pizza.

We love that place my son and I have a blast bowling there

Grad party at the Wow Zone. Fun for all ages. Food was awesome too.

This place has something for everyone! We took advantage of the Tuesday night cheeseburger special and added fries and onion rings. The burgers were perfectly juicy and the bun had that classic dark toasted top--almost nostalgic in its perfection. The onion rings were large with a thick and crispy breading. The fries were like none I've ever seen before--thinly sliced strips and lightly seasoned--a fun change from the ordinary. We also ordered drinks from the friendly bar tender and they were a bit larger t

Sorry no pictures, I dropped my nephew's off here. Hung around for a few. Seemed safe enough so I left. They all had a great time. Was miniature golf, bowling, laser tag and arcade available. Everything went well and everyone was happy. I am very thankful places like this still exist.

Fun place for my husband and our young kids (2 years and 7 months)! Our very busy waiter was fantastic, kind, and made time for us. I had no idea how an arcade worked and the employee who explained it to me was helpful and kind. We ate pizza which was delicious, handful of people bowled, and played at the arcade.

Took the grands here, and they had a great time. The food was also surprisingly good and not expensive. Snuck in a drink at the bar, too, and it was great, too. All the employees were super helpful and awesome.

We always have a great time at the Wow Zone. We've had birthday parties, class reunions, and baby showers there. It's very nice to have the service, and someone else cleans up! Best ever!

Went on two separate occasions, once for bowling and once for mini golf. Went bowling with a group and it was lots of fun, the little games/features with the scoring system were a nice and cute surprise. Mini golfing was done as a date and while the course was fun it was also quite short. We completed the whole course in maybe 15 minutes. But for $7 per person you could easily play again if you wanted. It would be nice if there was more than one course as well.

Bowling is fun but gets VERY loud, especially on weekend nights. The mini golf leaves some things to be desired......but the Lazer tag is fun tho(careful if flashy lights give you migraines.) there's a bunch of different arcade stuff but half of it's the "cash grabs". Food good tho and there's a sports bar next to it that has more food options

I've had so much fun playing at the Wow! Zone every time I've gone, but today I want to talk about the food. You don't expect your meal at a bowling alley/entertainment center to be fabulous (or at least I don't) ? and yet every meal I've had there has been GREAT!! The Barbecue Chicken Pizza ? surprisingly spicy and so yummy! The chicken-bacon wrap ? flavorful, crunchy, fresh, and delicious! And the friends I went with likewise raved about their hummus wrap and patty melt. The Wow! Zone truly has it all!!

Great bowling. Nice bar/restaurant. Also has party rooms, an arcade, laser tag and mini golf, all inside and year round. Lots of package options, and weekly specials.

Great space and wonderful atmosphere.very similar to Dave and Busters but more affordable. The area is a bit small and can be a bit crowded on the weekends but definitely worth the fun you will have. We played laser tag and arcade games. The wait for laser tag was like an hour on a Saturday, so If you plan on playing I'd recommend getting on the wait-list as soon as you enter and then going around to play the arcade machines or bowling while you wait.

Took the family here for lunch and Blacklight Putt-Putt. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. The Putt-Putt course was small it seemed but then by the end it was the perfect size with 3 kids.

We had my son's birthday party and had a Lazer tag package. Boys liked it very much and arcade games, too. The food was good. Recommended

Currently in here as I'm typing this out been here previously as well. Same issue then. Seems to be a problem with the servers always having a terrible attitude. We were setting up are lane and she stopped by right away which was cool got are drinks and a menu. Came right away. 2min later she came back asked if we were ready to order we didn't look at the menu yet due to us trying to set up so I said just give us couple more minutes. After that the waiter seemed to have an issue with us. Never came back for

Wow Zone catered for my daughter's Graduation. It was PERFECT!! They were so accommodating to all our needs and questions. We chose to do a Burger Bar, everything stayed fresh and warm the whole day! Also, for the sides we chose pasta salad which was a huge hit and coleslaw! 10/10 would recommend for catering! Super impressed and many compliments from our guests!

We went here for my son's 21st birthday. Really amazing service! Everyone was so helpful and cheerful. Great experience. Highly recommend!

They have great food and an Arcade. They also have a buffet on Sunday mornings. The atmosphere is noisy depending on where you are. The service is great.

Had my engagement party at the wow zone and the staff seemed like they didn't wanna help with anything we asked. Front desk people and bar tenders had an attitude. If I could?ve grabbed my own bowling shoes to avoid asking I would?ve. We spent hundreds on the suite and bowling and I'm not sure if it was worth that at all. One of the girls was very sweet but she was the only one. Then my friend was refused a drink because they thought her ID was fake. Still annoys me to this day. Was stressed out on a day th

Had a family get together. Had a great time bowling, arcade and laser tag! Gus our waiter was fantastic!! Only complaint was the hors d?oeuvres the onion rings were VERY greasy!!! The cheese curds had no cheese in most of them,a tad over cooked. The cheese bread was very good and the pretzel.

Went bowling for my birthday and it was a great time! Lots of great info and jokes on the screens while we were bowling. Even saw that from 1-5 on Mondays-Thursdays u can get unlimited bowling, mini golf, laser tag, and $10 of arcade play for just $25, might need to go back.

Very fun place to bring kids and even fun for adults. Great food, good service definitely recommend.

if i could give 0 stars i would. came here for the first time and the staff was RUDE AS EVER. shoe guy told me he wasn't allowed to give the bumpers to people over 10 years old. what the hell kind of rule is that? people come here to have fun even if they're bad at bowling, i just wanted to hit some pins! don't even get me started on the food. i got poutine as an appetizer to eat while i have a game. i ended up finishing the entire game before it even showed up and when it did, the bartender (jakob i learne

Main bowling lanes were full when we arrived so they opened up the secondary area. My son and I were on our own in there pretty much the entire time. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was that the two times I went to get drinks (not realizing that I could order from the lane) I had to wait quite a while for someone to come serve me. Given how busy it was though I definitely felt it was an acceptable wait.

Fun for everyone. Brought my family closer

The food is pretty good, although it depends on what you order. Do NOT order the Cuban Sandwich. Just my opinion. Other than that, the other food is pretty good. Also, you need to make reservations on the evenings when music is playing. Another tip - you need to specify that you're making reservations for the restaurant side, otherwise they will automatically assume you mean you're making a bowling reservation. Prices are reasonable, but service can be slow when there's a good band playing. On the whole, we

Amazing place for a team to hang out! I keep forgetting to send this, but several weeks ago my daughters softball team traveled down to St. Peter from Forest Lake for a softball tournament. We were staying in St. Peter, but the tournament was rained out on day one so we packed the cars and headed down to the Wow Zone. From the minute we walked in the door every person in that place was amazing! They seated our huge group of players and families with out question. The food was all perfect and they introduced

Fun experience, relatively inexpensive. Better than Chuck E Cheese, lower Tham Dave and Busters but with a bowling alley and very mini golf course. Food was good as well, especially cheese curds, but Buffalo chicken egg rolls (sounded interesting) were not worth trying again. Attentive staff, would go again.

Fun for the kids but the food is subpar.

Fun place for adults and kids. Can get pricey so be prepared. Staff we interacted with were polite and helpful.

This was family-friendly as well as adult friendly. Lots to do! Arcade, laser tag, mini golf, bowling, bar, pizza, suites, gambling, everything you could want for a fun night out in one place! It was a blast for a large group from young to adult. We had a wonderful time and were there for several hours. Reasonably priced.

Went with my family to the bar to watch the Vikings game. Had lunch with my family. Great food. Good beer. Great service. Will be back

Great place to hang out for the day with them family. We got a multi pass so we could bowl, then the kids had some time in the arcade, then we did mini golf. We ate at the restaurant there and the food was pretty good. The kids definitely loved it. This is almost like a Chuck-e-cheese but better because they have bowling and laser tag and mini golf all inside as well.

Love taking the kids for the all-you-can-play arcade games. Great way to have some family fun on those afternoons that are just too hot.

Took my kids to the WOW! Zone. We always have a blast playing the arcade games and we went into the bar after an had dinner. The staff was excellent running there butts off at the busiest time. Food was amazing and worth the wait! I highly recommend the WOW!zone for a great family night outing!

Fun was had by kids and adults. Will be back again. Next time for the bowling and maybe laser tag.

Great place to have fun! Great food and service

Bowling mini golf and lazer tag what more can you ask for great way to spend some time with family or friends

Have always loved coming to wowzone for entertainment in Mankato. There are so many reasons to come here. However, tonight started out as a poor experience. We had to wait over an hour for bowling and never got true answers on our time to bowl. Our server, Hailey, went above and beyond to make sure we left as happy customers. She felt bad about our wait time and went to management to make sure we were treated fairly. Ultimately, we left happy customers because she went above and beyond. Management eventuall

It was a lot more fun than I thought it would be! Two different areas for bowling, arcade games, and prizes. The attached sports bar had excellent food and good prices.

I greatly appreciate the WOW-Zone for it's delicious food and it's fun atmosphere. Always love going for their 1 lb cheese curds, they don't have it anymore kind of bummed about that. Would really love for you to bring it back.

Pizza, bowling, arcade, plus theres a bar area for the adults.

Had my son's 1 birthday there, and they were fantastic! Party started at 12, I called at about 9 and ordered the pizzas I wanted and asked they be done at 1230, and they were all ready right on time. They placed them in the buffet style warmer just outside the room for our guest to get without taking up space in the room. Joey was the employee helping us and I give him 10 stars! Very helpful, funny and nice ?? defiantly be doing more birthdays there!

We watched our relative bowl in a tournament. He had a great time too. And his brother played in the game room during the tournament. Also they served food/drinks to others around, making it easier to stay with the ones we wanted to watch. And the bathroom was roomy and clean. They also have a restaurant with ample space for groups. I'd be willing to go back!

We loved it! So much fun for the entire family

It's not a bad place to go, but it's also lacking in the WOW factor. The employees look absolutely dreaded, they have a limited selection in the arcade, and their laser tag arena is only big enough for 5, maybe 6, people to actually have fun. The only reason I can say you'd wanna drop their, somewhat, steep prices is to bowl, drink, and play pool. Not very family targeted, if you ask me.

I have a daily allergy and they have made multiple accommodations for me! They have awesome food for everyone! Games from 2-99! I always have a great time if I'm with just adults or with family. Pam loves to give to the community! And it really shows at the WOW!Zone. The homemade food & soups at the WOW!Zone are to die for! My son loves to play in the arcade. Thanks for the food & fun!

We had a lot of fun. The arcade was affordable. We bought a $100 card that came with a bonus of $20 extra dollars. We stayed for 3 hours and still had money left over. Good value!

Had my daughter's 10th birthday there today and it was fun but the party room was kinda small only 2 tables and it took an extremely long time to get the pizza's we ordered. I had to cancel the last pizza we ordered because the party was over before the pizza arrived. And my guests left still hungry.

Fun indoor activities. Family friendly.

The guys at the front desk where you get shoes are great. The lady with glasses working behind the bar in the bowling area, not so much. Her main goal is to just waste your time. You're better off walking across wow zone to the actual bar so you don't have to let that lady waste your time.

I brought my daughter here for her birthday and it was fun. There was alot of things to do. We even got to join another family that was celebrating another girl's birthday on a game of laser tag. Now as an adult I get into some games but not all. after There were 3 other adults that were playing and after a few minutes into the game we were all enjoying our selves and laughing. Definitely a go to spot if you wanna keep the family busy and have fun while doing it.

Wow zone is a really cool place. Some of the arcade games are too high priced for 1 play though. There also were not enough employees working for the amount of customers during the weekend. The pizza was amazing and we were tempted to order a second one to go. The waitress, Sydney I think was her name, was very friendly and went out of her way to get us our needs. She seemed like she had to cover part of the bar, the pizza area, and bowling area though so she couldn't stop and ask us how things were as

Brought the grandsons on a day trip for our vacation week. They enjoyed the pizza they had and had a blast at the arcade and can't wait to go back

I love wow zone decent prices

The private room off the restaurant worked great for our department meeting. However, please make sure your staff is aware when there are extra charges. It states there is a projector available. It was never explained to us there would be a charge to use this equipment. The website also says nothing about this extra charge. We didn't plan for the extra cost and therefore went over our meeting budget.

I held my 7 year olds birthday party here and we had a bigger crowd than expected. Our server (Jazzymn) was spectacular! She was very patient with all the littles running around. It's always a blessing when you feel in over your head but the person working with you seems calm and collected. Many thanks to you and your wonderful team! You guys were awesome!

There is so much to do. There's a bar for the adults, the games for the kids, the bowling and mini golf for the family, laser tag and all the toy prizes you can imagine. It's not quiet and there's lots of activity, but it's a great place to bring the family

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
