I stopped in during my first ever visit to Wilton Mall, yesterday. I spoke to the owner for a sec. Awesome dude, no doubt, that definitely seems to love what he does. Come to find out there were some ties to my hometown which I thought was pretty cool. I'd been wanting to stop in here for quite some time, after seeing it was at this mall, as it brought back memories of a Wow arcade that used to be in Crosstown Plaza in Schenectady, when I was growing up. I didn't play any games this time, as I wasn't planni
This place is great! The pinball machines are very well kept, staff was very friendly, and the prizes were a fun treat. Had a wonderful time!
The pinball machines were awesome! Everything was clean and well maintained. Definitely will be going back!
Great old fashioned fun playing pinball. Prize redemption machine is a perfect addition.
We had so much fun. It reminded me of the old Wow arcade in Schenectady from the ?90s. I can't wait to go back.
This was a fun place to visit, the customer service was very warm and friendly. Short time spent, but everyone in the arcade, specifically the staff made it enjoyable
I do not like giving negative reviews ever. Yeah I was there tonight with my son and I could not believe my eyes it was like a junkyard for broken video games. The first video game store money and we were told by staff in the building that we would not get her money back. It looks like something that was from the early 1970s when video games first came out. I was extremely disappointed because we drove quite a ways to take a look at the place. The owner needs to get into another business
Oh my God this is the worst arcade I've ever seen. The games are older than me. I'm 48. They don't give you tickets back. How dare you take kids money like that. You are by far the worst excuse for an arcade. You didn't even pretend to try. Disgusting. Just shut it down. Feel like I need a shower and a covid test after being there with my kid
Drove here to play some pinball as they have multiple machines at both locations in the mall. Unfortunately, I was unable to do that as both change machines were down. There was another change machine right outside of the main location (near the kiddie merry go round) and this also had a busted change machine. How is anyone supposed to play your games?
Worst arcade I've ever been too. My mom took us there today with my 6 year old brother and 7 year old sister, and they left in anger. Most of the games are broken, and eat your money, and the tickets are useless. And there is no attendant on site. You can't even get a prize with the tickets. Please don't go. It's a waste of money and time.
The arcade is pretty fun. Don't go just to get prizes. Remember to have fun playing the games. I have successfully delivered many arcade machine babies. And as their midhusband, I can affirm that they each want to be loved.
If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. Half the games are turned off. The working games are the ticket style and there is no counter or machine where you can redeem your tickets. It's probably best to avoid this place altogether.
Worst. Arcade. Ever. Took the kids looking for a fun way to kill some time and ended up leaving with them in tears. We counted at least 9 broken machines, including several that would take tokens but do nothing else, and machines that were out of tickets. Furthermore, the ticket redemption machines were broken so the tickets we did have were useless. There is no attendant on site to fix machines or refund money, only a service number to call. It literally took 10 calls and 3 texts to get him to answer the p
IT'S NOT APEX LEGENDS BUT IT'S STILL COOL PART OF HISTORY CAW CAW
Half the games are broken or don't work and the other half are ticket games and there is only one automated machine to claim the ticket prizes which is out of order. If you call the the helpline number on the machine, it send you right to voicemail.
Honestly I don't know what these reviews are on about! This arcade was wonderful! I was given a free plastic dinosaur!
Excellent place to chill and regroup while having old fashioned fun...great staff ??
No one works there half the games don't work and the ones the do work rip you off. I will never go back and good luck on calling the help number.
Save your time and money, do not try to go here. This place is a complete rip off and the nerds that ?work? here are rude.
Very small. 15-20 minutes of fun
Unfortunately 90% of the games were broken and the games that weren't broken were super old or not interesting enough for kids now a days.
most of the games are old not really worth it
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
