We arrived at Wonderverse on a Sunday evening, excited to enjoy some drinks and start playing games. Unfortunately, our experience was immediately soured by incredibly unprofessional service at the bar. When we approached, the bartender looked at us and audibly sighed?an unwelcoming start. Ryleigh was great. She's a great example of the type of mixologist you need to be the face of The Ghost Trap. She's friendly and attentive. She exudes the people skills required to be in such role. I visited on a Wednesday evening and it wasn't too crowded. My party strictly came to play. Nabeel was very helpful in setting up my play card and explaining how it worked. Nabeel is awesome! I had high expectations about Wonderverse because it's operated by Sony. And they smashed them! The food and service were incredible. Even the employee at the gift shop was just all around happy to be working at Wonderverse. It was so good it made me want to go back home and watch Ghostbusters again! Ok, question can you please explain why I made plans to attend the Sunday Funday Family Brunch. Only to find out you are no longer having brunch for the next 3 weeks. Well at least that is what I was told when I called. But you will still be serving food once you open at 12pm. Please explain. A friend and I traveled a couple hours just to come here for the Ghostbusters part of Wonderverse and it was soooo much fun! Robert, the bartender at The Ghost Trap made our experience perfect and well worth the transit, too! We both got some of the Ghost Trap drink specials (the espresso martini & the mood slime) and they were so good and so fun. This place is so fun and a must-go if you're a big Ghostbusters fan. Went to a character meet and greet prob one of the first but was very unorganized. Had reservations for 1215 and they literally ran out of food. And put us in a room where the characters never came to. Cool atmosphere. And manager did rectify the situation. But knowing that it's buffet and all you can est they could have been better prepared.

Fun. Jumanji VR experience is fun and well worth it. About 15-20 minutes. Kind of a VR escape room, but you always win it. The Ghostbusters VR is shorter and cheaper. This was an amazing place!! As a Ghostbuster Fan being able to drive the Ecto 1 in a VR experience was a blast. The Ghost Trap speak easy was the icing on the cake. With hidden gems ?? everywhere and the drinks were truly paranormal!! ( the Mood Slime and StayPuff sour ??) but even if you are not a GhostBuster there is so much more Jumanji ,21 jump st, Zombieland and BadBoys. You can find fun in every inch of this place. I complained to the host. No restaurant manager on site. I believed I chatted with a chef and shared my disappointment. First time visiting and it will be the last. Do Better!!!

If I could give this place a 4.5 I would. We went on a date night for food and drinks. We found out about thi on social media and wanted try it out. Let me tell you, the food is amazing. Edit (JUNE 2ND): They told me to call a number for help and I did. Was told I would be contacted via email or phone call to no response. Had one of the worst experiences in there EVER.
