Wonderland Family Fun Center Pizza - & Local brews

Reviews Summary

Wonderland offers a mix of experiences with generally positive feedback for its diverse attractions like mini golf, go-karts, and arcade games. Many visitors, especially families, enjoy the fun atmosphere, though some note dated facilities, inconsistent staff service, and overpriced or mediocre food. High ratings highlight friendly staff and nostalgic fun, while lower scores criticize cleanliness, broken equipment, and poor communication. The outdoor and indoor mini golf courses are frequently praised, but issues like long wait times, closed attractions, and maintenance problems detract from the experience. Overall, it’s a popular spot for casual outings but has room for improvement in service and upkeep.

Customer Reviews

I loved it beside allot of attractions we're closed due to staffing, many machines were constantly breaking or broken but the staff made things right and then some. Will be going back for the staff alone cuz they made my kids comfortable and safe. Indor mini golf was humid and I could smell mold. The 100 for 2 12 in pizzas, 2 pretzels w cheese and 3refillable drinks is what got me though ??

Wow, I know times are tough, but increasing the price of the drink and shrinking the container is a scam. I compared the refillable bottle to the one we had last year, and they are significantly smaller. Also, the downstairs mini golf was better before the remodel. Service was excellent, good customer service.

They gave us completely raw chicken strips. Activities were fun though.

Went with my husband last weekend. What a fun date night! Made me feel like a kid again. Haven't laughed that hard in a long time. The staff was friendly. They have arcade games inside, mini golf inside and outside, go carts and laser tag. I saw water bumper carts, but not the season for that, yet. It was just a blast. Worth the cost. Didn't try the food though.

Went there for the first time and we will def be going back. The arcade was pretty great except the claw machines. Those things are too too sensitive. The pizza is good. They have indoor mini golf which was perfect for the rainy day.

This place is freaking awesome ??!! I am 36 years old and I felt like I turned in to a kid walking into this place. My wife took me here for my birthday and I was speechless! We had a blast!! The miniature golf, the arcade game center, the go karts...oh my!! I loved the variety of games they have in the arcade center... just check out my pictures ??. It is really cool how they have two miniature golf courses, one outside and one inside. Racing the go karts was super fun, and the karts went fast ??!!! The st

I have been going to wonderland for many years. The first time I went was in 2007 when I was younger but I didn't really start coming back until Larry Hill started working there. Larry Hill is a very good worker and a good friend of mine he definitely knows how to help and the other stuff know how to help as well. The only thing I do have to say about here though, is I wish that there was a way that the season pass thing was back that used to be here back in 2019 so I could come more often. I would like to

We went here and we sat in line for the go carts for about an hour. Finally when we were in the front, they said that they were closing and didn't even finish the line when there was 1 group left. We asked for a refund and they gave it to us, but took away everything we were gonna do there. We didn't get a chance to try the food, but I overheard one family saying it was cold. The bathrooms also were really dirty, and everything was just terrible. I definitely would not recommend. If you do, you should go in

They were slammed and under staffed but they got through like rock stars team work was amazing. these employees deserve a raise cause they are killing it at this place. they handled the rush and chaos so good as they were understaffed and struggling but they made it work they were friendly helpful warned us of the wait which was well worth it as the pizza was delicious and the service was even better ? your killing it guys. Will definitely be coming back whenever we are in town ?

Wonderland has become extemely expensive. The games hardly give anything, and the prizes are extremely expensive. DO NOT PLAY THE CLAW MACHINES! No matter how many times the claw grasps the prizes, they drop every single time. The manager said they are set to the lightest setting so the claws don't actually grab. Lame! Very disappointing experience. I rode in a go kart that didn't have any brakes working. I told the attendant the breaks weren't working. He looked at it, ahrugged his shoulders, and let someo

It's always a great time here as we are hooked on miniature golf. They have an indoor and outdoor. Staff are always so friendly and helpful.

Spent about $400 (6 people) + dinner (2 pizzas and bread sticks) which took an hour and a half to make. Staff under trained and we had to look for a staff member to do the attractions for go karts, mini golf, bumper boats, and the rock wall. Kids had fun not realy super fun for the adult with the bill and doing all the walking finding people just so customers can do the attractions.

The website clearly states in order to ride as a passenger, on the go carts, the passenger must be 3 years old and 45 pounds. I called ahead of time and person said ?yeah if that's what the website says? I purchased a card online for games, then drove 45 minutes to be there. Now I have a disappointed daughter and a game card I won't use. Then when I call I was told ?sorry about that we will have to get ahold of our internet guy.?

I wanted to have a birthday for my grandsons here but needed to find out if the go karts are open as I know that they are seasonal. I called over 30 times over a 3 week period during business hours and no one answered, I left a voicemail and no one called me back, I emailed the General Manager (GM) as directed on the voicemail, however he did not respond. I finally completed the "contact me" form on the website. I was finally contacted by the GM Joey who denied getting my email until I screenprinted a copy

Went for a fun day with the kiddos (ages 2/3) to play the arcade and the service was horrible. Took over a hour to get a small pizza for the family, an then the staff booted us from a table that we had already had set with our stuff and drinks which we had the entire time we were there, when asked where we were suppose let the kids eat their food at I was told ?I don't know, but we need this table?. They had other tables that were dirty but vacant they could have used but decided to make us leave. This was

Only went to play mini golf. They had a good 18 holes, hole in ones possible. Their hotdog and pretzel was pretty good as well

We had the most experience at wonderland!!!! The staff is incredible. Emma, Bree and Carter went out of their way to make sure our kids had the best time. Emma was so kind and patient with our kids. Especially our daughter!!! She went above and beyond. Then Bree made sure a broken game got fixed right away and gave us extra tokens. I still can't be believe how kind they were. It not only made it the best day but we can't wait to come back. Thank you again to the amazing staff! I hope the owners know how gre

Was very fun had a blast on the go carts

Great family fun!! Reasonably priced. Only thing is I have/get 'free round of golf' cards for working at a hotel, they bring them in sometimes for free golf or for zip lining and anyways, every time I've gone in, we've all (5) been able to play the free round of golf. It doesn't say ANYWHERE limited one per person and this last time we went, mind you the virus has been going around for about a year now so kids/family's haven't been able to do anything outside anywhere, also ppl aren't working/making money l

Not impressed. Overpriced, kinda small and grimy feeling. I enjoyed the indoor mini golf, so that's my only reason for 2 stars.

Very helpful. Outdoor golf area was nice and clean, with just enough challenge and fun to keep everthing interested.

I never cimment on places of fun but i had to this time This place is a complete rip off and the staff suck..no respect Sat at an empty table for 15 minutes with my great nieces and nephews and was asked to move to another table(there was none)because it was reserved This has happened to my family and I at least 6 times in 2 years time No organization or communication I will never go back there again completely horrible experiences every time, the staff think they own you and if you doing like it then leave

Went for a little mini golf. Staff was friendly, place was clean, had a lot of fun!

So much to do! Games inside, pizza!, miniature golf outside, black light miniature golf inside, laser tag, zip line, go cart, batting cage, water boats!!! And the kids can earn points for prizes

Fun family arcade and putt put. Had a great time here as a family.

Great place to take the kids or evening a flashback for the adults. Arcade games, mini golf (outdoor and indoor black light), go carts, zip line, batting cages and more. They serve simple food, pizza mostly but salads and chicken strips. Also the hidden gem is the serve beer as well! All in all a wonderful time to have!

We had a company part here and it was a lot of fun. From the mini-golf course, laser tag, go-karts, laster tag, to the arcade games, there's something fun for everyone, no matter your age. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. It's the perfect place for family fun, group outings, or just to let loose and have a great time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun day out in Spokane!

Dated. Food is typical fried/premade pizza etc. The indoor ticket games were nice but 30% was out of commission which was a bit of a disappointment. Location has a lot of potential for local families as a nice place to go, but really needs some attention. Also no santizing dispensers empty ones to clean some of the games that involved 3D goggles etc. Other than that decent place for cost. Prizes could have been more exciting as well... $100 in games got us a paper fan, slime, and a lolly pop. Lmao. We tried

This used to be a four star place but I had to go to a 3-star because they've increased the prices but haven't done any repairs on there miniature golf courses. Looking really shabby and run down the greens are tore up and the buildings look like their crumbling because the paint's peeling so bad. The increase in prices probably reflect removing the old play center and adding more video games but that doesn't justify a price increase. Cost twice as much as it used to almost.

Had my kid?s 12th birthday party here this afternoon. The waitstaff was excellent. The pizza was pretty good. They've switched from coins and tickets to points on a reloadable game card (the game card keeps track of how many tickets you've earned). The game selection isn't what it was in the ?90s, but it's still pretty good. They still have skeeball ??

One of the better arcades in Spokane. It's a bit pricey but there's not a whole lot else in town and the other places are more expensive.

Pretty disappointed particularly with the food and prices. The games are 4-20 points a game which is 25 cents point, and the food is pathetic. The chicken strips are more like chicken fingers, and the cheeseburger was on a dry bun with no tomato (sign Says tomato). I wish i could share the photo! It's June and the outdoor stuff is closed. It was just less than I expected for the price

I spent $35 bucks to play 4 machines and I swiped my card and had no tickets left because I spent it on a machine that just took my tickets but if you tell the lady at the ticket checkout stand and she can reimburse you whatever u spent .. FYI.. KEEP THAT IN MIND..

Always liked as a kid growing up really seems like it's getting worse. As my family walked in a employee bumped into my 9 year old son, my son said sorry and the employee totally ignored him but it was the employee fault, not one employee has a smile on really doesn't look like anyone that works there wants to be there ,even if you don't have good customer service skills there's still common courtesy, when we were there they started putting chairs on tables around 8 for closing at 9 pm but it really felt li

Wonderland is a fun little place to visit. Plenty of games with laser tag, mini golf inside and outside and play areas for the kids. Prices are decent. Also has bumper boats and a batting cage. If you are looking for a place to being the kids to blow off some steam this is a good place to go.

This place is honestly a rip off the unlimited games only count twords games with no tickets and the prices of just a few games is so expensive go to chuck e cheese instead maybe a bit more expensive but you truly get unlimited games

Overpriced. My kids love this place but seems to average a dollar a minute per child. Claw games are under sensitive. Other than that it is a great indoor and outdoor experience. They have lazer tag, indoor/outdoor mini golf, batting cages, go carts and so much more. Great place for birthdays.

It's not the worst, and it's not the best. The workers seem tired and bored and do not seem like they enjoy their work. The food was like game food. Definitely not super healthy, as to be expected at those types of places. I will say most of the machines worked this time. Last time we went a few years ago, half of the games were broke. I wouldn't go out of my way to book here but it's overall not bad, just not a "WoW" factor.

Great service and very fun. Spent more than I would have liked by my 6 year old has a blast playing arcade games, mini golf and laser tag.

Great place but it's very overwhelming for a 4yo. Music is too loud and of course no windows. We went during the winter so no outdoors activities I will definitely come back thoug

This place is small, staff was rude, kitchen was closed for 3 hours over lunch time and many attractions were closed. Horrible experience.

It's pretty pricy for what you get, it's either purchase a 25$ package (which is per child, adults much more) or buy a single game of golf for $9 per person and that doesn't include outside golf. In my opinion they would do a lot better if they offered smaller packages or a full family package with a discount for adding additional people. I must say also that the basement where the blacklight golfing is stinks badly of mildew and their token or "point" games don't really come in a good package (which they o

Serena was absolutely wonderful helping us out, and letting the kiddo keep his golf ball after the game was over! Mini golf was a blast (for all ages!) Service was absolutely impeccable and we will absolutely be returning soon to play again thanks to Serena after the game! (An absolute rockstar who happened to be there OFF the clock and still helped make one little boys day so much brighter!) Can't wait to return!!

Everything about this place was amazing. The workers were very polite. Mini golfing was fun and so was the go carts. The arcade gets a little boring after a while but still fun. Overall great place for all ages. The only thing that bothered me is that tye Lazer Tag kinda sucked but they said they are getting new vest and guns in October. Loved this place

No pizza , kitchen was being deep cleaned and the arcade games were super expensive . Mini golf was good

Mini golf was fun. We were going to do go carts but the staff said it was closed at 8, which we were there at 7:55. Sure would have been nice if the staff would have informed us about the time, as they knew we were going to do the carts after the mini golf. We would have go carted FIRST if someone said something to us when we checked in.

A lot has changed here! Lots of new games, card system for coins and tickets. Go-karts were fun, despite the no-host driving...? Drive until you're bored, I guess. Four stars for entertainment, minus one for lack of employees to assist with the rides.

We played the new outdoor putt putt and had a fun time. It wasn't too busy and it was well kept. Disappointed to see the batting cages closed and no more pop-a-shot which are our favorites in the arcade side. Would love to see those make a comeback.

Most comfortable and fun family enjoyment. Bumper boats and Go-Karts are so much fun. Miniature golf and games were great too. Really good pizza and soda.

There's a lot of great games, everyone inside were very polite and helpful. We went for the go carts. The two running that were rude. They talked as though they were mad made us feel unwanted. Had the tickets not already been paid I would have left. But go carts ran great, track was good and enjoyed it other that the two there.

Drove 3 hours to get here because my 10 year old son wanted to drive a go kart so so badly. I researched the area and this looked like the best place and price for go karts. We did not buy the pass, but we paid $11 per person (for 4 of us, husband, wife and kids ages 10 & 18) to drive go karts. The people inside were super friendly and helpful since we hadn't been there before. They explained to take the receipt down to the go kart area and give it to the person there. We went out the back doors as we were

I am so happy with my experience here. I've brought my boys here twice so far and have been happy both times. Yesterday made me extra happy! I was walking around visibly in pain (from an ear infection) and a man working there, I presume the manager (and if he isn't, he will be) asked if I was OK and if I needed anything. Even after telling him I'm OK, and that I couldn't take anything else for pain, he continued to offer me help, even insisting he could get me some ice at least. I almost cried, most people

Go karts were fun so was the laser tag but there was multiple attractions that where closed all of the employees where super slow!, is as if they're trained to be that way... the slushy machines where always empty and when they where filled it was extremely watered down. This place is definitely lacking and need to step up their game.

Games subtract points but then don't work. Grab and win games lift the objects and then release them. This is a waste of money for small children.

It's been several years since I've been to Wonderland. Back then it was dated, entirely too expensive, and the food was not very good. I noticed the renovations passing by but never thought anything of it. Until my ladies bball team wanted a venue for our end of season party. Some of the parents suggested it and while I was apprehensive at first Joey the GM had explained their specials and their affordable packages. $20 unlimited play was amazing. The food has also been upgraded as the pizza was really good

It was really fun, everyone there was really kind!! The waterfalls on the outside golf course were beautiful.

It was fun but the go cart guy was really frustrated with the 5th grade class party. I think they should've ejected the trouble makers and left the other kids who were being respectful to allow them to ride. But it only takes one bad apple to ruin it for everyone. And there was more than one bad apple. We had a lot of fun though a lot of the machines didn't work. Which was a bummer for a Friday night.

Great place to take the kids, laser tag, mini golf games, food and adult beverages.

Half the games were not working or partially were. The pizza I got had its toppings in the middle vs spread out. It had a 2 in crust with it let tasting of cardboard. The bumper boats weren't working. It's really expensive. Charged $38 for pizza, some type of generic chicken wings and a pitcher of soda only after paying $280 for 5 kids. It was a sad day for my daughter, who turned 13. She was disappointed and I'm left feeling like a failure.

$9 for a hotdog. They ask for a tip on a $50 a person arcade card instead of paying employees a fair wage. Seriously asking for a tip when you buy your pass? Unlimited games lets you actually play maybe 5% of the games. You can't even play connect four or skeeball. Very misleading. Better arcades let you play and disable tickets. Hopefully DnB coming to town gives a better option.

Very disappointed, visiting my grandkids from Arizona. The service was good after they finished socializing with their coworkers, then had to wait for the gocarts to open 1 hour late. Try to keep an 8 year old entertained for an hour after you tell them that you were going to ride on the carts was a challenge.

Put ac or fans downstairs in your mini golf it's hot down there

The pizza was amazing! The employees were amazing! The kids had a lot of fun.

If I could give this a 0 star I would walked in and the first thing I run into is a rude employee and then later on ran into 2 MORE rude employees who ever the manager is they need to have a talk with their workers never coming here again waste of money you can't have a fun time when you have rude people ruining it for you

Pretty cool place to take your kids or to even have a date night. The food and service are both mediocre as one would expect of these kinds of places. My main issues are #1. the prizes cost far too many tickets, and #2. Most of my favorite games always seem to be broken.

We went here for the minu golf. It was raining so we just did the one inside. We arrived not long after opening and had the indoor mini golf to ourselves for about 20 mins. The holes were fun, nothing to challenging or crazy. I would like to come again and play the holes outside when the weathers nice. The arcade also looked fun! And we almost did the Lazar tag but went to the mall instead

Be sure to let staff know when your points are eaten by the machine. We had a great time...all 10 of us. Some golfed and played laser tag, while the younger ones enjoyed the games. It was a hoot. Indoor golf and laser tag was perfect for the evening One large pizza was not finished , however. The quality just wasn't there. Would definitely return!

My family and I were here on Jan 28th. Mini golf was a lot of fun, however there were some bricks missing which made it a little more difficult since the balls rolled out of the course and into the next one. We had a ton of fun playing Laser Tag! The staff are very nice and helpful. There was one particular young lady who was very sweet (I wish I would have gotten her name). Food isn't bad either. All in all we had a fun time and it was a great experience.

Bree is amazing it's my daughter's 7th birthday today and she really went out of her way to make her feel special. And she didn't leave out my 2 year old son either. I will be back. Me and my family are very very satisfied with today's kind welcome visit. Thank you

You guys. My experience with my three kids aged 7,5, and 2 was absolutely perfect. We will be coming here again event or not. Wonderland is the place to go. The night manager Bre saved the day ?? she is a hard worker and very customer forward. The team tonight, rocked. I am 5 star happy for my adventures at wonderland with my fiance and crazy kiddos ??

It was ok. The food wasn't that good, it was kinda dirty, the tables were all covered in sticky residue. The mini golf was fun. I wouldn't go back.

One of the best dates I ever had with my wife. The Ice Hockey and skee ball the were most fun, the pizza was surprisingly high quality, and the service was super friendly and accommodating. Golf was a blast even in freezing weather. This will be a reoccurring date location.

Took my daughter and her friend there for the first time. Was pretty enjoyable! Fun games, expensive arcade but laser tag and go carts were cool. Fairly clean. A little unorganized.

Honestly, the equipment is broken in many places , they've raised their prices by hundred of dollars without adding anything in return to packages or parties . I gave a 4 because of the young man working there that we encountered . He was polite and professional and knew what he was doing. Of course, that's expected of employees, but it's what he did when we had spent our money and were letting the kids pick prizes. In our family, during birthday parties, all points earned are combined together to get the

The kids and adults always have a blast here, and the prices for activities isn't bad. The food is a little spendy but tastes decent, and the soda in the machines was flat, but we don't come here for the food. While the staff is always nice, they're not always the best trained on how to explain the rules and such. But overall, it's a pretty fun experience, and we'll be back time and again.

Always love coming here. It's super fun. People are always nice, and party's are great. Better than chuckecheese handsdown. Love go karting. And laser tag! This is our family fun night go to!

The pizza is great but this place has gone downhill. A fresh coat of paint and attention to cleanliness would bring this place back. Garbage in the parking lot. Sticky floors in front of the soda machine. Dirty restrooms.

Their staff is amazing and personable and so engaging. I never leave reviews but they deserve to know how great they all are

The laser tag and mini golf were a lot of fun. They were super creative and well-staffed! Just stay out of the arcade games. Half of the machines were out of order, and three of them took my money but wouldn't let me play the game. The employees were friendly enough, and the food smelled great.

I paid $54 cause I'm military and I got discounts 4 2 rounds of go carts with 2 passengers and then one game of Mini golf 1 adult 2 children. We did one round on the go carts which was $54 and then our card was empty. Try talking to the manager try leaving a message and no one will get back to me it's really strange to pay that much money and only be able to go on 1 ride. And not to mention all the riffraft that hangs out At the go-karts.

Fun place fornthe kids. Season passes makes the trips less expensive.

Super fun spot for the kids and family to hang out.

Heatwave of Spokane kept this Grammy inside with grandkids. Arcade provided some fun, claw machines too frustrating for cost of 20 tokens each try!

Well we decided to come last minute so it was an hour and 15 min before closing. I was bummed out because there was no hot food available at that time of night because they close the kitchen early. We wanted pizza so that bummed us out. They did give us free pop because they felt bad about not having any food to eat. We really enjoyed playing mini golf downstairs. They have waterfalls and bridges going over streams. It was really cool. After playing mini golf we headed back upstairs for any type of claw mac

It was zero below, so we decided to take our 8 year old here, and it was such a good time! We had some food, played indoor mini golf, and then hit the arcade and had the best time. Totally recommend for a perfect place to take the kiddos ????

This was quite literally the BEST experience we have had at any sort of arcade ever. The team, Emma, Ellen, and Bri took amazing care of us and made sure my family and I all left with genuine smiles on our face and great memories. Would for sure come back here again if we lived in town!

Wonderland! LOL ?? is a good family place. It was very neat to see large groups of friends or families go and enjoy the place. We did the outdoor miniature golf! Was a blast! Our next family tournament will be the indoor glow in the dark "Pirate" miniature ? ! Go check it out! Good deals on food, drinks and the arcade! Great place commit some time n money to have a fun hour or two! ?

It was fun. But could of had better customer service

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
