The nicest people and a nice little bowling alley. My son wasn't feeling well and we could only play 1 of the two games we purchased. They felt bad for him and offered us a solution that was honestly so kind. It's very quaint and has many lanes. Thank you ??

Basic no frills bowling. Cosmic Bowling on Friday night. Shoe rental $4.50. On a Tuesday around 2pm we bought two games each and it cost us $31.95 with the shoe rental included. The lane we were in had no hand dryer blowing, otherwise everything worked well. The service agent behind the counter was pleasant and helpful.

A great family owned local business which serves the local community and is a fantastic spot for fun with family and friends. The staff is very friendly and the facility is well maintained and run. The food is cooked fresh and is very reasonable.

RANT - Winter Garden Bowl...I want to share the shadiness that took place tonight. Went with a large group to Winter Garden Bowl and paid for 6 of us. When told that it would be $162.95 for 3 games and shoe rental I chuckled and half joking/half seriously asked if there were any discounts or deals available. The cashier just stared at me which led me to say "so, I am guessing that's a no?" while handing over the money. I had a super horrible experience here. We were here at 1:00 on a Wednesday afternoon. It was not busy. That was about the best thing about this location. Looking for a ball that fits a medium sized man's hands., was nearly impossible. It seemed that they only had small holes and extra-large holes. Was not able to bowl because of this. Could not locate 9 lb balls with large holes. Very unsatisfied, drove 30 minutes away from resort because of good reviews.

This place absolutely sucks. Needs to be knocked down and replaced with something newer and modern. It's been here since I was a child. The lanes break down literally every 5 minutes and the only option is to move somewhere else when you're already comfortable where you are. Paid for 3 of us to bowl. 6 out of the 10 frames one of our scores registered as gutter each throw, when this was not the case. Had to wait several frames for pin machine to be fixed. My wife and I had a fantastic time here this past Thursday. Stopped in for the first time and bowled 4 games. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The lanes were in nice shape and the beer was cold!

The only good thing was the food. Out of two of the things we ordered and sauce was cold for the mozzarella sticks. Our lane broke down 3 times on our first lane, then we moved and broke again 2 times on the second lane, and multiple times on the third lane they moved us too. A nice bowling alley to take kids to in the summer. They have a great Kids Bowl Free Program! 2 free games a day, just have to pay for shoe rentals. A fun indoor activity for a rainy Florida day. Will definitely be going back!

we just did my sisters 9th birthday party at winter garden bowling.. Paula is the absolute best. She was so patient and attentive with our large crowd. She deffinetly made this birthday party much easier for me.

I brought my kids for bowling in the afternoon. At first glance and after being told there was a 45 minute wait, we almost left. While I can see why the lower reviews would exist, my kids and I decided to wait and bowl anyway. My experience was actually the customers were the rude ones. These folks were working hard and they were slammed. Merely treating them like human beings and understanding the situation they went out of their way to make us welcome. We are glad we stayed and had a great time.

The staff was wonderful and tried to make gold out of lead. Saying that... Until they upgrade the hardware, don't try. Every other player had to go to the front desk to service the lane. Misplaced, absent pins with the occasional random reset. We were moved lanes 3 times and still we couldn't finish a whole game without issues.

This place has been there forever. I remember going as a kid in the late 80s. But there were only two people working out front and they seemed unable to handle the demand. Nice enough people, but just an overall lack of service. It's tough to know whether it's worth the cost-savings as compared to larger establishments or not. We may try again on a weekday at some point... Not ruling it out, but just not super impressed.

Great experience! It's serene and quiet. It took me back to my younger days, recalling long hours of playtime with my parents. Highly recommended.

As soon as you come in to this place it smells like mildew. I didn't even want to eat of only thinking what the kitchen condition might be. The charged us $35 for only one round of bowling when we thought it would be an hour. The staff was rude and the place needs some love. Spend your money somewhere else

It appeared, less then half the lanes are in service. Lane 8 broke down 7 times in 20 minutes. They couldn't move us and refunds are not allowed. How convenient... They did gave us a free bowl voucher.. but like...why would we want to come back when we willing to leave early. Certainly since we are not getting our money back.

The people that worked their were very polite and attentive! 5 stars would have been given but the lane we we're on kept malfunctioning! They did give us a new lane after the 2nd malfunction though so they fixed the issue.

Staff seems to always be having a bad day. It is in my personal opinion that the establishment has never been the same since Carter Family Bowl departed. The staff uses foul language around customers. The facility is not very maintained. Staff needs to be retrained on people skills and positive attitude enforcement. Traditional and very small place! Never had to presh the reset buttons, which is great technically! Lots of nice people that goes here! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I was with a friend and her children when the lady at the counter to pay for the lanes was being EXTREMELY rude. When asked to speak to management, she said NO. Food is gross we ordered pizza got here at 6 played 2 games and the pizza we ordered is raw including the bacon on it. yes I know I'm not expecting a 5 star restaurant but raw bacon on pizza gross. The outside of the building looks pretty sketch, not gonna lie. This is a staple in Winter Garden. It's not fancy. But the family that runs it works hard. They were slammed last Saturday and low staffed but no one complained or got an attitude. They just dealt with things as needed and worked through it. good job.

The bowling alley was not crowded on my short visit. It's appears clean and the manager was polite and available if I needed his assistance. Place is from the 50s, the gs98 bowling machines are 22 years old and past there expectation date. Go have fun don't complain the guy who is running it doesn't own the ally or machines yet he puts his money as best as he can. Paid for 2 games over 4 people and shoe rental. None of our games, not a single one was played without a mechanical errors, waited over 30 minutes for assistance and the answer is no refunds, we have no mechanics. I love there shoes super comfy. Good lanes I don't like that bumpers are either up or down all game so if you have little ones just a heads up. Super cute dinosaur ramp for kids to use. they had an arcade but super small and was turned off. They had a league and still were enough lanes for people to play.

Fun and a good family activity

I haven't been here in quite a while and must admit they did a great job fixing and updating the interior. We were there during the day and it's very child oriented. Bumpers and a slide that allows you to load the ball and it rolls down and onto the lane makes bowling easier for the kids. We had a great time and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

This bowling alley is somewhat small, but the staff is friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is because the date for our lane got stuck multiple times, the reset button on our lane was apparently out of service, and it was a slight inconvenience to have to fetch someone to fix it. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The snack bar has options from popcorn and fries to wings and pizzas. Also, the is an arcade, complete with tickets to earn prizes.

I LOVE this place. Sure, it's outdated and could desperately use a makeover, but it has character and charm to spare (no pun intended). I almost missed this place the building is a church converted into a bowling alley. Just look for the blue bowl sing. I had lots of fun bowling here with my friends we played one set. They have snack food here and some wram snacks but I did not try the food here but we did get two sodas. The soads was what I would expect from the fountain. The place was very clean and cozy inside. Lane kept shutting off in the middle of turns. The staff was rude and didn't even want to respond when presenting the issue to them. The system would skip turns in the middle of bowling not even keeping the score. Outdated equipment and rude staff made this unenjoyable. Wouldn't not spend my money here again.

I love bowling! This bowling alley just needs a little more tlc and updating and it could be spectacular. We had lane 13 and 14 and the lane kept jumping my SIL ball out of the gutter, which froze the whole system numerous times. It definitely slowed down our game. Overall though, it's a great way to spend a couple hours and inexpensive!
