Wind Creek Atmore

My weekend stay was amazing. I enjoyed the room with the view, the amazing spa experience, and the Fire Steakhouse experience. I ended my stay with lunch at the cooking class. My stay was awesome from start to finish! I highly recommend.

Our anniversary stay was great. The front desk had decorated our room before arrival..it was a fun start to the stay. Our meal at Fire was amazing and our waitress JP was the absolute best!!

Casino was as good as any.. However we were there for a concert and they double sold my daughter and her husband's seats almost causing a fight. Both couples clearly had tickets for the same seats. Then at the end someone had the exact same ticket as my wife's. CAN DO BETTER.

The bar staff at the pool were superb. We enjoyed seeing them each day. The movie theater left a lot to be desired. The soda fountains at the snack bar did not work. They said to get drinks in the hall where you go to the different movie theaters. The only thing available there was carbonated water. None of the drink flavors had been refilled and we couldn't even get regular water. We paid for drinks that we did not get so we couldn't eat the popcorn we paid for either. This is a very clean and properly maintained hotel and casino. We really enjoyed ourselves and found the staff to be very helpful. The only downside is that it's pretty far away for us, otherwise we'd come a whole lot more. Well done! Beautiful property!

Issue with mini fridge upon check-in, was immediately taken care. One of the best was the room, it was spacious & the view was panoramic. Check-in staff was having a hard day. The stay was a couple of days for a convention. Room was fantastic and non smoking hotel. Was the plus. The location is the only thing around so the casino is it. The real issue is food. Two options, an overpriced buffet style stations w different ethnic food options or a very expensive steak house restaurant in the hotel only. The food was ok but not great. My wife and I stopped by on 06/07/2025. We played about 6 different slot machines while we were there. We hit several bonus rounds. But the average payout from a $1 to $3 dollar bet was $35. This was after putting about $200 in each machine. On the way out there was a box where you could donate your cash out voucher if you had .30 cents on it. I've stayed at Wind Creek Atmore a few times, and every time seems better than the last. Past issues with internet connections have been rectified. The food at the "market" is so much better than any casino buffet (I had a cheeseburger, some pasta with meat sauce, capped with ice cream). Check in was a breeze (thanks to Shakita). Love coming to this casino . There are always new games to enjoy and keep you entertained. The food especially, the Fire Restaurant is a great place for couples in a very romantic atmosphere. My husband and I really enjoyed it. The food was awesome. You have to try. You will love.

The casino is a main draw, here's a hint; it's a bingo system at heart, grouping players into pools, where balls are distributed to the players in first come-first serve fashion, with better bets weighing averages differently. Try varying the timing of spins (Wheel of Fortune), buy all the max bets for a given machine (play multiple w/partners too) or calculate the numbers frequency in advance (impossible w/o AI assistant but I digress), and don't forget to occasionally switch the bingo card to your liking

We had a very nice visit to Windcreek Atmore. The room was very pleasant, Dianna at the front desk was terrific. The format of the Market food court as opposed to a standard buffet was nice, but lunch and dinner menus are identical. That didn't impress as the steakhouse has limited days.

I started playing at wind Creek Atmore in 2021. I have never had a bad experience! Other than losing some money,which is all part of gambling,I've had a phenomenal experience there. The staff is very friendly and helpful! My birthday is Tuesday,April 29th and I'm coming to Wind Creek to celebrate my birthday with the greatest casino and staff in the world! The place is very comfortable and inviting. Atmosphere is fun and there is plenty to do for all age types. The pool, arcade, bowling, theatre, casino. However some of the customer service reps can be quite rude. I love wind Creek in atmore Alabama. I was very well pleased with a king size bed and a room that overlooked the stadium outdoor stadium. Wind Creek is a very average casino. It's a little cleaner than some of the lower end ones. The location is awful, there is nothing out there. The rooms are average, but clean. We didn't receive any bad service during our stay, besides from the cooks at fire and steak. The website makes it seem like there's so much to do. I had a great experience except for signing up for the first time being there. they gave me $20 free play. also an extra $10 for putting in my email. it took them almost an hour and a half to put it on my card. I had already played the other money I brought their. I want $40 but I played it back. I would love to come back. I live 5 hours away. in the roaming it's so expensive in atmore.

Everything was good for the most part. Got there on friday checked in went to bar had a few drinks. Left went to meeting back to bar for a few drinks. Saturday after meeting went to bar was told I couldn't have crown apple. Asked why just said I coudn't. Asked for supervisor was told to hang around one would be by sometime. Went to guest services asked for one and was there in just a minute. Supervisor very nice handled the problem Just the one guy that workss the bar still not sure what his problem was.

The casino is always clean and fun. Lots of slots to choose from. You can order a drink right from your slot machine! The Hotel is very nice and clean too. Front desk staff is top notch!

Decided to set up a visit for my birthday with a dinner and hotel stay on the property, with the wife. Dinner was fabulous, tasted great, very attentive service. The overall look and cleanliness of the room was outstanding, however, it was an adjoining room with only a thin a door, separating the two. The people in the room next-door, left the TV on past midnight and at its highest volume, then they came in and proceeded to argue for approximately 2 hours between one and three in the morning. It was extremely hard to sleep in that room.

The service was amazing and room was awesome. We had a family in the room next to ours and they were up all night slamming doors and fighting with each other. Other than that we had an awesome time.

The hotel room was very relaxing. We stayed two nights in a row just to get away and relax . I just wanted to escape and have a peace of mind . My room, a deluxe king, was small, but adequate. It had a giant wall of windows that provided an excellent view of the building and event area. The TV was on a structure that blocked about 1/3 of the window-wall, but it was not detrimental to the view. What gives this room only 3 stars is the lack of slow-close hardware on the doors. I went down to the casino in atmore for the Kim concert. Everything was great love the casino and the buffet area. Had a great time ethic concert, there is an outdoor amphitheater and it was really nice. Room service is the only complaint I have. I put in an order Sunday morning for an omelette that never arrived. I let them know when I checked out at the front desk. They apologized.

The bed in my room was sooooo comfortable!!! I wish I could take it home. All of the hotel staff were friendly and spoke to me and seemed to be genuinely happy to have me as a guest. The food at the Market was delicious and fresh. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wind Creek is always a top of the line place to visit. I love taking my whole family to this beautiful property. It has everything that a 9yr old and 69yr old could ever want. We love the pool.

Loved our stay. Rooms are lovely, spacious modern and exceptionally clean. Quick stay so no chance to use the spa, (free wifi and plenty of charging ports) pool, bowling alley or theater-next visit! Plenty of slots to entertain. Couldn't get into Fire steakhouse so be sure to make a reservation! We will definitely be back.

The rooms are nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel staff very nice and friendly. I didn't give a 5 star because of the breakfast and the service in the dinning area. Very expensive $33.00 for an eggs that wasn't cooked right. And asked for orange juice and was given a bottle of Dole that looked like brown OJ and tasted nasty. 2 lady's that I dealt with in the restaurant area were very unfriendly.

We love Windcreek Atmore and visit often. We also dine at Fire once or twice a month. Food is always great. However this trip the lobster bisque was bad and gave my husband food poisoning. The staff was very helpful in getting my husband the attention he needed. After a night in the hospital, he was good to go. We'll be back to the casino soon, but we will probably skip Fire for a while.

I want to rave about one of their casino hosts. Morian is an absolute gem! He took care of us from the moment we checked in. He made sure that all of needs were met. Wonderful get away place! the food is very pricy though they need to do something about the buffet! Not like it was before they rebuilt to expensive to eat there But the room and slots are great! I love to go there!

I can't say anything about the room But casino floor was really nice with many variety of machines. This is always a perfect getaway for my children and I. We love everything about it. Only thing that I want to improve is having my complimentary rooms back because sometimes I can't afford them. Please consider changing the bed frame because they are not safe a child fall and bump their head.

Usually we have a great time but this time wasn't enjoyable at all. We had the noisiest people next door that kept waking our baby up all night. On top of that ther were kids running up an down the hall banging on doors after 10pm. Hope yall get the security to do better.

I truly enjoyed a great weekend at Wind Creek Atmore. The suite overlooked the amphitheater and pool, made for a beautiful sunrise. The casino layout felt open enough to move freely with wide walkways. Morian (English) became my favorite casino host right away. We just went to the casino. It was a fairly disappointing experience. I got 2 dragons to go off on a game and won a whopping $2.35. It's not much fun when that stuff happens on a regular basis. Casinos just aren't my thing.

I celebrated my boyfriend 60th birthday here at Atmore Casino. Our room overlooked the pool and amphitheater. The view was breathtaking. This time at Atmore Not so much unfortunately we had a few problems with the room, the floor, at the movies (Snow White screen was broken it looked like the movie was 3d) it was hurting our eyes but my 8 year old daughter didn't want to leave. I attended the cooking class on January 11, 2025 with my family for my birthday. Chef Todd was the greatest. Everyone truly enjoyed and we will be returning soon. Thank you Wind Creek for an enjoyable trip.

I arrived on Sunday, March 16, 2025. I requested a microwave upon my arrival. I was told there wasn't any available. I requested a microwave again on Wednesday. I never did receive a microwave. I purchased free play on Tuesday using my WS points. I purchased 50.00 for Tuesday and 50.00 for Wednesday. As soon as that purchase was made, the free play was taken away. The truck parking is like after the war is effectively bombed. I invite the manager to personally drive his private car, not the casino car, to the truck parking lot to see the reality. You should be ashamed of how you treat truck owners.

I came here to give a negative review on the buffet. I was seated then they walked off and didn't bother telling me how the restaurant worked as it's not your average buffet.. I then went and got a Philly cheese steak sandwich that didn't have all the bread and it looked like ground hamburger and cheese it was disgusting. The best slots are In non smoking area and there are no rooms for smokers. Go to relax but it not fair to people who smoke. It's discrimination to people who smoke.
