95% of all claw games are ripoff. Also wizard of oz and Charlie chocolate factoy push coins off are clear off regularly because the wilderness too cheap to buy coins to refill shooters. . Most cards and red n green chip are taking off the edges .
We mini-golfed here because we had a free family pass from the Wilderness coupon book. When you first enter, no one greets you or offers to help, which is a bit odd. Once I approached a worker though, it was all good. We got our golf items and headed up the stairs. It's a small 9-hole course with an alien theme of some sort. Our kids didn't love the aliens (creeped them out), but the course was nice for their age and skill level (never mini-golfed before). We were the only ones there and the four of us spen
Played mini golf here it was fun with the family and it looks cool then we played lazer tag (group of 3 people) and my gun didnt work so after playing I asked if we could go again and they said no. Very disappointing. It was obvious my gun didnt work.
It's a decent size inside , doesn't look it from the outside. Plenty of arcade games. Mini golf was our main thing. Positive - It's all black light and led lighting , holes were fun. Negative - there's only 9 holes and 8 bucks a person feels a little high, but during winter it's one of only a few spots to go. 18 hole courses that are larger are only 10$. Overall, it should keep kids entertained for a few hours.
Good size and prices are reasonable! We did two of us in the laser maze for just $5, but when the employee noticed the lasers weren't visible due to the fog machine not working he was quick to help. Tried to fix it, but when it was taking longer he offered us free mini golf while they worked on it. Good service and good fun!!
Very fun! 4 stars as we showed up with gift certificates for the laser tag and it was under construction... they reimbursed us with 5 dollars of tokens and half the machines didn't really work. Putt putt was in point though!
Friendly staff, decent prices/tokens per swipe ratio. A few machines didn't work but overall fun and a very clean place!
This place is not only a far better value than any other of the arcades in town, but it has a wide selection of games to play. My kids had a blast, and we will be returning every trip to the dells. The prices are way better than any other arcades too. 10/10.
Had a Groupon to do two rounds of the Lazer maze, a game of Lazer tag, and a game of black light golf. The facility was very clean and well kept. Lazer tag was fun, first time doing this. Mini golf was well themed and took about 20 minutes for our group of flour. Kids played at the arcade for a while after with a good selection.
We drove a long way and planned our morning specifically for the lazer tag, which was closed due to renovations. The website did not mention anything about it being closed and they would not compensate me for the lazer tag portion on any of the special passes, which include lazer tag in the price. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place.
Super fun games for kids off all ages and very friendly customer service. Update: came here again (2 years later) and the customer service is just as friendly as before!!! We will come back every year on our trip!
After being disappointed with the rates over at Tom Foolery's and the arcade in Great Wolf Lodge, we went to visit Wild Fun Zone and had a blast for way less money then we spent at Tom Foolery's. Laser tag was fabulous. The kids love the laser maze as well and were super excited to see that there's a Minecraft dungeon game here. There were plenty of games for adults to enjoy as well. We will definitely be back and not just for our annual cabin fever getaway.
We went on an early weekday before the crowds and played arcade games, did the lazer maze challenge, played mini golf, and lazer tag. Definitely check Groupon for the package. Very clean place with friendly staff. The themes of the mini golf and lazer tag are so incredibly well done!
One of my first dates with my husband was at Jax60 in Michigan. We visited Fun Zone for the first time yesterday in order to de-stress and spend some quality time together. We did the $25 dollar per person package. I must say we had a blast. We did laser tag, laser maze, mini golf, and lots of arcade games ?? The staff was good and I seen them sanitizing a few times ??Wild Fun Zone will definitely see us again in the future. This brought us back to our first date almost 2 and a half years ago ???? I would
Kids had a great time here and with the Groupon it felt like a steal. The mini golf, laser tag and laser obstacle courses were all really fun! The laser obstacle course was a personal favorite but I wish it was bigger. The games seem pretty fair priced too. I will be back.
Perfect place for a couple of hours of fun in the off season. Kids 7y and 10y had a blast. Laser tag, laser maze and video games were a hit.
Not a good experience this time owner allowed a dog in that was not trained or a service animal I expressed to the first worker my problem she well it's a puppy you mad about the dog I'm like whoa I spent money there and I have kid with disabilities that are scared I had to sit in the car with because they were afraid it was a waste of money and no customer service training or sensitivity we usually have a good time there
Very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, well-maintained facility: floors were vacuumed and clean, bathrooms were clean, games were in good condition with a great variety. Prices were typical for a tourist area. We did the Groupon deal for laser tag, 2 laser mazes, and mini-golf. Then added $25 to each card for arcade games which was plenty for us. Great experience.
My kids love coming here and its easy for my husband and I to bop around and have fun, too. There are like three big rooms of arcade games for all ages, varying some new and some older. They have lazer tag. There is enough space to social distance if the place isn't packed, and most people were wearing their masks. Easy to find as it is right on the strip. We make it a point to stop here when we are in town.
Great spot. My kids had a blast. Decent variety of games. They have laser tag, laser beam maze, and 3d put put. They do have a Groupon deal be sure to check it out. They only had 1 pin ball machine but honestly that should be a bonus because most places like this don't have them. I didn't play laser tag but I overheard a few that did and they seemed to enjoy it. The games included the basic ticket dispensing machines plus a few newer ones I haven't seen. from what I seen all the machines were in wor
This place is a joke,You would it would be a little more professional when dealing with tourist but no after spending money it was very disturbing at the lack of compassion when asking questions about the games,My family and I wanted to play mini golf didn't know we had to actually grab the golf clubs and balls from the front desk when I asked about it she tells me they upstairs already so we go back upstairs a second time and no nothing was up there for us so once again I go back and I'm looking at her wit
This place offers a lot and is located in the heart of the downtown Dells area. Indoor golf, lazer tag, escape room, arcade. Kids love the Deal or No Deal game. Redemption center where you can cash in your tickets for candy and small prizes.
Its a fun arcade on the strip. I take my out of town guests and kids from work on field trips time to time.
Perfect place for having family fun. Good installations, a lot play options and cashiers are very nice and helpful
We love going here with our kids every time we come to the dells. Lots of fun games, easy to win claw machines, lots of fun little prizes, the miniature golf is fun especially for young kids, and a cute way to enjoy rainy day or cold weather. My kids love it there and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
My kids loved the Lazer Tag and of course the games. Pricing is reasonable and it's in town so it's a good stop point so the kids can have some fun before walking the town again.
SO clean. The bathrooms were even spotless and smelled lovely. Huge selection of arcade games. The ultimate stop for fun.
I've come here a couple times with my son. This last time we didn't have enough people to play a good game of laser tag. The staff were quick to have a couple of the employees come Plat a game with us. We had a great time thank you.
Our family of four participated in a laser tag activity here on 8/8/24. Unfortunately, the first three to four minutes of our session, out of a total of ten minutes, were unproductive because my son's laser equipment malfunctioned. After confirming that his device was not working, we returned to seek assistance from the staff. The staff subsequently replaced my son's gear, resulting in his time being reset to the full 10 minutes, while the remaining three of us retained our original time. This situation w
I go for Pump it up most of the time. Good pricing for games
We had so much fun very wam but we were pretty active in here.
We decided to start with a game of mini golf. The whole black light experience was great. The wife and I had a great time. We then went and played some arcade games.
Have been here twice, one as a date night, and one as a family day. Super helpful nice workers! Fun games like skee ball, zombie escape game, roller coaster simulator, kid games, ect. So much fun! Loved it!!
FALSE ADVERTISING! Sign says get 110 tokens plus 12 free for $25 so i bought $50 worth! I should of got 220 tokens plus the 24 free but nope i only got 198 tokens. Questioned it and they say that's only if you buy $25 at a time but sign says that no where. Also couple games broke while we were there and they said they would come look at it and they never did the whole time we were there.
I would give zero stars if I could. Negligent business. Floor of Lazer Tag was wet from cleaning causing my mother to fall. Staff could not have cared less. Thankfully she was not badly injured, but was hurt. On top of that, bathrooms were disgusting. Feces and blood on multiple toilets.
If you have $100+ for each kid it's okay but let me tell ya the games just like every other arcade in the dells are made to make you think your winning doing great but in reality all your played games get you enough tickets to buy a couple pieces of hard stale candy or a couple of cheap plastic toys. Even the coin dozer games are rigged more than normal can't even drop a coin where you want..... How the rich get richer and our hard earned money flushes right in their pockets......
We had an amazing time at this place. We went as a group that consisted of three adults and one teenager. The staff was so helpful in explaining how it all worked and where each activity was located.
Was alright and fun how the have a glow 3-d theme for 9-hole.
A little fun on the beach! Sike! Tagging my enemies ??First timer.. From Chicago, to The W
We picked this place out of all the other arcades in and around the Dells. We loved it. There are tons of games. The place is jam packed with games. We didn't even get to play a lot of them just because there were so many options. My family and I could have spent all day there. We also did mini golf, laser tag, and the lazer maze. We did the packaged deal off of Groupon. Best arcade I have ever been to. I don't know what the previous review is about. There is no mold and it wasn't understaffed and nobody sm
Great spot on the strip for the kids, but many games out of service. Poor attention to machines.
We only did the mini golf since we got a free coupon from our stay at wilderness resort. But it was fun and easy to access.
My boyfriend and I took my 12yr old nephew and his two friends on vacation to the dells and while there they wanted to do laser tag so I googled and found this spot and when I say we had so much fun!! It's a small spot but it's so much to do and the prices are reasonable. As well the evening staff was AMAZING!!! The customer service was nothing less than perfect. My nephew and his friends was beyond satisfied and I look forward to bringing them back soon. To the evening staff thank you for everything truly
We had our son's birthday party there. The staff was awesome. Very kind and went out of their way to make it great experience. We go there regularly. Love it. The price is great. We can usually spend an entire evening there for around ten dollars a person. They have awesome arcade games from back in the day, modern games, ski ball, as well as some Minecraft games, Lazer Take and ???? Alien mini golf.
Awesome place to play as a group or family, had an excellent time and the staff was amazing, polite, and extremely helpful, thorough, and great to talk to, will.make this a priority on the next trip to the Dells for sure!
My wife and kids wanted a fun night out so we stopped by the fun zone. When we got there we were greeted with such a good and fun atmosphere. Carolyne was so nice and professional she showed us the mini golf and the arcade and she truly went out of her way to make sure we had a blast. I just wanted to mention her by name because I was amazed by how much passion she put into her craft. Thanks again for the fun night my kids want to go back almost every night since!!
The guy at the counter was super cool, we came in right before closing and he was really nice and allowed us to play a few games. Most places like to lock the door right a closing. They had some cool arcade games and my favorite is any type of basketball game and they had some of those too! over all awesome spot and I love that it is right on the strip and they are open late! The kids loved it
Had a great experience there. Shout out to the Supervisor, Carolyn, for helping us with the laser game there. We didn't know how to play and she went ahead and showed us how. She also went above and beyond with helping us out on purchasing the video. We kept having trouble and she had a lot of patience with us. Great attitude, manners, and most importantly, great customer service. ????
Good value, played a round of mini golf for 2 and got a 5$ credit to play arcade games for 10$. Nicely themed black light mini golf, and especially nice cold ac. Was a nice break from the heat and walking the strip, pleasurable experience and the owners were friendly. 5 out of 5 stars
Laser tag was very fun. It cost $8 per person. The lockers are free to put your belongings in. You have to exchange your drivers license though in order to get a key for the locker. Small laser tag arena but was still very fun. It was free for all. I think you can only do free for all.
Had a blast! The blacklight mini golf was really fun and after we spent some time in the arcade. I ended up with a pile of ducks and when I went to use our tokens, (he had glasses and a beard and told us it would make his day if we wrote this ??) the cashier was really funny and made a whole scenario with them. 100% would go again.
This place is severely underfunded. I seen mold on parts of the walls where kids were playing. The cashiers smell like weed and pizza (little Caesar?s not Dominos) the older gentleman behind the counter was eyeing up my children. I gathered my family as quick as I could and we left. Please don't even take the chance of ruining your weekend. It's not worth your time to come here. (I posted additional photos, but they keep taking them down)
My son wanted to play a game of laser tag before we ate dinner. After paying, we were told that we must wait until a group assembled for a game, understandable. However after waiting for a bit, we realized that we would be late for our dinner reservations. We asked for a credit to play at a later time, they told us to come back, they would remember us. I said it may to tomorrow. The manager then pointed to a sign, read me the words, "No Refunds". I did get upset...said a few words that I am not proud of s
I only give this 4 stars because some of the games I love are broken. Air hockey, and the punching game aren't working. However it is still place you must visit, and getting a lot of tickets means great prizes before you leave! Very kid friendly as well. Great place for families or for a friend group to go out and have a good time like mine did.
Lots of fun! Tons of arcade games to play, thoigh some were out of order/out of cards and that's the reason for the four stars. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Played the laser maze, laser tag and mini golf. If you want a fun couple hours, definitely worth the visit! Not overly expensive and for less than 20 dollars you can do one of everything and the arcade isn't pricy either. Not a lot of prizes but the fun was worth it
Great place to take the family ! All games are fun and worth it . Will let you look at the mini golf and Lazer tag before you buy . All employees are very nice and helpful.. can't wait to go back
My kids absolutely loved it here! Best arcade prices we could find in all of the Dells! They had games that my 1, 5 and 9 year old all enjoyed and their dad and I enjoyed playing games too! We didn't check out the Lazer tag but it looked like it would be a lot of fun :) we definitely will be coming back here on our next trip!
Bought passes for my son and I and pout some extra money on the card for the arcade. We went right as they opened, and got to do the three activities with just the two of us! Such great fun, and helpful employees. Definitely a great value!
We had free passes to go here from our hotel (Blackhawk Motel) and we had a blast! Glow in the dark mini golf upstairs was fun (only took about 20 mins). They have laser tag and other games too. If you're walking the strip, definitely stop in.
First visit August 2021 and we were very pleased. Using a Groupon made it an affordable way to spend a couple hours downtown after dinner. Just over $20 for two for golf, maze and laser tag. Bathrooms and general areas were clean. Had a very nice baby changing area. Only areas for improvement would be better signage. Many people struggled with what to do and where to go. Game card stations sat dark, a ramp sat behind a gorilla unknown so most people lifted strollers and wheelchairs up the steps. Cashier was
Prices are very affordable , staff were amazingly nice . The games are very fun so yeah why not pass by and enjoy an hour of fun.
Bought a Groupon too save a little money while on vacation and it was worth it. Kurds had a blast playing all the games especially the laser tag. Some of the non-video games can be scary for kid smaller children. My 5y.o. was wrapped around my leg for most of laser tag and 3d mini golf. First time here and will be back
Brianna was the best!! She had the best customer service! Definitely check this place out on your vacation to the dells :) you won't regret it !
Absolutely awesome time. My friends and I are around 25 years old and we had an absolute blast playing Lazer tag, mini golf, and the Lazer maze! All of us had a great time! This place is now one of my new go to places for fun in the Dells, whether it's off or on season! Definitely a must! The kids will love it!
Kiddos had a blast! We bought a Groupon pass and spent hours here. We came early. Affordable and the parking was great!
Wild Fun Zone, like many other "family fun centers," can be a good place to kill a couple of hours with the kids. The arcade games range in price from $0.25 to $2.00 for a play. The selection of games was not bad. The 3D mini-golf was alright and the price of $6.00 per person for 9 holes wasn't unreasonable. I thought the price for Laser Tag and Bumper Cars was a bit high. Fortunately, there is no cost to enter the place and that is a big plus to me.
Great place for families. Prices are reasonable, if you don't expect to bring home prizes. Games were great, staff was friendly and there was a fun variety in activities. Wish we'd had time to try the laser tag or the laser escape room.
Had a great experience with mini golf and the arcade. I had very friendly worker with bread and glasses who was the highlight of the experience. He even made up a whole story that went with the duck prizes that me and my friends had won.
This place was cool and fun for lazer tags and mini golf. My wife and I got the package for lazer tags mini golf arcade and escape room was not notified that the escape room was not in service when we paid. When we asked about it we were told it was closed completely. Some games in the arcade didn't work old school hockey and a few others. I would have reviewed better if the quality was better
The arcade here is fun. The black light mini golf is overpriced and to short for $8 a person. Pirates cove is the best, go there. Also they are not sanitizing there golf clubs and equipment during this pandemic and that was very upsetting.
Can't get enough of this place! Game play is not as expensive as others around. Most game are 4 tokens (other places are around 8). My son loves to go here everytime were in the dells (which is alot) he wants to go to the arcade section as he calls it. Sometimes the games break down which happens but staff tries to fix right away or credits you for your play. We come alot and spend way to much money. But if my son has fun then it's totally worth it!
Went in for a quick few minutes of fun to play the carnival down the clown machine (we like throwing games). We won the bonus, then did not get the pay out for the bonus tickets. Told one of the workers and she basically said sorry there's nothing we can do. At least you got tickets. She said she's not authorized to give tickets. Poor customer service when a worker is not able to help customers.
This is the most affordable arcade in the Dells. The staff is just incredible with kids, parents and grandparents. I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well and he is doing an awesome job with the place. The Wild Fun Zone is the place for fun.....
Pls hire someone else so these poor workers don't leave people waiting thirty minutes to even cash out on their literally petty game tickets. It's ridiculous. 30 minutes. For what? The only nice employee here was Zanra? I think that's what her name was. Kept our moods up while we waited for 2 employees to get through a sudden rush of 40 people.
The staff today was friendly and helpful. We had fun and spent a couple hours here. Used groupon tickets. The kids had fun and we did as well. I'd probably bump this to a 5 star but a couple machines were broken.
Micky was helping us with the Lazer maze and tag and was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful awesome place to go!
I can honestly say I have never experienced such great customer service! A friend of mine and I met here with our two kids (ages 2 and 4) and thought we would kill some time, so we bought 4 attraction passes. We didn't realize that the kids would be terrified of the dark/black lights, so none of the attractions were going to go over. I took the passes to the counter and asked the gentalman working if he could just give them to the next people that came in. As we were packing up to leave he came over and han
We loved the laser tag. It was in the basement with lots of places to hide. The golf was not that fun/challenging for the adults, it was kind of small. However the golf was great for the kids.
Games aren't that good and you don't get a lot of tickets. There were a few games that didn't work at all. Not a lot of prize choices. Lazer tag was fun but be better if you did a set amount of people at a time instead of adding them as you go. Felt like the guns didn't work well in the Lazer tag. Lazer Maze was fun and liked that u had a choice for either Maze or lazer buster. 3D mini golf was nice. Staff were very friendly. Wouldn't of been worth the money but I had gotten over 75% off from Groupon so it
I took my family there and we had a ton of fun! The staff was super helpful especially Carolyne! She was exceptionally helpful! We will definitely come here again when we are at the Dells! Thank you ??
I had an excellent experience at Wild Fun Zone! I highly recommend it. The facility was clean, the staff was very nice, and the kids had a blast!
This place has fallen off quite a bit. The employees don't seem to have any passion for their job. They talked to me like I was an idiot and had never played the games before. Only thing that saves it from being a 1 star is that the previous times I've been here, it's been great.
Great arcade! One of the best in the area. Not crowded at all, tons of games and reasonable prices
Our party consisted of two 16 yr olds and one 19 and 20 yr old they enjoyed their time there. They have a nice arcade area, laser tag, glow mini golf which they liked. I Will definately be going back while at the Dells next time. Groupon has great deals too.
Would not recommend, went for the laser tag and ended up waiting over twenty minutes from glitches. Then when we did get to play, our laser didn't work. Was offered a game card with less value of the laser tag game in return.
Great place to have some fun with the kids. great prices and lots of games. the girl over the counter was amazingly helpful and very kind. next time iam in dells ill stop by again just cause of the customer service i received! didnt get her name, but thank you!
Loved this place and was a perfect place to spend the day to avoid the rain! Plenty of things to do for all ages and at a good price as well!
Purchased special on Groupon, you get one game of Lazer tag, one game of mini golf and two games of Lazer maze for around 7.50 a person...if you purchase this package at wild fun zone it's 15.00 do a great deal and we all had fun:) even though I got my rear end handed to me by my boys LoL
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Yes, rhythm games in arcades are a vibrant hit in 2025! Titles like Dance Dance Revolution and Beatmania deliver high-energy fun, blending music, movement, and precision. Modern machines boast vivid displays, booming sound systems, and diverse song libraries, from J-pop to EDM. They challenge reflexes and rhythm, with competitive leaderboards and tournaments fostering a lively community. Arcade dance floors are regularly packed, proving rhythm games’ immersive, physical thrill keeps them a standout in today’s gaming scene.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
