Took my grandson there for his bday. The food was cold. The one waitress you had working only came over 2 times, and there was only 4 tables of people there. Had to ask for missing food, silverware, napkins and the cups for our pitchers of drink. Cost me $220 for 10 people to eat. Than we bought cards for 7 kids with $20 each and they would swipe the card, it took credits off, but most of the games wouldn't work! And no one would help the kids redem their points....Total waste of money! Next time pizza ra

This place is an absolute joke. The arcade is an absolute joke. All but a handful of games are broken. Machines dont pay out the tickets. Don't even waste your money. Won't be back.

Great place for our family to spend some time bowling and playing games. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Lanes were clean and up to date.

We only went for the arcade games but it was a lot of fun. The kids loved it. Too bad some of the games we really wanted to play weren't working.

Hosted a 13th birthday arcade party. We got there 10 minutes till NOTHING was ready. The "host" threw 10 plates out, asked us what time we wanted the pizza. My sons name was NOT posted on the sign. We DID NOT receive invitations even tho we scheduled 2 weeks in advanced. 150+ for an hour of arcade is literally all we received. We have 1 more birthday scheduled that unfortunately invitations are already out but WILL NEVER use this place for a birthday again. Outrageous for basically nothing. ?? big disapp

A fun place to hang out in North Platte. Lanes are in good condition and lots of things to do including an arcade, laser tag, bowling, and a restaurant.

Fun bowling location with a modest arcade. Very family friendly place, including the onsite restaurant/bar.

waste of money this place is so bad we paid for an hour to bowl and there were two errors which took up 15 minutes of our time that we weren't given back and lots of games in the arcade don't work we lost money because of that and didn't get it back don't recommend they need to learn how to put an out or order sign on their games.

I wish they would charge by the game instead of the hour.

Absolutely loved this place so so much to do here almost everything!! Just add some Karaoke and then that's everything. The service was spectacular! That Kitchen Manager Krystal was is doing such a great job. Seems like the kind of person I would hangout with for sure. Thanks for such a great time in this amazing place!! We took our family of 5 bowling and had so much fun. The kids loved throwing the ball and sliding it down the dinosaur.

Absolutely love bringing my kids here for their birthday parties and bowling on the north side. However, the food side Brigham?s is absolutely terrible. The food, service, and everything between are absolutely awful. Pretty sad because this place could truly be awesome. I don't review places that often but this is absolutely the worst.

If I could put zero stars I would. This place first of all the staff doesn't even do there job a robot does. They no longer are waitresss or waiters.and on the bill they add an automatic tip so am I paying for the robot too? The waitress for our table made an automatic $50 or more with tips because YOU CAN NOT TAKE THE TIP.OFF YOUR BILL...noone that worked there was good enough for more then a $5 tip and they charged us for a 12$ tip. I will NEVER go here agian.

We had our sons 5th birthday here and I wasn't excited at first, but thats what he wanted so we did it. I can honestly say it was amazing. The staff was the best! They set up everything for us and were extremely accommodating. I was completely blown away by how great it turned out. Well worth the money! Highly recommended. Huge props to the staff one more time!

Wednesdays is the best day to go, 1/2 price arcade all day and 1/2 off bowling and laser tag after 5. We always have a good time. We really like the food at Brighams. My kiddo enjoyed the robot that delivered the food. ??

This place was awesome. The food was amazing. We had the calzones, one peperoni and one all meat with some mild buffalo wings. The seasoning they added to the calzone was soo good. I definately recommend this for anyone who loves pizza. The entire place including the bathrooms are super clean and organized. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. we had our family chtistmas get together today at noon. loved the decor and atmosphere---great waiter (forgot to get his name) there were 15 of us and he did a great job taking care of us. food--most of it was really good. chicken fry chicken was fantastic. hot wings weren't all that great but i may have ordered the wrong ones. all in all, it was a very nice experience. i would certainly return when i can.

The games are ok.. a little out of date. You can spend $80+ and earn enough points for little trinket toys. Your money definitely goes towars the experience and not the prises. The claw machines are rigged as always. The workers can't explain why their machines aren't working properly but also won't shut them down when someone tells them they aren't working.

We called ahead to ask what time they stopped serving food. They told us 10:45pm. We arrived around 930pm. There were people drinking at the bar. We were seated, and as soon as the manager saw we had a service animal WITH AN ID BADGE, we were rushed over to to be told they were closing. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I always love the wings here. The atmosphere is pretty cool too. Great to take the family and then enjoy some Laser Tag, arcade, or bowling with the kids. Great beer selection, and lots of TV. Modern. A good unique place for out of towers as well. Sometimes the servers are slow.

Great place to relax and have a beer and watch sports. Wait staff seemed a little inexperienced like they haven't worked together for long, and the overhead lighting at the bar is way too bright, felt like an interrogation while reading the menu. Yes, I work here, but I love the food so much that I even eat here in my off time. Our steaks are hand cut, by us in house, and they're damn good. I'm also hooked on the fried mac and cheese bites. Come check us out.

Came in with a group of 7-8 people. We were sitting at a set of tables that we pushed together. When a server finally came to our table, presumably to take our drink order, we were asked to move across the restaurant to a single table. Not enough tables to shove together because of other customers in the small center section. Then took another 15-20 minutes for a server to come take our drink order. Great potential but burgers are vey disapointing. Bathrooms are filthy but staff is friendly. Wings are ok but there are better burgers at fast food places. Really keep hoping it will improve, great concept just need better cooks or training, We went back several months later for my daughter's birthday and happily found that things had improved. There were several of us and our waiter was on his 3 rd day. The kitchen had some issues but he worked to get things sorted out and out ended up working out well.

Axe throwing was insanely fun!! The gal that waited on us was great, but the guy was a jerk with a horrible attitude and needs to work somewhere that doesn't work with people. It wont keep us from going back though- just avoiding him

Attempted to order several items from a menu we found online, not on their website. Website is up for sale. They said they didn't have half the things we wanted. Then called back telling us that the burger was still frozen so we couldn't even order a burger.

The bar service was extremely not attentive to all customers waiting, they picked who they wanted to tend to. Other than that we had a great time. The bowling alley staff were super attentive to the needs of our whole party.

It's now called the sideline bar. It sucks. The service was slow to no service. The waitress was clueless. No refills did check on us after food was served. No NFL Sunday ticket that was a dumb move getting rid of that. Sunday afternoon the place was dead

I suggest staying away from this place as a former employee I was told to serve meat thst stank like straight garbage. I was told not to waste food so when the chicken fell on the floor they just stuck it back in the fryer. I do not hold a grudge against them I walked out. They told me that "black music" would not be playing in the kitchen but out in the bowling area they have no problem when children are present. Every time I go back the food gets worse and worse.

They always do amazing job. We have our company Christmas party here every year and each year is better. Lazer tag, bowling, games, good food and great service. Thank you for another great time. You guys rock!

The waiter we had an attitude, slammed the drink down on the table and was rude and took a menu that we were using. The artichoke dip was cold and so was the food, you couldn't dip a chip it was a ball of green. The woman waiter (who wasn't even ours) asked us if we needed drinks and straws since he did not provide nor ask about drinks, she always had a smile and was super friendly.

Great black and bleu burger and fries. My friend always gets the pinnboy burger. We can't seem to try anything else. Haha Always great servers too. Wish they'd turn the music down, though. You have to yell just to have a conversation.

Went there for lunch and there was a table of 4 men, a table of 4 women and 3 people sitting at the bar. Both waitresses walked past our table twice to collect their tips from tables that needed cleaned off and never offered to get us a drink or even acknowledge us. We sat there for 20 mins and got up and left.

Me and my family have had an excellent experience everytime we have gone here. All the servers are very polite and the managers are always stopping by and asking how we are! If you want to visit somewhere and you are from out of town i would suggest wild bills!!!

Horrible service! Never again will I waste my time trying to get a table. While we waited for a table we had several servers walk by and said nothing. There service is horrible. If it weren't for the machines in the arcade being automated nothing would get done or be enjoyable. The food doesn't taste good. I don't know what oil they use for there fryer but it tastes terrible.

Go karts were nice but my kids live on a farm. And use to driving bigger, faster, and more advanced machines. Because of this it's not easy to get them overly excited over this. FYI:Bumper boats are NOT for adults. They have very little power or control. I'd say it's time for a few engine overhauls.

Threw my food out. It was horrible. Bowling might be great for family fun but do not go thinking you are going to get even standard bar fare. Will never go again without eating elsewhere first.

The only reason I went here was because my car broke down on the way to Colorado. The transmission went out and all the mechanics in the whole city were backed up for two weeks. I went here and bowled a few rounds to kill time while I waited for a rental car.

It's definitely no 5start bowling alley/arcade. Think the prices are very very high!! Not a game that isn't under a dollar a play. Need a few more games for the toddler/preschool age. Prize selection doesn't have much that you can get for younger kids who love arcades just as much. There wasn't anyone checking in on the arcade so if you were done and wanted a prize you'd have to go talk to the person managing the bowling side.

Great place to entertain children! My son loves the laser tag and arcade area. They also have bowling and 3D rides. We've also had several parties here and had good service!

i went in to play laser tag and the guy at the front lied and said it closed at 10 and when i told him it said on the door that it closed at 11 he said i just dont want to run it so sorry. very disappointed in this place and how it's turning out wont be back there for a while.
