Westside Bowling Lanes

Well maintained lanes with a very friendly and helpful staff. They have found that delivered to your lane and a full bar which is really nice. I started bowling here as part of a bowling league and I have really been enjoying my experience thus far.

I gave my boyfriend a birthday party and we had an amazing time!! The food and atmosphere were great!! I highly recommend! Theresa and the other staff were very friendly and helpful!

It was my son and Fiance Gender Reveal to find out what they was having! It was right place with bowling, arcade games, food, and music! I like the way they did reveal with bowling pin if girl it pink or it boy blue! It was so much fun everyone had great time! I would have another party there!

The 2 young ladies that work at the bowling booth made my son cry I caught one telling my baby to ?shut up & be still? im so hurt, they were so rude & mean! They charged me & my husband gratuity on our food & drinks & we were only 2 ppl plus my toddler son? I can understand if we were a group bowling but it was only 3 ppl! Yeah, I'll never come here again!! Treat ur customers with respect if nothing else!! Food was overpriced & disgusting, honest truth

We came in an hour before closing time and they were also rude and grumpy. I have no idea why they're also grumpy if you wanna leave early might as well just change your hours.

I called a week in advance about bowling on Christmas Eve was told they'll be open till 6pm only to arrive at 4pm to be told they're closed. Waste of gas, travel & time.

Dirty as hell, arcade machines are where covid started, my sons hands were black from playing the machines. The building had a mildew smell to it and the staff while friendly surely aren't cleaning anything in building. We also saw a roach on one of the dining table.

A whites only establishment. You can feel the atmosphere walking through the door. An employee looked my family and I over and kept walking but greeted the white couple behind us. We were informed there were no open lanes when the place was nearly empty. Wouldn't recommend to anyone of color to go there.

Great staff , great time we went on a field trip with my son and everyone was supper nice and very helpful. I came late so a very sweet girl I think her name was destiny was very helpful!!!! Would recommend this place to everyone and we will be returning!

Came here for a kid's birthday party. My 7 year old had a blast. The food was good enough for the venue (my picky kid said, "this pizza is pretty good"). I just wish the place was a lil bigger, with more lanes.

Came here for a birthday party. DO NOT BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE. There's literally zero service. They were 20 minutes late of getting anything set up to play for the party. The lanes are all warped. The balls don't go straight. The sensors are broken. The scoring system doesn't register the fallen pins accurately. It's pretty trashy inside.

Fun family bowling alley. The food is also good. Prices are reasonable. We will be back!

This place is a wonderful family night activity with arcade games, bowling area and much more all at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and knows how to give help when needed.

Horrible Buffalo wings and quesadillas. none of the arcade games worked properly . Kept having to go to the desk bc of the games not working, after the third time we gave up and left.

I came here with a group of student and Teresa and Claire did the absolute most to take care of us. They were great with the kids and took a genuine interest in their well being and experience of the field trip. They set everything up seamlessly and made sure food was taken care of carefully. I can't say enough about their attention to detail and care. Thank you for ensuring our kids had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this venue for others. Thanks again.

Great atmosphere, great food. Bowling shoes are really worn out and need to be replaced. A lot of Games in the arcade area do not work and money has to constantly be refunded to card. Employees refund at front desk without a hassle.

We had a birthday party, and the attendees behind the desk were very unprofessional. The bowling lane kept malfunctioning. We had to keep going to the desk to have the attendants reset it. Well, after so many times of complaining, we were finally moved to different lanes. This could have been a much pleasant experience. The food was great ???? ?? ?? ?? ??.

Long story short - since they don't take reservations, ask if they have a wait list and ask to be on it. If you go in and add your name to the wait list you will be skipped by the people who called. Other than that, good was good.

The lady tried to charge us for 4 extra students because she miscounted. When she started counting over, they took the balls from the kids! They had nothing to do with business, so we will not return. She didn't even apologize.

A friend had a kids birthday party here. It was very nice the kids had fun bowling. They served some good pizza and pasta. Nice day. I took home takeout general chicken it was very good too. Lots of food items.

Was told they don't do reservations over the phone. Got there, put our name on the waiting list. My family and I waited close to 2hrs because we were told by the girl behind the counter that it will be 45mins-1hr. All the lanes were occupied. A group came in WAY after my family and I had been there. Looked about 12-15 people Within in 10mins, they had a lane. Confused. I asked the girl how much longer for our party, she said about 45mins-1hr because there is family ahead of us. I told her that was 2hrs ago.

My family of 6 went Monday evening and was told it's League night, lanes available at 10pm. We take the kids here regularly. It is an inexpensive outing with a medium to large families if you take advantage of the promotion running. A couple days a week you can go play with the kids and the kids are discounted.

Fun place to go bowling and spend time at. Lanes are kept clean and shiny. Electronic scoring is easy to read and unobtrusive. I haven't been bowling for a good minute and it was a bit pricey though that could have been the going rate for the metro area. Game includes shoe rental. We had fun!

FAMILY FRIENDLY FUN on the Westbank! A great option for entertainment whether as a family, a date, group of teens or a bowling league! The lanes are well-maintained and easy to use. The lane seating is very comfortable and conducive to group socializing. Though I haven't ordered any food yet, the menu looks great - more than just pizza & nachos! Really good food! The bathrooms are clean and there's an arcade area also! What's not to love?!!!!

Great job on renovations. I used to bowl here as a kid, now completely modem bowling in a retro feel.

My family a party of 10 waited 2 hours spent over $200 on food waiting just to be told we had to wait 45 more mins there were at least 5 large parties came in after us and they were all given a lane before us. The bar was nice they did their part but the staff operating running the bowling lane rental unprofessional, unfair , not a good look I'll never come back Fulton Ally would have never treated us like this

Priced a pretty high for a bowling alley that doesn't have real wooden lanes. The oil doesn't track, but it just pushes back to the end of the lane. I was there for a few hours and didn't see them oil the lanes once. Beers weren't priced as high as I thought they would be. Patrons and employees were super friendly so it made for a good experience over all.

Really nice bowling alley inside and out. The food and service was nice. There is a separate bar area within the alley that has shuffleboard. From what I could tell their "pro shop" seemed pretty well equipped for ordering/servicing/drilling balls. The lot is paved and maintained but The parking spaces are very narrow.

Saturday June 3,2017 , I meet up a group of friends to bowl celebrating a friend birthday. I'm from Arkansas and It was my first time bowling in New Orleans.This Has been by far the worst public place I've ever been to in my life. One security guard white male in particular (asked for his name but they didn't identify him nor was anyone identified. No name tag or nothing), was racist and had an attitude from jump. He cursed at us and made the policeman on duty put us out. We simply asked for our money back

I went to an event sponsored by my Mardi Gras krewe. It was a typical bowling alley, nothing spectacular or out of the norm. I ordered food and a drink, paid my money and sat down to await my order. The food was average at best. After about 30 minutes, I heard some complaints and went to check out the scene. Apparently they were OVER CHARGING us because we were with a group! My kids and I had so much fun here, we didn't eat but the food smelled amazing (definitely getting food next time) and the game room was clean and fun, my only complaint was the balls were too heavy, there was only one ball that me and my kids could actually roll, but other than that, great experience overall, will definitely be back!

So much fun! My party were in town for a reunion and were looking to bowl one day. We tried some place on Carrolton that had a line out the door but summer temps changed our destination and man, am I glad. As we were walking in, there was a family coming out with massive to-go containers. I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was so lovely and the food was great! The pizza is delicious. I would actually come just to eat pizza. It's a wonderful addition to the Westbank. I will be returning.

Got there by 10:30pm website shows it closes at 12am the workers were looking at me and my group like we were not suppose to be there even when though they closed an hour and a half early.

Great place to bring the family or hang out with friends. The food is not only priced reasonable but it also taste good too. The many bowling lanes and arcades make this place fun and the price you cant beat. My friends and I created a bowling team in one of their leagues. I told the manager, Mark, we wouldn't show up for two weeks and knew we had to pay for those missed two weeks. We've been communicating with him multiple times about our situation and he claimed he was fine with it. We show up for the third week and he told us he went ahead and replaced us on own our team because we didn't show up and that was a ?rule?. We've never been told this rule and wasn't even warned about it while we were communicating

Brought the kids in for bowling with our friends last night. Love how they wipe down and clean the entire area before they gave us our lanes. Staff are so friendly and glad it was a kid friendly environment even though it was a Saturday evening!! We'll definitely be back!

The place is okay. They had a hour left open but wouldn't let us buy another game for the lane we already had. They should let bowlers know when the last call for games will be. You lose sales/$$$ that way.

This place was fun. More fun than I expected. There were8 of us with 2 lanes. We would cheer each other on and high five when someone did well and kid back and forth. The food was ok for a bowling alley and the band was good. (Joey Thomas) Would recommend for a night out with friends.

Probably my favorite bowling alley now... my boyfriend and I had the time of our life... the atmosphere was great! I also love that the bistro come to your lane and take food/drink orders...very classy and I pray it stays that way. Had fun bowling with friends and their kids, and played the arcade after. Their bar has something to quench your thirst and some finger foods too. Parking slot was not a problem. Easy to find location along the highway.

I went to that place when I was young. They changed to the Vietnamese Restaurant. Then, they changed it back. Now I went there with my brother (Duong), my 2 nephews (Andrew & Lucas), my niece (Madelyn), and his friends. My mom (Nga Nguyen) or my brother (Hao) take me to do 2 games every Wednesday.

Had the worst experience ever!!! Went for a friend birthday and when we brought the cake inside they told us we couldn't have it unless we paid 25$ to have it!
