Westgate Entertainment Center

I have been to the restaurant three times . They have a pizza special Tuesday and Thursday, 6" 2-topping pizza, a salad and a drink for$9.49. They're is an ATM in the main room next to the lottery machine. Charge is $3.00. I've had a couple of minor hiccups, not with saying more than that about. Both were dealt with satisfactorily. This place is blocks from my house, the staff is courteous, the place is clean and the food is good(the pizza and salad at least). I'll be back.

Absolutely so happy I found this place! Its about 35 minutes from us but so worth the drive!! I have been taking my son and daughter a few times a month now, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They are always so kind to me and my kiddos . The deals they run are unbeatable, & it's worth the drive fosure , food is really good and priced affordable. Today they hosted a free event for one of the local doctors, open to the public , free bowling, games, foods, prizes, etc. It was the BEST mothers day weeke

We had an amazing pizza and wings. The kitchen staff was amazing and very helpful. We also bowled for a hour. The atmosphere was wonderful and the new remodel they done was nice. Overall a good experience just wish it was more affordable.

We had allot of fun, they have a really big arcade that expands an entire side of the bowling alley as well as ax throwing virtual reality bowling of course, and a private restaurant that you can also eat at and a snack bar that has delicious pizza and fried food. The only complaint we had was that they took a little longer than necessary on the food at the snack bar, but there were a lot of people and they had quite a bit of orders coming in so we don't entirely blame them for that!!! I eat here on Friday mornings with my friends. Sherry our server treats us like family and always gives amazing service. The breakfast menu is not massive but the food is really good for a reasonable price. This is a good stop for food and just not for bowling

Prices for bowling are generally good. Employees are friendly and helpful. Plenty of room in the building. I just wish their computer equipment was more modern.

This place is absolutely amazing and so fun! We took our very large group of disabled individuals here, and they had a blast! The staff there was amazing and extremely helpful.

Lots of technical issues in every area of the place. Certain lanes work, other lanes skip turns even after changing lanes or they don't count the pins correctly. They finally got the bumper cars working supposedly. Food prices are not updated in the menu, but the Califlower Crust pizza, regular pizza, and snacks are amazing!

Ordered their food and decided to get the Westgate special which says it's supposed to have mozzarella pizza sauce and mushroom. What I got was a burger with just bacon which wasn't even supposed to be on it.

Ok place, half the stuff was broke when I went. Here is a tip tho "make sure you make a reservation" if you just show up hoping to bowl they will shit all over your plans so it's best to call ahead

We always have a great time here. They're alway changing things up and keeping it fresh. Between the arcade and the Axe throwing we always enjoy ourselves. The food is really good too!

Good food, a little over priced but still pretty good, after dinner we went to the bar for a couple more drinks and the bartenders were extremely rude, giving dirty looks and a clearly acting impatient when we were trying to order, kicked us out before they actually closed as well that part I didn't mind but their tone was very condescending about it. Also they made my drink at the bar with so little alcohol I couldn't taste it but when I tried my friends who ordered the same thing hers was perfect 1:1 rat

We had a great time there. Unfortunately the second time going back there were many games out of order. One of the basketball machines wasn't calculating points properly to have an even match.

Ordered the 10" build your own pizza and scheduled for later delivery (thru Doordash) Our family has been going to Westgate for over 30 yrs, and this is the first time I've ever had a problem with food from there. When I received pizza it was cold. Almost like it was prepared too early and sat around. I still have 4 stars only because this was the first time this happened. Bit of disappointment.

Went to the restaurant and waited At least 15 mins for a hostess to seat us while workers looked right at us and just walked on by or played in their phones. Had to ask stop our waitress to ask for refills, our bill, and boxes. Also watched another couple come in that stoped a worker and asked if they had a hostess because they had been standing there for well over 10 mins without being helped while workers again played on their phones! Very nice people and westgate is so clean. The alleys are great. The staff is awesome. The servers in the lounge is supper nice, and the food is great.

We are consistently able to get in and bowl. Place is usually clean even though it's busy this time they had a coupon, which was greatly appreciated. Employees usually seem stressed out and not very friendly, even though it seems to be different employees every time. That could be a stressful job, with customer service so I understand to a point. Overall usually a positive experience every time I've been here

I go here frequently to celebrate birthdays with my students. We really enjoy the atmosphere, friendly employees, and entertainment. We love the bowling and arcade, but we don't recommend the food because it's very expensive and not very good.

The bartender is very nice. They're always polite. The service is very quality. they're very fast on the service the snack bar people are very friendly. It looks nicer and cleaner with a new remodeling.

Called 4 times to place an order and was put on hold 2 times i waited on hold for at least 10 minutes the other 2 times I was hung up on smh never got a order placed

Good afternoon!! I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the service and food that we received on Saturday night. We highly recommend the Nacho bar and pizza!! It was a definite hit!! Everyone had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the service could not have been any better. Paige was an absolute doll to work with and could not have been a better hostess!! Wow! This place was absolutely amazing! Before anything though give Zach a raise! This guy was by far one of the best people I've met. He was being so nice to me and my siblings. He was joking around with us when we went on the bumper cars. We love it! Our daughters bowled there when they were in elementary school. Over the many years now the owners have done an excellent job at turning it into an entertainment center for all ages. We now are taking our grandkids and they love the bumper cars and the games they have added. You will not be disappointed. The food is great especially the pizzas! The staff is very friendly.

Sat in bar area to order take out. Service was OK. At shift change the other bartender didn't even ask if we needed anything. My husband had an empty beer and she wouldn't even look our way. We tried to get her attention too. Sadly our pizza wasn't as good this time either. We're chalking it up to just an "off" night, because their pizza is on point normally. Will definitely go back, just not anytime soon.

We had our company Christmas party here and everyone had a fantastic time. Everyone loved bowling and axe throwing and the food was outstanding! Our hostess, Paige, also did an excellent job. I would recommend Westgate to anyone looking to host a party.

Bowled a couple games and had a couple cocktails. The guy who checked is in & got our shoes was really good. The bartender was not my favorite. She seemed annoyed to have to make our drinks. It's an older bowling alley but we enjoyed it. Great music. Lots of video games of all kinds.

Absolutely amazing food!! Would never guess a bowling alley would have such good food outside of pizza! Can't express enough how good the food was. And it's a nice alley as well. They have an amazing arcade that's fun even as an adult. The virtual reality is a must try!! They even have bumper cars! Everything is nice priced as well. Can't make a great eval, because went as a work function. But had fun throwing axes around, virtual reality was fun, and I got a turkey on the 10th frame. I've never scored 2 strikes in a row, so that was pretty cool. All in all, had fun.

It just was uncomfortable and awkward due to all the lanes being reserved, which in their defense is my bad for being unaware that they do this every week?.. but then I had to follow my kid around the arcade area because there was no obvious place to sit as a result.

We went there on a Sunday afternoon. For bowling pizza and pop...great bargain. Disappointed that the ticket Booth was closed for my little one. All in all its pretty good entertainment place.

Daughter was there for a birthday party and I sat in the lounge to eat. The pizza sub was very good but it wasn't as thick as usual. The sweet potato fries were on point - possibly the best I've had. Service was as one should expect.

We hadn't been since the remodel and what a great experience we had!! We only used the arcade but played a ton of games for reasonable prices, were able to win a lot of tickets and picked out some great and different prizes. The place was clean and everything was easy to understand and use.

I went to my Grandson's Birthday party. The bone-in wings were cooked really hard. Hard enough to tear the inside of anyone's mouth up. I know to get the breaded wings next time. The cheese pizza he had kind of turned my stomach. I like pizza with substances i.e. meat and vegetables

This is the bowling alley that I grew up at. To this day, it is still better than any AMF or Brunswick alley I have walked into during any of my bowling tours. There is something very special about Westgate. Very good food; Westgate is as famous for their pizza as they are for the venue experience. They also have other food such as loaded fries, burgers and other options. Has Axe Throwing and has an arcade for more activities other than bowling. There is a bar inside with a wide selection of drinks.

Went in on Saturday to bowl told over the phone that it's first come first served and they wouldn't take reservations. Showed up and asked for 2 lanes party of 11 and it was busy so 30-45 minute wait. Gave my name and went to the bar and got drinks. Busy night for bowling. But the restaurant was not full yet. Singo would start soon and it gradually began to fill. Food was great. But the waitress, who handled the bar and the bowlers was on her game and made for a very pleasant experience.

I'm sharing this review before we have ordered only due to the horrible service. We waited to be seated while to host served coffee first, then when finally seated, sat a dirty table. To top it off so far, our waitress had to told we were ready. Highly disappointed this far. Hope the food is better than the service.

Our event that we held at Westgate Entertainment Center was a wonderful experience. Jaiden and Jazmine were very attentive and on top of everything. They were very informative and kind. It always makes the event so much more enjoyable and less stressful when you are able to work with amazing people. I hadn't been here in several years & on Saturday (3/30), we celebrated my 14 year old daughter's birthday. We had a good time & the food was great. Our only problem was that we came in town to celebrate with family & to redeem a coupon for 2 hrs of bowling, that was won in a raffle, & because they had so many reservations & were busy, we were given the option to bowl for an hour or not bowl at all that day. The best pizza hands down in Lima! Love a good West gate night, I hadn't been in a few years but on a whim went when I was in town visiting family. My dad and I had so much fun and I remembered all the good times I had as a kid during thunder alley. The beer is good, food is great and the entertainment even better. Good place for a family night, and even better for parties.

The manager was great. Even made arrangements so kids could bowl two hours instead of just one. They even let my group test out the new vertual game for free. Workers were new so service on food and drinks was slow but understandable. Food and drinks are very pricey but food was great!

Our company had a team building event at Westgate and played their Corporate Olympics! It was so fun, well organized, and ran smoothly! Jaiden and the facilitators were awesome to work with! Would definitely recommend to others companies looking for a team building event!

Pizza was great! We have come to Westgate since we were both( my wife and I ) kids. The place has changed over the years, but the family entertainment value is pretty awesome!!!

Had lots of fun with family and friends, I recommend you guys go to this place! Overall a great experience! People selling food was nice. Food was very fast, great service ??. They have games like chuck cheese kinda. You can buy different things with your points from the games. Also some video games to play too. Very recommended I promise you will love this place.

The place itself is great... But the hostesses need better training..it's a shame. The party ppl have to inform hostesses of things on the bday package..especially since you pass it out n cups..that or they didn't care about the job..either way needs improvement BAAADDD..
