Outstanding Experience with Walton's Games - Exceptional Customer Service and Efficient Sales Process Review: I would like to share my experience with Walton's Games, a company that truly stands behind a positive customer service experience. Recently, I chose to work with them on selling a selection of our arcade games, including high-end items like a commercial air hockey table, Golden Tee, a multi-arcade machine, Build-A-Block, and a quaint bar-top arcade. Sent photos of the part I needed. Desk manager said she has it after a few email exchanges. I go to pick up the part and she asks if I have the old part and claims she told me to bring it. She didn't. I have the emails and photos I sent and that wasn't specified. No refunds of course. Go to install the part they sold me and it's wrong. Emailed 4 times and no response. Out $100. Everyone here is really friendly and helpful. Their technicians, to fix your broken arcade game, were great at problem solving to see results. They rent out for corporate events and I look forward to being able to come back and use this service too.

Super friendly, my husband had a specific pinball machine he wanted. They searched and made sure they found exactly what he wanted. Made sure to inspect it and fix or replace anything that needed it before they delivered it to us. Told us if we have any issues to give them a call and they will come out and fix it. I recommend anyone looking to definitely go with Waltons games.

Bought my wife a refurbished antique skee-ball game that looked great upon delivery. Sadly it has not been without it's share of problems. However on a positive note Walton's has honored their warranty and at this point I think almost every electronic component has been replaced and the game is like new. I also got myself a new Led Zeppelin pinball from them that has been trouble free.

Beware that these guys will sell you a falsely built game and then lie about it and try to keep up hope that they can get you what you really wanted in the first place. Be 100% sure of the thing you are getting is really what they say it is before you give them anything as they cannot be trusted. My wife and I wanted a DDR X machine and they contacted us to tell us they had one in stock. We asked for photos and it did indeed look like a true DDR X cabinet but they claimed the dance pads were at a different

Walton's Games found exactly the pinball game I was looking for. They delivered and set it very quickly. Everyone on the team was outstanding to work with! I'll be back!

My parents bought a couple of games, Donkey Kong and Ms. Pacman and we wanted to sell them back to you as our kids have grown up and no one ever plays them anymore.. How can I discuss with you to keep them cleaned up and off to another family who will enjoy them.

I find working with the folks at Waltons Games to be an amazing experience. Last year we bought a reconditioned pinball machine. From sales, to installation, to after the sales service, everything has been easy and well done. Last month we bought a new machine. Same excellent sales and support service. I highly recommend them.

Just bought a new pinball machine. What a great experience! We did have a minor issue with the performance of the machine, but the "pinball wizard" came out right away and fixed it perfectly. Claudia in the office was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend to anyone!

The service and selection was fantastic, and the owner is very knowledgeable with the products. I hate to say it, but I was that guy. I walked in to the showroom 5 minutes before close. Claudia didn't bat an eye and went to get the owner when she found out I was looking for a Pinball. An hour after they closed I was the happy owner of not only a Pinball, but a Multi-cade as well. They answered all of our questions and showed amazing patience and top notch customer service. Bought a used pinball from them at Christmas with year warranty. Minor issues that need to be addressed. After three weeks, they have yet to return my service call or emails. Came out today and fixed the machine - appreciate the long drive, service technician is great. Appreciate the service.

Super place to buy anything related to games. The people there are great and very nice. I bought a top of the line air hockey that weighed several hundred pounds, and was installed free of charge. Family owned and operated they have been in business for a long time and it shows. Highly recommend and will be going back soon to buy a pinball machine :)

Walton's Games always has a great selection of pinball machines and games. They have great customer service and are always ready to answer any questions I have. We love our Sopranos pinball machine we bought from them. Looking forward to buying more pinballs from them!

I bought the '80s Reunion stand up arcade game with over 400 retro classics in celebration of my husband's 50th birthday. He picked it out and LOVES it. Delivery was free and easy. The sales woman we worked with was outstanding!

Great experience renting a pinball machine and an arcade game for my son?s birthday. Everyone was friendly and made sure all the details were covered. We rented a pinball machine that I played as a kid. We all had so much fun, we ended up buying the machine. Waltons treated us right.

Thank you Bruce for thinking of us when the 1812 pinball came in, we absolutely love it! We will definitely come back for our next machine. We have alot of noise in the house now with it alongside our jukebox, definitely brings back the old nostalgia vibes!

We bought a Mrs Pacman arcade with 60 other games programed into it. AWESOME!!! I've wanted one since I was a kid. This is great not having to beg mom and dad to take me and my friends to every arcade from Cincinnati to Dayton. Lol. Everyone at Walton games was a breath of fresh air to deal with. I've told everyone I know about this place. Would not consider going anywhere else or buying from the internet. It's fun just walking around the place.

I have purchased games from Walton?s over the last 15 years and heave never been disappointed. Most recently I bought a new Ghostbusters pinball game. It's a great game and the transaction went smoothly. The delivery guys were great and were able to get my Crusin? USA game working again in about 5 mins.

Great service at Walton Games! They just installed our new Guardians of the Galaxy pinball machine. The were incredibly helpful from our initial store visit and discussions with sales, to our purchase and installation.

So I am updating my post about Walton's. We first had some bumps but after talking with them they stepped up fixed my issues and now i am enjoying my pinball machines and arcade game. Will I use them again? Absolutely! Nobody is perfect, but what counts is if there is a mistake they fix it and go the extra mile! AND they did!

I had a horrible experience with this company 6 weeks ago. I attempted multiple times to reach the owner and he never acknowledged nor called back. It was confirmed by other workers that he had received my messages. The situation, along with how it was rectified was the most unprofessional experience I have encountered. I waited 6 weeks to write a detailed review of the situation along with information I had obtained from others, but after posting it, I was finally contacted by the owner. Not to discuss

Randy serviced my Addams Family pinball. He knows his stuff and took care of my machine with thorough and friendly service. Walton's suggested I upgrade the lights to LED and I'm very happy with the outcome. Thanks Walton's.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They have the WORST customer service on the planet. I bought a $2200 golden tee machine from them at the beginning of last year. About a week later it quit working so I called in to get it repaired. 2 months later they showed up and "fixed" it. About 2 weeks later it was broken again so they said they would swap it out, which I agreed to. 3 months later they showed up with with the new machine. I purchased a ?monopoly Pinball machine from Walton?s Games this week. Excellent knowledge of new and vintage machines. They were very helpful in sharing their expertise. I'll be back the next time I'm looking for another game/machine.

I bought a table top game system wit 400plus games at a wonderful price . I checked every where and everybody was why to high. I will be going there again .. and the delivery men (Adam Jamie ranman) where great extra careful and very nice ...If your looking for deals go see them...

Bought a 14ft shuffleboard. Free delivery and setup! Very professional interactions. Was told shipping would take 7-10 days but took 3 weeks but was well worth the wait!!

Purchase a Used Roller Coaster Pinball, Got Free Delivery, One Year Warranty, and I love my RollerCoaster Pinball, Looks Great, and it is just what I wanted. Kids are having a Great time with it.

If you don't cater to their area of expertise ( obsolete games you'd only see in a 70s bowling alley) then they talk to you like you don't matter.
