Such a great place! The kids had an amazing time. There were loads of games to choose from and the staff was wonderful. They were super patient with explaining how things work and very encouraging when the kids needed help. Everything was super clean and neat, and I very much appreciated the small tables so I could sit while they played. The hour flew by!

What a great place for a party! The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. All the gaming stations worked (6 VR, 6 PC, flight sim, racing sim) for the whole party. Went there tonight, March 9th, and RJ was working. Great guy helped me and my friends out with whatever we needed. Hooked us up quick and we were good to go. Definitely had a great time, hoping to get back soon and luckily it is so close to my house it's not a trip.

My kids love this place! We went for our first time today so my kids were new to the VR headset and had a little bit of a difficult time in the beginning but RJ helped them and was super sweet! He was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely coming back!

I found this place through Groupon. I brought my teenage son and he really enjoyed himself. The manager is nice and welcoming. I will definitely come back. I definitely recommend that you make a reservation before coming so you don't have to wait long even on the weekdays.

I took the children I babysit for to the Lanoka Harbor location today. What a cool place! Very clean. Had the place to ourselves for a VR session today right when they opened. RJ was great with helping out the kids and getting them set up and choosing games. He was very patient and really took the time to make sure that they were having a good VR experience. Thanks RJ! We will be back. RJ explained the membership and that's definitely the way to go if you will visit a few times throughout the year.

This place was AWESOME! and the VR was amazing! Joel was very friendly and helpful and made our experience so fun and easy! We cannot wait to go back again! Also, the selection of VR games was much larger than we expected - you will never run out of fun things to try!

One of our favorite places to go. Especially great for active kids on rainy days! If you get the family membership, it pays for itself after 5 visits, so I highly recommend that!

We came in from out of town and we called about 830pm right before they closed and RJ allowed us to come in at 11pm and play till 12 since the hours weren't updated on their site. He was very accommodating! Highly recommended. Was a very fun experience! Great place

I have to hand it to the staff at VRtual very kind and helpful very friendly and always looking out for their customers recently had purchased a hoodie at this location and I have to say it was worth every penny. Even though there isnt a crazy amount of games the selection is still decently sized. Comfortable chairs and cheap drinks and snacks. Looking forward to my next visit.

Playing Face Your Fears on VR was a short story but intense. Coming to VRtual was definitely worth the drive. I have never experienced anything like this. Great place to bring family and/or friends. The staff is really friendly and helpful. :)

This place is a total joke. The ?manager? loves to say he hates Groupon, yet they won't pull their offer from Groupon. I bought 2 vouchers for 30 mins for 4 stations THINKING my two kids could have 2 hours of play each. No, no. The voucher is for 4 people. Groupon doesn't specify that, and when you get to the place, all the ?manager? does is say to you that there's nothing he can do and that he hates Groupon. I love this place. I went to the fortnite tournament around Christmas time and it was a blast. The pc setups and pc equipment are very high tech and good quality. I went here with my friend to play some vr and rocket league and we had a really fun time. I would recommend this place to any people that are interested in the vr world and gaming. Also this place is local so I make sure to go to it whenever I have the cash to.

This place has something for everyone. I'm not a big video game fan, but RJ picked the perfect game for me and I had a blast! The flight simulator was awesome and my 9yo can't get enough!
