VR64 Arcade / New World VR

Had my son?s 9th birthday party here. The two staff members were very polite, engaged with the kids, and very helpful. They kept their eyes open for if any kid needed helps. The facility was clean. For the party, we rented out the entire arcade. There was more than enough space for our party to enjoy themselves and not be cramped. The party included all you can play all games, a fridge, a large table and plenty of seating. 10/10 would book again.

This place was awesome! We came to VA for vacation and I saw an ad for VR and thought it would be perfect to do for my daughters birthday vacation. Booking online was a breeze, they took us in and set her right up. The instructions were super easy to follow. The staff was so kind and helpful. My daughter had a blast. I 100% recommend stopping by and trying it out, it's reasonably priced, and perfect for a rainy day. My only recommendation for people looking to visit is to book online. They were quite busy.

My Son?s Birthday party was a hit. The equipment was cleaned and wiped down from the party before ours. The two young men working at the time were patient and extremely helpful, especially with the younger kids. Had my daughter?s 10th birthday party here and it was an absolute blast !! Great facility for the kids and adults! There were so many different activities to partake in ! Kept my kiddos and adults entertained and begging not to leave ! And the customer service is top tier ! Loved this place !

What a great time! I would think it's perfect for a kids' birthday party, but wasn't sure for us and our friends... with us ranging from late 40's to mid-60's and no experience, we were unsure. We had an amazing time, she was so patient and helpful getting the four of us set-up and guiding where help was needed, and the variety of games covered a wide range. Very good value for the price, and I'll be going back this week before heading home.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with New World VR on Richmond Rd. The owner and staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating. We had a last minute get together for my son's birthday and decided to try this out. They keep the place spotless and equipment clean and wiped down. They enforce masks and social distancing without detracting from the fun. They go above and beyond here. This is a small, local business so give them a try.

This was such a cool experience! We came here as part of our anniversary trip and it was well worth it. Plenty of games to play with each other, and Jordan was super helpful in navigating the controls and how to play the game. I wish we had one of these in our town, so we will be back. We did end up getting motion sickness, not sure how ro avoid that just yet. Jordan also gave me a snack and drink when my sugars got low, so awesome!

Went here because it was too rainy for Busch, the employees were so awesome and nice. They recommend games for us suuper welcoming and kind. Definitely will be back! Made my day !

I took my husband here for his birthday and we both loved it. It was our first time so we needed help navigating everything but we were assisted and received complimentary beverages. I'm not a gamer but I think I have enjoyed myself more than my husband! I've been telling all of my friends and family about this hidden gem and we will definitely be returning.

The kids enjoyed every moment. I recommend this arcade to all parents and teens.

This place is amazing. Full of family fun. My entire family ranging from ages 5-9 enjoyed themselves along with my husband and myself. The staff Nicole and Mickey was the best ever. My kids really enjoyed the additional family support from the staff as we played the vr games. Lots of laughs and the even gave the littles ice cream? def a must do again with my family?

We came here to let our son experience playing VR games. He has never played them before and we had an AWESOME experience. Nicole was super helpful and fun. She set him up, explained everything and made sure he was confident. The place is very laid back and relaxing. We enjoyed the hour so much, we immediately booked a birthday party for May! Thank you for providing such a cool experience for kids/families.

Friendly helpful staff, reasonably-priced, and a good use of space. There was 2 things that didn't work as planned, and not much for kids under 6, but still had a good time. Went for a relative's bday party, and the staff even provides clean-up. It's a good clean space, so I recommend for parties and kid friendly sessions.

We went there for a guys fun VR experience and Nicole helped the guys have a blast of a good time. Each of them worked on a different area and played lots of amazing games. The ladies watched as the guys did their thing. Towards the middle my daughter tried and she also loved it so much that she wants her own VR. Great addition to the area! Excellent activity for teens and young adults who are too old for the bounce house, but too young for bars. Facility is clean and spacious, equipment is the latest and in great shape, and they have an extensive menu of age-appropriate games. We saw families with younger kids leaving the place happy, too! Most importantly, the woman working there was very accommodating and helpful, and treated my 17-yo son and his 16-yo buddy with respect (not like little kids, or "hoodlums").

We had my grandsons birthday party here and it was fantastic. The employees were so helpful and patient with all the children running around. It was awesome we had the entire place for the party at a great price.

I honestly wish I could leave zero stars just to get your attention. I was highly dissatisfied with my visit on July 15th, me and my fiance's third anniversary. Save for the fact that the trip there and back was already horrible enough, our experience was met with faulty equipment which led to much frustration during gameplay, and ignorance in the sense that we were mostly ignored during our session. I went here the first time for my friend's birthday. I absolutely LOVED it! We have gone there almost 15 times since and it never ceases to amaze! The costumer service is amazing, the service is great, and the games are incredible! If you come here expect to have an amazing time!

New World was tons of fun! Took my 6 and 9 year old daughters here, and Donna was patient enough to make it work for them. This was our first experience with virtual reality. She explained how the goggles and handsets worked, and how to play the games. A tough job for anyone! The facility is clean and well managed, with plenty of open space. Great fun for husbands too, while the missus shops at the outlets!

We really enjoyed our experience here! Highly recommend. We attempted to fight off intruders with arrows to protect our village, cooked in an Italian eatery, and killed scary zombies. Thanks to Donna for being so welcoming and showing us the ropes!

Had a great time here with my wife on our honeymoon. The owner is a wonderful lady who knows her stuff. The building has a great layout and aesthetic for VR and the prices are very fare for all the games you get to choose from. Highly recommended!

Update: I was going to receive a full refund but the owner refunded the wrong card. The last four digits of the card on the receipt were not mine. Tried looking up my receipt through the Square Up website but there is no receipt that matched my card. I have resulted to filing a dispute with my bank since I haven't received my refund and the owner wants to try and tell me I don't know my own card number. This place is awesome. The manager Nicole was really nice and helpful when it came to setting everything up and was great. Beat saber was a blast and was a ton of fun to play. I brought my grandson from Richmond here today to check out the vr experience at this relatively new business. Such a great place with reasonable pricing compared to others. The owner and her husband were super friendly and helpful. She has the business smarts and vision to make this thing succeed. We will be back!

We had my step sons birthday party here and everyone had a blast. There is no way you won't enjoy yourself! I would recommend this over regular video games anyday because it's very interactive. And the owner is so sweet.

I had been there one other time, I came there again for my second time like last week and had an awful experience. I paid $60, for an hour of play and no instruction for my games. me and my boyfriend traveled an hour and a half, called them before so they knew we were coming and we still didn't get assisted during our time. I feel I've wasted my money and time!

Took my boy here for his 13th BIRTHDAYYYY!! First off, very appreciative that she's open during these times.. it was a surprise for my boy.. this place is beautiful, very clean, and I just relaxed while I watched my son have a ball! A full hour of fun, over 80 games to choose from. He was tired from just 3 haha His first VR experience, we will definitely be back!!

We had such a great time! Incredibly friendly owners, very reasonable pricing. Had twice the fun for half the price of an old school arcade. Great solo or for "date night".

The place was very Clean and the staff extremely Helpful we came all the way from Maine to visit family and have never played VR. My daughter loved it, the young ladys Ridly and Nicole were very kind, thanks again for such an amazing time!

It's interesting, fun, and affordable. The owner is super sweet and always give you recommendations on games and apps included. I would definitely go back next time I come to Williamsburg.

It was mostly great, I mean I own a oculus headset so I wanted to try the HIC headset. And I didn't know how to do the controls. But soon I learned how to do it. Anyways great place.
