My hubby and I went for an early valentines date! It was definitely different for me (not a gamer). However, I must admit I enjoyed myself! We played multiple games our favorite was the zombies. We also were head chefs of a restaurant in one of the games. Be advised it's harder than it looks. The staff were friendly and ensured we enjoyed our time. Nice and clean facility. We are planning on coming again but with the kids.

My wife brought me here for a birthday surprise and it was awesome!! The game master was very nice. She brought us to our game space, explained the instructions very well and got us set up. We chose the Depth of Osiris option and it was an experience. It's a tough challenge but the immersion was very cool. In the last 10 minutes of the game, my VR view glitched and the system didn't reset itself until the last 5 minutes, which was disappointing. After the game was over, we told the game master what happened

Had an amazing time at VR Zone DC! The games were super fun, the equipment was high-quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for a fun outing with friends or a unique date night. Can't wait to come back and try more games!

Don't let the location and interior fool you. The money is in the headsets and the games were a lot of fun to play. A group of us went to a two hour session and had a lot of fun. My only issue is it started to get hot and we would've benefitted from them turning on the fans. Other than that, everybody has a blast

Very fun! The space was smaller than I expected (our group was the only one there at the time but we had 7 people). There were a lot of individual and multiplayer games to choose from (fewer games for very large, over 4, groups but still some). The staff person was very helpful getting us set up and telling us how things worked. We went with a group of kids and adults. Everyone had a great time!

My family had an amazing time! What a great bonding experience! This is a must for family attempting to reengsge, laugh and focus on working together.

I visited this place with my son, who is more experienced in VR since he owns one. The instructor was incredibly supportive and non-judgmental. We tried one of the escape rooms; he came close to solving it, but we still had a great time. It was a fun and challenging experience, making it a wonderful outing with my child. I also really liked the location!

VR Zone was an amazing place for our birthday gathering! The staff was informative, patient, and professional, making the experience smooth for everyone. Once the game starts, the huge open space makes it incredibly immersive?you can move freely and interact with friends in a whole new way. Highly recommend for a fun and unique group experience!

Such a great experience! We did this for a work outing and we did the alice in wonderland VR escape room. So much fun and the worker was super helpful and even gave us extra time! Will definately try again some time

Kids (ages 12-14) had a great time! We easily booked the one hour VR action arena online. Check in was simple, and set up was fast.

My son had his 11th birthday party at the Rockville location. Fun experience. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. The hour went by very quickly. Then it was time for pizza and cake. I would absolutely come back.

Went for an hours zombie shoot em ups with our twin 8 year olds, and we all had a blast! Was super fun, and a well run space in easy to get to Glover Park. A very nice guy running it, who was helpful and patient with getting us all set up. We were a well coordinated posse by the end, and we can't wait to return.

The boys love going to VR Rockville and we do so frequently. The crew there is courteous and they promptly get the sessions going. We are planning a birthday party there in March.

Amazing good fun! Went today as a party of 2 to try out VR for the very first time. Chris is amazing, patient, and helpful! The games were fun, and I love how well the tech (headset, hand triggers) felt, everything was literally 10/10. Highly recommended!

I booked VR Zone Rockville for a Corporate event of 15 people. I'm not familiar with the area and was very nervous when we arrived to the location due to the lack of parking and size of the venue. But the employees were all friendly and knowledgeable and the escape room was so much fun. It was a tight squeeze to all sit together for a meal but it worked out.

First time Vr?ing & Our game master Melvin made the process soo easy and fun! I highly recommend coming to this spot with friends, as a date and simply just for fun! The staff were very friendly, and the experience was awesome, but if you are from out of town, it can be a hard place to find. Google got us close, but it's just up the side street from the cvs. I will try to post some helpful pictures.

First VR experience, service was awesome and they were extremely helpful. Franklin especially was really cool and giving directions and the run down on the different maps and the controls! They have tons of options so would recommend for sure.

Went here three times and the experience was amazing! Although I have a vr headset at home some games they offer are exlusive and they were all super fun. It is a bit pricey but I would say overall it was worth it!

Finding it was interesting because it's kind of tucked away up the street. Walking in the location was very clean, neat and organized. Chris was our host and he did an amazing job! He was very friendly, welcoming and explained the games and activites very thoroughly. The games themselves were fun, slightly challenging which made it more worthwhile as well. I very much enjoyed the experience here with me and my friend the game master was very helpful in explaining how things work and the controls in a VR and I really appreciated the help since it was my friends first time in VR and we both enjoyed our time together playing VR. This was a perfect place to take our two teenage kids that were tired of all of the museums in DC. The staff walked them through which VR games to choose and how to play them. Also comfortable seating for the parents who choose to watch from the side. Thanks for the experience! We will be sure to visit again next time we are in town.

This place was amazing! Came here for date night - what a fun time. We spent 45 minutes in the game but it flew by. Felt like 10 minutes. Would do it so many more times!!!! Chris was SO helpful, kind and generous. Can't wait to come back.

Absolutely an amazing fun hour. Escape rooms are not my first choice of things to do but this is a whole different experience done virtually. I would absolutely do this again. John was very nice and made it more fun, especially when we were stuck, he gave us small hints to keep the fun going. We will be back!

When we arrived they gave us the run around they asked us to leave and enter another building we entered the building and didn't have any type of direction on how to navigate through the building we roamed the building for a while (very unorganized) and came across a door that had a piece of paper taped to it saying VR room we entered the door and a lady approached us saying we're we in the wrong building we stated that we was told to come here and she asked to see our confirmation email once she was showed

Had a solid experience at VR. Our host and game master Christopher was very patient and helpful. He was flexible with our needs and allowed us to play two different games within our time slot and even jumped in the game with us to help us out. Giving it 4 stars cause I felt the prices are a little steep.

I'm sure it's a great experience, but I personally couldn't do the experience because someone in our party got sick. When we asked for a refund we were denied even though we didn't get to experience anything, asked to rebook and they were reluctant. First and foremost, we have a VR at our home, and my 7 year old plays with it more than I would like her to. Now for the reason of the rating. The space is small to maneuver. I hit the wall a few times. My 7 year old was getting a little frustrated with her VR. It's not very user friendly, and the person that is in charge was not very helpful. Visited the Rockville location. So fun! The staff was super friendly and helped throughout the session. As a first time VR player it was much needed! There was also a nice variety of games to choose from which made the experience fun as well!

I called before arrival inquiring about services. Informed Chris I would be arriving shortly. It was a surprise for a loved one (who lives 1+hour away from me). Upon arrival around 5ish ?.Chris informs me there are no opening until 8/9 at night. I asked why would he not call to inform me and wait until I arrived. He didn't make any accommodations for my extreme inconvenience. Chris is very nice but not accommodating. I received a ?Im sorry?. Will not be returning.

Put mask on and you get 2 remotes and your in virtual reality. Play different games. They also have a escape room where you and friends, family, or who ever get trapped in a room until you figure out the clues on how to get out. If you run out of time you lose and someone had to come get you out.

This was our first experience with VR, and admittedly, we probably shouldn't have gone straight to the escape room experience. However, we love escape rooms so thought it would be fun. It was challenging, but we still could have enjoyed it,if it weren't for Melvin, the VR attendant. He was extremely rude and condescending! Wasn't sure what to expect at first. The place is very new and shares a space with an escape room, But it was a great time! The VR was really fun and there are a lot of games to choose from. I would recommend booking 1 hour for each person at a minimum. We had four people and reserved two bays for two hours and it was the perfect amount of time and we were able to play multiplayer games together. We will definitely be returning again.

This place was awesome! It's in the cut right next to the pizza place, but it was so much fun. Such a great date experience Anthony was such a great help showing us how to play while also letting us do our own thing and have fun. Will definitely be coming back :)

As someone who has done a few normal escape rooms already, the VR experience definitely takes it to a different level. The combo between escape room and video game is beyond amazing. I would definitely recommend and John was the best game host! From getting us comfortable with the VR system to making sure we didn't run into walls lol, I would definitely recommend! ??

Experience of using the VR system was great, customer service, not so much. After instructions, two out of three of our systems weren't ready to go because something wasn't set up correctly and our paid time was steadily going. Staff member didn't check to see if everything was working before she left us but instead left to get on a phone call. A must, especially for those who have tried escape rooms. The Egyptian one is fantastic. This really is a team effort. Be aware that if you have fear of heights, you may need ask the people here for a seat. John as gamemaster helped a lot with our group.

Anthony was great instructor and was well versed in his duty and was there the whole time to help. He was also very helpful and engaging. We had a blast. Great choice of fun. It was amazing experience.
