We love VR Lawrence. They have great service, great options for the whole family to enjoy, and have always been a place our kids ask to go for fun. We love the VR games, and racing. Plus they have snacks, and drinks if you need something while you're gaming.

Great time guaranteed!!! The space has excellent vibes. During summer, it's nice and cool and I can only imagine how cozy it would be here in the cooler months. My kids always have a blast playing here. Staff is always nice and accommodating. They go above and beyond so everybody gets to have a fun experience. Vr Lawrence is a blast. I love all the different games they offer. The staff are phenomenal. They're incredibly helpful and attentive. They make this a top quality experience. They also have a party room and car racing simulators for rent. They are fun as well. I can't recommend this experience enough. A local business that gives back to its community. The people that run this place are good people.

Was in Lawrence for my sister's graduation and we decided to try VR Lawrence. The arcade was clean and well kept. The staff helped get us setup and answered all questions. Overall a fun experience and a great place to spend a few hours playing VR.

We just hosted a two hour party at VR Lawrence for 10 year olds. Cannot recommend this place enough. It is clean, the staff is friendly and professional. Plus if you are a parent hosting a party - this is the best of both worlds. The kids quietly interact together from separate rooms spread out throughout the place that is yours and only yours for the allotted time. ????

Have gone a couple of times now and always had a blast. The staff are very nice and attentive pluf there was a very wide selection of games to choose from. They also have two decent racing sim setups. Price is good for the experience and you never get pressured about remaining time.

They screwed up my reservation so I asked for a refund, they said they would but I never got the money and now they won't answer the phone or return any of my messages. Do not trust these people!!!! First off they did finally give me the refund, funny how I only got a phone call from them after I left this review. I've been to a lot of VR places and have my own headset but this place is my favorite. The set up of the rooms, type of headsets and the service here could not be beat! I will be back for sure!

I would highly recommend this space for events for kids. I had my sons party here and with about 10 kiddos they did such a great job with helping everyone get situated and make sure everything was running smoothly. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, I appreciate it! I was allowed to bring snacks and drinks for the kids which was very helpful. The games were awesome they played some zombie games where they could connect and talk via mics! Highly recommend this place!

We love VR Lawrence! The staff is amazing and very accommodating. My son (11) and daughter (9) both love to play by the hour. We've also had birthday parties there: super fun and well with the money! Definitely a fun family activity worth trying. I highly recommend!

I brought my nephew here on his 7th birthday. We hadn't been before, so we weren't entirely sure what to expect, though we did watch a helpful video on the website first. The woman who was working took the time to explain everything to us and set up the games for us, making sure we understood the rules and controls. I dropped in with a friend for the first time this evening. The staff were extremely helpful and we each got set up with our own individual stations in no time. We played Arizona sunshine mostly. It was easy to communicate with each other through the voice chat. It would be nice if the ipd adjusted smaller and the lenses had a wider sweet spot.

I took my 4&5 year old last night to get out of the summer heat. They loved it! The staff were so kind, helping them with the headsets and to figure out how to play each game. We also got a free 30 minutes on racing since it was Thursday! We'll definitely be back! Also, they recently donated to my small business for an event. Good people!

Had my son's birthday party here. It was an amazing experience! Usually I feel super stressed out and frazzled after having a birthday party (especially at an arcade) but we had the whole place to ourselves and the staff was FANTASTIC - they were constantly helping out the kids with their gaming experience so everyone had a great time and it was relaxed. This place was great! Entire rooms to yourself with a large enough space to not run into anything. The selection of games are smaller for now, but they will be continually adding on. The choices they have now are a perfect mix. I liked how after we had a brief rundown of the controls, they let me be. Ive had too many places stick around and make color commentary while im playing. Great place for solo or party play and I highly recommend it. Best prices for VR Ive seen!

Had a great time doing some sim racing! Racing in VR is a great experience?definitely recommend checking it out if you haven't done it before. Staff here was super nice, and super accommodating! They've got a great setup and it's super cool to be able to experience VR without the need to spend thousands on a top tier gaming PC. We initially planned to try out multiple games, but had so much fun racing, we ended up doing it for 2 hours. Will definitely be back to try out the other games!

Super friendly and helpful staff for an 'old' Dad and his 14 y/o son. I had lots of fun even though I'm not very good at video games. I would recommend visiting this VR arcade while in Lawrence.

What a great addition to Lawrence!!!!! This was the absolute BEST experience!!!! Will be a regular for sure!!!!! Staff was so helpful and amazing in guiding my mom and I through the game tutorial. As someone with no previous VR experience, the game tutorial was easy to catch on and learn to get you ready to shoot zombies!!! Did I mention how MUCH FUN THIS WAS?!?! Staff suggested the game Propagation, where you kill zombies and it was a BLAST!!!!! Will be back soon!!!!

Wonderful set up and they were very helpful! Our family of 5 used two stations for 90 minutes and we could have stayed longer, we had so much fun. Also, very reasonably priced!!

This place is awesome! Top notch equipment, private spaces, and a good game selection. The people who run it are helpful and incredibly kind. The prices are beyond reasonable I loved the loyalty card they gave us - it will definitely get some use whenever we're back in town!

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful for first time VR users. The game library is large and has something for everyone. Renting out all 6 headsets provides opportunities for groups of 12 to rotate and spend time together outside of just the games! It is just as fun to watch someone in VR as it is to play the games yourself. I am so happy VR Lawrence was my first experience with virtual reality!

So I think the only reason this has a 5 star review is because there are so few of these types of stores but I got to say, the one in KC is much better. This one made me want to vomit and after looking into it, it could be because their headsets aren't refreshing fast enough but I'm not 100% sure. I think if others have this as their first VR experience, it would put them off of the technology. You are also much more restricted in your movements. Very small rooms. I had a great time it deserves way more than five stars it was and incredible experience so many options to choose from it looks small from the front but once you enter the building there is so much to it there's regular VR and there's racing simulators which I didn't try but looks way fun 10000000000000000 would recommend there's a lot more to say but I don't feel like typing it and don't want to spoil anything

Was alot of fun and the staff were really nice! Quality VR equipment and very big rooms. I definitely recommend renting out two rooms and playing co op VR games with your friends or SO. It's also super affordable!

Discovered this place from the little sign out front, came back a bit later with my girlfriend and we went inside. Immediately we were given an amazing brief summary of the whole experience, the lady that set everything up for us was super helpful the entire time we were there and we will definitely be returning (at least a few more times.. I think I'll end up getting my own after trying it here ??)

This is a small business I now love they have two racing sims and 8 rooms to play in. They are helpful and provide a fun time. We did some racing and some zombie hunting and had a blast. Will return for sure.

Lawrence needed some more stuff to do that wasn't bar hopping. this place is a great place to bring your kids or to hang with a group of friends of all ages. cant wait to see how the place grows once the students are back.
