My boyfriend booked this experience for us and we had a fantastic time!! They had a wide variety of games and simulations and we loved each one we did. Above all, the employees were absolutely amazing. I didn't catch their names (sorry) but it was a man and a woman and both of them were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We recently hosted our son?s 8th birthday party at VR Galaxy Lounge and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. We had such an excellent experience here! My family was visiting from New Jersey and we drove an 45 minutes for this place. The service was excellent. They were so attentive to our family of 7! The owner/manager made sure my grandmother was comfortable as she watched us play (you can see what players are seeing on the TV). We spent about 2 hours here. I found this awesome spot on instagram when looking for fun family things to do in Tampa. This did NOT disappoint and I wish I had known about it much sooner!! The games they have are wonderful with great headsets to work with, but the staff is wonderful, so nice and as well not just sitting around and doing the bare minimum, they are checking on you and if your playing on the simulator, they my spray you with a air can, if it is something spooky. We visited from Germany. I've been doing Baskteball camps with different types of events and this event was one of the best. The kids couldn't stop saying thank you. This was such a great ideas. Me and my boyfriend were planning on going to You Do The Dishes but they were full. We decided to go next a visit the VR Galaxy Lounge and they did not disappoint. We decided to do the 30 minute arena and it was so FUN! We played zombies and robots games which was nice to have options instead of play just one game. Customer service was phenomenal as well. An amazing experience like nothing I've ever done before! Solo game play, multiplayer games, free roam modes, and simulation experiences. The staff was amazing and very helpful making sure everything ran smoothly! It is virtually impossible to find an activity that will entertain little girls and teenage boys equally... But this is the ultimate solution! From rollercoasters to shooters, everyone had a blast! Very nice arena, clean, comfortable, exactly what we were hoping for, plus super helpful staff.

We had my daughter?s 8th birthday here today and it was the BEST experience! Loved the chill atmosphere- there was no running after kids or loud screaming. All the kids had a blast and it was hard to get them off the machines when it was time to go. Price was very reasonable. We would definitely do this again. Visited for the first time to attend a 10 year olds birthday party. -The place is kept clean (including the restrooms). -The staff has so much patience and were very kind and helpful towards everyone, especially the kids. - Staff was very attentive to all of the kids making sure they each were having a great time. - All head gear was being kept clean with sanitizing wipes. It's a smaller location than I imagined, but it was still a lot of fun! My wife and I did the arena play for 45 minutes. The vr games are very immersive and mentally intriguing. Even though you know you're in an approximately 10x10 area, your mind is thinking you're in a moon base or wide kitchen, etc... The staff are very friendly! My son has autism and he loves-loves video games and all things tech. The staff was super nice and helpful. My son is very shy and they didn't take it personally at all. We really enjoyed our time in the VR. The staff is pretty friendly and caring! It's a different option that is worthy to try. My favorite one was the scape room. The new simulator was so real.
