Cool place! We don't have VR at my house. So when I suggested going here to try it out, my kids were super excited. They have a huge library of games. We tried out job simulator, boxing, beat saber, star wars and a crazy zombie game that was pretty intense. Sebastian got us set up and made the whole thing an enjoyable experience. My kids are already asking when we can go back.

My nephew came to visit from Miami. I was looking for fun things to do as he is 14 and nothing really amuses him...found VR arcade and made reservation for him to play. He absolutely loved it. My nephew is big on video games so this was perfect, different and he said this is awesome (his words).

This place was really an adventure! I definitely recommend it for anyone gamer or not! I came with a party of 7 and they let us all play together on various games of different genres!! 5 stars for sure, great customer service as well!

Pricing: -Booked a game of laser tag for 3 people, priced at $5 a person for a round. Very little information on the website as to what options are available from laser tag i.e maps or setup for teams, no information on how long each round actually is. Round times are 3 minutes each Cleanliness/staff: -Work staff was polite and asked if we had experience with VR and walked us through the controls. However they had put on the headsets to set up the game before directly handing them to us without being clean

Absolutely wonderful experience, I took my partner on a date. A spontaneous decision that was able to be accommodated by the fact that walk-ins are accepted with open arms. As a first time VR user, the tutorial they offer really helped me get my bearings. The selection of games is expansive and wonderful. Me and my partner had a wonderful time, would recommend!

We went late afternoon on Sunday for a team building activity. Calling in to book was very easy and owner was super informative about what games and activities were available. We had some time before we could check in to our hotel, so we stopped by VR Arcade. My husband and I were both first-timers, and Ulrich was an AMAZING guide! I took my son and nephew here last Sunday and had a great experience due to the girl who helped us out the whole time. My nephew was younger and not sure what he was doing she was so patient and helpful. She mentioned she had just started working there and was still learning but she handled Our party very well. Great place and will be taking my kids back again due to the excellent customer service.

I took my husband and best friend here for a birthday celebration. We had a blast! It made me want to buy a VR system. They had tons of games to choose from including multi-player. We went for an hour and want to go back since there's so much to play. We got the 1 hour free play and it was worth every penny. We will be back!

Rolled in for the Alice in Wonderland VR escape room with two friends. We were a little surprised to find it's just a bunch of VR headsets set up with steam accounts, but to be fair, that's a pricy setup to have at home. Got set up quickly and were off to the races. Aside from the faint smell of weed, this is a fun stop for anyone! The lady there was fast about getting us hooked up, recommending games to play and assisting us through the experience. They have tons of games to play and the experience is surreal! Will be back for another visit!

We come to CO every year so my kids get lots of outdoor time in the mountains but my son loves his video games so I wanted to make sure we did one activity tailored to him. VR arcade USA was hands down the best VR arcade I have played in Colorado with so many options and the nicest staff who focused very much on cleanliness and ensuring that me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time! Definitely allowed us to get a full experience. Definitely worth every penny, will come back.

If you've ever been to any other VR place you'll know right when you walk in that this production is low quality. The people don't even explain to you how it works. Just toss the joysticks and your hands and basically say ?have at it? lol. The VR headsets are old, broken, and the volume didn't even work on mine. What a fun and enjoyable time! Perfect for first timers or experienced gamers, they have a game for everyone. And the guy who runs it is super friendly and ready whenever you need help. It was just me and my spouse and we had a time of our lives experiencing the vr. Highly recommend this place if you have an hour or more. We started with the 30min ended up having so much fun we stayed for an hour! Also very reasonable prices.

I went with a group of 6 people, all 25+ years old. Some of us had experience in VR, and some didn't, and we all had so much fun. The setup is great and accommodated everyone, and he had a huge variety of games to play. Some we could interact with each other, and the others we played alone. During our play time he stayed with us to help with any questions we had. 100% will go again

While on vacation in Denver, my 13 year old grandson asked if we could go play. We own the Oculus Quest 2, so we had a little experience experience. Tried calling ahead, but got a recording saying they were open until 10pm for walk ins or reservations. Showed up at 5pm on a Friday night. Neon "Open" on, door locked, and a sign saying they had stepped out but would return. Waited about 30 minutes, long enough for what must've been motion activated lights inside to all shut off. No sign of an employee at all and no one around to answer the number on the door. Absolute waste a trip into Denver.

First of all- WOW! Incredible experience. John was super helpful on the phone to make sure I got the 2 for 1 special I found via ?Visit Denver? website. Very friendly and clean. His setup is ideal with private rooms for different games/parties. We went with just 2 people and had a private area. Afterward, we were so mind blown from our first VR experience! We had the best time today at the VR Arcade. It was our first time and we will go back next week for sure. Our sons (12 and 14) loved it. Great selection of games, top of the line equipment. Hello! I was super surprised by our experience given all the awesome reviews. That said, we called and made a reservation for 4 for an hour starting at 5pm. When we arrived we were told that our session wouldn't begin till 5:30pm as thats when the group before us would finish. Hubby and I went to this place as we were visiting friends in Denver a couple weeks ago. It was so cool. We found it online and just showed up thinking that it was a big gaming place. AWESOME experience! My husband and I came to the VR Arcade for date night and it was SO MUCH FUN! I was surprised by the fact that I didn't have to be a ?gamer? to enjoy this, the games are easy to catch on to and fun to play. It was my favorite date night! The VR Arcade was my first experience with virtual reality games and I absolutely loved it. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My wife went with me and she also really enjoyed her time there. I recommend the Virtual Arcade for the beginner player and for the advanced gamer.

Super impressed with the owners way of running this place. I brought my son and a friend tonight for a 30 minute time slot. This was my first time going to a VR type place. I figured 30 mins may be too small of a window to truly enjoy it but the owner was very patient and considerate with the teens small amount of time. Made my 15 year olds birthday a complete win. We stopped by for our last day in town and it was definitely worth it ! I've done VR before but this experience was ten times better. The equipment is super light weight easy to use and the staff is very helpful and attentive. Great prices and great games I would definitely go back !

Loved this experience. We did 45 mins of play and had a blast. I'm pretty sure I spent most of it on the ground. Super intense and life like. So much so I tried leaning on a virtual crate ??????? We did buried alive and got to have a shootout with each other. This is a must try!

Went there for a bachelor party, and it was a great time! The guy (I believe the owner) and his super cool kid Sammy went above and beyond to make sure we got the best experience. The tech is a lot farther along than I was expecting, especially in the skydiving game. One bit of advice: don't take on Sammy in any game, you'll get owned.

Two of the headsets didn't work and took up over 10 minutes of the 15 minutes slot we purchased to start (had hoped to upgrade) between one headset freezing and the other crashing several times, yet Caylen still informed us we had five minutes left. Very cool experience and the employee was very patient with our 5 yo son who wanted to try VR with us. Would have been 5 stars but we went on Sunday when they opened only to find out they don't open unless you book ahead despite walk-ins being mentioned as welcomed? The VR Arcade was really fun! I went with three friends and the guy working there set everything up for us. We all played a zombie game together that was so much fun! The gear they have is really high end and we'll maintained. I highly recommend this place!

Never thought of a VR arcade being a thing. Messed around the Playstation VR and me and the girlfriend decided to try out an actual arcade ! (She's never done VR). What a blast!!! She's never done it and absolutely loved it. I was having a blast. Super easy to pick up. I chose VR arcade because everyone mentioned how great John was, and he was phenomenal! Will definitely come back , hopefully with a larger group!

The VR Arcade was great for me and my 2 teens. We've been to other spots in the city, but we're blown away, not by the awesome tech, but at John?s steadfast help to really get the hang of games and ?I love watching people walk out of here with smiles.? We spent an hour there in 2 rooms. 30 min is what most people get to try it out, but to really try different things, it's worth the full hour.

Not my first VR experience, but it was the most fun. The office space didn't seem like the best VR gaming atmosphere at first, but once you put the goggles on and you are using a robot as a body shield...does it really matter??? Friendly and helpful staff for experienced or noob players.

We had a lot of technical difficulties that caused us to lose time... and I paid for that down time. :( For example, our headsets weren't charged and shut off mid game. My virtual hand didn't match my real hand position, so that needed to be recalibrated. My son couldn't play Beat Saber because of some account login problem. I own a PSVR and am tired of the heavy Move Controllers, so I booked 30 min to try out a different system with a lighter controller. The Arcade is owned by an amazing person that will geek out with you on anything VR and is so warm and friendly. He even joined me for a few rounds of Beat Saber! Really nice guys who run the place. Got us set up and going pretty fast. It was fun to try out the oculus quest and the rift after only having tried the vive in the past. Echo was really amazing, but tough in terms of getting used to it. It's probably the most impressive use of vr I've seen so far.

Was fun but the VR glasses they gave me were dripping in sweat and clearly not cleaned. Seems obvious to clean the glasses after COVID but they apparently didn't get the message.

First time doing VR. It was a little slow to start for our group. The employee wasn't completely sure how everything operated, but we later found out it was his 2nd day on the job. Overall it was an ok experience. Not sure if I would go back.

VR Arcade creates a unique and wonderful experience! The VR experience was incredibly realistic. Their headsets were comfortable and they had a wide range of games to choose from for either single player or as a team.

If you have not yet experienced Virtual Reality, you're missing out. Go check out this place. Very helpful staff. John was awesome. We had a team reservation and it took 15 to set everyone up then after we were set up two of the headsets stopped working for 15 mins so we didn't get the full experience we were expecting. I would not recommend this place.
