Volcano Falls Adventure Park

Benefiting from being one of the only games in town definitely a decent place to come kill some time. Drawbacks the mini golf course is not maintained well. The carpet is falling apart all over the place. Other than that batting cages are fun. Laser tag is decent. Go karts are decent.

I'm not sure how many stars VF get because my grandson and I've never been before, but I wanted to take him go cart riding so that was what we did. My 10 year old daughter and I enjoyed playing mini golf, and she enjoyed the arcade and a scoop of ice cream. Some arcade machines and attractions weren't working. Go kart track for her age was pretty lame, so we opted not to do it. It was something fun to kill a few hours!

Great place! My husband and I took our 2 kids and had a wonderful day. It was nice and clean, fun, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. We'll go back again for sure.

Took kids here for a few hours . And they had a blast. The young ladies at the counter/ windows were very helpful and made sure we understood the games and answered any questions. 10/10 will be back

Normally very nice place, we usually go 4 or 5 times a year with our boys. This year the turf was pulled up and separated on every hole. My 8 year old just missed knocking out his front teeth by a couple inches on hole 13 when he tripped on the loose turf walking down the hill. Girl at the counter said they're waiting on corporate. We'll go again again when it's fixed.

I have driven past this place while on 90 for decades begging my parents to stop while on road trips. I took my 10 year old son today and had an absolute blast! It seemed like everything was running a bit rough (short staffed, ran out of hot dog buns for a while, go karts were a little slow and ran out of gas...) but the overall experience was great. I will definitely be back!

Hadn't been since all the renovations. Very impressed! We had a blast and definitely got our monies worth. Even the prize selection was great, our 4 year old had a hard spending all his tickets. Everything was clean and well-run. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

This was a fun place and the prices were pretty good. We enjoyed the go carts, miniature golf, and the batting cages. The service was good and layout of the facility was straightforward. I really have no complaints. I would go back with my family if I lived closer.

We took our son and a few of his friends here for his 12th birthday in the fall of 2017. We had a fun Grandma/Grandson day. We did laser tag, little kids GoKarts, a few games and ten mini putt. The staff was so kind to my 7 year old grandson and he left with a huge smile on his face! Fun day!

Volcano Falls sits on a beautiful piece of property, the layout is perfect. The batting cages and mini golf were the best parts of the adventure park. The arcade looks like it has been downsized, with only two arcade systems that anybody really plays. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly as they kept everything sanitzed. Mask are required while in the park, although not everyone wore them, but they did respect the social distancing.

Always fun for any occasion. Two very nice mini putting courses, adult and kids karts, battery cages for all levels an arcade and much more including a decent concession selection

Good place to take kids from age 5 to 12 for arcade play, go carts, laser tag and mini golf. Older kids and adults will like this plus batting cages. A small park but a lot of fun! My company rented it out for the night so I'm not able to say how costly it would be without that perk.

It's a fun place to go but the pricing is a little high. Took my boyfriend, his son and two of his cousins- Spent $100 and they only got to play a few arcade games, ride the go carts once and play a 10 minute match of lazer tag. My boyfriends son loves baseball and the prices for the time he got to spend in the batting cages was outlandish to say the least. Might not be bad if you book a party or something but most def not priced well for a day of fun for a party of five. Kind of expected better prices. T

I would rate this place higher. Given the staff was amazing when it came to our reserved party and they helped everything run smoothly. We only have used the batting cages. It's the only place in the area with 70 - 80 mph pitching that we know of. Last year had faster but for some reason took it away. The faster the better to keep your skills in tune. Affordable and clean. Staff is very helpful too.

Went for the batting cages. You almost have to run after the ball to hit it. It pitched way outside and high almost every time. I think in the hour I was there I saw one strike.

I am a single mom. My son didn't have anyone to play Lazer Tag with. So the attendant played with him. I appreciate it. He was player 1 and the attendant player 2. It was a close game, but my son won.

Best mini golf I've seen. Most mini golf places are pretty flat & mundane, but this place went all out and built a volcano with the course wrapping around it, doing switchbacks up the side and whatnot. Kids & adults alike have a great time.

This place is the stuff of legend it's as if the gods blessed us mere mortals with the gift of the legendary "go kart racing" just to give us a mere glimpse at what the after life will be like. We are truly blessed.

Cool place for the kids, it was one of the last days of the season so we basically had the place to ourselves. They really should do an off peak season pricing so they can get more costumer on days like the one I went.

My grand children and grown children really enjoyed the Go Carts! The employees running the go carts were very good at their jobs! We will be back.

This place is terrible. Nothing but a bunch of teenagers hanging out. Broken video games. Unhelpful staff and other than go karts,not worth the time. Don't waste your money at this dump of a place.

Such a fun time!! We did the Volcano combo which is probably the best deal, you get mini golf, go karts, and 30 coins that are usable in either the arcade or bating cages. We just did everything for only $25 a person :) and the golf course is very cool!

Let us play with thunder storm rolling in. We were only ones on coarse. It was great, finished all 18 holes. It then started to rain. When we turned in clubs the excellent staff gave to rain check/ two free games of golf. FUN NIGHT

Horrible that neither of courses for mini golf has any shade - we paid almost $60 and they wouldn't let seniors (that need water in sun/heat) bring in water!!!! Yet as we were leaving about 20 college age people bought go kart tickets and at least half had water bottles!!

This is a pretty cool fun park. The prices for everything are retarded high but it offers a lot of fun in one little place.

Very fun. Food was ok. Raspberry Smoothie was bomb. Finger Roller Coaster in arcade was broken. So was Jurassic Park game. Staff was nice. Go karts were fun. Go to the mountain side of Miniature golf. Lazer tag was pretty fun. Ticketed reward items were pricey for anything good.

Went here for the first time ever last week and it was super fun. My girls loved the go carts, laser tag and the arcade. It's just too over priced for the amount of attractions there is and quality/length of attractions. Unlimited for 3 was $120 which does not include arcade points as those are purchased separately. It was fun don't get me wrong but we have been to places super fun that cost less.

Played laser tag, drove go carts and played mini golf. The staff was not great. Did not supervise the groups in laser tag, where little kids were overrun by bigger kids jumping over obstacles with no regard for littles.

Very fun place to visit. We only did the arcade part because it was pretty cold outside. We loaded $50 onto our card and were able to play for a few hours. Hands down, the best part was the virtual reality roller coaster! You get to draw your own track and choose your scenery. I thought it was going to be cheesy but it was so much fun!

I love places like this and did have fun. Though I do feel that I didn't get as much out of Volcano Falls as I paid for. It just wasn't plausible to ride the carts or play golf and laser tag enough to equal the price of the unlimited package wristbands. Despite spending many hours at the park, It would have made much more sense to purchase each attraction separately. This is our second time there with our grandson and we had a lot of fun. We played the 18 hole Volcano Course. It was clean and challenging.

Forgot that they were still open. Probably been over 18 years since I last visited. But, it was like I stepped back in time, and everything is the same as I remember. Glad it's been maintained and not run down.

Heck yeah! Are you looking for an old style mini golf adventure at mile two in in Illinois? If so, look no further! Volcano falls adventure Park has everything that your little heart could desire. Mini golf, batting cages, go karts and an arcade?! You know it. We did the volcano golf course and it took about an hour for a family of four to make it through. Each hole is an adventure in and of itself or you will be challenged. Bring your geometry skills and a steady hand and prepare for the time of your life.

I absolutely love this place. The staff members are great and very polite. Mini golf, go carts, batting cages, and my favorite the arcade. I really recommend their small but definitely charming games. Ticket payouts are high, and redemption prizes are marked fairly. Perfect place for a great time.

Great place to take kids of almost any age and even a fun place for adults. We took a 4 and two 8 year olds. My son was actually just barely tall enough to drive the big go carts (58 inches) but could not drive the two person carts with his friend. Must be 16 to do that. All three of the kids were able to drive the 'rookie track'. The 4 year old liked it, but it was too slow for the 8 year olds and the carts were pretty cramped for my son who is a rather tall 8 year old. Mini golf on the volcano cours

Arcade games were fun, finger roller coaster was down. Golf around the volcano was fun, even though it was 90 degrees. Batting cages need to have at least one geared for older kids.

We only used the batting cage and compared to other places it was affordable. They do provide bats and helmets if needed. I looked around and they have 2 go carts, a mini golf course and an arcade area. They do have food but I don't know prices or how expensive it is. Nice little place to spend a few hours if you want. Clean and seems well maintained.

I'm a certified mini golf nut and If the course isn't up to par I wouldn't hesitate to tell you (check my review of the mini golf on kuaui..awesome course but needed to be cleaned.. trash laying around, but the views are stunning!).. with that said.. this course was the most fun I've had mini golfing in a long time!!.. it was kind of busy..85?, and it didn't matter.. too much fun to write about.. go and enjoy!!

My daughter and I rode our motorcycles to this adventure park and it was OK nothing to really write home about we went originally to the batting cages and they both were malfunctioning so they credit us back our credits on the card. Then we decided to go in doors and play a couple games they didn't have a wide variety of games, just typical games like skeet ball.

Love coming here with family and enjoy the volcano mini gold course because the waterfalls are so beautiful ?? all around great place to go with so much to do. Next time definitely trying the batting cage ?? I'm still a kid at heart so this place is perfect for those days with your kids.

Had a great time with the kids on our last day in Hot Springs. The Go-Karts were all working and fast, decent arcade (maybe a few more games that arent ticket games would be nice), and the mini golf was very fun. All in all, i would definitely come back if i were passing through.

It was only a few things to do with unlimited wrist band. My 11 year old grandson loved the lazar tag and the go carts. But he got to go on each one numerous times and loved it. The food is nothing special, and the arcade is kind of small. I would give it 5 stars if there was a few more things to do with wristband.

A friend of mines daughter had her birthday party here. I thought the pizza was good to eat. The customer service was very nice and even though it was cold outside there was a lot for the kids to do inside. Many arcade games were there to keep kids and the adults busy.

I got to the park before 5pm by the time I got to the window it was 5pm there won't sale me the discount pass. now mind you it's Tuesday probably 6 people in the park. This park sucks for customer service

Amazing place for a family night out. One of the best mini golf courses I've seen.

The guy at the concessions THREW the ketchup at me, the guy at laser tag took 3 parties of people before my kids and I even though we'd already waited through 2 games to play. Overall, the customer service is strongly lacking.

This place is very clean, the mini golf course is nice but on some holes theres a decent amount of wood chips that get in the balls way. The laser tag was very nice and clean but its a smaller map and loop holes people find like shooting threw the cracks of the walls. The Go-Karts are very fun with good amount of time for each race, but there measuring poles for height are inconsistent at each pole making it harder for smaller people to ride by them selfs when they are older. They took great care of us for my son's 6th bday party in 2022. Always a lot of fun with mini putt and my son loved the go-karts!

I was having fun until we walked into the arcade area. The car racing games had half naked women dancing all over the screens. This is supposed to be a kid friendly area. I WILL NOT be coming back for this reason. It was discussing watching little boys and girls play the game while practically naked girls are dancing all over the screen.

We've been going to the batting cages lately, and while frequently the machine my son was on became blocked, they sent out multiple employees who remained there to ensure all machines were working. The employees are friendly and attentive.

Needs a little work on some of the mini golf holes due to age and normal wear and tear. Nothing major, still the only place to go for some outdoor fun. Worth the price and we all had a good time.

Great idea and concept but no matter when you can it seems to be too windy to have fun at mini-golf due to being next to a highway and no shielding, limited to no activities for 2-5 year old toddlers, and WAY over priced. Go Kart ride here $7.50, Wisconsin Dells $3.00 and twice the length of a track and more options around the area... I rather spend a day in the Dells than here... You say money in the long run, everyone has more fun, and there is stuff for toddlers to do with the whole family...

This was a fun family adventure. The staff were very friendly and kind. With a variety of activities to choose from you are sure to fine something for everyone. We were just passing though and stopped to have a little fun and stretch out after the long ride. Volcano Falls Adventure Park did not disappoint!!

This place is alright! Volcano Falls is the place to go when you have some spare time and is perfect for kids. The pricing was fair and the arcade gave you a fair amount of tickets. My only complaint is that there is enough to do. It's almost like the fun ended to quickly. Over all I give Volcano Falls four stars.

I appreciate that Volcano Falls offers us a place for some summer family fun - and we always have fun mini putting and at the batting cages. My only complaint is that the prices stay the same even as the facilities become weathered and run down. To be perfectly fair, Volcano Falls is a nice place. But, putting some money back in to the facilities in ways that are visible to patrons is necessary when consistently asking top dollar for the experience.
