Vision Quest VR & Arcade

We have fallen in love with this place. Very clean and very nice/helpful employees. My son LOVES coming here. We haven't personally tried the VR YET but we love the arcade and it gets better every time we go. Good bang for your buck on games and tickets. Love the variety of prizes. Can't wait to go again! I had questions about birthday party's if you guys did packages with the VR and the arcade?

It's a great place for a birthday party if kids like to play VR. One employee came and helped my daughter get VR on and pick a game as we sat there with no idea what to do. He was great. The only complaint I have is no restroom or not that we could find anyway. This almost caused an accident ruining party time.

the regular arcade part is just alright but the VR part is really cool. The staff is friendly/ helpful and the place itself is really clean.

We went for my son's 10th birthday weekend and we had a blast! Staff was super friendly and helpful and there were lots of places to sit. We will definitely be returning.

Really cool place. Lots of fun for kids and adults. Still a few hiccups with the VR software but nothing bad. Will who works there helped us and thank god for him. He was excellent and obviously is a wizard with the tech. I honestly don't know if it would be the same experience without his knowledge and help. Highly recommend.

This place is incredible and the only one of its kind in the Tri-Cities! I had a blast in a virtual bar fight! Lol! There are so many different adventures to choose from. Come experience your very own virtual reality today!

Quite an experience! The Free Roam was too much fun. They also have simulators of roller coasters & bike rides & assorted other things. The staff here is awesome! The guys were so helpful and explained everything clearly and and made sure we enjoyed our time. The rollercoaster simulator can make you feel motion sick- so choose carefully, but still a lot of fun

Took the grandkids there for the second time today. They had a blast and we will be back. Both times we went, Will was working. He is great with the kids and very helpful and friendly.

Great place! Even though there were some people in a party, we got to enjoy some machines and was really fun. I loved the excitement of the manager, it was very contagious, as well as the other members. I have to mention a blonde worker, whom I do not her name, but the way she treated me, carefully, letting me pick my games, smiling and being very nice. We had such a good time at our Tradebank company outing! The options offered were awesome, there is so much to do!! The staff and owner were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this for a team building outing or party or just to go in for some fun on your own. I could see my teens loving this too (and my teens would have loved it as younger kids too...there really is something here for all the ages!!)

It's a fun place . The kids really enjoyed it. The arcade is a nice addition as well. The other thing that bothered me is my autistic son couldn't change between the games on the VR and the Staff acted very inconvenienced to have to get up and help when they weren't doing anything but talking to one another.

We recently had my son?s birthday party at Vision Quest. It was a great time, the staff was amazing and there was so much to do, we kids of all ages there and they all had a great time. But I guess the most telling testimony of all was my 15 year old teenage birthday boy told me last night that it was the best birthday he's ever had. Thank you to everyone at VQ, this will be a party destination from now on.

My grandson had his birthday party there yesterday. The workers that were there were so nice and so good with the kids, they are to be commended. It's an awesome place for young people to experience things they may not get to otherwise.

My son and I have been here quite a few times in the past and great customer service from ALL staff members!! This weekend we have been helped both days by a lovely brunette girl name Sarah. She was super friendly in helping my kiddo get the hang of games and helped ease his anxiousness during the Rollercoaster ride, Great experience!

We reserved our spot online very easily since we were driving from the Bristol area. When we got there, check in was super easy. It was our son?s birthday and he brought a buddy! The staff was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and engaged with what was going on. To start they suggested some easy games for the 8yr olds and then both kids played other games that fit them. There was a pretty wide range selection of games. The kids had a marvelous time!!!!!! The facility is very sleek looking, neat and clean.

This place was absolutely perfect ??. We had a party of 20 and rented the whole thing for 2 hours. The attendants were fabulous. ?? is the best description I can give. We had ages from 3 to 57 and they all had a blast. Thank you so much for the exciting time.

My son and I love this place!! We go here every few weeks and have a blast. we done the roller coaster and I literally had to take my VR glasses off because I felt like I was going to crash on a roller coaster. this is the prime reason why I still will not get on a roller coaster and this freaked me out so bad it felt extremely real!! I have to say as scared as I was it was extremely fun!!

Brought my girlfriend and her little sister. We all had a great time (I might have had the most). Was a great opportunity to try a quality VR setup prior to investing in one. Cool place but the manager, Megan, needs to learn some customer service skills. While mid playing a VR game, I felt someone grabbing my left ankle. Startled, I lift my headset off to find the manager yanking my shoe off and rudely informing me that shoes are not allowed on the mat. Upon arriving, we were not told to remove our shoes. I would have been happy to remove them if asked but wait until the game is over or politely tap me on the shoulder. Don't just come up and start taking my shoe off for me! So r

My kids loved it! And the staff are very understanding and helpful!! My 5 year old has autism and the staff was very patient and did a great job helping him! Highltly recommend especially for special needs families!

If you like gaming, come here to elevate your experiences. This place introduced me to VR and it's an entire gaming medium people are missing out on. This place is mad fun with your family or on a date. Good times for sure. A bit pricey, but hey, if you don't have an expensive VR set it's definitely worth the experience of cooperating with whoever your playing with.

Our homeschool group had a party at this venue. It was a new experience for all of us. We were very impressed with the service, cleanliness, and gaming experience. As a mom, I liked that I could see my child AND see what they were viewing. Hands down, one of the best Virtual Reality setups that I have ever seen. My whole family loves coming here. I even got some gift certificates for my co-workers and their families. The staff really goes out of their way to make everybody feel comfortable. I can't recommend them enough. I am most excited to check out the Dr. Who experience with the "Weeping Angels."

Made a reservation for my son and I, drove an hour to get there just to find out they gave away our game reservation to a larger group. I get why they did it from a business standpoint $60<$350 but still highly disappointed my son and I that they did that. Definitely NOT good business conduct.

Very helpful staff. I had never done VR before and they helped me and were very patient. The power went out while I was there and they were very calm and professional. 10/5 stars if I could, will definitely be back!

It took them 10 minutes to get it working WHILE MY TIME WAS STILL RUNNING. Then half the games wouldnt load...TIME STILL RUNNING. The software was CLUNKY at best. Instead of giving us more time as they agreed they hurried us out the door adding INSULT TO INJURY. Literally as I tripped over the bench that was a little too close to the VR pad and sctraped and bruised my shins. Not set up very well or safe. I won't be bringing my kids back to this one for sure. 2 stars. 2 thumbs down. Terrible experience.

I just walked in to see what GPU their PC had and it was a 3060 with lots and I mean lots of dust. That's a major fire hazard. I would recommend dusting them off. The VR setups looked amazing.

Great experience for our family! From bungee jumping off the Statue of Liberty, walking with dinosaurs, to shooting zombies, it was a very fun family outing.

I went in he helped as fast as possible and even gave us some deals and he told us the best ones to pick the rides and was there the whole time if help needed

Wouldn't recommend. Website is dysfunctional and the staff took it out on us. I understand technical difficulties, but the condescending tone of their 18 year old staff was ridiculous. Never again.
