The staff expertly managed the transitions of the kids between the VR arena and other gaming areas. I decided to try Virtual Ventures for my son's birthday party, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! Located on the third floor of an old school building with other shops/businesses, it features two converted classrooms: one for VR experiences and another as a hangout area. The owner, who also served as our host, is very passionate about his work and ensured everything ran smoothly. The ?hangout room? is equipped with video games, foosball, and air hockey, perfect for breaks between virtual adventures

We had my 11 years olds birthday party here and it beyond exceeded my expectations! The virtual reality was fun for the kids and the adults. A great perk was in between teams, the ?waiting? area was also a gaming lounge which included Xbox, air hockey, arcade games, and more to keep you busy. Very fun. They had a waiting room for a second group waiting, which contained air hockey, snacks (some free), some arcade games, and an xbox. Pretty cheap for the time given, would recommend.

My daughter and her friends had a great time!!! We were looking for something different to do for her 13th birthday this year and found the perfect place here. They are so friendly, great customer service, made sure all the kids had goody bags, even though a few more kids came than expected. On the way home, my daughter said this was the best birthday ever. She had a blast!! ????

Brought six boys for a 21st birthday party. They had a blast. The time flew by and then they laughed about it all through dinner. They definitely want to come back!

I booked a birthday party for my 12yr old son. It was awesome! I loved how we got the whole place to ourselves during our party, and we could bring in our own snacks and drinks. The boys even had fun playing the games in the lobby during a little break. The owner, Micheal, was very helpful, super knowledgeable and very nice! Loved how he changed the VR room to a birthday theme for my son, very cool! So glad I found this hidden gem in the Quad Cities.

Virtual Ventures is a QC gem! Our 12 year old twins hosted their birthday party here, and it was top notch. The kids were totally engrossed - both inside the arena and in the lounge area. They catered to the kids needs so well; when my daughter freaked out because the zombie attack game (her brother?s choice) was a bit much for her sensitive nature, they gave her an extra game of her choice to ensure she had a positive experience and a happy birthday. I will be recommending them to everyone!

We've had the last two birthday parties for my son here because he had so much fun at the first one! Great ownership, the lobby is perfect for parents and kids alike when not playing a VR game. Brought in our own drinks and cake but really don't need to do anything else! Super easy and and everyone has a blast! Highly recommend!

Our first time going was a party of four adults. That was two weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon just to kill time. We had so much fun we returned on Sunday for another session. This place is addicting! Truly can't say enough good stuff about this place. We are headed back this weekend with family and friends for more fun!!!

Just hosted a birthday party for a 13 year old. All participants had a great time and cannot wait to go back! 12 kids attended. Half of the group played VR while the other half hung out in the lobby and waited their turn. There was plenty to do for everyone. Free popcorn and arcade games. I didn't really have to lift a finger. Literally showed up and set out our snacks and cake. Everything else was taken care of. Michael was awesome to work with!

Definitely had a fun experience! We played the little zombie game. You can pick up different weapons and reinforce your barricade. The game set tracks your movements so you don't have to use the joystick. Never played with a VR set but trying it for the first time was pretty easy. The host was super friendly and informative. Can't wait to go back! ??

This place is a hidden gem. My husband and I went here on a date night. We did the Dragon Tower escape room, such a unique and fun time. The lobby was cool with free games to hang out and play. We are already planning double dates to go again with friends. Can't wait to do another room and hopefully laser tag!

We didn't really know what to expect going in, but our son and his friends loved it! The games were amazing, and they wished they could buy them for their home VR sets. My husband said the building and the owner were awesome!

Came here for my birthday and absolutely loved it! The games were very high quality and they had cute little avatar guys. The staff were very friendly and helpful, made for a very comfortable safe environment. Also amazing community! Overall 11/10 stars. :))

We got to try out the Halloween Castle VR game. It was soooo realistic I thought I was going to run into the walls! It was so fun!!! Pro Tip: Wear super comfortable clothes because it's a workout! I can't wait until we go back again. My 15 year old son said he wants to play every day! ?? I HIGHLY recommend taking your family here for a good time. First real experience with VR and it was amazing! The owner was the one working; very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to have a passion for his business. In there lobby they have a custom retro arcade cabinet with 7000+ games over mutliple generations of consoles and handhelds. We completed the Runaway Train escape room and will definitely be back to try out the zombie games they offer. Highly recommend trying the experience yourself atleast once.

What a fun experience for us! We played the Egyptian and Japanese laser tag tonight! Kids and adults in our group all loved it! The technology and experience was so cool, very real, immersive! I'm looking forward to going back and trying their virtual reality escape rooms next?.I highly recommend trying out Virtual Ventures.

Great place for families or friends to hangout. Amazing staff working and helping anyway they can. If you fear motion sickness, have glasses, never tried VR, or worried in anyway, they have everything in place to help. Comfortable headsets, very responsive controls, all around blast and strongly recommend anyone in area or anyone visiting for holidays.

Even through technical issues we had an AMAZING TIME! We played the pirate fishy adventure, puzzles and plots were intriguing! Friendly staff and awesome lobby! Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time! We played The Dragon Tower VR Escape Room! We laughed so hard trying to figure it out! So worth it! Super fun team building game! Would highly recommend if you're looking for something different to do!

I did this for my anniversary with my boyfriend and it was so fun! The owner was so nice and welcoming and explained the rules so clearly. Definitely a great activity for team-building. We will be back for sure!

Virtual Ventures is definitely a must have experience! The moment you walk in it's like you're walking into a whole new world before you even try the games! The games feel so immersive sometimes you forget you are walking around in real life! Definitely going back for some more!

Probably my favorite VR experience!!! The escape rooms were amazing, VR absolutely changes the dynamic and makes for more creative environments.
