My kid had a blast for his birthday. The staff were all great to deal with and answered any questions promptly. We were able to arrive earlier than our start time to set up a few decorations. 2 hour party package with food and beverage for 10 kids and 15 adults was $600 total, including the service fee/gratuity. It was a bit expensive and most people agreed the food was "okay" which is the only reason for the 4 stars. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

a great place to play esports, very nice graphics and monitors, also has a great arcade outside, love the tekken and street fighter, they even let you bring your own controller and headphones! for $12 for locals 2 hours, you can't beat it, not to mention i was hitting shots more accurately and more headshots on this compared to my PS5 and 720p tv at home, i recommend this place if your a fan of gaming and shooting/fighting games!

Just celebrated my daughter?s 8th birthday party here earlier and I'm so glad we did! Staff was very accommodating. They suggested to ear and do the cake first then let the kids go out and play so they got the full 2 hours of game play. Everyone (including parents) looked like they were having a blast!

Didn't realize there was an issue until we went to check out and the card said my son only won 200 tickets. $250 no refunds (did not know this to start) staff went to check game and confirmed the game was broken and not giving correct tickets. Very good time for children from 7 to 12 years... Games are fairly well maintained. Prizes are decent.. tickets are fairly easy to obtain, but nowhere near the value related to money spent. Started visiting Velocity Esports a few years ago from a local's recommendation when we were looking to do something with our kids during the day. Now it is our tradition to stop by here every time we are in Vegas, and this review has been long overdue. The staff are always super friendly. Ron, the manager, really stands out - he's professional, approachable and makes sure every guest feels valued. There's always a great selection of games and prizes to keep the family entertained.

Loved it! My nephews 14th bday was here. Great party package, host, food, games and fun. Plenty of good food for a bunch of teen football players, clean lanes that worked, plenty of seating. 1 hour game passes. Tons of games, they all worked, no long lines or big crowds in afternoon. This is a nice hang out for kids and adults. There are pool tables, food, a bar , bowling, arcades, and pinball games. You can spend about an hour or 2 here and play all of the games. Throughout the week there are game and food specials as well. Go check it out. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I want to thank Megan and her team for being such a great hostess and event coordinator. I recently celebrated a birthday party at their bowling center. We were able to secure the whole bowling center with a private bartender and deejay all provided by Velocity! All my guests had only great things to say about the food and atmosphere. Megan answered all my requests promptly and her staff kept close attention to my guests needs. Definitely would have another party here. Very family friendly!

In what it was previously known as Gameworks, Velocity is your one stop for entertainment. I enjoy my time there. I haven't played any arcade games; just walk around, enjoying the moment. By the way, I'm a retro type of guy. All the arcade games accept card credits. In my time I use quarters to play arcade games. This is not my style.?? But I do enjoy it.?? Highly recommend it!

This was a decent size arcade with typical arcade games, the atmosphere was was fun and enjoyable, but the food was not the best. All round it's a good place for a family night.

An absolute blast!! We had our company party here and we reserved the bowling room plus video game time for about 40 people. The service was quick and smooth and we had a great time! Arcade is extremely expensive and credits make zero sense. $20 gets you 80 credits but $25 will get you 140 credits. Again pricing makes zero sense. Pricing of redemption prizes is marked up through the roof. Games are not maintained. Teenager employees are lazy and could care less. One of the worst arcades I've ever been to.

Went here to support an LGBTQ+ friendly business and we were not disappointed! We didn't play any arcade games, but the play area was clean and spread out enough that it could fit a crowd. I wanted to try something different than Round1 and decided to visit Velocity on 06 January 2025 for the first time and my experience was amazing.. The Self Service Kiosks are an additional gem to this place and you can continually go back to add Credit to your card. I played a variety of games while here :: Basketball , Racing , Shooting , and Skiing.. They also had a Gaming PC area but I opted not to game. I overall enjoyed my time here and I will definitely visit again.

Awesome meal & customer service! Waitress let us know the size of pizza so we decided to order one & share it. Really appreciate her telling us that because it was definitely more than enough for us. I took my 12 yo here last weekend. Started off rough with the kids working the front desk not knowing about their own promotions and the Manager also doing a terrible job of explaining their Jan. Velocity esports is equally as fun as a game works or Dave n busters. They have a wide range of arcade games, bowling and esports in a separate area. There's a full bar and a food menu . We came here because of the Pogo pass. While the pass only gives a limited hour of access, the place itself is amazing. I recently hosted our company Holiday Party for 350 attendees at Velocity Esports and everything for the buyout was fantastic from the initial contact with them to the entire event. Took my nephew here for his bday party. Great deal the 2 for $99 special. I used to bring the kids here when it was Gameworks, still basically the same, a few things have changed. It's a great place for the family or for adults to hang out and have lots of fun. The bowling is awesome. They offer military discounts as well on basically everything. The child likes to come here very much, but when we chose the gift of points on the high shelf, a few boxes of toys fell down, when the child was below. Fortunately, he did not get hit. The staff saw the incident but did not take any action, continuing to play with their mobile phones. These two staff members were very irresponsible. I want to file a complaint against them. I hope this place can bring joy to children and ensure their safety.

They have added a few new games since they took over for game works and do a much better job at maintaining them, plus they have a machine that handles all super combo card and coin turn ins by the counter. The food is good we had the pretzel sticks, and the drinks are great to. When it comes to prizes they have a decent selection, all that's missing are the giant stuffed animals which of course are all my wife wants lol.

Had an engagement event for my staff and they really enjoyed themselves. We had a good experience. The only concern was not enough wings for 20 ppl ( it was only enough for 2 pieces per person, maybe look into including more in the package) Other than that my server Winston was amazing, he was there taking care of my team from start to finish. Held a celebration event with over 70 people in the Party Room at Velocity Esports. The venue was perfect. The tech check the day before went well. The food was very good. The staff was very accommodating when we requested that the food be served 45 minutes earlier than was originally scheduled. Attendees appreciated being able to enjoy the games after the event. A good time was had by all.

It's better if you know the secrets. If you name 10 US presidents to an employee, you get free entry, same thing if you show a local id or wear a cape. If you wear any costume you get a free card with your tokens. Free prize underneath at least 1 machine. Clean and well maintained.

Well they have some newer games from before when they were game works, I still wish they had cruising in the world but overall they had some amazing games including a really fun Jurassic park game. Fun place to kill some time.

This place is one of the most beautiful attractions I've seen since visiting Chicago. From arcade games, to music to the bar- each activity was amazing. Went to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and Erica took great care of us. The facility was clean, and we constantly saw the staff vacuuming, wiping down areas, and keeping everything orderly. The bowling staff was very nice as well. When the machine malfunctioned, we were given extra time on our lane as well as our points for our scores. The food was pretty decent as well, and they had a pretty sweet deal, so I was able to piece together a cost-effective package with ease. A great time was had by all!

Esports Velocity was a great place/choice for our recent professional event! We had a ton of people fit in the party space, food, water and gaming cards for their family members. The event planning department deserves 5 stars. They accommodated our party at the very last minute and were super helpful. However, the young lady handling the bowling lanes deserves a negative zero star. She made the whole experience one that we would not wish to remember.
