Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We had much fun as a family there yesterday. The prices were easy on our pockets. The workers were pleasant. Clean bathrooms and clean ???? ?? environment. The Ninja courses and the zip line were the main highlights for us. We would love to return over the summer. There are membership as well, which will help to save money ?? ?? ??. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place to get your kids' BD party! I will do it again! Awesome customer service, great management, awesome for kids any ages to play?, great food, clean and organized! We came with family and friends on Feb 22, and it was a busier day than usual. The staff was terrific, and there was so kind and patient to the little children, especially the young lady in the mini car section. She is a hard worker and kind to my children and others. We visited Urban Air in Ballenger Creek, MD, and overall had a great experience! Most of the day was pleasant, and almost all of the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and great with the kids. The party host was terrible ? we had to repeatedly track them down, and every time they showed up, they were rushing everything as if we were an inconvenience. This place was awesome!!!! My sister and I took our daughters and we are in our 30s and literally participated with our kids we had a lot of fun. They have a decent snack and pizza bar. They literally have all the coolest stuff you can think of. They have tons of space to throw multiple birthday parties if you're looking for a place to have your kiddos bday party but it was great. They had Lazer tag, sky line, trampolines of course and a lot more! It was very cool. My first time there and I loved it!

We love the new addition of the go-kart track for younger kids and some of the other redesigns. The staff is always top notch with our experiences. The unlimited summer pass and the new refillable ICEE cup means a pair of happy kids this year. I do wish the laser tag would support more than 8 participants and my oldest would like to see the 2 flipping bummer cars fixed. Cart #8 has been down during our last 3 visits and #7 went down today.

Wow!! This was our first visit and we had an absolute blast! We had 7 in our group from 4 to 60 and there was something for EVERYONE! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got busier in the afternoon but still had enough space to do all things. My favorite was the laser tag! We will definitely be back!

Aweful! Place is filthy. We hadmy granddaughters birthday there and the staff were asked 4 times over 3 hours to please announce her birthday. It was never done. Food was hard and stale and tasteless. Massage chairs only half worked, one took my daughters money and didn't work at all. People sat in them like they were lounge chairs. The staff at this Urban Air is truly amazing!! Starting off from Amina who was our party helper. To Cole and two other staff members, did not get their names who helped my daughter who suffers with really bad anxiety over come her fear when it came to zip lining. They did not care that the line for the zip line was getting so long due to my daughter?s fear but instead helped her feel comfortable. I appreciate each one of you so so much! I had my sons 11th birthday party here yesterday and everyone absolutely loved it. This location was very clean which is super important to me when inviting friends and family out to celebrate one of my children. Our host Xavier was the best. We didn't need for anything. He was so nice, extremely professional and truly cared about my son having a nice birthday. He always has the biggest smile and whenever I requested something he would say ?no problem!? And I would have whatever was needed within minutes.

Had a team party - set up was smooth & easy, everyone was friendly and helpful, kids had a great time. Rates for our large group were a pretty good value, and the venue wasn't too crowded on the Friday night. Would definitely do it again!

My family are platinum members and we always have a fantastic time at Urban Air! Tonight was my son?s first time at the bumper cars and Tahura was extra sweet and careful with him to ensure he was safe and comfortable throughout the experience. We liked urban air. Went a few times so I got a membership for my family. I thought it was a month to month basis, since they don't advertise it's a 12 month contract clearly. I've been given the run around on if they will cancel it. After these 12months I probably just won't return. Although the park was great for my child, dodge ball was a mess. Some other very older children came, and they had purposely said racial slurs to my children. They threw the dodge balls as hard as they could at my child?s head It happened to hit his eye, and he could barely see for a couple hours. The worker at dodge ball had happen to know these other older children and did nothing about it. I would highly recommend watching your children while playing dodge ball.

I recently visited urban air with my friends , and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. What made things worse was the poor handling of tickets and wristbands. I purchased two platinum tickets and socks for my kids, spending over $80. However, when we went to the trampoline area, an employee told me we couldn't play there because we didn't have the ?correct? wristbands. I was shocked. This is a really nice indoor kid's park. Very roomy, very clean, and with so many different rides and adventure areas. Great for young and older kids. It has a small cafe with a great selection of drinks, frozen drinks, hot dogs, hot pretzels, and much more. My older kids loved everything, the trampolines, the ninja course, the rock climbing wall, and especially the zip line. There is also a large jungle gym, a cool laser tag arena, and amazing somersault bumper cars. We had a fantastic time!

Quite an experience! We have been to other places like this but this one was just more. Almost chaotic but in a good way. After the Corona quarantine I promised my boys we would go to Skyzone. However, my friend told me about Urban Air and I knew they were going to love it. Usually after an hour of jumping on the trampoline they get tired and want to play arcade games. I did my research and figured it was cheapest to buy the monthly pass which gives you unlimited visits and we can participate in all activities. Great place to take the family. Nice rates even if you don't want the membership which is nice. We have been to a lot of similar play places in Virginia and Maryland but this one is my new favorite! The zip line is awesome, the space is huge, and there's so much seating. I was expecting it to be loud and over crowded but it wasn't! Kids had a blast and parents could chill ?? really appreciate that they do buzzers for food orders, too. We'll be back!

We've been paying members here for a year, and today for the first time we show up and my son?s favorite attraction is now moderated by staff and you have to wait in a line, but the staff is not attentive and they let multiple kids cut in front of us. My 3 year old doesn't understand this because we used to freely jump in the ball pit area with no issues. We've now been standing here for fifteen minutes and the attendant disappeared. Nice indoor fun for kids of all ages, with tons of things to do. Attractions include Climbing Walls, Indoor Ziplines, Bumper Cars, Ropes Course, Dodgeball, Trampolines, Arcades and a lot more! Fun and engaging activity filled place for the kids.

Hopefully management will see this. I find it very unfair when kids are supposed to be a certain height for a attraction but no one is implemented. My dauther waited over 30 mins for a attraction and kids smaller then her were able to get in, but she was not allowed I tried to get someone's attention but they were all to busy to pay attention. This is such a fun place to be! There is a lot to do here for all ages. Our kids love this place, they've been there for parties and general platinum admissions and now they're attending Urbie Camp. All afternoon fun and games while making new friends, that leaves them worn out and ready to wind down before heading to bed. Lots to do. It's really dark so hard to keep track of kids. It is very crowded and not a lot of supervision for activities by staff. Could have just been the date/time we chose. It is definitely worth the amount you pay for all that is included.

As with any other indoor children's indoor attraction, it can be super busy with parties and standard walk-ins. You'll deal with younger teen agers who may not necessarily realize they are trampoling over younger kids. Most times absolutely an accident. Some younger kids are also in their punk stages as well.... incl. mine lol Attractions are teired based on what you paid for.

The indoor park was very clean and lines were well organized. We will definitely be going back. My 8 & 10 year old girls had a great time and didn't even get around to all of the attractions during our two hour time slot.

Urban Air has so much to offer and will keep your kids and teens busy for hours! The platinum pass is definitely worth it as there is no time limit. It includes unlimited access to all of the attractions, including laser tag, the flip zone, the ropes course and more! They also have membership opportunities and birthday packages.

Our kids have tried several trampoline parks and really enjoyed Urban Air. There's so many choices, such as jumping, climbing walls, laser tag, etc. I would have given 5 stars but do think additional staff would be helpful. There were several areas where some stricter rules for safety might be a good idea. But it was a lot of fun and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be going back!!!!

Our party host Bobbi was phenomenal and made sure my son had the best birthday party! The facility is clean, the staff keeps a good eye on the kids to make sure they're safe, the food is meh but it's a kid's play place, the kitchen is clean, the bathrooms are clean and the kids had a blast! Unless your children are 48 in or taller, I'd skip this. They are quick to sell you an Ultimate or Platinum pass but most everything included is for kids 4 feet or taller. It was also so crowded that it was genuinely dangerous feeling. Employee said that they booked 190 kids from two different groups at one time, on top of letting regular price customers in. I spoke to a manager about my concerns, and was told my feedback was appreciated. Miserable experience.

From booking my sons party all the way to the end of the party was top notch customer service. Coming in the door for my party I had a mommy meltdown because my sons cupcakes and cake got ruined during transport and it seemed like all hope for a good day was lost. Our party hostess jumped right in and started trying to salvage the cupcakes and save the day and she did indeed save the day. We will be back

Simply a great local spot to let the kids of all ages play together! Yes, at 30 something I LOVE chasing after my 5 year old on the trampolines! And the zip line is awesome as well (up to 230lb adults can use that thing!!!!)
