I wanted to give a big thank you to this amazing employee Charles Hawkins! I went today with my little one just for a fun day. My little one did the rock climbing for the first time and he really helped out. He got on the other side of the wall and was like a guide for helping her step! He was very patient and kind. We came here with our 7-year old, we had a blast. She was having so much fun. There is trampolines and many fun activities to do. There is also a mini zip line indoors that she was obsessed with. We came around 4 PM on a Thursday but it was surprisingly busy and kids were there to play and have fun together. The whole concept worked really well. I would suggest having personnel actually performing activities with the kids live, like singing, dancing or encouraging them to interact with other kids their ages

Went for my son?s birthday party on 03-15-25 it was really fun, Ari was our party host she was really sweet & very helpful! There was a little complications with the pizza but the party host coordinator (I think that's what she was) Ms.Love resolved the issue, very professional.. would definitely come again!

We had our daughters birthday there during the week, April 23rd, TODAY!!! LOL. Absolutely recommend doing that!!! It was not busy at all!!! The kiddos had tons of fun, even the adults. Food was out at perfect timing and was great!!! I can't remember our hosts name (I'm sorry) but she was Absolutely amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. We will definitely be back and highly recommend booking during the week. They do have great hour blocks for school nights!!!

I attended my grandsons birthday party. Impressive place for young kids. My granddaughter enjoyed the harness zip line numerous times and enjoyed watching her. There's not much on the order of food, though. You would be best to plan ahead and bring your own, especially if it's a party or large group. I left early!

We just had our birthday party for our 8yr old today. By far the best decision we've made this new year. Our host was LEXI and she crushed it! Looking at reviews I am not regretting canceling my membership I had here. I canceled my membership a while ago due to the management and staffing. I had a young lady disrespect me while I was checking in my kids for no reason. I filed a complaint and never heard a thing back. Management and staff also pretended they couldn't help me fix my membership?s between my kids. And would not fix which child had what membership plan. I love this place and bring my kids here all the time. When this place is as packed as it is today there needs to be staff at every play zone to ensure safety. Where the kid zone under 7, someone needs to secure the netting. This is a big safety hazard and needs to be a safe zone for the little ones. Staff need to be with a whistle and make sure that these kids are not wild, which is gonna happen. First time here, they were having issues with the waivers/internet however Rebecca was so so sweet, patient and helpful! My kids had a blast and we'll be back for sure!

This place sucked. All of the staff on court didn't care about kids running around and when I talked to the manager mike, he said he'd talk to his staff about it and then didn't. Staff on court were rude as well! What kind of place is this, like be for real!?? They would yell at me and my two kids about "not following rules" when we were, it was the teenagers near us. Never coming back when I visit Bryan again.

Got there 2 hrs before closing 7 pm and payed por a bracelet to have access to everything and per the manager other parts like rock climbing, zip line were going to be open in 10 min and there were never opened again. Every time kids would ask staff they would respond that it was already closed. Will not be returning back to this place. Don't waste your money on this place. Staff are careless too.

Ari and Ms.love best customer service and best experience I could have up here at urban air. They were very helpful kind polite definitely will be making a trip back to come see both of them.

Great place to bring the kids for several hours of fun! They have wall climbing, a zip line, obstacle course, dodge ball, and trampolines. The place itself is great. Lots of things to do. We've gone here several times and Friday they used a t-square to check her height and she passed. She has been waiting in anticipation for the day she got to use the zip line. She road the zip line on and off for over 4.5 hrs. Also, an employee has to be at each area so you can use that area. Starting at 4:00 we kept having to ask for an employee to come to every area she wanted to use. In the rock climbing area she waited over 20 mins for someone to show up.

We love having this family friendly place to visit, but over the last three years this establishment has been on a steep decline. The owners clearly don't care about the cleanliness or the upkeep necessary to run an honorable business in our community. Equipment is broken, worn down, and/or extremely DIRTY! My 3 kids & I visit the Bryan location frequently. My 8 year old has always ridden the glider & today ( 12/9/23) they refuse to let her saying she's too short. We drive almost an hour each visit & pay for the delux wristband mainly for her to be able to do that attraction. Never once have we been told she was too short and now all of a sudden she is, leaving me with an incredibly upset child.

Every time I visit this location I am met with the best customer service ever. Any issues or concern that arises the Manager Liz is always happy to help. If I could give lower stars so that this review could be read I would but I'll settle with one star. There was an assault yet the actions taken twords resolving the issue lead the person that was assaulted along with the accompanied party to be solely kicked out I called corporate and there has yet to be a resolute to the poor service and treatment here at this location.

First time visitor this last weekend. It was recommended by a family friend so I gave it a shot. When I walked in the door Diana was the very most beautiful hearted welcoming employee I have ever received customer service from in my life!! She has the sweetest smile was great with the kids. Had my son's 9th birthday here and the place is awesome. He had a great time. The staff definitely needs some work! The hostess was not very attentive and slow. The concession stand person was rude. Hope they get this fixed for an all around great experience next time.

Got there about 10 minutes after it was supposed to open. All the employees were waiting outside and said the person with a key had not shown up. My grandkids waited outside for about 10 minutes. Then an employee told us we should go to Jumping World, as there was no telling when the person with the key would show up. So we did.

This place is pretty cool, and my kids loved it UNTIL my son was told he was too short to go on the ropes course and the sky rider. Keeping in mind that they do have a height chart right at check in saying what you can and can not do at the park. He measured easily at the 48" mark.
