We've been to other Urban Air locations, and our kids loved them. To say this was a disappointment probably isn't strong enough. A lot of the activities were either partially or completely broken, the safety was lacking, there wasn't enough staffing, the lighting was terrible, and the water fountains didn't work. We paid for Ultimate, and there are only two things that gets you: 1. A VR game area that only has two working headsets, and one working controller. 2. A climbing wall with at least one broken s
At check in I was advised that the website is corporate and that they set their own prices as a franchise. And don't offer the cheaper option. See photo with this location and price package they refused to honor. Many things in various states of disrepair. Staircase railing held in place with duct tape. Which appears to be the repair of choice for the facility. Safety nets ripped from sharp railings that they are adjacent to. On one of the deluxe attractions the bottom edge of the safety net was no longer
We had a great experience for my twins, 6th birthday. From booking the party to the days leading up with confirmations and details, Rocco and his staff were wonderful. I was able to decorate our private room to my liking and the food and times were very prompt from start to finish. The best part is once the party is finished, the kids can continue to play for as long as they like. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
Half the lights in the place are blinking. Led and definitely not intended to blink. Ropes in course are missing or ripped. Solid Edges of trampolines are caving in. Price definitely doesn't compare to experience in other locations. Half the courses are for shorter then 52".
We've been a long time family coming to this business since it opened. We often bring large groups of family and friends with us. We brought a group of 8 year old children to play. My son happens to be tall for his age. While on their favorite attraction (the tunnel) my son was singled out from his group and kicked out for being an inch taller than the "allowed" height. Now it doesn't make sense for me to bring my groups to a business where for the next few years until his peers catch up my child will be ex
These pictures are what I experienced December 8th of 2024 and I felt bad leaving a bad review since it was right before Christmas, I figured they were so slammed maybe they were trying to catch up, but I decided to give a last chance yesterday because my son wanted to go jumping and boy was that a mistake! When we went yesterday I saw they did remodel and change it up a bit which was a positive but they did up the price which was not great but hey it's a business I understand. Well yesterday outside it was
We had my son's birthday here... While the owner (Rocco) was super cool and helpful over the phone, the staff inside is NOT as professional. The front desk is run by young kids that don't care or understand customer service. The party attendant we was GREAT. The place is a bit overpriced in my opinion with prices starting around $25 for a regular day pass.
The entirety of the staff is rude. The girl at the front counter with no name tag or identifying shirt that she works here, 6/15/25, was snotty and decided to argue about what size socks my brother needed. If the staff are going to ignore the floor mat with sizing, then don't ask guardians what socks the child needs. Immediately when he put on the socks she determined that she knew better, they were too small and already falling off of his feet. It was obvious that she was annoyed that she had to do her job
My daughter enjoys this place a lot? but on all of our trips I've noticed something disturbing. The fire alarm constantly sounds and is ignored. It seems like the alarm volume is low but you can still see the lights going. If there ever was a real emergency, it's easy to imagine it would be ignored by the staff and customers. They should fix this safety issue.
Place was not very clean. You can see the dirt on most the the mats around the trampoline. The ball pit was full of dirty and half broken balls. My son and his father actually both got sick from going there. Unsanitary!!!
My son loves this place but watch out for pricing for older kids. They will offer you a priced package and say it comes with everything and then the VR never works. & the bigger kids can't get into all stations. So basically they charge more for less. The soft drink machine is always flat. & the young teens that work there seem to hate their job.
Had my child?s birthday party there last weekend and it was great! The new Jungle Gym was so much fun! Our party host was amazing and made sure my party was stress free. Great venue if you're looking to host a birthday party
My nephews birthday party was held here, great place for kids to run free and enjoy the space. I did however notice they weren't cleaning often, or sanitizing. No temperatures were checked coming in and since they allow a lot of kids in at once it would have been nice to keep the kids safer with a little effort. We enjoyed ourselves but I kept my mask on the entire time.
We took our 6 year old Grandson here to burn off some energy. Our first time here, we were impressed with how much the kids enjoy playing on the various activities available. There are numerous trampolines bumper cars, slides, climbing walls and tubes, ball pits, video games and so much more. There is a food stand that serves pizza, popcorn, soda and various other snacks. The various play stations are well staffed and employees keep a watchful eye on the kids. They offer daily entrance fees as well as month
My kids had a very nice time ranging in age from 2 to 13. So it was like 20 bucks a kid and I felt it was worth it I'm not sure if I would have paid 30 or 40 though. We were there for 3 hours and felt it was just the right amount.
Love coming here with my kids. We recently had my oldest son?s 6th birthday here. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The kids had a great time. I highly recommend this Urban Air!
Awful. Having visited at least 10 Urban Air facilities in the North East, this one is the worst. Granted it was over Spring break and we did expect crowds, but this facility exceeded there capacity limits. Baby strollers blocking walk ways, shoes, socks, coats left everywhere. Tables left with food and drink garbage on them, I actually felt sorry for some of the employees who tried to keep some order in this place, but were getting pushback from parents .
This is the most overcrowded and under maintained urban air I have visited. The staff are completely unconcerned about safety and I am pretty sure there is no way a maintenance person is on staff or even on call. The stairs have a hand rail that is falling off, the obstacle course is not regulated or inspected for safety. The trampolines are nothing more than a sketchy game of bumper bodies, the play area was controlled by older children who would not let younger kids play. The foam pit squares felt gre
Kids are horrible here and the staff has no control. Place is filthy and I doubt gets cleaned properly. My daughter lost her phone weeks ago and the things we found while looking were disturbing. They claim they clean out the ball pits and foam pits every few months yet phones can't be found still tracking back to there.
Very friendly and patient staff. Overall, the equipment was in good condition and kid safe. The thing keeping this from being a 5 start review would be the horrible smelling bathrooms (urine) and I went right when they opened for the day.
Very spacious trampoline and climbing park. Caters for birthdays and other partys. Staff are friendly and facilities clean. Mandatory purchase of the socks are a dissappointment.
Honestly the place is falling apart. Teen employees are not supervised. We didn't see one manager. Teen employees are just chatting away not monitoring kids playing. VR station had only 2 headsets working, monitors were out of order, safety railing are all wobbly which is held up by a rope tied to a pipe hanging from the ceiling, the floors are dirty, old broken things are in every tiny space, stair rails are missing, tables weren't being cleaned, cafe employees eating cupcakes while serving food (one hande
I wish they would limit guests on weekends so it's not so chaotic and no lines .. there was also a toddler who repeatedly crashed my nephews party taking balloons and cupcakes but overall it's amazing and beats sky zone by a land slide
We have been to this location multiple times ( on a weekday for class trip and weekends for our own kids). We have also had birthday parties here. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The owner, Rocco, was very hospitable and made sure everything was going smoothly for our class trip and party. When we we have gone with our own kids for open jump, we went on a weekend and it was not overly crowded. The staff made sure the kids were safe at all times. The park is extremely clean and the food
We had an absolute blast!!! I took my niece and nephews to celebrate birthdays. The staff was amazing. The park was very clean. Great time from start to finish highly recommend. Definitely going back Thank you, Urban air!!!
I brought my granddaughter recently for the first time and the girl working the front desk Kaylee was so sweet and helped me decide which package to get for her as I was completely lost!
In my opinion, this is the most younger kid friendly place to go to especially for trampoline and a denture park my kids loved it and love going all the time. All the employees are super nice and very helpful.
All the money this place makes and the bathrooms are disgusting. All the toilet seats are broke and loose. One woman's bathroom smells like sewage everytime I have to attend a party and the other has all broken door locks.
Urban air more like urban Doodoo Dirty very dirty They keep older kids out of certain areas and call them linebacker sized kids dedicated to younger/smaller children Won't let you do any flips or any tricks on all the trampolines just jumping they only let you do tricks on the dangerous performance trampolines And don't take your kids to urban air And very overpriced
This is a great place to bring your kids. There are trampolines for jumping, ball pits, rock climbing, VR, and other activities for kids to perform. I went on a birthday party and the staff was very friendly and nice. Highly recommended.
My son dropped his phone in the ball pit Feb 2024, we used Find My Phone to locate its general location which was their ball pit. I've been there every few months for the last year to see if they've found it because as per management, the ball pit is emptied and cleaned every few months. It's been A YEAR! Either they're not cleaning/emptying it like they say or someone took it. Never will we ever return to this place!
I'm very disappointed in the service I got tonight it's 755 they close at 8:00 I asked the guy if my daughter can go on the rock climbing and he said no because she didn't have a deluxe band on my friend had a deluxe membership for her but downgraded because we weren't coming as often and I asked a guy if she can go on I said there's 5 minutes left to you close you can't just let her go and he said no
hi guys i go to urban like every weekend and its super fun. me and my brothers and friends love spending time at the dodgeball area. sometimes the refs can be mean but their really cool and funny. the birthday reservations are good and they give you tasty pizza and drinks. and you get playtime and cake. i read some of the one star reviews and was in shock. urban is like the best place ever. like im sorry u had a bad experience but there is n o need to share your personal thing with people that may change th
Don't waste your money on a membership. When you want to cancel, their employees will tell you they'll cancel it for you and then not do it. They'll keep charging you until an employee actually does their job and cancels. Horrible business.
What type of trampoline park doesn't allow you to do flips and tricks? The whole point of going to a trampoline park is to do just that. Especially getting told not to do flips next to the sign picture down below. Not worth the money.
Great place! Great for parties! Great to get kids energy out. Everyone had a blast! Going for another birthday party this weekend and definitely a bunch of times after
Party room and place is clean. Our kids love coming for our annual holiday party! Staff makes it easy from booking to setting up the party, and clean up too.
Run down and dirty. Workers are nowhere to be seen. Saw the manager more than once handing out ice to injured kids. Saw a Google from a week ago about 2 VR headsets not working, that is now up to 3. Only 1 works. They'll make you wait in line until they tell you that though. Kids just sitting in the balls in the obstacle course, but again no employees enforcing anything. Kids drinking icees in the jump areas, concrete blocked with some of the most non existent padding I've ever felt, teens running through t
This place makes me want to be a kid again!!The VR game is really cool. If you have an older kid definitely invest in the platinum ticket. It includes all attractions plus the VR game ????
I couldn't be more pleased with our son?s 6 year old birthday party. The staff was amazing and the kids had a blast.
Horrible service: Yes, there are young kids working there, and they are basically useless. My son and his friend said they never want to go back.
Why would you allow us to spend extra money on the virtual part only to have it not working ever. Extremely disappointed and feel cheated out of money. Times are tough for everyone. BE HONEST WHEN GUEST COME IN!!!!!!
This place is filthy, broken down, netting is taped together ot zip-tied together, I've found open safetypins on the trampolines before. Everytime my daughter has gone there, she's gotten sick with an upper respiratory infection. I wish it was kept clean and sanitized properly, especially the ball pit because my little one loves going there. Sadly it's not. So we will not be returning or attending for any of our remaining membership.
Awesome new place for the kids. The attractions are varied and awesome for all levels. The price is very fair, and even the food choices were good. My kids spent 3 hours there easily and still aren't bored.
This Urban Air Rocks! Staff is so nice and accommodating, place is clean , kids had a blast ! I highly recommend!
RACIST banned me and my children because a worker antagonized my 6 year old and I responded as I should instead of rectifying the situation another worker and the worker who accosted my child ganged up on me and stood over me and my children yelling calling my child a liar ! Do not go dirty stinks and not ran properly ran by kids .. I let the situation go it wasn't worth the stress to report until I got a email banning me before AN ADULT manager could reach out and hear my side of the story
The worst experience ever! Really disappointed, my kids birthday was ruined, never again I will go there, my kid and her guests were there for half an hour, one of the kids was followed every where by the employee, I didn't like it and wasn't comfortable! My friend said she won't come back here I ask for the refund and they said no So I spent 100$ for nothing Grabbing kid by the foot and making her uncomfortable is making sure we follow the rules??? I don't think you or your kid will be comfortable staying
The VR doesn't work, can't upgrade to pizza, the walls on some of the attractions are falling apart, the basketballs are deflated. Guess we will try sky zone or something because for the price, this is not it
I would rate this place 2 out of 10 . While trampoline parks are meant to be fun, this location was a huge disappointment. The facility was dirty and seemed poorly maintained, which made the experience uncomfortable. Also they push you to buy their socks even you have your own nonskid socks, On top of that, the staff was quite rude and unhelpful, which made things even worse. Overall, it didn't live up to expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it unless they make serious improvements in both cleanliness and
Urban Air trampoline park exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The park itself is massive, with a wide variety of attractions to keep everyone entertained for hours. The trampolines were in excellent condition, and safety was clearly a top priority. The ninja course and foam pit were definite highlights, providing endless fun for kids and adults alike. The facilities were clean, and the entire park had a vibrant atmosphere. We'll definitely
Went here for the first time for a birthday party. The workers were non existent at their stations and the ones that were at their stations were not doing their jobs. My husband paid $23 and change for socks to supervise our kids because he was told he had to. Meanwhile, other parents were on the trampolines and playing the basketball jump shot game wearing their own socks and /or sneakers. There were even parents in the ball pit area with sneakers on sitting in the ball pit with none of their children in s
Awesome place! Kids had the best times of their lives. So much to do and so much fun
8 yr old is happy here...
I never leave one stars for companies! Never, but this is completely warranted. The staff is completely rude and disrespectful young kids who they put in charge of watching over other young kids. My son was cursed at by a staff member, then was yelled at when they assumed he was playing hide and seek, they proceeded to then kick him out, with out finding the parent in charge of him! This happened almost a year ago. I tried to call and speak to a manager which is hilarious bc they don't care because they are
Been the victim of their membership scam for the last year. They will not let you cancel! You must close your entire bank account in order to stop payments. I canceled my debit card and MasterCard gave them my new number so they've still been taking money from my account for the last 3 months ( just found out today). I actually hate this place. Haven't used the membership since january.
Nice place to jump, very clean. However the staff needs to learn some compassion, respect and common decency. My party was over but my son who is autistic did not want to exit the play pen. As a parent I needed to enter to get my child but I was told by the worker I need special socks to do that. Upset already I left my child alone to go to the front to get socks only to be told I need to pay for the socks even though there were socks from my party that were not used. After going back and forth with the ma
My kids always have a blast here!! Very clean, professional, and the food is really good too! The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
We have a membership to this park. My son loves to do the climbing and is very proficient at it - beyond his years. The manager has always approved him in the past but today denied him entrance. Soul crushing for a little guy. I'm a rule follower and appreciate safety issues but you don't say it's okay 4 times and the next visit say no. I'll rethink my membership there. Climb Zone in Howell is his favorite place.
Place is dirty. They do not maintain the facilities. I wonder if they have cleaned the trampolines since they opened. They need to do better if they want people to come back
This place is great! Nice combination of all stuff kids love to do. Wish it was around when was young
My recent visit to Urban Air Adventure Park left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, prompting me to share my experience to help others avoid similar issues. Upon arrival with my children, we were eager to enjoy the various activities the park had to offer. However, our excitement quickly turned into dismay when we were informed that my children could not participate in any of the activities due to the type of socks they were wearing. Despite having purchased Sky Zone socks, which are similar in design
They don't have a limit on number of kids there at one time. So basically there can be no room for another kid and they are still letting more in. Very very expensive for what it is. It's to full and is beyond capacity.
Fun and tiring time!! My beautiful girl and her cousin enjoying acting like circus monkeys lol. Gabriel and Gabriella. Gabe and Ella
This is really a 3 star review, but no one reads those... Great place, but sadly mismanaged. We came here last year and my kids spent hours on the VR. My younger ones loved all the jumping and climbing. Unfortunately, this year, after spending $40 per child (so that they could pay the VR), we found that only 2 of the VR sets actually worked, and even those, one of them wasn't set up right so it was very hard to actually play the game with it. The staff was great, but they couldn't fix it. The whole place wa
The play area was filthy. I took pictures the mats in some areas were popped up, there were pieces of foam and garbage and dirt all over. Some of the climbing material was torn, rusted and just falling apart. I'm highly dissatisfied with my experience and it's very upsetting since we visit often but it's not worth the money. I felt so gross walking around in there with my daughter with socks on and no shoes. We cut our time and left right away. Usually we'll stay and spend money on the toys games and food b
Took my kids yesterday and place was packed. The staff were incredibly nice. This is our 3rd time coming to this place. We drive 1 1/2 hour and kids have fun. All 3x we went the staff were patient and very customer oriented even when the place was full. Yesterday, the staff on dodgeball was being pushed around by high school kids. He handled it without creating a big issue. Recommend to have two staff assigned in dodgeball especially when older kids are playing.
Great place friendly staff a lot of things to do here. Had a great time on my niece's birthday.
DO NOT GO HERE. I went for a birthday party and it was the standard package for 60 dollars, and we could go on 3/8 things we could go on trampoline 1 trampoline 2 and dodge ball. The thing we couldn't do was the ball pit, play park, dunk the basketball, rope fighting thing on a beam, and we couldn't jump into the giant air bag. the workers where really not nice they where all rude and gave us nasty looks, they came from the other side of the park to tell us we couldn't do something. Do not go here.
The bathrooms are so disgusting, and several things were broken. On the tumble track we got told we are not aloud to flip next to the sign that says ?Jump, Twist, Flip.? With the amount of money Urban Air makes, there shouldn't be anything broken or closed. I wouldn't recommend.
0 stars, a girl I know went to this place with her son that has autism, and she got kicked out because the employees felt ?uncomfortable?. I was planning on taking my 2 year old son here but he's a very curious toddler that loves running around, as much as we tell him to stay calm or not to run around, he just won't listen because he a learning toddler!. Multiple people tagged them through Instagram about the incident and they disabled the account?.
Really cool place. Rocco and his team were very friendly and easy to work with for our event. Very reasonable price.
Urban Air Trampoline is an absolute blast! From the moment we stepped in, the energy was palpable. The variety of activities kept everyone entertained, from toddlers to adults. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring safety while still allowing for maximum fun. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was reassuring. Overall, Urban Air Trampoline exceeded our expectations and provided an exhilarating experience for our group. We'll definitely be returning!
The staff was not very friendly. I was yelled at for doing a backflip, and I was on the specific trampoline that said ?Jump Twist Flip?. I was also yelled at for sitting down in the trampoline, and there was hardly anyone there. It's not worth spending $25.99 to go to a trampoline park, that's not even clean.
Just had my son?s birthday party yesterday & it was a horrible experience ! Better off having it home. Sooo over priced , they give you tiny pizza , they spend soo much time harrasing your guest for a waiver that they should?ve prepared & told us and I would?ve had it done .- & they literally make some security guard come in and rush you out of the room. When all my guest belongings. 1,000 for 2 hours & you get rushed. Disgusting. Never again
Worst location of urban air I've ever been to. The place is dirty, a lot of attractions are closed, bathrooms are disgusting. Makes.me never want to go again.
Staff was pleasant and attentive. The establishment was large with many different attractions for the kids (Me Too ??). There is a snack bar and lockers for rent to keep your stuff in. There were also law enforcement officers there which gave me peace of mind that my children were safe the whole time. I would have given 5 stars but the price for 4 kids and 2 adults was over $200 for entry and socks. We would go more often if it wasn't so pricey. Overall a great time!!!
They make you purchase socks if you have socks from another place. Their staff members are trained to look out for it.
I've been to trampoline parks all over the US. This is the worse I have ever been to. Very rude staff. Very dirty facilities. I couldn't name a good thing about this place if I tried. I immediately left with my 4 disappointed kids.
Fantastic place fun for a wide age range. Staff was awesome. Loved the atmosphere and vibe.
Sarah at the bungie thing is a master with kids. Other people don't do so well there. Awesome clean space my kid made friends and winning on every claw machine is a great touch. Will be back when Gundam is at the hobby store!
New update 1/7/2024 I am lower the rating from 5 to a 2 since I've last been there it seems like the place itself is falling apart. Inside the soft play half of it is closed off two other attractions were closed and it was a mad house. The trampolines were so packed I couldn't even believe they allow that seems like such a safety hazard. 3 kids were jumping per square. I had an issue and the manager was ?nowhere to be found? nobody was able to help me. The bathrooms were completely filthy. I mean next level
My daughter went there today as she had plenty of times on rainy days. She was by the basket ball area. Mind you there was no foam around the basketball net like there normally is. My daughter ended up hitting her finger jamming it and got hurt pretty bad. So bad they had to remove her NAIL!!! When I called they didn't know there was no foam around the net then changed their story that some kid ripped off the front of the net! Mind you both basketball nets had no foam around it. They hadn't closed off the
I'm not a person to complain however, I don't know where to start. 1st one staff member kicked my 3 year old off the bounce area because he did not have the newest Urban Air socks on. Then There was food stuck in-between the play areas, they were letting kids play on their phone just sit in the middle of the play areas while other kids tried to play. There was HUGE dust balls just rolling around everywhere. The dirty tables were never cleaned off by staff so good luck finding a place to sit. Even got hurt..
We have been here twice now, and it's a great place to take the kids, especially during cold weather months when they are cooped up and restless. If you want to burn their energy, this is the place to take them. Like anything else, taking a couple of kids there isn't exactly cheap, but it's in line with other places out there. My only real issue with the place is cleanliness. The bathrooms both times were really gross. I'm assuming if the bathrooms aren't thoroughly cleaned, the equipment probably isn't eit
NOT GOOD FOR OLDER KIDS ANYMORE! Currently a member because was always able to enjoy but now they don't allow flips and tucks. Older kids are bored and don't want to stay long enough to make it worth the cost.
My son and daughter-in-law had a baby. In order to give them a break I offered to take two of their children, boys ages 5 and 3 to Urban Air. It was my first time there. I couldn't have picked a better place. We booked our tickets online for a specific slot. The parking lot was spacious. Once we walked inside the fun atmosphere envelops you. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We rented a cubby, put our socks on and the fun began. The activities, jumping, sliding climbing and others were great. There
I brought my niece and nephew here for a birthday party and they had a blast! The staff was pleasant and very helpful! The facility was clean and well run! We will be back!
I had such a blast here! Urban air has it all. Great for the kids and attractions for teens and adults too!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
