Updated review. Super positive. I spent time in Tokyo for work, directly associated with toys and toy sales and acquisitions. That's when I became aware that they had drops of toys that were not available for sale. They could only be obtained from a crane machine. Needless to say, while I was there, I became hooked on claw machines, Plinko, bulldozer games, hook games, key slot games, etc.?really any prize arcade game. This is very popular in Japan, but some of the games are considered gambling here in N

I loved coming here, there were so many plush toys in the machines and you could collect then trade for a different one.

Very fun, and the stuffed animals are easier to win than in other places like round 1.

The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. They actively reset the plushies to help you out. We have come here several times and each time we come away with something or trade it in for points. Prizes for trade ins are also authentic.

The staff were so friendly here. The grabs for the claw machines were also pretty easy. I had a fun time getting so many plushies and loved how they even provided us with such a nice holographic reusable tote bag to carry them when we were done.

Maybe the best claw machine arcade in Flushing. You'll win a lot more often than at other places, and the machines are kept pretty full which helps with winning. The prices for tokens are reasonable and you get bonus tokens if you spend more. One of the best things is their vast array of trade-in options which are nicer than the ones in the machines.

Such a cute place! Love their plushies and the exchange options they have. There's a free tote with a $50 tote purchase along with the option to save your tokens for another visit. Looking forward to returning.

Great chance at winning at least something and the tokens are pretty well priced. We won three prizes (2 small and 1 big) with our 20$ we tried our luck at a different claw machine spot in the area and this was definitely the better spot!

The cranes were actually winnable, the price is very fair, and the customer service was absolutely exceptional. The staff would constantly move the prizes you wanted to better locations and refill them, and they would also give you tips and tricks on how to win the prizes.

It's a nice location, we spent 50$ and got 5 plushies so it's definitely winnable and saw many other people win prices to. Each token can be worth est $1 to 50C depending on how much you spend. ( check first picture for prices ). Each claw machine ranges from 3 -7 Tokens and majority of machines are 4 tokens. The amount of tokens required are on the top right of the machines.

I used to love coming here because it isn't rigged you would actually win things. Today I came here again and I spent 80 dollars, every machine would drop the animals before they even got to the shoot. Barely won anything, I'm heartbroken, this was one of my favorite places.

I am so happy this place opened in New York! The store is big, clean and beautiful. Their plushies are so cute and adorable, their qualities are excellent too! I recently visited and while I enjoyed my time there, I found it a bit pricey compared to arcades I've been to in Japan (cost of living issues, I know). The coins seemed a bit expensive, and I found the credit system a little confusing. Some machines require 4 coins while others only require 3, but both offer the same 2 credits for a winning plush exchange. This inconsistency made it difficult to keep track of my credits and plan my strategy. The plushies themselves weren't the most appealing to me either.

UpOne is one of the best claw arcade in Queens. The staff is so friendly and always on the floor to help patrons with adjustment if needed. It's their 2nd year anniversary this year and we have been going here since they opened. Built many memories and excitement over wins. Their selection of plushies and trade-in prizes, you'll find something for everyone. The atmosphere is fun and always playing great music to jam to while playing. With all the good reviews, decided to give this place a try. Nice set up and staff with a lot of cute plushies. There were 6 of us trying multiple times, but none of us won. Each time, the claw would pick something up but then immediately start rapidly shaking once it rose back up causing the plushie to drop before reaching the drop area. Seemed designed to do that. First and last time visiting this place.

Great arcade, prizes in the machines are worth a certain number of points so you can exchange them for different prizes if you like. The staff member was very helpful and friendly and explained this to us. We went just as it opened and the claw machines were stacked up around the prize chute so it wasn't too difficult to knock them in and win :)

I love coming here with my little one. It's new, clean, and customer service is very good. They actually helped us rearrange the position and add more plush when I tried many times getting that same plush. ?? After our third time coming here, I was able to trade in for a much bigger plush.

Man oh man, how do I even get started. I thought my complete lack of skill in the art of the claw would net me empty handed today? oh boy how I was wrong. First attempt in, I tried going for that cool looking slowking plush, but to no avail as the sense of despair flushes out whatever joy and confidence I had left. As I gazed onto the last few tokens I had in my hand and glanced back to that slowking plush, a sense of hope lit up on my face as Nina, a kind employee, saw my distress and came to the rescue.

Best clawcade ever! Me and my boyfriend take a 40 minute drive here for a date whenever we have the time! Machines are easy to win and you can trade up your prizes! (Although we usually keep a few) they also have the option to save your points for your next visit so you can save for a huge prize! I wish there was more places like this, but we'll just have to keep coming back :)

The shop keeper was so nice to us! We had so much fun. This definitely scratches the crane game itch, we got so much dopamine from playing here. The prizes are small but somewhat easy to get if you understand the positioning. You can trade in the smaller prizes for the big ones behind the counter! I like this concept a lot since it feels like you're building up to something bigger. We'll definitely come back again in the future

The staff were extremely nice and helped us reposition the plushies whenever we were having trouble getting them and whenever we requested it! I accidentally double tapped on the button on one of the machines when getting a plushie and the claw didn't go all the way down. But the staff saw this and refunded the amount of tokens one game cost. im not sure about all the positive reviews as when i came, the arcade was empty with only two staff members. neither of them were friendly and became triggered after being asked for a rearrangement. they later followed us around and constantly watched us but didn't say anything. most of the prizes were alright though

One of the best claw arcades around! The claws actually work so you're able to get super adorable prizes without spending a ridiculous amount. Even beginners should be able to get at least one plush for $15. I also love how you can trade in plushes for prizes plus staff are very friendly. Next time I come back to New York, I'm 100% hitting up this place again.

I didn't realize you can trade in the plushies for other prizes at the counter so I will definitely come back and do that! Overall, I had a great time here :)

Just stopped in here for the first time today with my daughter. Not only are the staff incredibly helpful, they want to make sure you win prizes before leaving. They would ask which item was my daughter hoping to win, then they would proceed to opening the machine, repositioning the item then giving tips on how to get it. My daughter kept saying to me that they were so nice and she wants to keep going back. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you staff for giving us a wonderful experience.

We went to many claw machine places on the same day, and Up One was definitely a highlight. It was very busy, and for good reason. The claw machines are very doable, and they will rearrange plushies for you if you ask. The machines and store are very clean, and they provide baskets for you to hold your winnings. We were able to get 4 plushies here. While I preferred the plushie options at some other locations, this store definitely wins in terms of cleanliness and ease of winning.

An easy to win claw place! It's clean and the people working makes sure to let you the best chance in winning. When I was struggling they gqve me advice to help. I gurantee not only they have adorable plushies but if you do not like a plushie you can trade it for tickets.
