For starters with the birthday package, you get a full room that's already decorated with ?Happy Birthday? decorations and balloons! This place was so fun! Today my family went here ages 5-63 and we all had a great time. The owner is so kind and helpful. We hadn't even left when my kids were asking when we could go back. We drove an hour to try this place out-SO WORTH IT!

This place was amazing! We came without any expectations or experience, and we had an absolute blast. The VR rollercoaster was literally breathtaking. Everything was well maintained and in great condition. Outstanding place to bring kids or teens. You need to come out and give these games a try. Have fun !!

Nice place to take the kids to enjoy a nice time out. My 12 and 10 year old enjoyed themselves. Although it may be meant for the younger kids, it's something the whole family can enjoy. It was a nice experience with the kiddos. The guy who works here is super nice and accommodating.

Amazing place! I brought my son for his 8 year old birthday and he loved it. When we first got there he was scared, didn't know if he wanted to do it. He gets scared of the shaking but the owner gave us a quick tour then helped my son try a couple of the games until he became comfortable. Now he loves it and wants to go back. I attended a childs birthday party there a few months ago. I agree with everyone who addressed the poor customer service and the unsanitary reuse of tablecloths. I also read the managers responses; which were negative and defensive which further displays their lack of respect for everyone who patronizes their "business".

Kids loved it! It doesn't look super full but there are actually a ton of games and experiences. My kids couldn't even do all of them in an hour. Owner was great and super helpful.

I would give this place a 5 but for the owner. He's very very unfriendly and it's quite concerning because he has to deal with kids often. His approach is very unwelcoming and he frowned the entire time often coming close to yelling at kids on multiple occasions. We had my daughters 10th birthday party. The owners were just super amazing and helpful. We had 15 children and all of them had the best time. Really nice party room . Thought this would be fun but would never go back. The games were mediocre at best but the real problem is the owner/manager. This guy should not be in a role where he speaks to the public in any capacity. He was unwelcoming from the moment we walked in to the minute we left early because we were uncomfortable from being creepily followed around. The guy actually tried to make us get on a scale when he didn't believe my weight was under their 200lb weight limit and gave short, ultra condescending responses

The place was nice and clean. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. This place is mostly for kids. Wish they had a place you could order food/snacks or drinks. However, my son Loved it.

unVReal VR Lounge is an absolute game-changer for entertainment! I had a fantastic time there and would give it 5 stars across the board.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Genuinely the worst experience of my life. The owner was extremely rude and discriminatory. I was unaware of any weight restrictions because it is not listed on the website, and when I entered the establishment, the owner immediately refused to service me and even pulled out a scale for me to weigh myself on the spot. If there's weight restrictions, that's totally understandable, however the way in which this was done was incredibly unprofessional and triggering.

Very 1st time there, the guy there was very nice and explained to me the overall experience. I must say this is a great place to go and take your kids for a party or a family day out to experience some fun and adventure on a VR scale.. ??

Awful experience. The owner was very rude did not greet us at the door. My friends and I were not aware of a weight limit for the use of the machines. A weight limit is NOT listed on the website so we were unaware. The owner proceeded to pull out a scale to weigh us to make sure we were under the weight limit after we had already told him we were under the weight limit. He did not believe us and proceeded to throw a scale at us. This is awful customer service and disgusting. The weight limit by the way is 2

AMAZING they had Hover Boards which were fun and they even had a maze for them but the best part was the VR Machine it literally spun you UPSIDE DOWN ?? the best roller coaster for the machine is mine expiration or something with ?mine? in the name 5 stars
