I absolutely loved everything about the party from setting it up online to the end. Candace was an amazing host and answered all my questions and was very attentive to us.we definitely will be back.

Came here for the first time yesterday and had a great time! All of the staff were kind and welcoming. There's an arcade, snack counter, dip n dots, many areas to sit, the place wasn't too busy, it was clean, the food and drink prices weren't too much, found that they do special events all of the time. I came here for my 16th birthday and had a blast. Since then, this skating rink has become my go-to spot. I always bring new or old friends here. The music is decent, but I wish they played more classic skating songs. The glow party when all the lights are off is super fun. The food is alright, and I would definitely recommend it to parents for children's birthdays, or anyone who wants to have fun.

3/22/24 was my daughter sweet 16th birthday. She was so happy with her birthday party. We had the VIP birthday package and hostess was amazing. They skated, ate, and drank for three hours. I would definitely book again. Thank you for such an awesome time.

The place was very dirty. The floor had spills on them. You tell that nobody took time to mop the floor or sweep it. I have been here before and it was clean But today was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this establishment..I took.sevearl different photos. Nobody even came out a greeted us. Your manager was not engaged with me as a customer. He acted like he didn't want to be bother. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I have never been so disappointed.

I hosted my baby?s 5th birthday party here and we had an awesome experience. My party host Lana was so kind and accommodating. The adults had just as much fun as the kids. We definitely got our money?s worth with the VIP party package.

Cool place to skate or blade, music was loud and had good deep bass, seemed a bit on the pricy side I took my daughter and it was 35.00 with skate rental, there was nowhere near enough seats for anyone to sit down or even for bystanders to sit and watch, there was a birthday party going on and it seems the birthday area was a majority of the space inside. We had my daughters 12th birthday here. There are definitely a lot of pros and cons. Pros, you get alot for what you pay. We paid just under $300 and got pizza, a ton of cotton candy, game cards, nachos, a shoutout and ticket wheel, a refillable flushing cup fir the birthday kid, all the plates/cups/cutlery, goodie bags stucked with toys. Every time I turned around, my party host was coming up with more stuff. The kids had a blast, they weren't bored for a second. Now the con is really just 1. The seating.

My daughters 10th birthday was amazing. Our host navaeh was very helpful and awesome . My daughter and her friends has blast enjoyed skating, music, and food. My daughter loved being called up to the dj booth for her birthday shout out. Thank you for making my daughters day matter .

This is a fun place to go. Well run. Food is tasty and served hot and fresh. The facilities are clean. The rink is kept in great condition. Some skates need to be refurbished. Excellent place to have a party or any get together. They are great with fundraisers too.

Got here for 4th of July skate. Not many people, which was nice. The staff was incredible. They were so nice and professional. Admission wasn't too much either. Brought our own skates. It was very very nice. We have been here twice now and both times we had a lot of fun. They've got a little arcade, locker room, skate and blade rentals, tables for parties etc., everything you'd want or expect from a roller rink. Very pleased with the kindness of the staff here. Took my daughter and they closed early because there was no one there. As a business if you close at a certain time, close at that time despite traffic! I did waivers ahead of time and came to skate the two girls talked amongst themselves and decided they did want to close early so they wouldn't let us skate. Rude & terrible customer service!

Showed up for emo skate night and had a blast. The 12-year-old rented a pair of skates that were perfect for him. My first pair of skates had me rethinking my ability to skate at all. The left skate wanted to go left all the time and would not deviate. A replacement pair solved the issue and we had a great time.

Such a great entertainment to bring the kids and fam , the food is great , the employees are AMAZING! I loved coming here and will be back every chance I get

They get a 4STAR because the DJ was definitely whack. (Xmas Day) However, the rink was your normal rink. Is it all 100% smooth? They host was wonderful and very helpful. The only thing I was disappointed in was the space it was way to crowded a party behind you on both side so not much room between the tables .But my birthday boy definitely enjoyed it. But definitely the space they give for parties needs to be worked on .

The parking situation is horrible. You have to park across a busy street. The skating rink is good for kids. Kind of outdated but over all the kids enjoyed it. Especially the cotton candy cake.

Fun place, employees are super friendly, good music. If you use regular skates, just a head sup theirs are worn out and old.

I will give the performance and show everyone had put on for the kids with Paw Patrol ad the Trolls a 5 stars but the breakfast the had provided for this event was awful. The bacon was so raw and the pancakes looked as if the cook shaved his face over the pancake batter before cooking them. All the tiny hairs were cooked inside the pancakes =/

Definitely not the one to ever take the time to write a bad review but this was the second time I've encountered the same experience at this place. The food service here is very poor. First time I came here I waited over an hour for a large pizza and ended just telling them to give me a refund and had to take my kids somewhere else to eat. The kids had fun the host shay was great she definitely tried her best to accommodate us I think just maybe a little more organization on the back of the house I think woulda been better but everyone had a good time so we was pleased. We had fun, we made the best of it. It has gotten really expensive to go skate. For 2 people it was almost $40. They need to not charge for the gliders for young children that don't know how to skate, it just promotes people to steal yours and they are praying on the inexperienced. The bathroom was really gross. I would still go, but it's not something you do for fun on a budget.

I had a field trip over here at United skates of America, and it was so good first of all free pizza free soft drinks free roller skates for 6 hours. People be complaining about the pizza too much and in my opinion it was so good and the drinks, floor was awesome customer service was awesome and everything about it was so fun

If it wasn't for my younger children begging me to go here I wouldn't have brought them. This will be the last time. My 5 year old couldn't even use the restroom it was disgusting and she refused to step inside the stall after seeing how filthy it was..we had to leave after 30 minutes due to her having to use the restroom. Five stars isn't even enough for our visit! We are traveling and happened to find this rink on adult night and decided to check it out. My husband and I both love classic roller skating music, so we're always happy to find old school nights. The rink itself was great. Everything was clean and in good condition. Skates were in great shape. At other rinks I often feel like better skaters will just run me down, but everyone skating was considerate of my slow skating. It made it a super enjoyable experience.

Nice place to gather for skating. Friendly staff. Schools can have fundraising skate parties. You can have birthday parties. I down side is the pizza is ok. Not the best. But they do offer a wide variety of other foods.

Overall this was a great party. Everyone had fun! I would work on a couple things though......Our party host was very scarce. I know short staffing is everywhere, this may have been the cause. The other thing is the pizza needs some work. It was edible, but not great. The friendliness of the staff was excellent though and they did not hesitate to help if we needed anything. Really nice space, but the shoe strings on the skates were so tattered and old. It was hard to even feed the shoe lace through the skates. We could not properly but skates on the children and secure their feet in their skates for their safely

A friend celebrated her birthday here over the weekend and the staff was really accommodating and thoughtful. We had a lot of fun and we will definitely be coming back for open skate time on Friday!

This was the first time we have brought our kids to skate here, they had only ever skated 1 time before today. We will be back because our kids had a great time but specifically because of Rodney. 5 stars is not enough for the hospitality he showed us. Our 7 year even said ?He is the nicest person I have ever seen?, he went way above and beyond to make our visit great! Not just great but exceptional! He is the reason we WILL be back! I'm thankful my daughter enjoyed her birthday but this place was not worth the price I paid. $300 for the Barbie package and we never received the Barbie glasses or glow sticks that were apart of the package. We were there for our Granddaughters's birthday party! It was very fun!!! The pizza and nachos were really good! Definitely better than what you would think you would eat at a skating rink!!! Last several times we came the place was very dirty. First ones in at 10am, crumbs all over three floor unwiped tables and disgusting bathrooms. Can say the staff is very helpful and friendly but cleanliness leaves you not wanting to come back.

I took my daughter here last Fri for Family Night. It was $7/person, $2 more if you want inline skates. You get a free piece of pizza and a small drink. Skate time is 2 hrs long. My daughter loves this place and I like it too, even though roller blading is hard for me now since I am older lol.. Fun place to take the kids for a very reasonable price.

The need to redo the whole floor, there are a couple rough spots. Employees are helpful. It hasn't been updated in forever but I am glad there is still a place around to skate.

Went today with one other adult and 2 kids. None of us had a good time. The music was horrible and made it not fun to skate. We found the floor too slick. This is a nice indoor place for kids to get their energy out during the winter. Their prices are reasonable but the waiting time to be admitted is usually long.

I'm changing my review to 5 stars. I had a bad night out. When I reached out to them, they were really apologetic and made no excuses. They invited me back to give them another try and I had a much better time. I feel like they did their best to give me a better experience with skating and I will return here in the future.

My niece birthday party was here today and I must say the service sucked. The two pizza that was apart of the party was burnt and dry and had to be remade. The tables was dirty I literally had to ask multiple time to get them wiped to the point I asked the manager to do it. It was one girl at the front checking people in and working the ticket counter. Not a good experience. I messaged them to confirm if I could bring my 18month old on the rink with me in a stroller. From the picture I posted they said yes! I went there, got on the rink and the DJ yelled at me to get off the rink and said ?you think that's safe??. Total embarrassment!!! I showed him the conversation and he said ?they lied?. The security guard went and got someone from the office who then confirmed I could go on with the stroller. Communication would help here.
