Awesome place for party! The kids had a blast, the party host Nick was great- he let us know when it was pizza time, cake time and game time. Having the room already set up, party bags already there and arcade cards was amazing! The kids really enjoyed the party room wall art! Thank you!

I love this place. I personally love the deal they have when you can come play from 7 to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. It's great to go with friends of all ages. Great atmosphere and would totally recommend.

This place is ideal for having fun in groups... birthdays and family events. Both children and adults have fun. They also have options to eat. There are a variety of machines to play with and a large area to play with lasers. Its parking lot is quite large. The area is quiet. Highly recommended. Ideal for doing a different activity with friends and family.

My daughter loved everything about Ultrasound from the laser tag to the game room because I haven't played tag in a long time ever since our laser tag thing broke at home. She loved playing with her teachers and her friends.

Loved this place. Went here for my son's 9th birthday and had a blast. Some kids or teens don't follow the rules and try to ruin the game for everyone else. Other than that, we had a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful. Gave us arcade cards when the game went down due to internet issues. Got us back in quickly and we continued to enjoy our day. Will absolutely go back.

We did our son's 12th birthday party here on a Sunday and it was really great. There were around 25 (loud) kids , but the hosts took care of everything. From serving pizza, hosting the games, serving drinks and finally even offering to cut the cake and serving them - the two hosts did a great job! This is the best laser tag that we've visited in Virginia. Half of the games are broke and dirty, so don't waste your time with that. They had good deals for wrist bands and our group played Lasertag for about 5 rounds. Worth every penny for that alone.

We went there tonight during a very busy time with my two kids, one of which had special needs. This is the first place that's ever accommodated his needs and attempting laser tag with him. I took the kids in Friday night to take advantage of "Pay one fixed rate and we will squeeze you into as many games as we can from 7pm to close. $22.99 for one action packed night of excitement." 2024 - This is my updated review, we had YET another great party at this location! My daughter's 10th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time. Alex called me a couple of days earlier to go over everything and made very helpful recommendation, glad we took his advice and arrived 15 minutes earlier, he also recommended that we add one more pizza and glad he said that because we had enough for everyone that way and everyone had a great time. Horrible customer service and never coming back!! Did not receive what was paid for. Paid for 6 games for two people, but only given one card without any explanation. As a result, management were not willing to allow me and my 7 year old son play our 3rd game and were extremely rude about it. I heard one staff member even scream at the kids before the game started. It's really not about the money, it's about the principle. Avoid this place at all cost.

This place is really disorganized - they didn't have enough vests plus some were not working. Our kids had to wait around watching their friends play. Morons.

Staff was friendly, place was fun and the arena was amazing. Everything was clean and operational. Even the food was good. Also, their $20 play all day offer friday/Saturday is money well spent, took a group and played for 4-5 hours for only $20 per person, absolute blast.

AMAZING time! Best laser tag experience I've ever had. The packs worked well, the music and atmosphere were amazing, and the whole operation is very clean and entertaining. My friends and I did the 3 game value experience and it was worth every penny spent. I'll be going back for more in the future and have added a new favorite locale to my roster!

Pretty good overall, lots of fun! Great layout of the game room. However they didn't do the briefing for us, some of the jackets weren't working, or were only partially working, and bathrooms weren't at their best.

Amazing customer service! We had booked a party through a company claiming to be at this location. When we got there the day of our party with no reservation they not only got us a party room but they also discounted our price based on what we paid to reserve with the other company. Our party host was great! The kids had a blast and we're booking our next childs party there again.

The play area is well built here. The system works well. The arcade games that they have are fairly new and fun. It is an all around fun place. The one complaint that I have is in my opinion a fairly large one: they're really slow about getting games started. We got the VIP pass and were there for 4.5 hours. In that time we played only six games, which was every game but one because we left for 20 minutes to get lunch. Seven games in 4.5 hours means their laser tag area was being used 105 of 250 minutes. Kids enjoyed the laser tag games, so that was nice but rest everything for the party sake was just !!!HORRIBLE !!!!. They don't arrange cake, for which we arranged it from outside, but just because we got little late (5-10 min) getting that, they were bent on making us cut the cake outside in lobby. Took my oldest and youngest for a birthday party and they loved it. Although there was a small confusion for the party the manager of this place was able to help and make the party lots of fun. I wish I could provide more details on the confusion but I do not have all the details. My friend held the party, not me. I just know the manager really, truly helped, went above and beyond. Just had an amazing birthday party for my 7 year old boy. He and all his friends had a great time at Ultrazone Loudoun. Everything ran smoothly. Our host Nathan was the best host we ever had, who was extremely friendly, polite and attentive. I was really happy that we had our party there!

They are so poorly run and disorganized it's amazing they stay in business. Had a birthday party for 13 kids about 7 years old. It's chaotic and you never know when you're doing what. Even starting the laser tag games was a mess. Forget cashing in tickets at the end, no clear lines for anything. Save yourself the nightmare and go somewhere else. Spending $400 shouldn't be this stressful.

Fun place for kids. We have been there for a few birthdays. Arrangements were good and kids love laser tag. Staff is very friendly and they offer special discounts for returning customers. Our go to spot for birthdays and casual laser tag days.

I was very disappointed at the whole experience. My family and friends we bought along for my son's birthday had a horrible time. My son and his friend was harrassed by the other kids in another group. Both were very upset and just wanted to leave. Even the adults were harassed and had the laser guns pointed inour face. Not the experience I want my son to think is okay.

it was a decent price for unlimited so I was able to play for hours. Half of the vests didnt work and the area was falling apart so much i got a splinter on my leg. While my friends and I were entering the area the vest room smelled like weed and we saw an employee smoking on the job. The employee told us to not say anything, but it was extremely unproffesional and inappropriate in a family friendly place.

I can overlook the fact that the facility is dated, but it would only take a couple hundred bucks to make the bathroom functional. I can't imagine responsible ownership accepting the "gas station quality" men's room. The staff was friendly and the kids had a good time, though.

Worker stole around $150 from my lost phone. Refused to give us access to the cameras inside the game room. Be careful these workers will not listen to you and they certainly make minimum wage. Especially the ugly guy working at the front desk.

The maze is great, not real new, but lots of space, twists and turns, multiple levels, very fun. But the A/C was not working well enough, it was really hot and the packs were sweaty from the previous group. And that got worse as the evening went on. Arcade machines are pretty good, maybe 4 not working. I asked to have the coin slot on one unjammed, but they never did. Needs a little upkeep, but it was fun.

We had our daughter's birthday party at Ultrazone in Loudon on Saturday and they had an amazing time! Samantha (general manager) was a pleasure to work with! She was very attentive to our needs and worked with us though we were running late due to the nasty weather! Thanks to her, we were still able to enjoy our time without having to rush! Ultrazone at Sterling Park was and still is a great experience for families and friends. All the changes have made the overall enjoyment of the store and it's games much better. By far one of the best Ultrazones I have been too! I remember this place being Laser Nation, And they did not do a good job at all. I am thankful that there is a new management that took over. The staff here Of UltraZone Sterling Park are very kind and respectful. The arcades are really fun especially The Walking Dead. What impressed me more is that they have a really big arena! Our birthday group 10 was the only group there, and we were still hustled through - pizza, tag, cake, tag. Only one staff person did all the work and was nice enough, but clearly not excited to be there. At least half the games in the already small arcade are out of order. Depressing.

Enjoyed when it was open. Went to take my son up there today at noon based on hours available on Google. Got there and they were closed. Called and the gentleman told me that they did not open until 4. I asked if their website had hours on it, he said their web developer was working on adding hours. Call before you drive there. Worst manegment ever. They tell kids to get veets when about half of them are broken. Also on each team there is differnt number of vests for ewch size of team but they don't even follow those rules leaving other kids to join either a differnt team or not play at all. WORST TIME OF MY LIFE.

I think this site was Panther at some point in time. But Ultrazone definitely revamped this place. Arcade and the equipment are top-notch, will be back without a doubt.
