I was not allowed to help a child with a disability be able to safely play. Not only was I not allowed to help like many times before, but the man there was rude and disrespectful. We will NEVER go back!!! Family fun should include all family members!!!

Amazing had a blast. Very large arena and the 8to12 Friday and sat all you can play for 25 is a great deal. 16 games total. Excellent service friendly and fun staff very clean environment

This place was absolutely amazing! You guys definitely have a family that will be there as much as possible. All of the black light painting was stunning. From the "Ultrazone" in the laser tag waiting room down to the bathroom walls, astonishing! The prices were really good also! The kids loved the virtual reality. The games were really cool and the entire family loved the laser tag! The staff was extremely friendly and down to earth. 10/10! So glad we found this place and we will definitely be back!!!

We were able to book Ultra zone for a family get together. We enjoyed 2 hrs of Laser tag and we had the best experience. The staff was extremely helpful and suggested fun games for our family to play. We are looking forward to booking with them again.

Staff were great, and the game play was fun. Very large arena and was a full house for the 2nd game of laser tag.. I will definitely go back. I would recommend buying the 8 or 12 punch card to get the most bang for your buck.

Enjoyed my niece's birthday party here. Very fun, multi-level arena. Watch out for little kids who follow you around and are much better at the game! Lol

It's nice for laser tag. If you are wanting more they have a tiny arcade, and a birthday package with drinks and goody bags.

This is the best place to laser tag. I have so much fun everytime I go! Great for parties. Great prices. Staff is smart and friendly. Whether you're a kid or a grown adult like me, this place is my favorite place to go!

We had my 11 year old daughter birthday party here and it was perfect! They didn't win at tag, but the party and arcade came won with the guests. The staff was excellent and very helpful as well. So much fun.

We used to go here as kids and just took our son for his 10th birthday. It was a lot of fun. They've made improvements to the place and it's still awesome! We reserved one of their rooms and we're well taken care of

Great location for the kids to burn some energy. Large laser tag zone and good functioning equipment. They also have some small arcade games in the lobby however we didn't play any of those.

We went on a Friday and got a decent deal --- $10 for 2 games of laser tag between 4pm and 8pm. The staff were very helpful. We were there for my 10 year old son's birthday, but all of his siblings had a great time too! Not too bad when you can find a place where all ages can have a blast.

I always have a great time! I enjoy going with my son's and grandkids! We have a fun time! And, the more we go, the more we get to know the regulars and become a part of the Zone family!

Our daughter and grandson (8) and my husband went here and it was so much fun. Time could be longer and prices of things are high. Games are ridiculous as you have to get thousands of points just to get a piece of candy.

I've been going here since I was a kid but my gf went for the first time the other weekend. It was great. It has a very good sized zone to play. There is some amount of strategy available because of the bases, upstairs and holes in walls

Really fun place I bring my kids here very often for laser tag arcade in the best VR in town really good prices. It's a good way to get out and do something fun for 3 or 4 hours without having to spend $200 or $300 to have a good time for that. Great friendly helpful staff the places usually kept really clean and awesome party deals.

Kind staff, a ton of fun! I took four kids there today. There was a large party there, and I was only there with four children. It didn't end up feeling awkward at all, we felt very welcome. There are good deals online, the place is clean, it's a blast, and that staff was so kind and friendly, definitely recommend.

It was an amazing experience. All the kids had a blast. My fiance doesn't like to do very many things because if her anxiety and she loved it. The employees were amazing and very helpful. I recommend this place to everyone.

We had our daughters 11th birthday here today. The staff was AMAZING!!!!! We couldn't have asked for nicer people. The whole place was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be going back more often and having more birthday parties here.

Kids had a great time! We had a groupon deal for 4 participants and 2 games. Kids played arcade games while they waited and in between. They host parties. Was a busy place, clean. They have a bench for seating. The intercom is hard to hear. It would probably work better if they had the buzzers that light up and buzz(like restaurants) so you know when its your turn.

Played two back to back lazer tag games with friends. The staff were super friendly. We took our 3 year old daughter with us, they let her be with us inside in the play area. Reduced the audio volume and even adjusted the game settings so that our kid is feeling comfortable. Freefall mode is awesome!!!

I decided to take my family there while visiting Fort Wayne, and the staff there was amazing. We went there for the nightly unlimited play, and I was surprised to see how quickly games were set up. At first I was worried when I seen experienced players just walk through, but they are all split up between teams. I thought that was a great way of doing things. Overall our experience was amazing and it's one place we will always go to when we are in Fort Wayne.

My family loves this place. Staff is friendly. Kinda crowded but to be expected. $8 for 15 minutes of play. Arcade games are about 75 cents to play. Drinks are like $2. Open late. Black lights.

We held our grand daughters 7th birthday party here. The laser tag was fun and you got to go several times included with party. However, there is not very much to do in between games. They have a handful of games to play that are not ticketed reward games that are mostly for an older age bracket. Not a bad place I just would not recommend a birthday party for younger age bracket just because of the lack of activities to do in between laser tag games.

Ultrazone is a great place for entertainment. Weather your into lazer tagging, arcade games, or bday parties they have it all. Great time and I can't wait to go again

The staff was really great and helpful with our birthday party Ultrazone experience. Speaking of which the party packages are priced exceptionally well. The place could use a little music playing in the lobby during arcade time, but other than that we had a blast!

Rented the place out from 1am-3am; brought in over 130 middle school students (!) and they were more than willing to accommodate us. The staff was friendly, patient and professional, the pricing was SUPER reasonable and the laser tag itself was everything we could ask for. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an activity for a large group. They were awesome.

Love this place! Took our boys to play for Father's Day this year. Both of them want to have their next birthdays there so we will definitely be looking into that! Staff is very friendly and helpful and we had a great time!

I brought my girlfriend?s 8 year old son here for a fun dude?s day on a Saturday afternoon. We both had a fantastic time. The staff is very friendly and great with kids. We will definitely come back often.

Great place for a budget laser tag! It has a good floor layout that can comfortably play about 30 people. The taggers aren't very accurate at long range and its a complete toss up whether or not you're going to be able tag someone at really close range, and that's the reason i didnt give it 5 stars. There were several times when i tagged someone straight in the chest from a foot away but it doesn't register and they ended up getting me out. Overall it's about average for the price.

I took my son here for his sixth birthday we had an amazing time. The owner and staff were amazing. It's not very big however very well priced if your playing Lazer tag.

Best laser tag place I've ever been! Im gonna come again definitely! Cool design, and cool idea with the black lights! :D But the down side is that its so hot in the laser tag arena.

What great customer service Tyler provided us on our traditional Christmas family get together! He went above and beyond, had awesome communication, and was truly a pleasure to work with. Ultrazone is a great small business that has a lot to offer in different laser tag games modes, VR, games, and party rooms.

We like to take our family there a couple times per year, with a couple friends and the Groupon discount. It's pricey with a large group, but a great time. Our kids talk about who shot who the whole way home. It's a shame the printouts are so slow anymore, but they'll give them to you if you ask for them. Personally, I like UltraZone a bit better than Lazer X; fewer dead zones in the map, and I feel the power up feature at LX detracts from gameplay. Held a birthday party here and had the time of my life. Prices were great for a Friday evening marathon. Also people we played with seemed nice. Equipment didn't work when I went in but the staff was quick to get me a new gun and allow me to continue to play.

Pretty fun entertainment. Though the arena is definitely showing its age with people not respecting the place. The pricing is alright.

We purchased a Groupon to bring our son here for his birthday with his brother and friend. It was our first visit. The customer service and the facility were great. The boys had a blast! Thank you - we will be back!

We had my son's 6th birthday party here and it was very well organized and executed. Ordering food (pizza) through them was easy and reasonably priced. Although the blacklight room is a fun theme, be aware that it's much darker in there than the other rooms; which can be troublesome with young kids dropping/losing things. Also, I'd advise you to take any presents home and unwrap them there as there is limited space in the rooms, depending on how many people you have.

For the price it's ok but it's not a lot of fun. Guns aren't really that accurate but that's usually standard in laser tag from what an employee told me. If you want to have fun do a private group or something. Otherwise you have kids who just follow you around and shoo you as soon as your pack recharges. I quit halfway through because it was pointless. Paid for 3 games and only played 1.5. Maybe do a group thing where kids 12 and under go then the next group is 13 and up. I dunno. My family and I go here every year for birthdays and such. They're always really nice and helpful and we always have a great time. You can even find coupons if you look for them. Over the years they've added stuff to the course as well to spice things up. There's a party room so you can even have birthday parties and whatnot on site.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I wish they had slats in the upper rails for the kids. If the kids go up above they can't see over the rail. But we took our 5 year old and she had a good time.

UZ is the OG Lazer Tag experience in FW, and they've done a great job keeping up on the place - none of the frustrations you can sometimes experience with older entertainment joints with broken or out-of-service games/arenas. Another positive for UZ is they are open later than other options. Only by a couple of hours, but this really helps if you work for a living and still want to carve out time to play. Nice little arcade and great lazer tag arena. I take my kids (10yrs - 6yrs) and their friends and everyone has a blast. i'm sure little kids wouldn't have fun when it's crowded as they would just get picked off all the time, but we try to go at slower times, and it's always fun.

We went to go celebrate my granddaughter?s 14th birthday and had a blast. There really wasn't anybody there so we had the whole place to ourselves and their specials on $5 laser tag Tuesdays are also nice.

Fun for the whole family! Our entire family enjoys Ultrazone. The employees are always welcoming & helpful. It's always been clean when we've visited. The kids enjoy the arcade games after lazer tag & like to do the moving rock climbing wall before waiting for their game to start.

I held a fundraiser at Ultrazone. Our group had such a great time. We were very pleased with the amount we raised. Luke was so helpful and attentive to anything our group needed. I hope to make this an annual event. Thank you for providing this opportunity.

The staff is always keeping an eye on their patrons for safety and ensuring everyone is enjoying themselves. Also, they gave the capability to play more than typical laser tag. They can do 2 large teams to 8 separate teams, with several different game modes depending on how many people are interested, especially infection.

First time having a bday party here. Place was fully booked with parties and hoppin' with customers. Soooo busy! I was pretty worries... And our party went very smoothly!! The staff was very polite, attentative, and on top of it all. Kudos to the staff who was working the afternoon of Sat 3/20/21! They were awesome!!

This is a very unique place for children and adults alike to spend time together play laser tag, but also has my favorite: pinball machines in other games. There's something for everyone, it's clean, decent, well-run in courteous service.

I have to admit, this is one of the highlights of Fort Wayne! I've gone plenty of times to call it nothing less than great fun and exercise! Even if you aren't big on physical exercise, it's a great reason and excuse to get on your feet and move! The prices are decent, and the general fun-factor is VERY high. The arena is large, and has a lot of places to go. They also have a few game modes to make the experience more strategic and enjoyable! Rating exceeds 5 !

Ultrazone is a good Lazer tag facility. They say they have an arcade but they have very very little games. The course/arena is a nice arena and is just all around fun with friends.

Poor food and arcade, with a severe lack of variety. The game itself was dull, having no change of pace. With small children they follow you so you can't return and the gun are inconsistent in accuracy. Overall I had a poor experience and have no desire to return.

I wouldn't go on weekdays if you're planning on going with only a few friends and want to meet people while having fun. The best time to go, personally to me is Friday and Saturday. It's always lively and fun

In my opinion it's the best place for lazer tag in Fort Wayne, not only for the price but the employees are awesome and help you anytime that you need it. If you're bored on a Friday or Saturday they have an awesome deal

Ultrazone really is a great place for lasertag. Their game mode I find more enjoyable than Combat Ops basic mode (although Combat Ops does have more variety). The layout of the Ultrazone area is far more complex. However, the lobby outside of the lasertag area is quite small. It contains arcade games and pinball. That being said, there are usually alot of players there basically all the time. I've had few games with under 15 people.

I have lots of fun every time I come here. They have a special during school breaks where you can play from noon to 4 pm for $15. The game masters are always super chill.

Ok experience. Liked glow in the dark room. Facility is a little small wish it was a little bigger. It sucks they didn't have any food options other than popcorn and pop.

We had plans to go at 11 am. We sat for half hour waiting for it to open. Both website and on door says 11 on Saturday. I understand an elderly gentleman runs the place, but where's the young kids that help him run it? Disappointed. If you're not going to be open for a special reason at least post it. Would love to try again....but be reliable. Its apart of doing good business

Might look like a random warehouse, but inside is a big laser tag room and arcade. I've been here a lot as a kid and enjoyed it, and now have recently gone back with some friends. Laser tag area feels bigger than LaserX and other places, and lots of fun hiding places. There are also three colored teams to choose from instead of just two. If you've got a smaller group they let you decide if you want to play on teams or play everyone for themselves. I appreciate that they don't force your group to play on tea

1st timer, we went as a department for the Sheriff's Department Team Building/Training day... it was so much fun. If you haven't gone I highly recommend getting a group together and going you won't regret it. #LCSOBESTSOININDIANA

This was our first time at Ultra Zone. Brought 2 seven year olds and a 4 year old. They all had fun and the staff was helpful, "very kid friendly". The laser tag course was 2 level with multiple ramps. It was the highlight of the kids trip to Ft. Wayne.

precautions are not being taken seriously when it comes to covid. in response to owner. yes sanitizing is a thing to enter, I will give you that. we had more than 30 people in our game to the point where you couldn't turn around without running into someone and the majority of people were not wearing masks. nearly impossible to social distance when too many people are thrown into a room together. the mask is only effective if it is worn properly and your employee was not wearing it properly as its supposed

Nice laser tag, good arena, and the workers are always friendly. Price is acceptable as well. Blacklight bathrooms are a little strange, but overall well worth the experience.
