The folks who were working the evening of Friday, July 26, 2024 deserve a big fat raise! We came a long way to play laser tag for our kid?s birthday, and they went out of their way to make the birthday kiddo feel super special. It was such a memorable visit. The maze and challenges were great, the play time was long, and we all came out sweating because of how engaging it was. Definitely worth the drive! Thank you Ultrazone crew!

We booked our end of season soccer party here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. There were some broken arcade games, but it wasn't enough of a nuisance to dampen the fun of the party. We will definitely consider this again!

I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I had at ultrazone for my son's 10th birthday. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. For laser tag in the area it was cool. Staff was friendly. Maybe everyone is doing it now but the arcade tickets went right on your play card. Lots of seats to wait. Party area seemed small but that's not what kids care about.

Multiple games had out of order sticky notes. Some games didn't have out of order stickers but should have. A few games weren't even powered on. The only good thing was I asked for a refund and they gave me one without any trouble. I'm never going back. That was the worst arcade I've ever been to.

Went there for a birthday party. Located downstairs of the food court. Friendly staff. Birthday section is a bit small. Overall decent size for a few hours of fun. A little outdated looking. The jeopardy torch screen is difficult to tap. It wouldn't work well for us. Rock climb was neat. No kids under 45 pounds are allowed on it.

Was not able to play laser tag but the host ( employee)was so pleasant! He allowed myself and a friend go thru the maze and gave us a tour! He was funny and did great impersonation!!!

i went with my day camp, it was an amazing experience, the staff was super friendly and helpful. they went above and beyond. the kids had a blast. the manager especially was super nice and awesome!!

This place is soo much fun. I had a birthday party for my kids at Ultrazone. We all had a blast. Friday and Saturday nights they have unlimited play. The laser tag room is decent. Equipment works well. Rules are enforced for safety. Clean facilities. Great time for adolescents and teens. Parents too!!

Brought my son cuz he wanted to play laser tag for his birthday. Our daughter came too they got unlimited play and we got a three pack. It was $85. We played our 3 games and the kids wanted to play another round since they had unlimited. Our 6 yr old daughter is afraid of the dark and they wouldn't allow me or my wife to walk with our daughter. Not to mention online said it should of only been 60$... Will definitely not be back

What an awesome place to hold a laser tag party! The actual laser tag area is HUGE. Double the size of monster mini golf in Towson and so many more places to hide. It has ramps and cut outs and it really felt like a large course. We booked our end of season soccer party here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I staff here are phenomenal. I game are really cool as well especially the lazer tag. My kids really enjoyed themselves here. I would definitely recommend and come back...

Ryan the manager is amazing! He was so good to the younger children and allowed us to try out the equipment first to ensure it wasn't too heavy. Very accommodating. Amy was great once inside. She helped everyone get buckled in and she was patient while we asked questions. Excellent place for the kids (and parents) to have fun and let out some steam!!!

A staple of the Dundalk area, and great fun for all ages

I went here today for my birthday and loved it! The entire place was empty so me and a group of friends I was with had the entire arena to ourselves. I 100% recommended. Perfect space for a good game of laser tag. If you are looking to have a party here YOU SHOULD!??

This place can be fun but the vests malfunction and a lot of arcade games are broke. Seems like the owner doesn't care to get it fixed. I enjoy the staff, but the main manager is rude to her team. She talks down on them and then turns around and smiles to her customers as if she didn't just disrespect her employees. Every time I come everyone is in uniform except for her. Change management and the place would be great.

Came here for laser tag last night for my birthday! While it does look like a kiddie place, the laser tag is a lot of fun with a group of adults. The employee in charge was super nice and we had a really good time! I took a star away because the games were not interesting nor impressive at all. I'd recommend coming for laser tag but if you're looking for an arcade, go elsewhere.

I had a party for my son here the package was advertised at 299.00 you pay 50.00 deposit they tell you on the phone but once you have the bill there is an extra 30.00 ?amusement fee? it is really only 1 1/2 hours not 1 hr and 45 min as advertised. The party host was ok but not warm she reminded us when we had to leave a lot. You don't get the arcade cards until your party is over and of course your ready to go by then and it is not a room where everything is set up it is a few tables in the corner. Pizza is

We visited for our family fun day. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about what to do and not to do in the War Zone. TJ accompanied us on one of our turns. This is definitely something we will be doing often. Thank you for the best experience we've had laser tagging.

Booked my sons party online, Paid the $25 deposit. Everything went way too smooth!! We had our own personal party host who's name was James. He was absolutely amazing. He took care of anything and everything. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Only problem I had was with them remodeling the front area which didn't look too good but they definitely made up for it. Worth every penny! We will be back! Thanks so much!

Lot's of people here today. Staff seems overwhelmed but appears to be handling it OK. A few cool co-operative arcade games and two rooms for birthday parties. Not much in the way of refreshments though they do have a fridge with a couple items for sale. It looked like someone was in the middle of restocking and got busy with customers. They're situated under the food court here at the mall so it's not really a big deal. Fun times were had by my group.

I paid for 2 kids to play laser tag, I was told when they call the color orange they get to play lasertag. They called yellow and then green. I asked the staff why were they given orange they have been here for an hour. We came to play laser tag not play in the arcade. Great place for birthdays and just for fun. My son has been having his birthday here for three years straight and he loves it. All his friends playing and having fun. I would recommend giving them a try it's fun.

Attended my lil cousin's 11th birthday party. The party hosts were very nice and on there job. I liked all that was included in the package, including the party bags that the kids received. The kids had lots of fun.

I forgot to write a review for this place but the birthday party we had there back in August was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful and gave little extras to the kids which was well worth the price. The kids had fun, no clean up for us. I would definitely plan a party using this place again.

The employees were very nice and accommodating. The place needs to make sure all of the lazer tag vests and guns are working properly, need more game masters available, and could use some working and updated games to play in the arcade area. For the money people pay for parties it's frustrating when things are out of order.

Went by today the Lasertag was incredible, had a small issue with arcade but Josh and Carlos were amazing they made the experiment incredible and even had the arcade issues fixed before we left. Been coming here for over 10 years and it's still incredible

Awesome!! Fun, clean, and lots to do. Arcase games offer plenty of tickets for prizes. The blowup bouncy houses were kept. Attendants were lively and helpful. The parents lounge is especially nice, not only for adults but for kids too young to play. ????

The whole process was easy and I would highly recommend UltraZone to anyone. My son had his sixth birthday party there on Saturday at 6pm and we signed up for the Delta party package. There were about 19 kids (ages four-eight). The party included the decorations, pizza, drinks, goody gift bags, invitations and activities- so basically everything. This one has the best laser tag arena out of the couple places I've been to! My kids and I love to play laser tag.. their birthday party packages are awesome as well! My sons 10th birthday was a blast!

The area to have the laser tag was ideal place. Dark environment with limited windows or light areas. They have great deals for all night play or all day play. It's great for almost all ages. Great way to compete against family and or friends.

So upset i wasted my time here. I grabbed my 2 kids to have some fun here. Although we only visited to play arcade games, I was and worse then anything my kids were so disappointed. Most of the games were broken or not operational, there were racing games with no steering wheel attached, and also the staff was very cold and left me hanging waiting to cash in my tickets. Update: The owner replied to my email and apologized, communicated a policy change, and then made it right by promising a cost-free experience for our next annual excursion. Post-mistake, they couldn't have handled it better. ???? They are down to 15 active packs, and yet they scheduled multiple groups (about 50 people total) for the same timeframe. Our birthday coordinator was wonderful! Drinks & food were included in the bday package, which really helped. They had everything we needed. Goody bags (filled w/ lots of toys & candy), plates, cups, utensils, even a cake spatula were there for us to use! I reserved a party here in mid January for my son's 11th Birthday. I was happy with our party host and the room/space provided. However, I purchased the OMEGA party pack which included 3 games they tried to short us out of one "because they were busy" I told them it was unacceptable and I wanted wait I paid $300 for even if we had to wait. I gave this place 2 Stars because of the kindness of the staff. Other than that this place is old and outdated. There's always an issue with the gear. There is no available restrooms after 9pm. I don't understand why or how. If you're looking for a overpriced Hood spot then bring your family here. I will not be returning a waste of my money twice.

Place is clean and well managed. Things can get backed up depending on how busy they are, which is a lot especially at night. Its affordable and has an abundance of friendly staff. Great for parties or to walk in and play the arcade. It is in a convenient location between the city, Dundalk and Essex. Best place to play lazer tag especially in the local area. High recommend.

This place was a disappointment. Way smaller than I thought and there was like 10 arcades games there. Prizes also mid nothing good. The cards they gave us that were annoying to use and the games were also out of order with no sign too

Very fun! Especially the laser tag they have here! Best value currently on the weekends is the power play as it goes from 8pm to midnight for unlimited play! Play as long as you want!

Great games , only issue is they just handed out cards for lazer tag asking who wanted to play without notifying you before taking the card that it was extra outside of your party pack and waited till we were leaving to charge us.

It's not quite as good as most laser tag places but the prices are very good and you can get an all day laser tag past for $24 and it's usually not very crowded so you can have more fun with the family and friends

The service from Anna was awesome she greeted us welcome us but the manager seem racist as well as the team they treated us as if we was getting on there nerves i work for a business called chipotle and that is not how you treat your guest we will never return didnt make us welcome.

It would be funner if the employees actually enforced the rules and didn't show favoritism. They let their friends play even if they didn't call there wrist band. And allow to much running and cusing just because they come all the time.

Fun place to play unlimited is worth it and staff is friendly and prompt. Go almost weekly with friends when I don't have a gig to play and it's good exercise.

I go to one thats in virginia ... This one i bought 3 all day passes and in about r hours was able to go about 6 or 7 times... There was noone waiting in lines and the staff were chillen around ... I would go to this one if i could get my moneys worth! ... The one in virginia was full of alert active staff and when i came out was almost immediately back in ... They are alot of times packed full of people yet everyone has fun ! As of right now i dont recommend this one !

I like bringing my kids here for the laser tag but 60% of all the games are broken or have some form of defect. Management needs to take the time and truly address these issues.
