Ultrazone Bailey's Crossroads is hands down the best laser tag experience in the area! We went with my daughter's basketball team for an end-of-season party, and it was fantastic -we had an absolute blast! The arena is huge, filled with ramps and cool lighting that makes every game super exciting. The place is pretty well-equiped. Went to a kid birthday party at Ultrazone Bailey?s Crossroads, and my kiddo had a blast! From the outside it appears to be rather small, but once you get inside it opens ALOT! There are so many games for kiddos of various ages and sizes. The is a card system so it's completely cashless and that's ok with me. There isn't a toy/prize area which I truly loved. COME OUT AND PLAY! I came here last weekend with my family. We had an unforgettable time and experience! It was our first time playing laser tag and all the employees guided us with very detailed instructions and made it easier for my children to understand! We got to play around 9 rounds of laser tag each for $25/person which is super great especially if you are on a budget! The arena was super cool with all the marvel characters and dc characters glowing the uv light! My kiddos loved it! Amazing quality

Great place! However the Prices went up which is Understandable, but they close early now from 12am to now 11am. We are basically PAYING MORE for less. Especially if we still have a lot of folks ready to play. I remember the place use to close at 1am before covid but that was long ago. I leave ultra zone feeling incredibly conflicted. On one hand, the staff was helpful and the maze was intricate and fun. On the other hand, my friends and I were incessantly berated by several older men who staff labeled ?the regulars? the entire time. At one point, I even asked the older gentlemen to kindly let us be so we can actually play but they were not interested in what I had to say. I don't know if I'll return, but if I do, I'll be sure to call ahead to confirm ?the regulars? are not present.

I would give this place 5 stars but truthfully, there were other patrons that ruined the experience. My friends and I were playing laser tag and some of the ?regulars? (competitive laser tag players) were extremely disrespectful. These players ganged up on us and were very rude. We asked them to take it easy on us but they refused. Overall those guys tainted our experience. Staff were great though.

Had a great time! The place was well-run and everything went smoothly. Eleni and Alador were especially kind and helpful?Eleni made sure we were all set from the start, and Alador explained everything clearly and was really patient with our group. Their friendliness made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I'd come back to.

Had our son?s 9th birthday party here this past week. First time outsourcing from our home or a park and it was the best decision! We did the no frills but added on an extra round of laser tag. (Who can play just one round?) They really take care of everything, especially Eleni our party host. She was top notch and made us and the birthday boy truly feel special. Thanks Ultrazone! My son just had Birthday with his friends! They had a blast!!!! Highly recommended for the group of the boys! We love how they prepared the BD decorations and the time leghth was perfect!

Great service!! I went there with my boyfriend and I. We got the 3 game pass, at first we didn't understand that we had to punch our cards after each game, but afterwards we spoke to the manager. she was very friendly and helped us 100% of the way, even when we had a lot of questions about the vests, arena, etc!! Went there with friends and paid for 3 rounds. After two rounds, we were waiting for them to start the 3rd round but took a while so we went and asked when it would start because they were cleaning without saying anything. Nice laser tag place. Packed on a Saturday which is a good sign. Good course for kids and adults alike. Employees helpful and friendly. They had a good online deal for 3 games for 20 bucks which is better than any other laser tag place I've seen. I was disappointed that the rules weren't more thoroughly explained, there was a lot of learning on the fly. There is only the one way of playing (4 different teams) which is why I only gave 4 stars. Other courses let you do free for all, juggernaut, zombies, etc.

Birthday Party review. We had a blast this weekend for a boys birthday party with 12 of his friends. The staff was super nice and helpful the entire party. One of the ladies from the front desk helped us carry in cupcakes, balloons and a couple bags from the car. Then told us not to worry, they would set everything up. I went into Ultrazone with my family this weekend, and we had so much fun! The staff were amazing, and I know it gets busy but they did great with keeping everything organized. It is a great place to bring your kids for a fun activity, and it is actually a great workout!! Lol. I would totally recommend coming here if you ever have a free day in your schedule!

Great location, highly recommend. Clean, modern and the staff is friendly. We had a party and all the utensils and drinks were provided. Pizza is from Pizza Hut. The party rooms were nicely decorated. The laser tag arena is large and fun. Equipment is updated.

This place is pretty fun, the laser tag arena is pretty big and has great design to it, plenty of room and keeps the game exciting and competitive. The staff is pretty helpful as well. Overall had a great time.

We had my son's 13th bday party here and they had a BLAST. It was so fun to see the kids just be kids! And the Ultrazone team really runs it like a well-oiled machine. We did the party package with 2 games, pizza, etc. We had another kid join us late notice and it was fine. We ended up ordering a few more pizzas because again, it was 13 year old boys. I would say 2 slices per kid is usually good if they are younger. So either add more pizza when you order the package, or maybe bring some extra on your own.

Ultra zone is an amazing birthday party spot. I took my nephew for his 12th birthday with a big group of people (10 children), and all staff were incredibly friendly and took care of everything. Host Parker stood out a lot, definitely deserving of a raise, she was the one who brought in my nephews cake and was super into singing the Happy Birthday song. At this location, I had a very good experience with a recent birthday party I attended for my child. The party hosts were superb and provided the kids with great service and an amazing time! Would highly recommend for any age children and especially for birthday parties! Ps, they do everything and you as a parent can just sit back and relax.

Ultrazone continues to be a great stop as part of our senior class trip to the DC/VA area. The staff is easy to work with, seems to enjoy the evening with our students, and is always cooperative! The laser tag arena is a nice size, and the arcade area has some great games!

Good option for kids birthday party. Parents can go over to REI or look into other activities around the area, ballet, gymnastics and martial arts. Ultrazone has Lazer tag, arcade and activities great to keep a group of children busy for a few hours.

Just had my son 10th birthday party here and it was FANTASTIC! It went super smooth!! The staff were extremely professional and kind. I would recommend parents to book parties here if you are looking for a venue that will keep your kids entertained and give them lots of space to run around. Very hassle-free for the parents and fun for the kids.

Absolutely amazing experience every time. Staff are friendly and treat everyone well, which extends to make a good time for everyone there. The variety of game modes makes it so you're never bored and some enjoy it here so much they come every week which says something.

Very unsafe place. My son got hurt very badly from the beach since the beach was not attached at all to the wall and still has the sharp metal things only from one side of the bench.

My kid left a retainer on the table and they threw it away, which is understandable. But when I called they had just closed and put almost zero effort into helping me find it. I didn't have the option to look in the trash myself because they were closed and I could tell they really couldn't care less and just wanted to leave. I work in an office and when my customer has a problem we jump. Unfortunately these guys don't have the same respect for their customers. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars.

My son and I enjoy playing laser tag here, but the priority here are parties. We went the other day and had to wait an hour for a game and then were made to feel out of place because we weren't part of the birthday parties when playing our game. My son was disappointed. Just need to come when there aren't as many parties or older teens that crush my son in the game.

I went there to celebrate my cousins birthday, he's 20 now, and we had a blast. It was a decent size group of us and we did laser tag which was only $23 from I believe 9:00-12:00 at night. It wasn't too over crowded and we played with a decent amount of people.

I was told to come here by some friends, and I am so glad I did. This one the best laser tag experience I have had in such a long time. This establishment is very nice, and all the staff are very friendly. Eleni was a huge help for us whenever we had any questions! I definitely will be back!!

Lots of fun for the young and young-at-heart in every family. 15 minute competitive team based game will get the heart pumping! If it's your first time you'll likely lose to a team of return visitors. But once you've played a few time you'll be in the hunt for a win against the other teams. To me it seemed that the ideal team size is 8-11 people. Come up with a strategy or you'll be walking targets, literally!

We had our son?s 13th birthday party three weeks back and the whole experience was just fantastic!! Everything was very well organized by the place and the birthday room was very well lit and maintained!! Kids did say that they had an amazing laser tagging experience and the pizzas and cupcakes which we ordered from them as part of the birthday package were exceptionally delicious!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Unless you are part of a birthday group they literally could care less about you and the money you spent. It was extremely disorganized and we waited an hour and a half to play one game, each game is 15 minutes. They should do birthday groups and the general public separately as having 40 people in one game running around is extremely dangerous, especially with kids and adults together. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I went here with friends recently, it was a lot of fun and the employees were very helpful. Some of my friends haven't done something like this before and they got the help they needed quickly and they said the equipment was nice and easy for them to pick up quick as well as being in good condition. My son has had two birthday parties here (when he turned 6&7), and each experience was delightful! The party hosts were incredibly kind and helped all the kids (some of whom were quite small) negotiate the laser tag games. Near the end, the kids got arcade cards loaded with credit to play the many games available. It's a nice way to wrap up a party. They supply all the party necessities and are fine with bringing in extra food and drinks. We'll be back!

It's not too bad. Has barely any seating all the way in the back, its cramped & tight when full - you pretty much stand around, but prices are reasonable. They have 2-3 party rooms for reservation, a small arcade with fun & new games, climbing rock wall & of course, laser tag which my kids loved.

Fantastic experience! We hosted our Brownie troop end of year party here and had a great time. Our host was fun and helpful, and very attentive to our group. My kids have attended several parties here recently and we've found there to be a great improvement over the prior ownership.

This review is really mine as a parent. My kids would give this place 5 stars - they LOVE it. As a parent, though, I find that it's expensive, and really dirty/dingy inside, and the parking lot is a fiasco. There really isn't great seating for parents who are waiting while their kids play laser tag. I wish they had a nice seating area and maybe the ability to buy bottled water or something from a vending machine while you wait. The kids absolutely love it, though.

Last June, we came here to celebrate our son's 10th birthday (a big milestone!) and when we arrived, we were dismayed to learn that our reservation wasn't in their system due to a transfer from the old to new owner. People tend to love this place because of the customer service and they are blinded at the fact that the store is so dirty they don't clean under the games or behind them. the arena where you play laser tag has so much dust and it's so dirty and also all the drinks they serve sometimes tend to be expired and they have rats living in the facility. Also the bathrooms don't get cleaned but once every couple of months. I know all of this because I was an employee here and I would hate to have my kids playing in

Smaller than you would expect but you can get your own private room for birthdays. Laser tag is a chaotic, fun mess! There are plenty of hand sanitizer dispensers and you will need them.

Bunch of 12 year olds spawn camping and think they are better than you. Not worth the price frankly, and not that good of a first experience. Arena could use more fog and less cramped corners where people are expecting you. You also can't pick your nickname. Could be better Edit: staff is awesome

A good laser tag place - friendly staff and lots of fun! The theme of super heros is pretty cool as well. Biggest downside is that there are almost too many players put in a single game - the AC doesn't seem like it can keep up and the game area felt a bit crowded. Overall I would recommend checking it out but try to go at an "off" time.

Brought my cousins to this location and they had a ton of fun. The staff was helpful during the 15 minute game of laser tag and the arcades in the lobby were amusing. Wish they had another mario kart game in order to play two players.

Great place loads of fun. The only thing that I wish was a little better was the bathroom. It was not nasty but it could've been a little neater/cleaner and Just a little more lighting in the stalls. Other than that I really liked the place. Thinking of having a party there.
